According to the chemical liquid vaporizer related to the present invention, the volatile body does not easily come into contact with surrounding objects.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the chemical solution vaporizer of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a chemical solution vaporizer 10 according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is a side view of the chemical solution vaporizer 10 .

<1. Overall structure of the chemical vaporizer> The chemical liquid vaporizer 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is installed and used, for example, in a room or in the interior of an automobile. When the chemical-solution vaporizer 10 is installed in an automobile, the chemical-solution vaporizer 10 is fixed to the air outlet of the air conditioner via an adapter, for example, or is mounted on a dashboard. The structure of the adapter described here is not particularly limited, but as an example, it is assumed that a member of a holding mechanism is provided in a jig that can be fixed to the louver with the louver of the blowout port sandwiched therebetween. The holding mechanism detachably holds the chemical solution vaporizer 10 in a state of gripping any part of the chemical solution vaporizer 10 or the like. The chemical liquid vaporizer 10 includes a container 20 for accommodating the chemical liquid, and one or more rod-shaped vaporizers 70 inserted into the container 20 . In this embodiment, the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 includes three volatile bodies 70 . In other examples, the liquid medicine vaporizer 10 includes one, two or more than four volatiles 70 . In addition, unless otherwise specified, "upper" and "lower" described in this specification are defined based on the usage state shown in FIG. 1 .

The type of the chemical liquid contained in the container 20 is not particularly limited, but is typically a fragrance, a deodorant, an insect repellant, or a mixture thereof, and contains fragrance, deodorant, insect repellant, and coloring according to the purpose of use. additives, etc. The solvent contained in the chemical solution is appropriately selected depending on the type of additive to be used, and may be a hydrophilic solvent, a lipophilic solvent, or a mixture thereof. In the case where the medicinal solution contains a fragrance, it is preferable to include at least a lipophilic solvent as a solvent in order to increase the intensity of the fragrance. As the hydrophilic solvent, for example, water, ethanol, or a mixture thereof can be used. As the lipophilic solvent, for example, glycol ethers, isoparaffin-based solvents, or mixtures thereof can be used. Moreover, in order to solubilize functional components, such as a fragrance|flavor, a deodorant component, an insect repellent component, and a coloring material, a dissolving agent may be contained in a chemical|medical solution.

The volatile body 70 is inserted into the container 20 in a state where a part of the volatile body 70 protrudes from the container 20 . The volatile body 70 has a sufficient length relative to the height of the container 20 . The lower end portion 71 (see FIG. 4 ) of the volatile body 70 is located in the container 20 . In the present embodiment, the lower end portion 71 of the volatile body 70 is in contact with the bottom wall 31A (see FIG. 4 ) of the chemical solution storage portion 31 to be described later. The upper end portion 72 of the volatile body 70 is exposed to the outside of the container 20 . In order to improve the interior properties of the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 , the vaporizer 70 is placed in the container 20 in a state inclined with respect to the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 1 , when the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 includes a plurality of volatile bodies 70 , for example, the plurality of volatile bodies 70 are arranged in the container 20 in a manner of extending radially in various directions.

The volatile body 70 has a structure capable of absorbing the medicinal liquid against gravity by capillary phenomenon. As a result, the chemical solution in the container 20 can rise from the lower end portion 71 (see FIG. 4 ) to the upper end portion 72 along the volatile body 70 , and be volatilized (naturally evaporated) from the outer surface of the volatile body 70 to the outside space. Thereby, the medicinal solution diffuses into the surrounding space where the medicinal solution vaporizer 10 is placed.

The shape and material of the volatile body 70 are not particularly limited as long as it can absorb the chemical solution and volatilize it to the outside. The volatile body 70 typically has an elongated and substantially cylindrical shape having micropores therein, and may contain natural materials such as rattan, or may contain synthetic resins such as polyethylene and polyacetal. The volatile body 70 of this embodiment has the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 3 . In the example, the volatile body 70 includes polyethylene terephthalate and polyurethane, and has many amorphous micropores 70A inside. In addition, a plurality of grooves 73 are formed on the outer surface of the volatile body 70 . The plurality of grooves 73 extend in stripes from the lower end portion 71 (see FIG. 4 ) to the upper end portion 72 along the axial direction of the volatile body 70 . That is, the cross section of the volatile body 70 has an outline which is not smooth along the circumferential direction, but has an uneven outline. In addition, these grooves 73 are arranged at substantially equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the volatile body 70 . The medicinal solution is sucked not only along the fine holes 70A but also along the grooves 73 by the capillary phenomenon. Therefore, a large amount of chemical liquid tends to adhere to the outer surface of the volatile body 70 of the present embodiment.

