Abstract

【課題】プレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立を提供する。【解決手段】従来の装飾材料(1)、板材(2)、活性接着層(7)、及び保護層(9)を含んで構成されるプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立であって、従来の装飾材料(1)は板材(2)の外面に装設され、板材(2)と保護層(9)との間には活性接着層(7)が等間隔で設けられて板材(2)と保護層(9)との間に遮音エアギャップ(10)が形成され、保護層(9)は壁(8)の外面に装設されている。また、本発明はプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立のプレハブ施工法を更に開示している。本発明の従来の装飾材料(1)、板材(2)、活性接着層(7)及び保護層(9)が壁に順に設置され、板材(2)と保護層(9)との間には遮音エアギャップが形成されている。製造が簡単であり、装設が便利であり、吸音性能が高く、ノイズによる干渉を低減させている。【選択図】図１

Description

本発明は、建物施工の技術分野に関し、詳しくは、プレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立とそのプレハブの施工法に関する。
周知のように、ニス、壁紙、生地、皮革、磁器質タイル等の従来の壁装飾材料は何れも大量の労力、時間、付帯材料を消費して壁の整理及び準備プロセスを行ってから実装、塗抹、包装、鋲止め、接着等の工程が実行可能になる。また、大量の手動プロセスにおいて、様々に異なる工事現場の環境の影響を受けやすいため、あらゆる部分に軽微な偏差が生じやすく、材料を廃棄したり、再度施工し直したり、再度購入する等の損耗に繋がっていた。また、完成品の品質及び美観にとっては、作業員の経験及び技術がより重要になっていた。
しかしながら、市場では、作業員の経験、能力、及び技術の差により、同じ装飾材料でも完成品の効果と品質に違いが生じ易く、消費者にとって保障がなかった。また、大部分の現代建築は人口密度に合わせて設計されており、室内空間を可能な限り拡大しているため、通常隔壁が非常に薄くなっており、遮音効果が不足し、近隣住民のノイズによる干渉を受ける問題が発生していた。
そこで、本発明者は上記の欠点が改善可能と考え、鋭意検討を重ねた結果、合理的設計で上記の課題を効果的に改善する本発明の提案に至った。
本発明はこうした状況に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、プレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立とそのプレハブの施工法を提供することにある。
本発明が提供されるプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立は、ニス、壁紙、生地、皮革、磁器質タイル等の従来の壁装飾材料を装設し易いように製造し、エアギャップによる吸音効果を発生させ、環境保護に適合する。また、再利用可能なプレハブ材料により、製造品質を統一し、吸音素材を添加し、大量の労力、時間及び付帯材料の消費を減らし、消費者に対し時間と労力を節約し、ノイズによる干渉を低減する選択を提供する。
また、本発明の別の態様は、プレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立のプレハブの施工法がさらに提供される。
上記目的を達成するための主たる発明は、従来の装飾材料と、板材と、活性接着層と、保護層と、を含んで構成される。前記従来の装飾材料は前記板材の外面に装設され、前記板材と前記保護層との間には活性接着層が等間隔で設けられて前記板材と前記保護層との間に遮音エアギャップが形成され、前記保護層は壁の外面に装設されていることを特徴とするプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立である。
