Description

Vacuum cleaner and recovery device for recovering dust from vacuum cleaner

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner and a recovery device for recovering dust from the vacuum cleaner.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-267032 discloses a stick type (stick type) vacuum cleaner 300 shown in FIG. 9 . The vacuum cleaner 300 includes: a vacuum cleaner body 310 ; and a suction pipe 320 extending downward from the vacuum cleaner body 310 . A suction nozzle 330 is connected to a lower end of the suction pipe 320 , and a suction space for sucking dust is formed inside the suction nozzle 330 . The cleaner body 310 is configured to suck dust through the suction nozzle 330 and store the sucked dust.

The cleaner body 310 has a rectangular box-shaped casing 311 , and a dust suction source 312 is arranged inside the casing 311 , and the dust suction source 312 generates a suction force for attracting dust. In addition, a dust storage chamber 317 is provided on the vacuum cleaner body 310, and a dust discharge port 319 is formed in the dust storage chamber 317. The dust storage chamber 317 stores dust that flows into the housing 311 by the suction force of the dust suction source 312. The port 319 is for discharging the dust accumulated in the dust storage chamber 317 .

On the upper side of the casing 311 is provided a handle portion 341 that can be grasped by a user. The holding portion 341 is connected to the upper end of the rod-shaped portion 342 extending upward from the upper surface of the housing 311 , and is bent backward relative to the rod-shaped portion 342 . When the user holds the grip portion 341 , the cleaner body 310 is located in front of the user. When the user holds the vacuum cleaner 300 in this way, the dust outlet 319 faces the user's side, that is, the rear.

411。In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-267032, in order to recover the dust accumulated in the dust chamber 317 of the vacuum cleaner 300, a recovery device 400 shown in FIG. 10 is used. The recovery device 400 has a rectangular box-shaped casing 410 . The case 410 has a connection wall 411 formed to be connectable to the cleaner 300 .

430。Inside the casing 410, there are: a suction source 420 that generates suction to suck out the dust in the dust storage chamber 317 of the vacuum cleaner 300; and a recovery chamber 440 that stores dust recovered from the vacuum cleaner 300 by the suction of the suction source 420. . A dust flow path 430 through which dust flows is extended from the recovery chamber 440 .

The front end of the dust flow path 430 is opened as a recovery port 431 on the connection wall 411 of the casing 410 . Recovery port 431 is formed at a height position overlapping dust discharge port 319 of vacuum cleaner 300 attached to recovery device 400 in the front-rear direction.

440。When dust is recovered, the vacuum cleaner 300 is installed in the recovery device 400 so that the recovery port 431 of the recovery device 400 is connected to the dust discharge port 319 of the vacuum cleaner 300 . In this state, when the suction source 420 of the recovery device 400 is activated, the dust in the dust storage chamber 317 of the vacuum cleaner 300 will be sucked out by the suction force of the suction source 420 , and flow into the recovery chamber 440 through the dust flow path 430 .

When the user connects the vacuum cleaner 300 to the recovery device 400 , the user will hold the vacuum cleaner 300 and move the vacuum cleaner 300 to a position facing the connection wall 411 of the recovery device 400 . At this time, since the user holds the handle portion 341 of the vacuum cleaner 300 , the dust outlet 319 of the vacuum cleaner 300 is not facing the recovery device 400 side, but is facing the user side (ie, rearward). Therefore, in order to make the dust outlet 319 face the connecting wall 411 of the recovery device 400, the direction of the vacuum cleaner 300 must be reversed forward and backward, and the installation of the vacuum cleaner 300 to the recovery device 400 becomes cumbersome.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner and a recovery device connected to the vacuum cleaner, wherein the vacuum cleaner can be connected to the recovery device without changing the direction of the vacuum cleaner from the direction in which the vacuum cleaner is used.

In addition, the attached drawings and the following descriptions are provided to allow those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the subject matter described in the claims.

(the overall structure of the vacuum cleaner) FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a stick cleaner 100 . FIG. 2 is a front view of the vacuum cleaner 100 . The vacuum cleaner 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 . In the following description, the term "front" or "front side" means the traveling direction of the vacuum cleaner 100 or the position of the vacuum cleaner 100 relative to the user in a normal use state of the vacuum cleaner 100 .

The vacuum cleaner 100 has: a suction nozzle 130 for sucking dust on the floor; a vacuum cleaner body 110 mounted on the suction nozzle 130 so as to be tiltable in the front-rear direction relative to the suction nozzle 130; 112 extends upwards and is set. The vacuum cleaner body 110 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is set in an upright posture relative to the suction nozzle 130, and does not tilt forward from the upright posture. When the vacuum cleaner 100 is in use, the vacuum cleaner body 110 and the grip portion 140 are held by the user in a posture tilted backward relative to the suction nozzle 130 . Therefore, in a state where the cleaner 100 is held by the user, the cleaner body 110 and the suction nozzle 130 are positioned in front of the user.

