Description

WO2019072602A1揭示農化組合物,其包含農藥及分子量至少為100,000 Da之(甲基)丙烯酸酯均聚物或共聚物。該等農化懸浮液呈現高度儲存穩定性及與液體肥料組合物之高相容性。
已發現,仍存在改良如WO2019072602A1中所揭示之懸浮液的物理穩定性之空間,尤其在高溫下或在溫度循環程序中之溫度變化時減少膠凝。另一目標為進一步改良懸浮液與肥料及一般而言之較高鹽濃度之相容性,該等條件可存在於農化組合物與肥料之槽混合物組合物中。因此,本發明之一個目標為提高所得槽混合物之理穩定性,尤其降低包含農化懸浮液之高鹽組合物的膠凝趨勢。

農化活性物質以農化懸浮液中之懸浮粒子形式存在。粒子之特徵可在於其粒度分佈,其可藉由動態光散射技術測定。合適之動態光散射量測單元尤其以商品名Malvern Mastersizer 3000生產。粒子之特徵可在於其中值直徑,其通常縮寫為x50值。x50值係指特定粒徑,其中按體積計一半粒子群小於此直徑。x50值通常根據ISO 13320:2009測定。
粒子之x50值可為0.05 µm至30 µm,較佳0.1 µm至20 µm,更佳0.5 µm至20 µm,最佳0.5 µm至15 µm,尤其較佳0.5 µm至10 µm。粒子之x50值通常為至少0.75 µm,較佳至少1 µm。
懸浮粒子可以在20℃下為固體之結晶或非晶形粒子形式存在。
通常而言,以農化懸浮液中農化活性物質之總重量計,至少50 wt%之農化活性物質可以固體粒子形式存在,較佳至少70 wt%,更佳至少90 wt%。
農化懸浮液可含有其他活性成分,其可選自殺真菌劑、殺昆蟲劑、殺線蟲劑、除草劑、安全劑、微量營養素、生物殺蟲劑、硝化抑制劑、脲酶抑制劑及/或生長調節劑。其他活性成分可以溶解形式或以懸浮粒子形式存在於農化懸浮液中。以農化懸浮液之總重量計,其他活性成分之濃度通常為1至50 wt%,較佳10至25 wt%。
農化懸浮液進一步含有聚合物P。此類聚合物已描述於WO2019072602A1中,其以全文引用之方式併入本文中。聚合物P可以商品名Sokalan PA 100 S或Sokalan PA 80 S自BASF商購。
聚合物P之特徵在於其質量平均莫耳質量(M

根據本發明之農化懸浮液通常包含至少0.1重量%、較佳至少0.5重量%且尤其至少1重量%之聚合物P。根據本發明之組合物通常包含0.1至15重量%、較佳0.1至10重量%且尤其0.1至5重量%之聚合物P (每次均以懸浮液之總重量計)。
農化活性物質與聚合物P之重量比可在任何範圍內變化,例如在1:10000至10000:1範圍內,較佳在1:1000至1000:1範圍內,尤其較佳在1:100至100:1範圍內,諸如在50:1至1:1範圍內。
農化懸浮液原則上可在任何pH值下製備。較佳地,根據本發明之農化組合物之pH值低於9,更佳為4至8。

熟習此項技術者意識到,增稠劑之增稠效果視與增稠劑之分子結構相比的給定液體組合物之物理化學性質而定。若增稠劑主要含有極性官能基,諸如OH、COOH或SO
3H,則熟習此項技術者應理解此類增稠劑主要適用於極性、較佳質子溶劑中。最顯著地,僅在將水或其他質子溶劑添加至組合物中的情況下,三仙膠及其他未經修飾之多醣能夠展開其對液體組合物之充分稠化。另一方面,若增稠劑含有實質性疏水性部分,則其可適用於提高非極性溶劑之黏度,諸如在二丁基-月桂醯基-穀胺醯胺之情況下。熟習此項技術者能夠藉由比較增稠劑之分子結構與液體組合物之物理化學特性,來鑑別提高任何給定液體組合物之黏度的增稠劑。

因此,應瞭解,術語萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物可指廣泛範圍之比的式(I)及式(II)化合物之混合物,例如式(I)化合物與式(II)化合物之重量比介於10,000:1至1:10,000、較佳100:1至1:100、更佳10:1至1:10之範圍內。在一個實施例中,術語「萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物」係指式(I)化合物。在另一實施例中,術語「萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物」係指式(II)化合物。
