本發明公開了一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，包括傳統裝飾材料、板材、活動貼合層以及保護層，所述傳統裝飾材料安裝於所述板材的外表面上，所述板材與所述保護層之間均勻間隔若干個活動貼合層使得所述板材與所述保護層之間形成有隔音氣隙，所述保護層安裝於牆壁的外表面上；本發明還公開了一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合的預製安裝方法；本發明傳統裝飾材料、板材、活動貼合層以及保護層依次設置於牆壁上，板材與保護層之間形成有隔音氣隙，不僅製作簡單安裝方便、而且吸音性能較佳，減低噪音滋擾。

Description

預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合及其製作安裝方法
本發明涉及建築施工技術領域，具體地說，它是一種預製牆壁模組化裝置組合及其製作安裝方法。
眾所周知，油漆、牆紙、布藝、皮革、瓷磚等傳統牆壁裝飾材料，均需要消耗大量人力，時間和附屬物料作牆壁整理和預備工序，才可進行裱貼、塗抹、包製、釘裱、貼合等工序；而且大量人手工序中往往容易受不同的工地環境影響，任何部份出現輕微偏差，都會造成材料報廢、重做、重購等損耗；工人的經驗和工藝更是成品品質和美觀度的關鍵，但是市場上工人的經驗、能力和工藝質素的參差，往往導致同一樣的裝飾材料出現不一樣的效果和品質完成品，對消費者毫無保障。
此外，大部分現代建築為迎合人口稠密的設計，在儘量擴大室內空間的前提下，間隔牆壁通常做的非常纖薄，導致隔音不足，遭鄰居噪音滋擾的問題時有發生。
因此，現有技術有待於改進和提高。
針對現有技術中的不足之處，本發明提供的預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合將油漆、牆紙、布藝、皮革、瓷磚等傳統牆壁裝飾材料，製作成方便安裝、產生氣隙吸音效應、迎合環保且可重複使用的預製元件，統一製作質素並加入吸音元素，省去大量人力，時間和附屬物料的消耗，為消費者提供一個省時省力及減低噪音滋擾的選擇。
本發明還提供一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合的製作安裝方法。
為實現上述目的，本發明所採用的技術方案是： 一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，包括傳統裝飾材料、板材、活動貼合層以及保護層，所述傳統裝飾材料安裝於所述板材的外表面上，所述板材與所述保護層之間均勻間隔若干個活動貼合層使得所述板材與所述保護層之間形成有隔音氣隙，所述保護層安裝於牆壁的外表面上。
作為本發明進一步的方案，所述活動貼合層包括第一乳膠層、第二乳膠層、第一塑化莖鎖層以及第二塑化莖鎖層，所述第一乳膠層與所述板材之間設有第一雙面貼，所述第一乳膠層與所述第一塑化莖鎖層之間設有第二雙面貼，所述第一塑化莖鎖層與所述第二塑化莖鎖層結合在一起，所述第二塑化莖鎖層與所述第二乳膠層之間設有第三雙面貼，所述第二乳膠層與所述保護層之間設有第四雙面貼。
作為本發明進一步的方案，所述傳統裝飾材料包括油漆、牆紙、布藝、人造革、石材或瓷磚。
作為本發明進一步的方案，所述板材包括但不限於夾板、中纖板、高纖板、聚氯乙烯板、發泡聚氯乙烯板、蜂窩板、塑合板、三聚氰胺板。
上述一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合的預製安裝方法，包括以下步驟：
S1、按照牆壁的尺寸，編輯，排版及製作施工圖則，以計畫預製牆壁裝飾組合的模組化拼接規劃；
S2、按照模組化拼接規劃，將板材切割成規定的大小，並且以標籤順序記號，以確保成品組合容易按照規劃拼合及安裝；