本発明の好適例において、前記活性接着層は第一ラテックス層と、第二ラテックス層と、第一可塑化ステムロック層と、第二可塑化ステムロック層と、を含んで構成されている。前記第一ラテックス層と前記板材との間には第一両面テープが設置され、前記第一ラテックス層と前記第一可塑化ステムロック層との間には第二両面テープが設置され、前記第一可塑化ステムロック層と前記第二可塑化ステムロック層とが結合され、前記第二可塑化ステムロック層と前記第二ラテックス層との間には第三両面テープが設置され、前記第二ラテックス層と前記保護層との間には第四両面テープが設置されている。
本発明の好適例において、前記従来の装飾材料はニス、壁紙、生地、人工皮革、石材、または磁器質タイルを含む。
本発明の好適例において、前記板材は合板、中密度繊維板、高密度繊維板、ポリ塩化ビニル板、発泡ポリ塩化ビニル板、ハニカムボード、パーティクルボード、メラミン板を含むが、これらに限られない。
本発明に係るプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立のプレハブの施工法には、以下の工程、工程Ｓ１、工程Ｓ２、工程Ｓ３、工程Ｓ４、工程Ｓ５、工程Ｓ６及び工程Ｓ７が含まれる。
壁のサイズ、編集、組版、及び施工図に基づいて、プレハブ壁装飾組立のモジュール化接合設計を計画する工程Ｓ１。
前記モジュール化接合設計に基づいて板材を規定の大きさに切断し、且つラベルシーケンス番号により完成品組立を設計に基づいて容易に接合及び装設可能にする工程Ｓ２。
従来の装飾材料の製造過程において原材料が液化状態にある場合、銀イオンまたは銅イオン抗菌機能を有する添加剤を添加して混合し、従来の装飾材料の表面を成形した後に抗菌機能を有する工程Ｓ３。
銀イオンまたは銅イオンを添加した従来の装飾材料を板材に適用または敷設する工程Ｓ４。
第一ラテックス層に第一両面テープを接着し、第一ラテックス層と第一可塑化ステムロック層との間に第二両面テープを接着し、第二ラテックス層に第四両面テープを接着し、第二ラテックス層と第二可塑化ステムロック層との間に第三両面テープを接着し、最後に第一可塑化ステムロック層と第二可塑化ステムロック層とを結合して活性接着層を形成し、前記活性接着層を所定のサイズに裁断し、板材の底部に等間隔で嵌め込むか接着する工程Ｓ５。
壁の表面に少なくとも２層の保護層を塗装し、壁の表面の接着エネルギーを増強する工程Ｓ６。
前記モジュール化接合設計に基づいて保護層に完成品を接着し、板材と保護層との間に5～6mmの遮音エアギャップを形成する工程Ｓ７。
このように、本発明によれば、次のような効果がある。
上述の技術手段により、従来の装飾材料、板材、活性接着層及び保護層が壁に順に設置され、板材と保護層との間には遮音エアギャップが形成されている。製造が簡単であり、装設が便利であり、吸音性能が高く、ノイズによる干渉を低減させている。
本発明の断面構成を概略的に示す。 本発明の組立を示す概略図である。
以下、発明の実施の形態を通じて本発明を説明するが、以下の実施形態は特許請求の範囲にかかる発明を限定するものではない。また、実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。
本発明に係るプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立は、従来の装飾材料１と、板材２と、活性接着層７と、保護層９と、を含んで構成される（図１参照）。前記従来の装飾材料１はニス、壁紙、生地、人工皮革、石材または磁器質タイルを含み、前記板材２は合板、中密度繊維板、高密度繊維板、ポリ塩化ビニル板、発泡ポリ塩化ビニル板、ハニカムボード、パーティクルボード、メラミン板を含むが、これらに限られない。前記従来の装飾材料１は前記板材２の外面に装設され、前記板材２と前記保護層９との間には若干の活性接着層７が等間隔で設けられて前記板材２と前記保護層９との間に遮音エアギャップ１０が形成されている。前記保護層９は壁８の外面に装設されている。前記活性接着層７は第一ラテックス層４と、第二ラテックス層１３と、第一可塑化ステムロック層６と、第二可塑化ステムロック層１１と、を含んで構成される。前記第一ラテックス層４と前記板材２との間には第一両面テープ３が設置され、前記第一ラテックス層４と前記第一可塑化ステムロック層６との間には第二両面テープ５が設置され、前記第一可塑化ステムロック層６と前記第二可塑化ステムロック層１１とが結合されている。前記第二可塑化ステムロック層１１と前記第二ラテックス層１３との間には第三両面テープ１２が設置され、前記第二ラテックス層１３と前記保護層９との間には第四両面テープ１４が設置されている。