140。The suction nozzle 130 is equipped with the nozzle cover 132 wider than the cleaner main body 110. As shown in FIG. The nozzle case 132 is configured to support the cleaner body 110 and the grip 140 in a state in which the cleaner body 110 and the grip 140 in the upright posture are not easily tilted in the left and right directions. That is, as long as the upright cleaner body 110 and the handle 140 are not subjected to external force, the suction nozzle 130 can support the cleaner body 110 and the handle 140 while maintaining the upright posture of the cleaner body 110 .

A suction space 131 for sucking dust and an accommodating space partitioned from the suction space 131 are formed in the nozzle cover 132 . The suction space 131 is opened downward. Accommodating spaces are formed at the rear, left and right sides of the suction space 131 and are closed from the lower side by the bottom 134 of the nozzle cover 132 .

A scraper brush 133 for scraping dust on the floor is arranged in the suction space 131 , and part of the scraper brush 133 protrudes downward from the nozzle cover 132 through the opening of the suction space 131 and can contact the floor. A motor for driving the scraper brush 133 and a transmission mechanism (for example, a drive belt) for transmitting the driving force of the motor to the scraper brush 133 are disposed on the bottom 134 of the closed accommodation space. The motor in the housing space is configured to rotate the scraper brush 133 in a direction in which the suction nozzle 130 advances.

The cleaner body 110 has a substantially cylindrical casing 111 that is elongated in the vertical direction. The lower end of the housing 111 is mounted on the rear of the nozzle cover 132 in a manner that allows the cleaner body 110 to tilt backward from the upright position shown in FIG. 1 around the lower end by the user's operation. The upper portion of the housing 111 becomes thinner toward the upper end 112 of the housing 111 , and a gripping portion 140 extends upward from the upper end 112 . The grip part 140 is a rod-shaped part having a thickness that can be gripped by a user. As shown in FIG. 2 , an operation unit 141 (operation button) operable by a user is provided on the grip unit 140 .

Inside the casing 111 are arranged various components for sucking up dust on the floor surface and storing the sucked up dust. Specifically, the casing 111 has a drive chamber 151 which accommodates: a dust suction source 116 for generating upward suction for attracting dust; and a battery 117 for supplying electric power to the dust suction source 116 . In addition, a dust chamber 152 is provided below the driving chamber 151, and a filter unit 115 is accommodated in the dust chamber 152. The filter unit 115 captures dust sucked up by the suction force of the dust suction source 116. The filter part 115 has a container shape opening downward, and stores dust in the filter part 115 . A suction pipe 113 forming a flow path for dust flowing toward the dust chamber 152 is arranged inside the lower portion of the housing 111 below the dust chamber 152 .

The dust suction source 116 arranged in the driving chamber 151 is constituted by a motor and a fan, and the aforementioned fan is rotated and driven by the motor to generate an upward airflow. The battery 117 is connected to the motor of the dust suction source 116 in the drive chamber 151 so that electric power can be supplied to the motor.

As shown in FIG. 2 , a resistance generating portion 153 is provided in a front portion of the driving chamber 151 . Specifically, the resistance generating part 153 is attached to the front wall of the drive chamber 151 at a position overlapping the upper part of the dust suction source 116 in the front-rear direction. The resistance generating part 153 is provided to prevent the cleaner body 110 from tilting backward unexpectedly from the upright position when the cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 shown in FIG. 3 . The resistance generation part 153 can be comprised by the plate-shaped magnetic body magnetically attracted by a magnet, for example.

As shown in FIG. 4 , in the front portion of the dust storage chamber 152 below the drive chamber 151 , a dust discharge port 124 opened in the front wall of the casing 111 is formed. The dust outlet 124 is provided to discharge the dust captured by the filter unit 115 in the dust storage chamber 152 .

The dust outlet 124 is opened and closed by the cover 121 . The cover body 121 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is upright, and is in a closed position for closing the dust outlet 124 . On the other hand, the lid body 121 shown in FIG. 4 is turned downward by a predetermined angle (rotation angle of 90° or less) from the closed position, and becomes an open position in which the dust discharge port 124 is opened.

In the internal space of the casing 111 on the lower side of the dust storage chamber 152, the suction pipe 113 is extended in the vertical direction. The suction pipe 113 is fixed in the housing 111, and when the cleaner body 110 tilts backward from the upright posture (the posture shown in FIG. 1 ), it tilts backward together with the housing 111. When the cleaner body 110 is in an upright position, the lower end of the suction pipe 113 is in contact with the bottom 134 of the nozzle cover 132 . That is, when the cleaner body 110 is in an upright position, the lower end of the suction pipe 113 is closed by the bottom 134 of the nozzle cover 132 . When the cleaner body 110 tilts backward from the upright position, the lower end of the suction pipe 113 will move in the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. 1 . As a result, the inner space of the suction pipe 113 is in a state of communicating with the suction space 131 of the nozzle cover 132 .

The upper end of suction pipe 113 is located at a position apart from filter unit 115 in dust storage chamber 152 to the lower side. A check valve 114 is installed on the upper end of the suction pipe 113, and the aforementioned check valve 114 blocks the upper end of the suction pipe 113 when the dust suction source 116 is not activated. The check valve 114 is configured to open the opening of the upper end of the suction pipe 113 by the upward suction force of the dust suction source 116 .

