本發明之實施例係關於用於無線通訊系統之參考信號。
在一無線通訊系統中,可能期望對彼此無線通訊之裝置之間的通訊頻道具有一準確估計。當互易頻道估計係用於一分時雙工(TDD)系統時,通常執行一上行鏈路及下行鏈路頻道差異之校準。特定通訊標準包含可用於估計一通訊頻道之參考信號。在特定通訊系統中,下行鏈路訊框與上行鏈路訊框並未對準。此可給頻道估計及/或校準帶來技術挑戰。由於通訊系統之不同部分處理參考信號,因此對準上行鏈路訊框與下行鏈路訊框可能更加困難。

在一TDD訊框結構中,下行鏈路訊框與上行鏈路訊框在多種應用中並未對準。在此等應用中,在上行鏈路訊框與下行鏈路訊框之間存在一訊框偏移。在一下行鏈路(DL)傳輸波形之符號邊界與一上行鏈路(UL)接收信號符號邊界未對準之情況下,該訊框偏移可能給校準帶來挑戰。

圖1A係用於實例性新無線電(NR)訊框之一時序圖,其繪示訊框結構及校準參考信號時序。訊框結構可用於具有TDD協調多點(COMP)無線通訊之開放式無線電存取網路(ORAN)架構。例如,ORAN架構可基於ORAN選項7.x及/或選項8。
如圖1A中所展示,NR訊框結構可包含7個下行鏈路(DL)時槽、一特殊時槽SSF及2個上行鏈路(UL)時槽。一第三代合作夥伴計劃(3GPP) NR時槽持續時間在資料排程方面可等效於3GPP長期演進(LTE)子訊框。特殊時槽SSF係在DL時槽與UL時槽之間。7個DL時槽、一特殊時槽及2個UL時槽之各群組可為5毫秒(ms)長。根據TDD訊框結構,其他持續時間係可能的。可重複7個DL時槽、一特殊時槽及2個UL時槽之各群組。
特殊時槽SSF可包含DL符號、UL符號及可組態為DL、UL或用作DL與UL之間的一防護週期之靈活符號。在圖1A中,特殊時槽SSF由一DL部分及一靈活部分組成。校準可在特殊時槽中之一靈活週期內發生。在所繪示實例中,在特殊時槽中,靈活週期係7個符號長。
圖1B係一NR訊框結構之另一實例之一時序圖,其繪示訊框結構及校準參考信號時序。在圖1B之NR訊框結構中,特殊時槽S包含2個DL符號、6個靈活符號及6個UL符號。該兩個DL符號可包含實體下行鏈路控制頻道(PDCCH)通訊。校準可在特殊時槽S之靈活部分之前4個符號內發生。一第一群組之網路天線可在靈活符號之前兩個符號中傳輸校準參考符號,且一第二群組之網路天線可在靈活符號之下兩個符號中傳輸校準參考符號。該兩個群組之網路天線之各者各可接收一校準參考符號,該校準參考符號包含來自另一群組之兩個經傳輸校準參考符號之部分。特殊時槽之6個UL符號可用於自使用者設備接收探測參考信號(SRS)通訊。若並未在特殊時槽S中執行校準,則有4個符號可用於實體下行鏈路共用頻道(PDSCH)通訊。在一些例項中,可減少特殊時槽之UL部分以支援一較長PDSCH。

本發明之態樣係關於使校準程序對用於處理時域樣本之不同RRH及/或FH實施方案透明之一校準參考信號波形。可在不瞭解上行鏈路訊框與下行鏈路訊框之間的訊框偏移之情況下在時域中處理本文中所揭示之參考信號。無關於訊框偏移,可藉由頻域處理復原校準信號。
圖2A係繪示UL訊框與DL訊框之間的一時序偏移之一實例性時序圖。在圖2A中所繪示之實例中,UL及DL訊框具有時域樣本之一訊框偏移TA
offset。該訊框偏移可為一傳輸至接收切換時間或一接收至傳輸切換時間。訊框偏移在圖2A中標記為FO。在一傳輸至接收切換之結尾與下一上行鏈路符號邊界之間存在時域樣本之一間隙T

offset= 1600個時域樣本之一訊框偏移。在圖2B中,各時槽或訊框具有288+4096個時域樣本之一長度。此係來自圖2A之一循環移位長度CP加上一校準參考符號長度N之一實例。圖2B係新無線電(NR)中之一實例。符號可為正交頻域多工(OFDM)符號。在一些其他實施例中,根據本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點之參考符號可為其他類型之參考符號,諸如離散傅立葉變換-擴展-分頻多重存取(DFT-擴展-FDMA)符號、交錯FDMA (IFDMA)或其他時域波形符號。