60。<2. Details of the container> FIG. 4 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the container 20 . As shown in FIG. 4 , the container 20 includes a container body 30 , a cover member 40 , a sealing member 50 , and a middle stopper 60 .

<2-1. Container body> The container body 30 includes a medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 for storing medicinal solution, a shoulder portion 32 connected to the upper end of the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 , and a cylindrical mouth portion 33 connected to the upper end of the shoulder portion 32 . In the present embodiment, in plan view, the outer shape of the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 is substantially oval, and the outer shape of the shoulder portion 32 and the mouth portion 33 is substantially circular. The centers of the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 , the shoulder portion 32 and the mouth portion 33 are aligned. The maximum diameter of the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 is larger than the maximum diameter of the shoulder portion 32 and the maximum diameter of the mouth portion 33 . The maximum diameter of the shoulder portion 32 is greater than the maximum diameter of the mouth portion 33 . An opening 33A into which the volatile body 70 is inserted is formed at the upper end of the mouth portion 33 . On the outer surface of the mouth portion 33, a male thread 33B that meshes with the female thread 42 formed on the cover member 40 is formed. Furthermore, the male and female relationship of the two threads 33B and 42 may be reversed.

The material constituting the container body 30 can be arbitrarily selected. For example, the material constituting the container body 30 is glass or synthetic resin. In a preferred example, the container body 30 includes a transparent or translucent material to enhance interior decoration, and the remaining amount of the medicinal liquid can be visually recognized from the outside.

<2-2. Cover member> The cover member 40 is attached to the container body 30 so as to cover the mouth 33 and the sealing member 50 from above. The cover member 40 has a top surface 41 . The top surface 41 is formed with an opening 41A that communicates with the opening 33A of the mouth portion 33 . The shape and size of the opening 41A can be arbitrarily selected. In the present embodiment, the top surface 41 is substantially circular in plan view, and an opening 41A that is also substantially circular is formed in the center thereof. In addition, in the present embodiment, the maximum diameter of the opening 41A is smaller than the maximum diameter of the opening 33A. The material constituting the cover member 40 can be arbitrarily selected. For example, a synthetic resin can be selected as a material constituting the cover member 40, and a wood can also be selected from the viewpoint of improving designability. An example of the synthetic resin is polypropylene. Furthermore, when the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 is not used, the volatile body 70 is released from the container 20, and a cover (not shown) is attached to the cover member 40 to close the opening 41A.

The annular outer wall portion 43 extends downward from the outer peripheral edge of the top surface 41 . In addition, the annular inner wall portion 44 extends downward from the lower surface of the top surface 41 and inside the outer wall portion 43 . The inner wall portion 44 extends slightly outside along the outer peripheral edge of the opening 41A so as to surround the opening 41A. An inner thread 42 that engages with the outer thread 33B of the mouth portion 33 of the container body 30 is formed on the inner surface of the inner wall portion 44 . The outer wall portion 43 extends further downward than the inner wall portion 44 and covers the shoulder portion 32 and the mouth portion 33 . The outer wall portion 43 makes it impossible to visually recognize the portion other than the chemical solution storage portion 31 in the container body 30 from the outside, so that the designability of the chemical solution vaporizer 10 is improved.

<2-3. Sealing member> In order to close the opening 33A, the sealing member 50 is detachably attached to the mouth 33 so that even if the chemical solution vaporizer 10 is inclined, tipped, vibrated, or exposed to a high temperature environment, the chemical The liquid also does not leak from the opening 33A of the mouth portion 33 . In a typical example, when an external force acts due to contact of an object with the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 or the like, the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 is inclined or tipped. In addition, when the chemical solution vaporizer 10 is used in, for example, an automobile, the chemical solution vaporizer 10 may vibrate or the surrounding temperature may rise excessively. In this case, in order to prevent leakage of the medicinal solution, the sealing member 50 functions as a "plug" that seals the opening 33A of the mouth portion 33 . In the present embodiment, as described later, a middle stopper 60 is attached to the mouth portion 33 , and the mouth portion 33 defines the mouth portion of the container body 30 together with the middle stopper 60 . In this sense, below, the mouth portion 33 and the middle stopper 60 are collectively referred to as the mouth portion 11 , and the opening defined by the mouth portion 11 is referred to as the opening 11A. The sealing member 50 seals the opening 11A defined by the mouth portion 11 . In this embodiment, the shape of the sealing member 50 is a cylinder, and corresponds to the shape of the mouth portion 11 . However, in other examples, the shape of the sealing member 50 may be a quadrangular prism or the like, which can be appropriately selected according to the shape of the mouth portion 11 .