100。 (the overall structure of the recovery device) The dust stored in the dust storage chamber 152 can be recovered by the recovery device 200 shown in FIG. 3 . The recovery device 200 includes a plate-shaped base portion 220 and a housing 210 attached to the base portion 220 . The pedestal part 220 has a front part 221 on which the housing 210 is attached, and a rear part 222 provided on the rear side of the front part 221 . The rear part 222 has a substantially horizontal upper surface, and the vacuum cleaner 100 is placed on the rear part 222 .

A dust flow path 230 is provided in the casing 210 of the recovery device 200 , and one end of the dust flow path 230 is opened outside the casing 210 for the dust recovered from the vacuum cleaner 100 to flow in. The other end of the dust flow path 230 is connected to a recovery chamber 240 that stores dust that has passed through the dust flow path 230 .

A suction source 250 is arranged below the recovery chamber 240 , and the suction source 250 generates a suction force that causes the dust in the dust storage chamber 152 to flow into the dust flow path 230 . The suction source 250 is electrically connected to the control unit 260 in the casing 210 and operates under the control of the control unit 260 .

The height of the housing 210 is set such that the upper end of the housing 210 is lower than the upper end 112 of the cleaner body 110 of the cleaner 100 placed on the pedestal 220 (ie, the lower end of the grip 140 ). In this connected state, the handle portion 140 is located on the upper side of the casing 210 of the recovery device 200 as a whole. In addition, when the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200, the upper end of the housing 210 is positioned higher than the dust suction source 116 in the drive chamber 151, and the rear wall 214 of the housing 210 faces the dust suction source 116 in the front-rear direction. .

213。The casing 210 has: an upper part 212 containing the dust flow path 230 and a recovery chamber 240; and a lower part 211 disposed under the upper part 212 and supporting the upper part 212 at a predetermined height. The upper portion 212 is a portion that contacts the cleaner body 110 when the cleaner 100 is connected. In order to avoid interference with the suction nozzle 130 protruding forward from the cleaner body 110, the lower part 211 of the housing 210 is formed smaller than the upper part 212 in the front-rear direction, and a hole for accommodating the suction nozzle 130 is formed behind the lower part 211. The accommodating space 213.

The upper portion 212 of the housing 210 includes a rear wall 214 formed to be connectable with the cleaner body 110 . As shown in FIG. 5 , a groove portion 215 complementary to the front side portion of the cleaner body 110 is provided on the rear wall 214 . As shown in FIG. 6 , the groove portion 215 is extended in the vertical direction. The front side portion of the cleaner body 110 in the upright posture is fitted into the groove portion 215 . In this state, the cleaner 100 is positioned in the width direction (ie, the left-right direction) by the groove portion 215 . At this time, the rear wall 214 is in contact with the front side portion of the cleaner body 110 covering the height range from the upper end to the lower end of the rear wall 214 .

215。As shown in Figure 6, in the groove portion 215, a pair of left and right small holes are formed near the upper end of the rear wall 214, and a pair of detection pieces 261 are provided. The outer surfaces of the rear wall 214 are each protruded. The detection pieces 261 are used to detect that the vacuum cleaner body 110 has been inserted into the groove portion 215 .

260。The detection piece 261 is endowed with potential energy in the direction protruding from the rear wall 214. When the cleaner body 110 is inserted into the groove 215, the cleaner body 110 will be pressed into the small hole to become immersed in the small hole. The signal generating part 262 is arranged in the casing 210, and the aforementioned signal generating part 262 is configured to detect whether the detection piece 261 is in the state of being submerged in the small hole, and generates an activation signal when detecting that the detection piece 261 is submerged in the small hole. . The signal generation unit 262 is electrically connected to the control unit 260 shown in FIG. 3 .

As shown in FIG. 6 , an opposing portion 263 is provided between a pair of left and right detection pieces 261 , and the opposing portion 263 is in contact with the resistance generating portion 153 provided on the cleaner body 110 when the cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 . The opposing portion 263 is formed by a plate-shaped magnet, and is disposed at the same height as the resistance generating portion 153, which is disposed in the storage area of the vacuum cleaner body 110 of the vacuum cleaner 100 placed on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal portion 220. The outer surface of the dust chamber 152. That is, the opposing part 263 contacts the resistance generating part 153 of the cleaner 100 as shown in FIG. 3 when the cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 , and magnetically attracts the resistance generating part 153 . The attractive force between the facing portion 263 and the resistance generating portion 153 acts as a resistance against the backward tilting of the cleaner body 110 from the upright position.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the dust flow path 230 is disposed in the upper portion 212 of the casing 210 and extends in the vertical direction. The upper end of the dust channel 230 is connected to the recovery chamber 240 . A recovery port 216 (see FIG. 6 ) opened in the rear wall 214 is formed in the recessed groove portion 215 at the lower end of the dust flow path 230 .