圖2A及圖2B之實例性時序圖係關於在天線群組之間傳輸一參考信號。包含兩個連續傳輸之校準參考符號之一參考信號係自各天線群組G0及G1傳輸。該等連續傳輸之參考符號係不間斷地背對背傳輸。下文將(例如)參考圖3提供關於校準參考符號之更多細節。
各天線群組G0及G1接收包含2個連續傳輸之校準參考符號之部分之一校準參考符號。一天線群組G0或G1及對應接收處理電路系統可經配置以在來自一傳輸器之2個連續傳輸之校準參考符號之中間接收。此可為上行鏈路符號與下行鏈路符號之間的訊框偏移大於一校準參考信號之一循環移位之部分之一長度的一結果。例如,第一群組之天線G0接收一校準參考符號22。歸因於上行鏈路符號與下行鏈路符號之間的未對準,校準參考符號22包含兩個不同經傳輸參考信號之部分。類似地,第二群組之天線G1接收一校準參考符號24,歸因於上行鏈路符號與下行鏈路符號之間的未對準,該校準參考符號24包含兩個不同經傳輸參考信號之部分。歸因於經傳輸之校準參考符號之結構,經接收之校準參考符號係依一循環移位在一接收器側處被接收。接收側接著可處理一經接收之校準參考符號以考量到此循環移位。
圖3係根據一實施例之校準參考符號之一實例性時序圖。一校準參考信號可包含兩個連續校準參考OFDM符號,該兩個連續校準參考OFDM符號包含一第一校準參考符號31及一第二校準參考符號32。
第一校準參考符號31包含一符號33及符號33之一循環移位的部分34。第一校準參考符號31可由符號33及循環移位之部分34組成。循環移位之部分34係圖3中之一循環前綴。在第一校準參考符號31中,符號33緊跟在循環移位之部分34之後。在圖3中所展示之實例中,循環移位之部分34具有288個時域樣本之一長度。循環移位之部分34之該長度可係由一標準或其他規範設定。循環移位之部分34的長度係圖3中之一循環前綴長度。在圖3中所展示之實例中,符號33包含4096個時域樣本。OFDM符號33之長度可係由一標準或其他規範設定。循環移位之部分34包含符號33之最後288個時域樣本。
第二校準參考符號32係第一校準參考符號31之一循環移位之版本。特定言之,第二校準參考符號32係向左循環移位達循環移位之部分34的長度的第一校準參考符號31。第二校準參考符號32包含一符號35及一循環移位之部分36。在第二校準參考符號32中,符號35包含與第一校準參考符號31之符號33相同的時域樣本,惟時域樣本藉由循環移位達循環移位之部分36的長度而按一不同順序除外。第一校準參考符號31之符號33的時域樣本係第二校準參考符號32的起始4096個時域樣本。因此,在第一及第二校準參考符號31及32中,符號33的時域樣本背對背重複。第二校準參考符號32之循環移位之部分36具有與第一校準參考符號之循環移位之部分34相同的長度。若循環移位之部分34及36的長度不同,則第二校準參考符號32可向左移位達循環移位之部分36的長度。
在某些實施例中,為考量到一接收側訊框偏移,第一及第二校準參考符號31及32可進一步循環移位達該訊框偏移。在圖2B中所繪示之實例中,訊框偏移係1600個時域樣本。時域循環移位可對應於一頻域相位斜坡。
在接收側,一經接收之校準參考符號24可包含第一校準參考符號31之部分及第二校準參考符號32之部分。校準參考符號31及32結構及連續傳輸可導致接收側處之經接收之校準參考符號24中之一連續相位。圖3繪示可在對應於第一及第二經傳輸之校準參考符號31及32之中間之一時間接收校準參考信號24。此對應於圖2B之時序圖。經接收之校準參考符號24包含符號33之一些時域樣本、來自循環移位之部分36之時域樣本,及來自符號35之一些時域樣本。經接收之校準參考符號24包含符號33中存在之所有時域樣本,而實際上未接收整個符號33。類似地,經接收之校準參考符號24包含符號35中存在之所有時域樣本,而實際上未接收整個符號35。除了符號33或35中存在之所有時域樣本之外,經接收之校準參考符號24包含對應於循環移位之部分36的長度的額外時域樣本。