S3、在傳統裝飾材料製造過程的原材料液化狀態時，加入及混合有銀離子或銅離子抗菌功能的添加劑，使傳統裝飾材料表面成型後具有抗菌功能；
S4、將已附有銀離子或銅離子的傳統裝飾材料，應用或鋪在板材上；
S5、將第一雙面貼貼合於第一乳膠層上，再將第二雙面貼合於第一乳膠層和第一塑化莖鎖層之間，將第四雙面貼貼合於第二乳膠層上，再將第三雙面貼貼合於第二乳膠層和第二塑化莖鎖層之間，最後第一塑化莖鎖層與第二塑化莖鎖層結合一起形成活動貼合層，將該活動貼合層裁剪成一定尺寸，均勻間隔地鑲嵌或貼合於板材的底部；
S6、在牆壁表面塗上至少兩層保護層，增強牆壁表面的貼合能量；
S7、將完成品按照模組化拼接規劃，貼合於保護層上，板材與保護層之間形成有5-6mm的隔音氣隙。
與現有技術相比，本發明的有益效果是： 由於採用上述的技術方案，傳統裝飾材料、板材、活動貼合層以及保護層依次設置於牆壁上，板材與保護層之間形成有隔音氣隙，不僅製作簡單安裝方便、而且吸音性能較佳，減低噪音滋擾。
下面結合附圖對本發明作進一步的詳細說明： 請參見圖1，本發明一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，包括傳統裝飾材料1、板材2、活動貼合層7以及保護層9，所述傳統裝飾材料1包括油漆、牆紙、布藝、人造革、石材或瓷磚，所述板材2包括但不限於夾板、中纖板、高纖板、聚氯乙烯板、發泡聚氯乙烯板、蜂窩板、塑合板、三聚氰胺板；所述傳統裝飾材料1安裝於所述板材2的外表面上，所述板材2與所述保護層9之間均勻間隔若干個活動貼合層7使得所述板材2與所述保護層9之間形成有隔音氣隙10，所述保護層9安裝於牆壁8的外表面上；所述活動貼合層7包括第一乳膠層4、第二乳膠層13、第一塑化莖鎖層6以及第二塑化莖鎖層11，所述第一乳膠層4與所述板材2之間設有第一雙面貼3，所述第一乳膠層4與所述第一塑化莖鎖層6之間設有第二雙面貼5，所述第一塑化莖鎖層6與所述第二塑化莖鎖層11結合在一起，所述第二塑化莖鎖層11與所述第二乳膠層13之間設有第三雙面貼12，所述第二乳膠層13與所述保護層9之間設有第四雙面貼14。
請參見圖2，上述一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合的預製安裝方法，包括以下步驟：
S1、按照牆壁的尺寸，編輯，排版及製作施工圖則，以計畫預製牆壁裝飾組合的模組化拼接規劃；如牆壁闊4.8米高2.4米，規劃出4片1.18米x 2.38米的板材，並加入面材厚度約1mm包邊；
S2、按照模組化拼接規劃，將選定的板材2包括但不限於夾板、中纖板、高纖板、聚氯乙烯板、發泡聚氯乙烯板、蜂窩版、塑合板、三聚氰胺板，切割成規定的大小，並且以標籤順序記號，以確保成品組合容易按照規劃拼合及安裝；
S3、在傳統裝飾材料1製造過程的原材料液化狀態時，加入及混合有銀離子或銅離子抗菌功能的添加劑，使材料表面成型後具有抗菌功能，其原理如下：1.帶正電的銀離子或銅離子，接觸都有負電的微生物細胞後便會相互吸附；2.銀離子刺穿細胞外表破壞細胞DNA及抑制蛋白質形成，讓細胞無法代謝求繁殖直至死亡因而達到滅菌效果；3.當細胞失去活性後，銀離子或銅離子離開並繼續抗菌，具持續抗菌效能，不帶毒性和副作用；
S4、以裱貼、油塗、墊襯、貼合、包裱等工序，將已附有銀離子或銅離子的油漆、牆紙、布藝、皮革、人造革、石材或瓷磚等傳統裝飾材料1，應用或鋪在選定的板材2上；
S5、將具有動態拉力60N/cm2以上的第一雙面貼3貼合於具有動態拉力80N/cm2以上的第一乳膠層4，再將具有動態拉力60N/cm2以上的第二雙面貼5貼合第一乳膠層4與具有每平方英寸達160-250個塑膠莖的第一塑化莖鎖層6之間，將具有動態拉力80N/cm2以上的第四雙面貼14貼合於第二乳膠層13上，再將具有動態拉力60N/cm2以上的第三雙面貼12貼合於第二乳膠層13和具有每平方英寸達160-250個塑膠莖的第二塑化莖鎖層11之間，最後第一塑化莖鎖層6與第二塑化莖鎖層11結合一起形成有動態壓合力15.2N/cm2、動態拉開力 29.6N/cm2、斜向剝奪力15N/cm2的活動貼合層7，將該活動貼合層裁剪成一定尺寸，均勻間隔地鑲嵌或貼合於板材2的底部；其中，第一塑化莖鎖層和第二塑化莖鎖層是一組以塑膠製成，每平方英寸帶有160-250支且末端成”T”或”個” 狀的塑膠莖，雙片互合形成互扣作用。