The recovery port 216 is formed at the following position: when the vacuum cleaner 100 is placed on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal 220 when the vacuum cleaner body 110 is in an upright position, and the front part of the vacuum cleaner body 110 is inserted into the groove portion 215, as shown in FIG. 4 The positions where the dust outlets 124 overlap in the front-rear direction are shown. That is, the recovery port 216 faces the dust discharge port 124 of the vacuum cleaner 100 when the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 . The recovery port 216 has a size that allows the cover body 121 to enter the recovery port 216 when the cover body 121 of the vacuum cleaner 100 is in the open posture of FIG. 4 .

The recovery chamber 240 is provided to recover the dust that has flowed in from the dust storage chamber 152 through the dust flow path 230 . The recovery chamber 240 is configured to allow the air inside the recovery chamber 240 to be sucked out by the suction source 250 on the lower side of the recovery chamber 240 . Recovery chamber 240 has a larger volume than dust storage chamber 152 provided in vacuum cleaner 100 .

The suction source 250 is configured to suck the air in the recovery chamber 240 . When the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 , the suction force of the suction source 250 acts on the cover 121 of the vacuum cleaner 100 through the recovery chamber 240 and the dust flow path 230 . The suction source 250 is configured to obtain a suction force of a magnitude that tilts the lid body 121 from the closed position to the open position and attracts dust in the filter unit 115 . For example, the suction source 250 may also be composed of a fan and a motor.

224。The pedestal part 220 is a thin plate-shaped member, and the housing 210 is fixed to the front part 221 of the pedestal part 220 as shown in FIG. 3 . The rear part 222 of the pedestal part 220 protrudes rearward with respect to the housing 210 , and the suction nozzle 130 of the vacuum cleaner 100 is placed on the rear part 222 of the pedestal part 220 . That is, the upper surface of the rear part 222 of the pedestal part 220 becomes the mounting surface 223 on which the suction nozzle 130 is mounted. The pedestal part 220 is formed narrower than the suction nozzle 130. As shown in FIG. status. On the mounting surface 223, in order to avoid interference with the scraper brush 133 protruding downward from the suction nozzle 130, the position where the scraper brush 133 is placed is recessed in the long side direction of the scraper brush 133 (also That is, the protective groove 224 extending in the left-right direction).

(Explanation of the action of the vacuum cleaner at the time of cleaning work) The cleaner 100 is held by the user in a posture in which the cleaner body 110 and the grip 140 are inclined rearward with respect to the suction nozzle 130 during the cleaning operation. In this holding state, the cleaner body 110 and the suction nozzle 130 are located in front of the user, and the user can move the suction nozzle 130 forward while pushing the suction nozzle 130 . In addition, when the user sets the vacuum cleaner body 110 and the handle 140 in a backward position, the lower end of the suction pipe 113 will be far away from the bottom 134 of the suction nozzle 130, and the inner space of the suction pipe 113 will be consistent with the suction space 131 of the suction nozzle 130. connected.

Afterwards, when the user operates the operation part 141 to activate the dust suction source 116 , the dust suction source 116 will generate an upward suction force. With this suction force, the check valve 114 opens the upper end of the suction pipe 113 .

When the upper end of the suction pipe 113 was opened, the suction force of the dust suction source 116 would act on the suction space 131 of the suction nozzle 130, and the dust on the floor surface would be sucked into the suction space 131. After that, the dust flows into the filter unit 115 through the suction pipe 113 . The filter unit 115 captures dust.

When the cleaning operation is completed, the user operates the operation part 141 to stop the dust collection source 116 . As a result, since the suction force of the suction source 116 disappears, the check valve 114 closes the upper end of the suction pipe 113 . Therefore, even if the dust in the filter unit 115 falls from the filter unit 115 , it remains in the dust storage chamber 152 .

(Explanation of the operation of the recovery device when collecting dust) The user connects the vacuum cleaner 100 to the recovery device 200 in order to recover the dust accumulated in the dust storage chamber 152 of the vacuum cleaner 100 . At this time, the user can also move the vacuum cleaner body 110 to the rear position of the recovery device 200 with the vacuum cleaner body 110 and the grip part 140 tilted backward relative to the suction nozzle 130, and keep this posture. The suction nozzle 130 is placed on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal portion 220 . Afterwards, the user can also stand up the cleaner body 110 and the handle portion 140 from the backward leaning position, and set the cleaner body 110 in an upright position relative to the suction nozzle 130 . The user can fit the cleaner body 110 in the upright position into the groove portion 215 of the recovery device 200 . At this time, the dust outlet 124 of the vacuum cleaner body 110 is open to the front and faces the cover body 121. The aforementioned cover body 121 is arranged on the recovery port 216 of the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 located in front of the vacuum cleaner body 110. . Moreover, the resistance generating part 153 provided on the front wall of the cleaner body 110 faces the opposing part 263 provided on the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 . At this time, between the resistance generating portion 153 and the opposing portion 263 , a magnetic attraction force that attracts the cleaner body 110 to the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 is generated. As a result, the cleaner main body 110 becomes difficult to incline backward unexpectedly.