可藉由移除經接收之校準參考符號24之對應於一循環移位之部分之一量且循環移位達訊框偏移減去處理鏈中之任何其他偏移而自經接收之校準參考符號24判定符號33。另一偏移之一項實例係在一循環前綴之一中間而非在該循環前綴之一結尾處採用一快速傅立葉傳送視窗之一RRU。可藉由時域處理來移除對應於循環移位長度之時域樣本。達訊框偏移減去其他偏移之循環移位可藉由頻域處理中之相位斜升來執行。若已自傳輸器側預補償此一偏移,則可避免頻域處理中之此相位斜升。
處理一經接收之校準參考符號之一基頻單元(BBU)可能無法存取執行先前處理之前傳電路系統及/或一或多個RRU。當傳輸包括第一及第二校準參考符號31及32之一校準參考信號時,BBU可經由前傳電路系統及/或一或多個RRU接收一連續相位校準參考信號。
儘管本文中所揭示之實施例可參考一循環前綴進行論述,但本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點可應用於具有循環後綴之連續校準參考符號。
圖4A係根據一實施例之用於傳輸一校準參考信號之一系統40之一示意性方塊圖。系統40包含一基頻單元41、一射頻處理單元42及至少一個天線43。射頻處理單元42可包含一遠端無線電單元及/或前傳處理電路系統。

delta兩者之一相位斜坡。第二校準參考符號可經相移,使得在頻域處理(例如,快速傅立葉逆變換及循環前綴添加)之後,第二校準參考符號係與第一校準參考符號循環連續。可將兩個頻域校準參考符號提供至一射頻處理單元(諸如一前傳),其中應用一快速傅立葉逆變換(IFFT)且添加一循環前綴。
不同於在LTE中,在NR中之一傳輸器及一接收器處可能存在不同載波頻率,此可在缺少補償之情況下產生相位旋轉問題。不同載波頻率可在符號之間引入不同相位偏移。可在NR中應用相位補償以避免跨ODFM符號之相位旋轉。一傳輸器及一接收器各可基於其自身中心頻率應用相位補償。以此方式,一UE可在不瞭解gNB處之中心頻率之情況下操作,一同步信號/實體廣播頻道(SS/PBCH)區塊、剩餘最小系統資訊(RMSI)或一頻寬部分(BWP)係相對於該gNB傳輸。在一傳輸器處,可在升頻轉換之前對一符號應用相位補償。在一接收器處,可在降頻轉換之後應用相位補償。用於相位補償之相位項可在一gNB及一UE兩者處皆已知。在某些實施例中,gNB側相位補償可在前傳處應用。
在本文中所揭示之校準參考符號產生中,校準參考符號可在一接收側或一傳輸側處相位補償。此相位補償可為在前傳處應用之NR指定之相位補償值的補充。預補償可為載波頻率特定的。
參考圖4B,系統40’包含一基頻單元41’,該基頻單元41’具有一參考符號產生區塊44、相位斜升區塊45’及49,以及一頻域取樣區塊46。在基頻單元41’中,第一相位斜升區塊45’可對第一符號應用相位斜升以產生相對於第一符號循環移位且亦包含用於訊框偏移之預補償之一第二符號。替代性地或此外,第一相位斜升區塊45’可預補償一或多個其他偏移(諸如一傳輸至接收切換之結尾與下一上行鏈路符號邊界之間的間隙)。第二相位斜升區塊49可對第一符號應用相位斜升以產生相對於第一符號循環移位以預補償訊框偏移之一預補償之第一符號。替代性地或此外,第二相位斜升電路49可預補償一或多個其他偏移(諸如一傳輸至接收切換之結尾與下一上行鏈路符號邊界之間的間隙)。對於各校準符號,可藉由頻域取樣區塊46儲存一相位校正之信號。替代性地,可儲存一共同相位調整項且可在傳輸期間產生用於各天線之循環移位。
在某些應用中,可應用一額外相位斜坡補償以預補償由一標準指定之一OFDM符號特定之相位旋轉。例如,在一NR標準中,在一1毫秒持續時間內對各OFDM符號應用一相位旋轉。圖4B中所展示之預補償之一實施例可對第一符號應用一進一步額外相位偏移以預補償應用於第一及第二校準符號之相位旋轉。在一第二實例中,可對第二校準符號應用相位斜升以預補償應用於第一及第二校準符號之相位旋轉。