S6、在已平整的木製或水泥或石膏板牆壁8表面上，塗上至少兩層混合有烘乾油，樹脂和稀釋劑或有溶解力乾燥劑的保護層9，增強牆壁表面的貼合能量，以下等式可用作表面能量的合理估計：

，其中，γ是液體的表面能密度，zσ和zβ是與材料的表面和主體區域相對應的配位元數，分別等於5和6； a0是單個分子的表面積，WAA是成對的分子間能；
S7、將完成品按照模組化拼接規劃大綱，貼合於已平整和處理的牆壁8，板材2與保護層9之間形成5-6mm的隔音氣隙10，根據模組化組合結構，成品將懸掛於牆壁，，並且按照材料表面符有銀離子或銅離子抗菌功能的規格，得到抗菌功能及可以重複拆除和安裝使用。
本發明將油漆、牆紙、布藝、皮革、瓷磚等傳統牆壁裝飾材料，製作成方便安裝、產生氣隙吸音效應、迎合環保且可重複使用的預製元件，統一製作質素並加入吸音元素，省去大量人力，時間和附屬物料的消耗，為消費者提供一個省時省力及減低噪音滋擾的選擇。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，其特徵在於：包括傳統裝飾材料、板材、活動貼合層以及保護層，所述傳統裝飾材料安裝於所述板材的外表面上，所述板材與所述保護層之間均勻間隔若干個活動貼合層使得所述板材與所述保護層之間形成有隔音氣隙，所述保護層安裝於牆壁的外表面上。
  2. 如請求項1所述的預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，其中：所述活動貼合層包括第一乳膠層、第二乳膠層、第一塑化莖鎖層以及第二塑化莖鎖層，所述第一乳膠層與所述板材之間設有第一雙面貼，所述第一乳膠層與所述第一塑化莖鎖層之間設有第二雙面貼，所述第一塑化莖鎖層與所述第二塑化莖鎖層結合在一起，所述第二塑化莖鎖層與所述第二乳膠層之間設有第三雙面貼，所述第二乳膠層與所述保護層之間設有第四雙面貼。
  3. 如請求項1所述的預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，其中：所述傳統裝飾材料包括油漆、牆紙、布藝、人造革、石材或瓷磚。
  4. 如請求項1所述的預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合，其中：所述板材包括但不限於夾板、中纖板、高纖板、聚氯乙烯板、發泡聚氯乙烯板、蜂窩板、塑合板、三聚氰胺板。
  5. 一種預製牆壁模組化裝飾組合的製作安裝方法，其特徵在於：包括以下步驟： S1、按照牆壁的尺寸，編輯，排版及製作施工圖則，以計畫預製牆壁裝飾組合的模組化拼接規劃； S2、按照模組化拼接規劃，將板材切割成規定的大小，並且以標籤順序記號，以確保成品組合容易按照規劃拼合及安裝； S3、在傳統裝飾材料製造過程的原材料液化狀態時，加入及混合有銀離子或銅離子抗菌功能的添加劑，使傳統裝飾材料表面成型後具有抗菌功能； S4、將已附有銀離子或銅離子的傳統裝飾材料，應用或鋪在板材上； S5、將第一雙面貼貼合於第一乳膠層上，再將第二雙面貼合於第一乳膠層和第一塑化莖鎖層之間，將第四雙面貼貼合於第二乳膠層上，再將第三雙面貼貼合於第二乳膠層和第二塑化莖鎖層之間，最後第一塑化莖鎖層與第二塑化莖鎖層結合一起形成活動貼合層，將該活動貼合層裁剪成一定尺寸，均勻間隔地鑲嵌或貼合於板材的底部； S6、在牆壁表面塗上至少兩層保護層，增強牆壁表面的貼合能量； S7、將完成品按照模組化拼接規劃，貼合於保護層上，板材與保護層之間形成有5-6mm的隔音氣隙。