本発明に係るプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立のプレハブの施工法には、以下の工程が含まれる（図２参照）。
壁のサイズ、編集、組版、及び施工図に基づいて、プレハブ壁装飾組立のモジュール化接合設計を計画する工程Ｓ１。例えば、壁の幅を4.8mとし、高さを2.4mとし、4枚の1.18mx1.38mの板材を設計し、且つ厚さ約1mmのオーバーロックされた面材を添加する。
モジュール化接合設計に基づいて選定した板材２として合板、中密度繊維板、高密度繊維板、ポリ塩化ビニル板、発泡ポリ塩化ビニル板、ハニカムボード、パーティクルボード、メラミン板を含むが、これらに限られず、規定の大きさに切断し、ラベルシーケンス番号により完成品組立を設計に基づいて容易に接合及び装設可能にする工程Ｓ２。
従来の装飾材料１の製造過程において原材料が液化状態にある場合、銀イオンまたは銅イオン抗菌機能を有する添加剤を添加して混合し、材料の表面を成形した後に抗菌機能を有する工程Ｓ３。その原理について下述する。
１．陽電気を帯びた銀イオンまたは銅イオンが、陰電気を有する微生物の細胞に接触した後に相互に吸着する。
２．銀イオンが細胞の外面を穿刺して細胞のDNAを破壊し、タンパク質の形成を抑制し、細胞を代謝不能にして繁殖せずに死亡するようにすることで、滅菌効果を達成する。
３．細胞が活性を失った後、銀イオンまたは銅イオンが離れて抗菌を継続し、持続的な抗菌効果を有し、毒性及び副作用はない。
実装、塗油、詰め物、接着、包装等のプロセスにより、銀イオンまたは銅イオンが添加されたニス、壁紙、生地、皮革、人工皮革、石材、または磁器質タイル等の従来の装飾材料１を、選定された板材２に適用または敷設する工程Ｓ４。
60N/cm2以上の動的引張力を有している第一両面テープ３を80N/cm2以上の動的引張力を有している第一ラテックス層４に接着し、60N/cm2以上の動的引張力を有している第二両面テープ５を第一ラテックス層４と毎平方インチ当たり160～250個の可塑化ステムロックを有している第一可塑化ステムロック層６との間に接着し、80N/cm2以上の動的引張力を有している第四両面テープ１４を第二ラテックス層１３に接着し、60N/cm2以上の動的引張力を有している第三両面テープ１２を第二ラテックス層１３と毎平方インチ当たり160～250個の可塑化ステムロックを有している第二可塑化ステムロック層１１との間に接着し、最後に第一可塑化ステムロック層６と第二可塑化ステムロック層１１とを結合して15.2N/cm2の動的圧着力、29.6N/cm2の動的開離力、及び15N/cm2の斜め方向の剥奪力を有する活性接着層７を形成し、前記活性接着層を所定のサイズに裁断し、板材２の底部に等間隔で嵌め込むか接着する工程Ｓ５。ここでは、第一可塑化ステムロック層及び第二可塑化ステムロック層はプラスチックで製造され、末端が「T」または「個」状を呈する可塑化ステムロックを毎平方インチ当たり160～250個有し、２枚が互いに接着されて相互に係着する作用を形成している。
平坦な木製、セメント製、または石膏製の板の壁８の表面に乾性油、樹脂、及び希釈剤または溶解力を有する乾燥剤が混合された少なくとも２層の保護層９を塗装し、壁の表面の接着エネルギーを増強し、以下の数式により表面エネルギーを合理的に推計する工程Ｓ６。

ここでは、γは液体の表面エネルギー密度を示し、zσ及びzβは材料の表面及び本体領域に対応する配位数を示し、5及び6にそれぞれ等しい。a0は単一の分子の表面積を示し、WAAは対になる分子の分子間エネルギーを示す
完成品をモジュール化接合設計大綱に基づいて、処理が完了した平坦な壁８に接着し、板材２と保護層９との間に5～6mmの遮音エアギャップ１０を形成し、モジュール化組立構造に基づいて、完成品を壁に懸架し、且つ材料の表面に銀イオンまたは銅イオン抗菌機能を添加した仕様に基づいて、抗菌機能を達成し、再利用するために取り外し及び再装設を可能にする工程Ｓ７。
