Abstract

Description

參照圖1至圖9及圖15至圖17,制動機構180附接到底盤110並與至少一個輪130連通,較佳地與第一或前輪131連通,以用於沿縱向x行進路徑施加抵抗輪130旋轉的雙向控制可變阻力。可以為每個輪130或每個軸120提供單獨的制動機構180。已知諸如制動馬達、發電機、無刷發電機、渦流系統、磁系統、交流發電機、可緊帶、摩擦輪、液壓剎車等的許多類型的阻力設備中的任何一種都可以有效地用於本發明。較佳通常是能夠基於行進的加速度或速度提供漸進式阻力的制動機構。
更詳細地,較佳的制動機構180是渦流制動器,其安裝到底盤110的第一側導軌117或第二側導軌118,用於對第一軸121的旋轉施加阻力。渦流制動器通常包括(i)安裝板,其將可剛性地附接到底盤110、(ii)驅動鏈輪,其可與第一軸121的一部分一起轉動並固定到其上,第一軸121的該部分延伸穿過安裝板中的孔、(iii)滑輪組件,具有滑輪和從動鏈輪,滑輪和從動鏈輪經由內部輪轂和鏈輪安裝件可旋轉地安裝到從安裝板突出的第一安裝柱上,經由驅動鏈與驅動鏈輪可旋轉地驅動連通、(iv)渦盤組件,其包括渦盤,渦盤經由具具有軸和安裝板的盤安裝件可旋轉地安裝到從安裝板突出的第二安裝柱上,經由驅動帶與滑輪組件可旋轉地驅動連通、(v)驅動帶張緊組件,其固定在安裝板中的調節狹槽內以用於可調節地張緊驅動帶,以及(vi)磁性定子組件,其固定到安裝板以用於手動(如圖所示)或自動(未圖示)地經由如圖15及15A所示的安裝板中的調節狹槽或多檔桿185相對於渦盤組件的渦盤重新定位磁體,從而根據需要增加或減少阻力。
參照圖15及圖15a,在較佳實施例中,制動機構180可調節成中立阻力設置,由此雪橇100有效地從鍛煉雪橇轉換成運輸車。空檔設置便於雪橇100從一個位置移動到另一個位置,諸如在存儲位置和使用位置之間來回運輸。空檔設置較佳地對輪的旋轉施加一些適度的阻力,其不會明顯地干擾雪橇100的運輸,但是對於防止或至少減慢重力引起的雪橇100的運動是有效的。
可在每個制動機構180的零件上提供保護護罩(未編號)。
可在雪橇100的第一縱向端101提供橡膠緩衝器190,以在使用者推雪橇100時撞到物體能夠將結構傷害最小化。

參照圖10至圖14,下支架202較佳為包括向上突出的套管或柱203,當從底盤110上分離第二對推動手柄142時,可將其固定收起。
參照圖10及圖12至圖14,壁掛支架套組200較佳為包括每個上支架201與下支架202從安裝垂直表面延伸少於6英寸的低置式水平突出輪廓,上支架201與下支架202附接到垂直表面。
在一較佳實施例中,壁掛支架套組200包括至少一個鉤201h及/或環202h,能夠在重量訓練雪橇100被支撐在壁掛支架套組200上的同時,用於附接可拉伸運動拉繫帶300的一端。至少一個鉤201h及/或環202h可設置在上支架201或下支架202上,較佳為至少一個鉤201h及/或環202h分別設置在上支架201與下支架202上。
[使用]
可通過以下步驟方便且安全地在小至1.2公尺寬和5公尺長的狹窄空間中使用雪橇100:(i)將制動機構180設定至所需的阻力,(ii)站立在雪橇100的第二縱向端102,(iii)向前傾斜並握持第二對推動手柄142,(iv)沿縱向路徑在第一縱向x方向上推動雪橇100,(v)繞著雪橇100行走至雪橇100的第一縱向端101,(vi)向前傾斜並握持第一對推動手柄141,(vii)沿著縱向路徑在第二縱向x方向上往回推動雪橇100,(viii)繞著雪橇100往回行走至雪橇100的第二縱向端102,以及(ix)根據需要多次重複步驟(iii)至(viii)。

Claims (12)
- 一種重量訓練雪橇,其包括: (a)底盤,其具有縱向間隔開的第一端與第二端以及側向間隔開的第一側與第二側; (b)至少兩個縱向間隔開之可轉動的輪,其用於在支撐面上方支撐所述底盤一垂直距離; (c)制動器,其用於對至少一個所述輪的轉動施加阻力; (d)側向間隔開的第一對推動手柄,其從靠近所述底盤的第一縱向端向上延伸,其中,所述第一對推動手柄可作為一個單元繞著側向延伸的樞轉軸線在向上使用位置與下降收起位置之間樞轉,所述下降收起位置朝向所述底盤的第二縱向端上延伸,以及 (e)側向間隔開的第二對推動手柄,其從靠近所述底盤的所述第二縱向端延伸。
- 如請求項1所述之重量訓練雪橇,其進一步包括拖鉤,其安裝在側向間隔開的所述第一對推動手柄之間,並可隨著所述第一對推動手柄樞轉。

- 一種壁掛支架套組,用於在升高的垂直收起位置支撐重量訓練雪橇,所述壁掛支架套組包括:(a)側向細長的上支架,其經組構且配置以附接到垂直表面,並在附接到所述垂直表面時,於兩個側向間隔開的接觸點支撐接觸所述重量訓練雪橇的第二縱向端;以及(b)側向細長的下支架,其經組構且配置以附接到所述垂直表面,並在與所附接的所述上支架遠離且垂直於所述上支架下方的經定義距離處附接到所述垂直表面時,以單一接觸點支撐接觸所述重量訓練雪橇的第一縱向端。

- 如請求項6所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,所述至少一個鉤或環可用於將支撐在所述上支架上的所述重量訓練雪橇與所述戰繩或阻力帶的一端附接。
- 如請求項5所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,所述下支架進一步包括至少一個鉤或環,其可操作的用於附接戰繩或阻力帶的一端。
- 如請求項8所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,所述至少一個鉤或環可用於將支撐在所述下支架上的所述重量訓練雪橇與所述戰繩或阻力帶的一端附接。
- 如請求項5所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,所述上支架和所述下支架中的每一者從附接所述上支架和所述下支架的垂直表面延伸少於6英寸。
- 如請求項5所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,側向細長的所述上支架經組構且配置以支撐接觸所述重量訓練雪橇的底盤。
- 如請求項11所述之壁掛支架套組,其中,側向細長的所述下支架經組構且配置以支撐接觸所述重量訓練雪橇上的輪。