農化懸浮液含有以農化懸浮液之總重量計,濃度為0.2至0.9 wt%、較佳0.4至0.6 wt%之萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物。農化懸浮液可含有以農化懸浮液之總重量計,濃度至少為0.3 wt%、較佳至少0.5 wt%之萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物。農化懸浮液可含有以農化懸浮液之總重量計,濃度至多為0.8 wt%,較佳至多0.7 wt%之萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物。萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物通常以溶解形式存在於農化懸浮液中。
萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物與農化活性物質之重量比可在廣泛範圍內變化。在一個實施例中,萘磺酸甲醛縮合物與農化活性物質之重量比可為1:100至1:10,000,較佳1:500至1:5000。
農化懸浮液可視情況含有非離子烷基多葡糖苷,諸如C

12-烷基多醣苷。此類化合物可以商品名Agnique PG 9116、Agnique PG 8105、Agnique PG 8017及Agnique PG 264商購。合適之烷基多醣苷通常具有11至15、較佳11至14之HLB值,且呈現1.1至2、較佳1.3至1.7之聚合度。其可基於各種類型之糖類,較佳基於葡糖。
農化懸浮液可含有以農化懸浮液之總重量計,濃度為0.5至15 wt%,較佳1至10 wt%之烷基多醣苷。農化懸浮液可含有以農化懸浮液之總重量計,濃度至少為1.5 wt%之烷基多葡糖苷。農化懸浮液可含有以農化組合物之總重量計,濃度至多為8 wt%,較佳至多6 wt%,更佳至多4 wt%,最佳至多3 wt%之烷基多醣苷。
農化懸浮液可製備為廣泛多種農化調配物,例如SC、OD或FS調配物。此等及其他組合物類型定義於「Catalogue of pesticide formulation types and international coding system」, Technical Monograph第2期,2008年5月第6版,CropLife International中。該等組合物以已知方法製備,諸如由Mollet及Grubemann, Formulation technology, Wiley VCH, Weinheim, 2001;或Knowles, New developments in crop protection product formulation, Agrow Reports DS243, T&F Informa, London, 2005所描述。通常而言,該方法包含使增稠劑、聚合物P、農化活性物質及萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物以任何給定順序接觸之步驟。通常而言,該方法亦包括碾磨或研磨農化活性物質至所需粒度之步驟。
農化懸浮液可含有廣泛多種助劑。合適之助劑為溶劑、液體載劑、固體載劑或填充劑、界面活性劑、分散劑、乳化劑、濕潤劑(亦稱為潤濕劑)、佐劑、增溶劑、穿透增強劑、保護性膠體、黏附劑、保濕劑、防護劑、引誘劑、激食物質、增容劑、殺細菌劑、防凍劑、消泡劑、著色劑、增黏劑及黏合劑。