When the vacuum cleaner body 110 fits into the groove 215 of the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 , the detection piece 261 of the recovery device 200 will be pushed forward by the vacuum cleaner body 110 to sink into the small hole of the rear wall 214 . The fact that the detection piece 261 is immersed in the small hole is detected by the signal generation unit 262 . The signal generator 262 generates an activation signal in response to the detection that the detection piece 261 is submerged into the small hole. The activation signal is transmitted from the signal generating unit 262 to the control unit 260, and the control unit 260 operates the suction source 250 for a predetermined period in response to receiving the activation signal.

When the suction source 250 operates, the suction force of the suction source 250 acts on the cover 121 facing the recovery port 216 through the recovery chamber 240 and the dust flow path 230 . The lid body 121 receives the suction force of the suction source 250 , and as shown in FIG. 7 , tilts downward from the closed position for closing the dust discharge port 124 to the open position for opening the dust discharge port 124 . At this time, the upper end portion of the cover body 121 enters the lower end portion of the dust flow path 230 through the recovery port 216 .

240。When the cover 121 is rotated downward, the dust outlet 124 will be opened. As a result, the dust storage chamber 152 is in a state of communicating with the recovery chamber 240 through the dust discharge port 124 , the recovery port 216 , and the dust flow path 230 . Therefore, the dust stored in the dust storage chamber 152 of the vacuum cleaner 100 flows into the recovery chamber 240 through the dust discharge port 124 , the recovery port 216 and the dust flow path 230 sequentially by the suction force of the suction source 250 of the recovery device 200 . As a result, the dust is recovered into the recovery chamber 240 .

In the above embodiment, the cleaner body 110 is allowed to tilt backward from the upright posture with respect to the suction nozzle 130 . Therefore, when vacuum cleaner 100 is used, the user can hold vacuum cleaner 100 with vacuum cleaner main body 110 in a backward-inclining posture relative to suction nozzle 130 . In this holding state, the suction nozzle 130 and the cleaner body 110 are located in front of the user, and the user can push the suction nozzle 130 forward to suck the dust on the floor into the cleaner 100 .

After the suction of the dust on the floor surface is completed, the user can move the cleaner 100 to the rear side of the recovery device 200 while maintaining the cleaning state. Afterwards, the user may place the suction nozzle 130 on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal portion 220 and set the cleaner body 110 in an upright position. At this time, since the dust outlet 124 provided in the dust storage chamber 152 of the vacuum cleaner 100 opens forward, it faces the recovery device 200 located on the front side of the vacuum cleaner body 110 . As long as the user inserts the vacuum cleaner body 110 into the groove portion 215 of the recycling device 200 in this facing state, the dust outlet 124 will be connected to the recycling port 216 of the recycling device 200 . That is, the user can connect the vacuum cleaner 100 to the recovery device 200 and connect the dust storage chamber 152 to the recovery chamber 240 of the recovery device 200 without turning the vacuum cleaner 100 backwards and forwards from the holding posture of the vacuum cleaner 100 during cleaning. . Therefore, the connection work of the cleaner 100 to the recovery device 200 can be simplified.

When the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 , magnetic attraction force acts between the resistance generating part 153 and the opposing part 263 . Therefore, for example, even if a user accidentally touches the grip portion 140 of the cleaner 100 to cause a backward external force to act on the cleaner 100 , the cleaner body 110 is less likely to tilt backward relative to the suction nozzle 130 .

In a state in which vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to recovery device 200 , suction nozzle 130 is placed on placement surface 223 of pedestal portion 220 . Although the scraping brush 133 protrudes downward from the suction nozzle 130 , since the mounting surface 223 is recessed with the protective groove 224 , the scraping brush 133 does not press against the mounting surface 223 with excessive force. Therefore, the scraping brush 133 becomes less deformable.

140。When the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recycling device 200 , the upper end of the housing 210 of the recycling device 200 is located below the lower end of the handle 140 (ie, the upper end 112 of the cleaner body 110 ). That is, the holding part 140 is located on the upper side of the recovery device 200 covering the entire length. Therefore, after collecting the dust from the vacuum cleaner 100 to the recovery device 200 , the user can hold the handle 140 without being hindered by the recovery device 200 .

As long as the user holds the grip part 140 and resists the magnetic attraction force between the resistance generating part 153 and the opposing part 263, and tilts the grip part 140 and the cleaner body 110 backward, the cleaner body 110 will be separated from the groove part 215 to the rear. . In this state, the vacuum cleaner 100 can be removed from the base part 220 backward by the user pulling the vacuum cleaner 100 backward. Alternatively, the user can also move the vacuum cleaner 100 to the left and right to remove it from the base portion 220 after removing the vacuum cleaner body 110 from the groove portion 215 . The pedestal 220 is formed narrower than the suction nozzle 130 , and when the suction nozzle 130 is positioned on the mounting surface 223 of the pedestal 220 , the left and right ends of the suction nozzle 130 protrude to the left and right with respect to the pedestal 220 . That is, even if the suction nozzle 130 moves to the left and right, the pedestal portion 220 does not have a portion that catches the left and right ends of the suction nozzle 130 . Therefore, after the vacuum cleaner body 110 is removed from the groove portion 215 , it is allowed to move the vacuum cleaner 100 to the left and right to be removed from the pedestal portion 220 .