本文中所揭示之基頻單元41、基頻單元41’及其他基頻單元可包含用以執行所描述功能之任何合適實體硬體。此實體硬體可包含至少一個處理器及記憶體。所繪示區塊可用用於一特定區塊之專用電路系統及/或用經程式化及/或經組態以執行兩個或更多個區塊之功能性之共用硬體來實施。基頻單元41可經由一光纖連接至射頻處理單元42。

如圖3中所展示,一經接收之校準參考符號24可在兩個連續傳輸之校準參考符號31及32之中間接收。取決於TDD訊框偏移,接收側可觀察經歷一不同循環移位之一校準參考符號。在圖2B中所展示之實例中,一上行鏈路符號係在一下行鏈路符號之前在TA

圖5係根據一實施例之用於處理一經接收之校準參考信號之一系統50之一示意性方塊圖。系統50包含至少一個天線51、一射頻處理單元52及一基頻單元53。射頻處理單元52可包含一遠端無線電單元及/或前傳處理電路系統。在某些應用中,基頻單元53可包含基頻單元41之特徵之任何合適組合。在某些應用中,射頻處理單元52可包含射頻處理單元42之特徵之任何合適組合。
天線51可接收一經傳輸之校準參考符號。在一些例項中,複數個天線可接收校準參考符號。如上文所論述,一經接收之校準參考符號可為循環移位達訊框偏移之量之一校準參考信號符號之一循環移位之版本。在圖2及圖3之實例中,循環移位補償或預補償係向左。在一些其他應用中,循環移位可向另一方向。
系統50可應用相位斜坡補償以補償接收器側上之時域循環移位。在特定例項中,可預補償各傳輸天線上之傳輸波長上之時域循環移位且可能無需接收器側補償。
射頻處理單元52可為一RRU或前傳。在一些例項中,射頻處理單元52可藉由一RRU及前傳之一組合實施。射頻處理單元52可在RF域中處理時域樣本。所繪示之射頻處理單元52包含一循環前綴移除區塊54及一快速傅立葉變換(FFT)區塊55。循環前綴移除區塊54可移除經接收之校準參考符號之對應於循環移位長度之起始時域樣本。FFT區塊55可將藉由循環前綴移除區塊輸出之符號自時域變換為頻域。

圖6係根據一實施例之用於處理一經接收之校準參考信號之一系統60之一示意性方塊圖。實際上,相對較長偏移可給頻道估計帶來技術挑戰。例如,憑藉1600個時域樣本之一訊框偏移,歸因於該訊框偏移之一循環移位可大於一OFDM符號之一長度之1/4。由於SRS時域視窗可能受到不利影響,因此此位準之訊框偏移可能對UE處理不完全透明。因此,可能期望一偏移量之一先驗資訊。在某些應用中,代替相位斜坡補償,可在一頻道估計階段中使用關於一接收側處之一預期循環移位之一先驗資訊以調整用於各天線之時域頻道估計視窗位置,以提取用於各天線之一準確頻道估計。一基頻單元63包含一頻道估計區塊67。頻道估計區塊67可基於關於接收側處之預期循環移位之一先驗資訊來調整一時域位置以提取用於各天線之一頻道估計。基頻單元63可基於處理經接收之參考符號而自包含天線51之一或多個天線計算校準係數。一經計算之校準係數可基於藉由頻道估計區塊67產生之頻道估計。
在使用傳輸經加權重疊及添加(WOLA)之應用中,可實施校準參考信號。圖7繪示根據一實施例之在OFDM符號之兩側上應用WOLA滾降之一校準參考信號之一時序圖。憑藉WOLA滾降,可減小相鄰頻道洩漏比(ACLR)。圖7繪示校準參考符號71及72。此等符號分別如符號31及32一樣,惟在校準參考符號71及72之各者之起始及結尾處應用WOLA滾降除外。本文中所揭示之校準參考符號係穩健的以傳輸其中適當正規化權重值之WOLA。連續校準參考符號之時域樣本之重疊部分可具有加總為1之權重係數。
圖2B之時序圖指示一校準參考程序可在時域樣本之5個符號內發生。即使完全控制一RRU及前傳時序案例,亦可有至少四個符號用於一校準參考程序。用於校準之一最小時間量可對應於1個訊框偏移(FO) + 1次傳輸至接收轉變(TR) + 1個符號+ 1TR + 1Symb + 1TR。此等同於FO + 3TR + 2個符號。在圖2B中之實例中,1個符號= 4096+288個時域樣本,1TR > 1200或1600個時域樣本(3 TRs = 3600~4800),且1 FO = 1600個時域樣本。在此實例中,1 FO + 3TR總共係大約5200~6400個時域樣本。在一校準參考程序中涉及至少4個符號。因此,即使吾人假定完全控制RRU側上之傳輸及接收時序,仍僅可節省1個額外符號。在圖2B中之5個符號中,1可被視為額外耗用以考量到RRU側上之傳輸及接收時序之差異。