合適之溶劑及液體載劑為水及有機溶劑,諸如中至高沸點之礦物油餾分,例如煤油、柴油;植物或動物來源之油;脂族、環狀及芳族烴,例如甲苯、石蠟、四氫化萘、烷基化萘;醇,例如乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、苯甲醇、環己醇;二醇;DMSO;酮,例如環己酮;酯,例如乳酸酯、碳酸酯、脂肪酸酯、γ-丁內酯;脂肪酸;膦酸酯;胺;醯胺,例如N-甲基吡咯啶酮,脂肪酸二甲基醯胺;及其混合物。
合適之固體載劑或填充劑為礦物土,例如矽酸鹽、矽膠、滑石、高嶺土、石灰石、石灰、白堊、黏土、白雲石、矽藻土、膨潤土、硫酸鈣、硫酸鎂、氧化鎂;多醣,例如纖維素、澱粉;肥料,例如硫酸銨、磷酸銨、硝酸銨、脲;植物來源之產品,例如穀物粉、樹皮粉、木粉、堅果殼粉及其混合物。
合適之界面活性劑為界面活性化合物,諸如陰離子、陽離子、非離子及兩性界面活性劑、嵌段聚合物、聚電解質及其混合物。此類界面活性劑可用作乳化劑、分散劑、增溶劑、濕潤劑、穿透增強劑、保護性膠體或佐劑。界面活性劑之實例列出於McCutcheon's, Vol.1: Emulsifiers & Detergents, McCutcheon's Directories, Glen Rock, USA, 2008 (國際版或北美版)中。
合適之陰離子型界面活性劑係鹼金屬、鹼土金屬或銨之磺酸鹽、硫酸鹽、磷酸鹽、羧酸鹽,及其混合物。磺酸鹽之實例為烷基芳基磺酸鹽、二苯基磺酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、木質素磺酸鹽、脂肪酸及油磺酸鹽、乙氧基化烷基酚之磺酸鹽、烷氧基化芳基酚之磺酸鹽、縮合萘之磺酸鹽、十二烷基及十三烷基苯之磺酸鹽、萘及烷基萘之磺酸鹽、磺基丁二酸鹽或磺基丁二醯胺酸鹽。硫酸鹽之實例為脂肪酸及油、乙氧基化烷基酚、醇、乙氧基化醇或脂肪酸酯之硫酸鹽。磷酸鹽之實例為磷酸酯。羧酸鹽之實例為烷基羧酸鹽及羧化醇或烷基酚乙氧基化物。
合適之非離子界面活性劑為烷氧基化物、經N取代之脂肪酸醯胺、氧化胺、酯、糖基界面活性劑、聚合物界面活性劑及其混合物。烷氧基化物之實例為已用1至50當量烷氧基化之諸如醇、烷基酚、胺、醯胺、芳基酚、脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯之化合物。可採用環氧乙烷及/或環氧丙烷、較佳環氧乙烷進行烷氧基化。經N取代之脂肪酸醯胺之實例係脂肪酸葡糖醯胺或脂肪酸烷醇醯胺。酯之實例為脂肪酸酯、甘油酯或單酸甘油酯。糖基界面活性劑之實例為去水山梨醇、乙氧基化去水山梨醇、蔗糖及葡糖酯或烷基多葡糖苷。聚合物界面活性劑之實例為乙烯基吡咯啶酮、乙烯醇或乙酸乙烯酯之均聚物或共聚物。
合適之陽離子型界面活性劑為四級界面活性劑(例如具有一個或兩個疏水性基團之四級銨化合物)或長鏈一級胺之鹽。合適之兩性界面活性劑為烷基甜菜鹼及咪唑啉。合適之嵌段聚合物為包含聚氧化乙烯及聚氧化丙烯之嵌段的A-B或A-B-A型嵌段聚合物或包含烷醇、聚氧化乙烯及聚氧化丙烯之A-B-C型嵌段聚合物。合適之聚電解質為聚酸或聚鹼。聚酸之實例為聚丙烯酸之鹼金屬鹽或聚合酸梳狀聚合物。聚鹼之實例為聚乙烯胺或聚伸乙胺。
合適之佐劑為本身具有可忽視或甚至無殺蟲活性且改良化合物I對目標之生物效能的化合物。其實例為界面活性劑、礦物油或植物油及其他助劑。其他實例由Knowles, Adjuvants and additives, Agrow Reports DS256, T&F Informa UK, 2006, 第5章列出。
合適之殺細菌劑係溴硝丙二醇及異噻唑啉酮衍生物,諸如烷基異噻唑啉酮及苯并異噻唑啉酮。合適之防凍劑為乙二醇、丙二醇、脲及甘油。合適之消泡劑為聚矽氧、長鏈醇及脂肪酸鹽。合適之著色劑(例如呈紅色、藍色或綠色)為低水溶解度顏料及水溶性染料。其實例為無機著色劑(例如氧化鐵、氧化鈦、六氰鐵酸鐵及有機著色劑(例如茜素、偶氮類及酞菁著色劑)。合適之增黏劑或黏合劑為聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯、生物或合成蠟及纖維素醚。