In the above embodiment, a plate-shaped magnet is used as the facing portion 263 of the recovery device 200 , and a plate-shaped magnetic body magnetically attracted to the magnet is used as the resistance generating portion 153 of the cleaner 100 . Since both the magnet and the magnetic body are plate-shaped, they do not protrude greatly from the outer surfaces of the recovery device 200 and the cleaner 100 . Therefore, it is possible to prevent the facing portion 263 and the resistance generating portion 153 from coming into unintended contact with the user. In addition, a plate-shaped magnet may be used for the resistance generating part 153 of the cleaner 100 . In this case, a plate-shaped magnetic body is used as the facing portion 263 of the recovery device 200 . Alternatively, Velcro tapes that can lock each other can also be used as the facing portion 263 and the resistance generating portion 153 . In this case, the backward tilting of the vacuum cleaner body 110 can be suppressed by the locking force between the hook and loop fasteners.

In the above embodiment, the rear portion 222 of the pedestal portion 220 has a substantially horizontal upper surface. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8 , the mounting surface 223 of the rear portion 222 of the pedestal portion 220 may also be inclined downward toward the front. In this case, the rear wall 214 in the upper part 212 of the casing 210 is formed in a shape inclined upward and forward.

When the suction nozzle 130 is placed on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal part 220 and the cleaner body 110 is set in an upright position relative to the suction nozzle 130, the cleaner body 110 is tilted relative to the floor surface by the inclination of the mounting surface 223 of the pedestal part 220. Forward posture. Even if the cleaner body 110 is tilted forward with respect to the floor surface, as long as the rear wall 214 of the housing 210 is tilted in accordance with the forward tilt of the cleaner body 110, the rear wall 214 can cover the section from the upper end to the lower end of the rear wall 214. The state of being in contact with the vacuum cleaner body 110 . Moreover, when this contact state is obtained, the recovery chamber 240 of the recovery device 200 can communicate with the dust storage chamber 152 of the vacuum cleaner 100 through the recovery port 216 and the dust flow path 230 .

If the vacuum cleaner 100 is connected to the recovery device 200 in a state where the vacuum cleaner body 110 is tilted forward relative to the floor surface, one of the component forces of gravity acting on the center of gravity G of the dust collection source 116 of the vacuum cleaner 100 is directed toward the ahead. At this time, the upper edge of the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 is located on the upper side of the dust suction source 116 as described above, and the top of the rear wall 214 faces the dust suction source 116 in the front and rear direction, so the rear wall 214 can bear the action on the dust suction source. The component force of the gravity of the center of gravity G of 116. That is, the rear wall 214 can bear the self-weight of the suction source 116 . Therefore, the recovery device 200 can stably support the cleaner body 110 in a forward-inclining posture with respect to the floor surface. For example, even if the user accidentally applies a forward external force to the grip portion 140 protruding upward from the upper end of the housing 210 of the recovery device 200 , the vacuum cleaner 100 will not be easily toppled forward.

另一方面,吸塵器本體110對吸入噴嘴130的傾動軸AX(亦即,吸入噴嘴130與吸塵器本體110的連接部分)位於比後壁214的下緣更下側。 In the recovery device 200 shown in FIGS. 3 and 8 , the facing portion 263 is provided at a position close to the upper edge of the rear wall 214 . On the other hand, the tilt axis AX of the cleaner body 110 relative to the suction nozzle 130 (that is, the connection portion between the suction nozzle 130 and the cleaner body 110 ) is located below the lower edge of the rear wall 214 . Therefore, a long distance is secured from the position where the attractive force between the facing portion 263 and the resistance generating portion 153 is generated to the tilt axis AX. Therefore, due to the attractive force between the opposing portion 263 and the resistance generating portion 153 , a large moment M toward the front can be made to act on the tilt axis AX. In this case, the rearward moment generated when the user accidentally applies a backward external force to the grip portion 140 can be resisted, and the contact state between the rear wall 214 of the casing 210 and the cleaner body 110 can be easily maintained.

153。In the recovery device 200 shown in FIG. 8 , the vacuum cleaner 100 is placed on the rear portion 222 of the pedestal 220 in a state where the cleaner body 110 is tilted forward with respect to the floor surface. In this case, the cleaner body 110 is in a state of leaning against the casing 210 of the recovery device 200 , and the rearward tilting of the cleaner body 110 is less likely to occur. Therefore, the facing part 263 and the resistance generating part 153 provided to suppress the backward inclination of the cleaner body 110 may also be omitted.

In the above embodiment, the gripping portion 140 is straightly extended upward from the cleaner body 110 . As an alternative, the handle portion 140 may also extend obliquely backward from the cleaner body 110 , and may also have a shape bent backward.

In the above embodiment, the battery 117 is arranged inside the driving chamber 151 . Alternatively, the battery 117 may also be mounted on the outside of the driving chamber 151 (for example, the outer surface of the casing 111 ).