本発明はニス、壁紙、生地、皮革、磁器質タイル等の従来の壁装飾材料を便利に装設可能にするように製造し、エアギャップによる吸音効果を発生させ、環境保護に適合させている。また、再利用可能なプレハブ材料により、製造品質を統一すると共に吸音素材を添加し、大量の労力、時間、及び付帯材料の消耗を減らし、消費者に対し時間と労力を節約し、ノイズによる干渉を低減する選択を提供している。
本発明は上述した各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、請求項に示した範囲で種々の変更が可能であり、異なる実施形態にそれぞれ開示された技術的手段を適宜組み合わせて得られる実施形態についても本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (5)

  1. 従来の装飾材料と、板材と、活性接着層と、保護層と、を含んで構成されるプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立であって、前記従来の装飾材料は前記板材の外面に装設され、前記板材と前記保護層との間には活性接着層が等間隔で設けられて前記板材と前記保護層との間に遮音エアギャップが形成され、前記保護層は壁の外面に装設されていることを特徴とするプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立。
  2. 前記活性接着層は第一ラテックス層と、第二ラテックス層と、第一可塑化ステムロック層と、第二可塑化ステムロック層と、を含んで構成され、前記第一ラテックス層と前記板材との間には第一両面テープが設置され、前記第一ラテックス層と前記第一可塑化ステムロック層との間には第二両面テープが設置され、前記第一可塑化ステムロック層と前記第二可塑化ステムロック層とが結合され、前記第二可塑化ステムロック層と前記第二ラテックス層との間には第三両面テープが設置され、前記第二ラテックス層と前記保護層との間には第四両面テープが設置されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立。
  3. 前記従来の装飾材料はニス、壁紙、生地、人工皮革、石材、または磁器質タイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立。
  4. 前記板材は合板、中密度繊維板、高密度繊維板、ポリ塩化ビニル板、発泡ポリ塩化ビニル板、ハニカムボード、パーティクルボード、メラミン板を含むことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立。
  5. 壁のサイズ、編集、組版、及び施工図に基づいて、プレハブ壁装飾組立のモジュール化接合設計を計画する工程Ｓ１と、
    前記モジュール化接合設計に基づいて板材を規定の大きさに切断し、且つラベルシーケンス番号により完成品組立を設計に基づいて容易に接合及び装設可能にする工程Ｓ２と、
    従来の装飾材料の製造過程において原材料が液化状態にある場合、銀イオンまたは銅イオン抗菌機能を有する添加剤を添加して混合し、従来の装飾材料の表面を成形した後に抗菌機能を有する工程Ｓ３と、
    銀イオンまたは銅イオンを添加した従来の装飾材料を板材に適用または敷設する工程Ｓ４と、
    第一ラテックス層に第一両面テープを接着し、第一ラテックス層と第一可塑化ステムロック層との間に第二両面テープを接着し、第二ラテックス層に第四両面テープを接着し、第二ラテックス層と第二可塑化ステムロック層との間に第三両面テープを接着し、最後に第一可塑化ステムロック層と第二可塑化ステムロック層とを結合して活性接着層を形成し、前記活性接着層を所定のサイズに裁断し、板材の底部に等間隔で嵌め込むか接着する工程Ｓ５と、
    壁の表面に少なくとも２層の保護層を塗装し、壁の表面の接着エネルギーを増強する工程Ｓ６と、
    完成品を前記モジュール化接合設計に基づいて保護層に接着し、板材と保護層との間に5～6mmの遮音エアギャップを形成する工程Ｓ７と、を含むことを特徴とするプレハブ壁モジュール化の装飾組立のプレハブ施工法。