種子處理溶液(LS)、懸乳劑(SE)及可流動濃縮液(FS)通常用於處理植物繁殖材料,尤其係種子。在二至十倍稀釋之後,所討論之組合物在即用型製劑中產生0.01至60重量%、較佳0.1至40重量%之活性物質濃度。可在播種之前或期間進行施加。分別在植物繁殖材料,尤其是種子上施加農化懸浮液之方法包括對繁殖材料之拌種、塗佈、粒化、撒粉、浸泡及沿溝施加之方法。較佳地,農化懸浮液藉由不誘發出芽之方法,例如藉由拌種、粒化、塗佈及撒粉而施加於植物繁殖材料上。
本發明亦係關於含有農化懸浮液及無機肥料之槽混合物。
無機肥料在本文中使用肥料級別提及。所有肥料標籤均包含三個數字。第一數字為氮(N)之量,第二數字為磷酸鹽(P
2O
5)之量且第三數字為鉀肥(K
2O)之量。此三個數字表示主要營養素(氮(N)-磷(P)-鉀(K))。10-10-10肥料含有10%氮、10%磷酸鹽及10%鉀肥。
無機肥料通常經由化學方法(諸如哈柏法(Haber process)製造,亦使用天然存在之沈積物,同時對其進行化學變化(例如濃縮之三過磷酸鈣)。天然存在之無機肥料包括智利硝酸鈉、磷礦石、石灰石及未加工之鉀肥。T在特定實施例中,無機肥料可為NPK肥料。「NPK肥料」係以適當濃度調配之無機肥料及包含三種主要營養素氮(N)、磷(P)及鉀(K)以及通常S、Mg、Ca及微量元素的組合。
其他無機肥料包括硝酸銨、硝酸鈣銨、硫硝酸銨、硫酸銨或磷酸銨。
在特定實施例中,含脲肥料可為脲、甲醛脲、脲硝酸銨(UAN)溶液、脲硫、穩定脲、脲基NPK肥料或脲硫酸銨。在使用或提供含脲肥料或脲之情況下,尤其較佳的係如上文所定義之脲酶抑制劑可被添加或額外存在或同時或與含脲肥料結合使用。含脲肥料藉由微生物水解,藉此釋放氨,該氨又形成銨離子。含脲肥料可因此被視為銨之儲存形式。
較佳地,肥料可為固態或液態含銨無機肥料,諸如NPK肥料(其提供氮、磷及鉀)、硝酸銨、硝酸鈣銨、硫硝酸銨、硫酸銨或磷酸銨;或含脲肥料,諸如脲、甲醛脲、脲硝酸銨(UAN)溶液、脲硫、穩定脲、脲基NPK肥料、脲硫酸銨或其混合物。最佳地,肥料為NPK肥料,尤其含有呈任何無機形式之氮及磷而無鉀的肥料。在一個實施例中,無機肥料包含磷酸銨及/或聚磷酸銨。
以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物可包含濃度為1至99.9 wt%、較佳5至99 wt%、更佳5至95 wt%、最佳20至80 wt%之肥料。以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物可包含至少30 wt%之肥料、較佳至少50 wt%、更佳至少90 wt%之肥料。以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物通常包含至多99.9 wt%、較佳至多95 wt%、更佳至多90 wt%之肥料。
以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物包含濃度為1至99.9 wt%、較佳5至99 wt%、更佳5至95 wt%、最佳20至80 wt%之農化懸浮液。以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物可包含至少30 wt%之農化懸浮液、較佳至少50 wt%、更佳至少90 wt%之農化懸浮液。以槽混合物之總重量計,槽混合物通常包含至多99.9 wt%、較佳至多95 wt%、更佳至多90 wt%之農化懸浮液。
槽混合物中之農化懸浮液與無機肥料的重量比可在廣泛範圍內變化,諸如100:1至1:100,較佳98:2至2:98,最佳95:1至1:95。
槽混合物可藉由使農化懸浮液與無機肥料及視情況存在之水以任何合適順序接觸來製備。該接觸通常藉由在槽中混合組分來達成。