圖8係繪示根據一實施例之用於傳輸及接收校準參考信號之時序之一時序圖。在此實施例中,在用於校準之一時槽中可存在傳輸與接收之間的一單次切換。一第一群組G0之天線及一第二群組G1之天線兩者可使用相同或實質上相同之傳輸/接收切換波形。在一特殊時槽81或82中可僅存在自DL至UL之一次切換。第一群組G0及第二群組G1可交替一DL/UL型樣以在特殊時槽中傳輸及接收校準參考信號。在特殊時槽81中,第一群組G0傳輸校準參考信號且第二群組G1接收校準參考信號。接著,在特殊時槽82中,第一群組G0接收校準參考信號且第二群組G1傳輸校準參考信號。在此實施例中,在一特殊時槽之前之最後下行鏈路時槽之後的兩個額外符號可足以用於校準。憑藉在具有圖8中所展示之時序之特殊時槽中傳輸及接收校準參考信號,不存在專門用於校準之額外傳輸至接收或接收至傳輸轉變。對於各群組,僅存在一次切換轉變。對於自一特殊時槽之前之下行鏈路轉變至該特殊時槽之後之上行鏈路,無論如何都將實施該一次切換轉變。
一校準參考信號亦可在時槽之一DL部分之結尾中發送。該校準參考信號可結合一頻道狀態資訊參考信號(CSI-RS)重用。第一群組G0可在一個特殊時槽(例如,特殊時槽81)上發送CSI-RS。第二群組G1可在交替特殊時槽(例如,特殊時槽82)上發送CSI-RS。與G0/G1相關聯之RRU可使用CSI-RS用於校準。一或多個使用者設備(UE)可使用CSI-RS用於CSI報告。
本文中所揭示之校準參考信號可為任何合適參考信號。例如,本文中所揭示之校準參考信號可根據探測參考信號(SRS)、CSI-RS、一通用線性調頻脈衝(chirp)序列、類似者或其等之任何合適組合來實施。一校準參考符號可基於Gold序列、Zadoff-Chu序列、一UL SRS序列、一DL CSI-RS序列或DL解調變參考信號(DMRS)序列來產生。一校準參考信號之一資源可經傳訊及/或經組態至UE,使得其等可使用同一CSI RS序列用於DL CSI處理。
儘管某些實施例係參考使用完整OFDM符號用於校準來描述,但本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點可應用於其中使用一部分OFDM符號(例如,一半符號)用於校準之應用。例如,一半符號可用於發送一校準參考符號。在一接收器側處,一BBU側可接收頻域樣本,執行返回至時域之一IFFT,提取一對應校準參考信號及執行返回至頻域之一FFT以獲得用於一校準參考信號之一頻道估計。
一網路系統可經組態以根據本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點產生、傳輸、接收及/或處理校準參考信號。該網路系統可使用基於校準參考信號判定之頻道估計來校準用於無線通訊之UL/DL互易頻道估計之RRU天線。網路系統可與UE交換TDD MIMO資訊。圖9繪示一實例性網路系統。該網路系統可在任何合適網路環境(諸如圖12之網路環境230及/或任何合適網路環境)中操作。網路系統可包含本文中所揭示之任何合適RRU、前傳電路系統及/或BBU。
圖9係繪示根據一實施例之包含基頻單元902及遠端無線電單元920之一實例性網路系統900之一方塊圖。圖9之網路系統900可根據本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點產生、傳輸、接收及處理參考信號。基頻單元902可與至少一個遠端無線電單元920耦合。基頻單元902係可根據本文中所揭示之任何合適原理及優點判定、產生及/或處理校準參考信號之一處理單元之一實例。如所繪示,基頻單元902可與複數個遠端無線電單元920耦合。此等遠端無線電單元920可為分佈式的。遠端無線電單元920及/或前傳電路系統可執行本文中所揭示之射頻處理。