153。In the above embodiment, the cleaner main body 110 does not tilt forward from the state of standing upright with respect to the suction nozzle 130 . Alternatively, the forward leaning posture of the cleaner body 110 with respect to the suction nozzle 130 may be allowed. In this case, even if the rear part 222 of the pedestal part 220 has a substantially horizontal mounting surface 223 as shown in FIG. Recovery device 200. As long as the vacuum cleaner 100 is installed on the recovery device 200 in a state where the vacuum cleaner body 110 is tilted forward with respect to the floor surface, the rearward tilting of the vacuum cleaner body 110 will become less likely to occur, so the facing part 263 and resistance generation can also be omitted. Section 153.

200。In the above embodiment, the groove portion 215 is provided for positioning the cleaner body 110 on the rear wall 214 of the recovery device 200 . Alternatively, the positioning of the recovery device 200 by the vacuum cleaner 100 can also be performed in other parts. For example, the suction nozzle 130 of the vacuum cleaner 100 may be positioned by the pedestal part 220. As shown in FIG. In this case, the groove portion 215 may not be provided in the recovery device 200 .

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the term "front" or "front side" means the advancing direction of the vacuum cleaner 100 in the normal use state of the vacuum cleaner 100. As shown in FIG. For example, which direction is "forward" can be determined as follows. In addition, it is also possible to comprehensively consider the following definitions to determine which direction is "front" and "front". ・“Front” and “front side” can be defined as directions in which the movement of the suction nozzle 130 is assisted by the rotation of the scraper brush 133 . ・The "front side" can be determined according to the installation position of the vacuum cleaner body 110 to the suction nozzle 130 . That is, the wide direction of the suction nozzle 130 may be the left-right direction, and the narrow direction may be the front-rear direction. Also, as long as the cleaner body 110 is connected to one side of the suction nozzle 130 in the front-rear direction, the side opposite to the side where the cleaner body 110 is installed on the suction nozzle 130 can be defined as a "front side". ‧“Front” and “front side” can be determined according to the direction in which the vacuum cleaner body 110 is allowed to tilt toward the suction nozzle 130 . That is, when the suction nozzle 130 is narrowed and the cleaner body 110 is allowed to tilt from the upright position, the direction opposite to the direction in which the cleaner body 110 is allowed to tilt can be defined as "front". As long as the handle portion 140 is bent relative to the cleaner body 110 , the direction opposite to the bending direction of the handle portion 140 to the cleaner body 110 can be defined as “front”.

(effect, etc.) The vacuum cleaner 100 and the recovery device 200 of the above-mentioned embodiment have the following features and exert the following effects.

The vacuum cleaner according to one aspect of the above-mentioned embodiment is configured to suck dust on the floor surface while being moved forward by the user. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a vacuum cleaner body, and the aforementioned vacuum cleaner body has: a dust suction source, which generates an attraction force for attracting dust; and a dust storage chamber, which stores the dust sucked by the dust suction source. In the front part of the vacuum cleaner body, there is a dust discharge port opening forward for discharging the dust in the dust storage chamber. When the front part of the vacuum cleaner body is connected to the recovery device having a recovery room for recovering dust, the dust storage room is communicated with the recovery room through the dust discharge port.

In the above configuration, the user sucks the dust on the floor surface while moving the cleaner forward. After that, the user advances the vacuum cleaner toward the recovery device, and connects the front side portion of the vacuum cleaner body to the recovery device. At this time, since the dust outlet opens forward, the dust storage chamber can be opened toward the recovery device, and the dust storage chamber can be communicated with the recovery chamber. That is to say, even if the user does not reverse the vacuum cleaner from the holding state during use, he can still connect the vacuum cleaner to the recovery device with the dust outlet facing the recovery device.

In the above configuration, the vacuum cleaner may further include a suction nozzle for sucking dust by the suction force of the dust suction source. The cleaner body may be attached to the suction nozzle in such a manner that the cleaner body can be tilted backward from the upright position relative to the suction nozzle by the user's operation. The recovery device may also have an opposing portion, and the aforementioned opposing portion is arranged at a connection portion with the vacuum cleaner body. The front part of the vacuum cleaner body can also be provided with a resistance generating part. When the aforementioned resistance generating part is connected to the recovery device in the state where the vacuum cleaner body has become an upright posture, it contacts the opposite part of the recovery device, and is used between the opposite part. The resistance to the backward tilting of the vacuum cleaner body is generated.

In the above configuration, the cleaner body is allowed to take a backward-inclined posture with respect to the suction nozzle. In the state where the vacuum cleaner body adopts a backward posture relative to the suction nozzle, as long as the user holds the vacuum cleaner, the suction nozzle will be located in front of the user, and the user can suck the dust on the floor while pushing the suction nozzle forward. . As long as the cleaner body is in a backward posture, it is easier to push the suction nozzle forward than when the cleaner body is in an upright posture, so the user can be encouraged to perform cleaning operations with the vacuum cleaner body in a backward posture.