槽混合物可進一步含有如上文針對農化懸浮液所指定之助劑。通常而言,槽混合物亦可含有其他農化活性物質,尤其如上文指定之硝化及/或脲酶抑制劑。
本發明進一步係關於一種控制植物病原性真菌及/或非所需植物生長及/或非所需昆蟲或蟎侵襲及/或用於調節植物生長之方法,其中使農化懸浮液或槽混合物作用於各別害蟲、其環境或待保護以免於該各別害蟲所擾之作物植物,作用於土壤及/或非所需植物及/或作物植物及/或其環境。
當用於植物保護時,所施加農化活性物質之量視所需作用種類而定為0.001至2 kg/ha,較佳0.005至2 kg/ha,更佳0.05至0.9 kg/ha,且尤其0.1至0.75 kg/ha。
在處理植物繁殖材料(諸如種子)時,例如藉由撒粉、塗佈或浸濕種子,通常需要每100公斤植物繁殖材料(較佳種子) 0.1至1000 g、較佳1至1000 g、更佳1至100 g且最佳5至100 g之農化活性物質之量。
當用於保護材料或儲存產品時,所施加農化活性物質之量視施加區域種類及所需作用而定。通常,在材料保護中之施加量為每立方公尺所處理材料0.001 g至2 kg、較佳0.005 g至1 kg活性物質。
使用者通常藉由預先給藥裝置、背負式噴霧器、無人機、噴霧罐、噴霧飛機或灌溉系統施加根據本發明之農化懸浮液或槽混合物。通常,農化懸浮液用水、緩衝劑及/或其他助劑處理成所需施加濃度,且由此獲得根據本發明之即用型噴霧液或農化懸浮液。通常,每公頃農業有用區域施加20至2000公升、較佳50至400公升即用型噴霧液。
根據一個實施例,本發明之農化懸浮液或槽混合物之個別組分,諸如套組之部分或二元或三元混合物之部分可由使用者自己在噴霧槽中混合,且適當時可添加其他助劑。
在另一實施例中,根據本發明之組合物之個別組分或部分預混合之組分可由使用者在噴霧罐中混合,且適當時可添加其他助劑及添加劑。
在另一實施例中,根據本發明之組合物的個別組分或部分預混合之組分可共同(例如在槽混合之後)或連續施加。
本發明之優點尤其在於,即使在高溫下或在更迭溫度下,且此外在較高鹽濃度存在下,其亦使得調配物之高儲存穩定性成為可能;分散農化活性物質之粒度生長獲得減緩或抑制;分散農化粒子之聚結獲得減緩或抑制;分散農化活性物質之沈降獲得減緩或抑制;且上述優勢在較高鹽濃度存在下也可達到。
以下實例說明本發明,而不強加任何限制。

實例 1 :穩定劑篩選利用如表A中所指定之成分製備農化懸浮液SC1至SC17,其中根據表B將不同穩定劑添加至懸浮液中。
藉由將水與充分分散之助劑3混合在一起來製備懸浮液。接著將丙二醇、殺生物劑及助劑2添加至組合物中,該組合物經連續混合直至均勻為止。隨後將聚合物P及助劑1混合至組合物。最後,將農藥添加至混合物中,隨後將其混合直至均勻為止。隨後在珠磨機中研磨所得組合物直至獲得2至3微米之平均粒度為止,接著根據表B使其與所選穩定劑混合直至均勻為止。
隨後檢查懸浮液之初始調配物的物理穩定性、在24小時之後與10-34-0肥料的相容性及在-10℃/30℃循環腔室中及在54℃烘箱中2週之後的物理穩定性。在10-31-0液體肥料與農化懸浮液之混合比為95:5 (wt/wt)下進行肥料相容性測試。混合在玻璃管中實現。混合之後,將玻璃管在20℃下保持在實驗室實驗台上24小時,對混合物之相分離進行目測觀測,作為肥料相容性程度的指標。測試結果概述於表B中。

Claims (14)
- 一種農化懸浮液,其包含 a) 農化活性物質,其中該農化活性物質以該農化懸浮液中之懸浮粒子形式存在; b) 聚合物P,其為質量平均莫耳質量M w至少100,000 Da之(甲基)丙烯酸之均聚物或共聚物; c) 增稠劑;及 d) 萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物, 其中以該組合物之總重量計,該萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物之濃度為0.2至0.9 wt%。
