而本發明在該夾臂231處係以各調整臂2312相連接組成,並於各調整臂2312與該夾持端2311之間連接處能夠各以該轉向馬達2313相連接,以能夠在不同的角度下夾持所要換置的修整砂輪,因此放置修整砂輪的位置更不限制其擺放,並於夾取時,能夠藉由該轉向馬達2313多軸角度的轉換,使得放置修整砂輪的位置不受限制,只要在該夾臂231範圍內即可;並且本案更能夠在於該夾臂231處設有該識別部2314,並電性連接該中央電腦3,以能夠對不同外形的修整砂輪辨識,除此之外,更提供識別所夾持的修整砂輪位置角度及方向,以便夾取修整砂輪相同的位置,令更換後維持位置,同時,更能夠藉由該識別部2314能夠識別砂輪位置及種類,而使修整砂輪不一定要放置於固定位置及擺放方向才能夾取,更能直接由使用者手中拿取,令使用更加方便;
再來,於該砂輪安裝區11安裝使用之砂輪,能藉由所設置之識別區111,能夠與該夾臂231之識別部2314電性連接,令其供砂輪更換後,經由識別而同步更換對應之修整砂輪;
另,特別一提,在於該傳動軸箱2221所設置之磨削感測器2225,更能藉由震動資訊及聲音頻率,偵測修整砂輪與砂輪在進行修整時的狀態與磨耗,以用於在一定的磨耗後更換修整砂輪;
藉由上述說明,本發明之磨床修整砂輪替換結構,其主要功效在於:藉由該磨床加工機1係設有一砂輪安裝區11與一動力基座12,該砂輪安裝區11係供安裝砂輪,該動力基座12係供該砂輪安裝區11動力而用以帶動所安裝砂輪研磨加工;並透過該夾持模組2,係設有一基座21,並於上端設有一位移座22,以令該位移座22於該基座21處進行位移,而該位移座22上端設有一夾持裝置221,而供夾持需要的工件,以由該磨床加工機1之砂輪安裝區11所安裝的砂輪進行研磨;至此,由該夾持模組2之位移座22設有一砂輪修整模組222,該砂輪修整模組222係設有一傳動軸箱2221、一馬達2222、一夾持爪2223及一打刀裝置2224;其中該傳動軸箱2221係設於該夾持模組2之位移座22,並設於該夾持裝置221側端;而該馬達2222係接設於該傳動軸箱2221側端而用以提供動力;該夾持爪2223係設於該傳動軸箱2221朝該砂輪安裝區11方向的端面處,而供夾持修整砂輪;該打刀裝置2224係設於該傳動軸箱2221設置該夾持爪2223之相反側;用以帶動該夾持爪2223夾持;又該夾持模組2之基座21側邊處設有一夾臂基座23,而於上端設有一夾臂231,並設有一夾持端2311;至此,該夾臂231之夾持端2311係用以夾取修整砂輪,而位移至該砂輪修整模組222之夾持爪2223處,而由該打刀裝置2224令該夾持爪2223夾定修整砂輪後,再令該夾臂231之夾持端2311放開而減少夾持時的誤差,以令該馬達2222帶動該傳動軸箱2221驅動該夾持爪2223旋轉而直接修整使用;藉此,提供一種磨床修整砂輪替換結構,尤指一種透過夾臂與打刀裝置更換修整用砂輪,減少校準對刀之磨床功能者。