When collecting dust from the vacuum cleaner toward the recovery device, since the recovery device is located at the front side of the vacuum cleaner, even if a forward external force is applied to the vacuum cleaner body, the vacuum cleaner is not easy to fall forward. On the other hand, when the user applies a backward external force to the vacuum cleaner body, the vacuum cleaner body can tilt backward without being hindered by the recovery device. The recovery device is provided with a facing portion, and the vacuum cleaner body is provided with a resistance generating portion so as to prevent the vacuum cleaner body from tilting backward unexpectedly. Therefore, since the resistance against the backward tilting of the cleaner body is generated between the resistance generating portion and the opposing portion, the unexpected rearward tilting of the cleaner body can be suppressed. Therefore, it is difficult for the cleaner body to be in a state of being tilted backward and away from the recovery device.

In the above configuration, the opposing portion can also be formed by magnets, magnetic bodies or Velcro tapes. The resistance generating part may also be constituted by a magnetic body magnetically attracted to a magnet, a magnet magnetically attracted to a magnetic body provided in the recovery device, or a hook and loop fastener hooked to a hook and loop fastener.

In the above configuration, the backward tilting of the vacuum cleaner body can be suppressed by the magnetic adsorption force between the magnet and the magnetic body or the locking force between the hook and loop fasteners.

The collecting device of one aspect of the above-mentioned embodiment is configured to collect dust from the above-mentioned vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner has a suction nozzle. The suction nozzle is installed on the vacuum cleaner body in a manner that allows the body of the vacuum cleaner to tilt backward from an upright position by the user's operation, and sucks dust by the suction force of the dust suction source. The recovery device includes: a suction source that generates suction to attract dust in a dust storage chamber of the vacuum cleaner; a housing that accommodates the suction source; and a pedestal that mounts a suction nozzle on the rear side of the housing. The pedestal part has a mounting surface which is inclined so that when the cleaner is connected to the recovery device, the cleaner body is inclined forward with respect to the ground. The casing includes a rear wall formed with a recovery port that communicates with the dust storage chamber of the vacuum cleaner when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the recovery device when the vacuum cleaner body is in a forward leaning posture. The rear wall is configured to abut against the cleaner body in the forward-inclined posture to support the cleaner body.

In the above configuration, when the suction nozzle of the vacuum cleaner is placed on the pedestal, the recovery port formed on the rear wall of the housing of the recovery device communicates with the dust storage chamber of the vacuum cleaner. In this state, when the suction source of the recovery device generates a suction force, the dust in the dust storage chamber of the vacuum cleaner flows into the casing of the recovery device through the recovery port. At this time, since the mounting surface of the pedestal on which the suction nozzle of the cleaner is placed is inclined, the cleaner body can take a forward-inclined posture with respect to the floor surface. In this case, since the component force of gravity acting on the center of gravity of the cleaner body is directed forward, unintended backward tilting of the cleaner body can be suppressed. Although the vacuum cleaner body adopts a forward leaning posture, it is in a state of being supported by the rear wall of the housing of the recovery device located on the front side of the vacuum cleaner body, so it is difficult for the vacuum cleaner to fall forward.

In the above configuration, the rear wall of the housing of the recovery device can also be configured to face the dust suction source of the vacuum cleaner when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the recovery device, so as to bear the self-weight of the dust suction source.

In the above configuration, when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the recovery device, the rear wall of the casing of the recovery device faces the dust suction source of the vacuum cleaner to bear the self-weight of the dust suction source. Therefore, compared with the structure in which the suction source is positioned higher than the rear wall and does not face the rear wall, it becomes less likely that the cleaner will fall forward.

In the above configuration, the vacuum cleaner may further include a grip part, and the grip part is formed on the upper side of the dust suction source so as to be grippable by the user. The housing of the recovery device may also have a lower height than the lower end of the handle portion of the vacuum cleaner connected to the recovery device.

In the above configuration, since the housing of the recovery device has a lower height than the lower end of the handle, the recovery device is not as large as a vacuum cleaner in the height direction. Moreover, since the grip part is located on the upper side of the housing of the recycling device as a whole, the user can hold the grip part without being hindered by the housing of the recycling device to connect the vacuum cleaner to the recycling device, or Remove from recycling.

In the above configuration, the suction nozzle may include: a nozzle cover defining a suction space for sucking dust; and a scraper brush rotatably held by the nozzle cover in the suction space and protruding downward from the nozzle cover side to scrape the dust off the floor. On the mounting surface, a protective groove may be recessed at the position where the scraping brush is mounted.

In the above configuration, since the protection groove is recessed at the position where the scraper brush of the suction nozzle is placed in the seat portion, it is possible to prevent the scraper brush from being strongly pressed against the seat portion. Therefore, deformation of the scraping brush can be suppressed.

In the above configuration, the base portion may be formed narrower than the suction nozzle.

In the above configuration, since the pedestal portion is formed narrower than the suction nozzle, the recovery device does not require a wide installation area.

In the above configuration, a groove may be formed on the rear wall for fitting the cleaner body in an upright position with respect to the suction nozzle, and to position the cleaner body in the width direction of the cleaner body.

According to the above structure, the vacuum cleaner body can be positioned by inserting the vacuum cleaner body into the groove formed on the rear wall of the recovery device. The recovery device can recover dust from the vacuum cleaner when the main body of the vacuum cleaner is positioned.

Industrial availability The vacuum cleaner and recovery device of the above-mentioned embodiments are suitably utilized as devices used in cleaning work.
