Abstract

The present invention relates an underwater lens with mechanical biofouling proof which includes a main body, a camera, an illuminating element, a cleaning element, and a processor. A transparent portion set on one end of the main body, to provide the camera capturing a surveillance image and the illuminating element providing a light source. Moreover, the cleaning element further set on the transparent portion to clean any impurity (e.g.biofouling organisms) which adheres to the transparent portion. The processor provides the cleaning element cleans the transparent portion based on a clean procedure that stored or sends the surveillance image to the outer environment. Thus, the present invention provides underwater photography and the function of the transparent portion cleaning, to avoid the situation that the image blurring and cannot be formed thereby.