The outer peripheral surface of the sealing member 50 preferably has a shape in contact with the inner surface of the mouth portion 11 along the entire circumference. In addition, in a preferred example, at least a part of the sealing member 50 is inserted into the mouth portion 11 . In a more preferable example, the sealing member 50 is inserted into the mouth portion 11 by more than half in the height direction. In this embodiment, the entirety of the sealing member 50 is inserted into the mouth portion 11 . In this case, even when the chemical vaporizer 10 is inclined, tipped, vibrated, or exposed to a high-temperature environment, the sealing member 50 is less likely to come off from the mouth portion 11, thereby effectively suppressing the The situation in which the medicinal solution leaks and pollutes the surrounding environment. In addition, the sealing member 50 can not only suppress the needless waste of the medicinal solution due to the volatilization of the medicinal solution absorbed by the volatile body 70 to the surrounding environment, but also suppress the needless waste of the medicinal solution due to direct volatilization from the liquid surface.

The material constituting the sealing member 50 can be appropriately selected, but is preferably a material capable of suppressing leakage of the medicinal solution. For example, the material constituting the sealing member 50 is cork or synthetic resin. In a preferred example, the sealing member 50 includes a material that is softer than the material constituting the volatile body 70 . An example of this is non-woven fabric. In this case, in the portion of the volatile body 70 inserted into the sealing member 50 , the parts other than the grooves 73 are effectively bitten into the sealing member 50 , so that the volatile body 70 is prevented from coming out of the sealing member 50 .

In addition, depending on the environment in which the chemical solution vaporizer 10 is used, for example, dew condensation may occur on the inner surface of the cover member 40 due to the chemical solution volatilized from the volatile body 70 . In a typical example, condensation occurs when the ambient temperature used is low. When dew condensation occurs, the chemical solution adheres to the inner surface of the cover member 40 , typically in the vicinity of the opening 41A in the surface 41B on the opposite side to the top surface 41 . The chemical liquid adhering to the surface 41B may leak out of the container 20 through the opening 41A. Therefore, in another preferred example, when dew condensation occurs in the container 20 , the sealing member 50 includes a material capable of absorbing the medicinal solution adhering to the cover member 40 . An example of this is non-woven fabric.

The sealing member 50 has an insertion hole 51 into which the volatile body 70 is inserted. The number of the insertion holes 51 formed in the sealing member 50 is preferably the same as the number of the volatile bodies 70 used. In this embodiment, the sealing member 50 has three insertion holes 51 . The shapes of the three insertion holes 51 differ depending on the angle of the inserted volatile body 70 . In the present embodiment, two of the three insertion holes 51 extend at a predetermined angle with respect to the sealing member 50 , and one insertion hole 51 extends parallel to the sealing member 50 . By forming the three insertion holes 51 in this way, the volatile body 70 is fixed radially.

The size of the insertion hole 51 can be arbitrarily selected as long as it is a size that allows the volatile body 70 to be inserted. In this embodiment, the insertion hole 51 has a size that maintains the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the sealing member 50 . In other words, the insertion hole 51 has a size substantially equal to or slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter of the volatile body 70 . Therefore, the volatile body 70 is fixed immovably with respect to the sealing member 50 by being inserted into the insertion hole 51 .

<2-4. Middle plug> The middle stopper 60 is attached to the inside of the mouth portion 33 so as to support the sealing member 50 . The middle bolt 60 is cylindrical, and includes a flange 61 at the upper end that is hooked on the top surface of the mouth portion 33 . The center pin 60 is rotatable relative to the mouth 33 . The middle plug 60 can also be engaged with the inner surface of the mouth 33 . Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a slight gap is formed between the sealing member 50 and the middle stopper 60 so that air can be taken in and out of the container 20 . Since the inside of the container body 30 is less likely to become a positive pressure, the ejection of the medicinal solution from the container body 30 is suppressed.

92。<3. Arrangement of volatiles> As described above, the chemical solution vaporizer 10 may be inclined, tipped, vibrated, or exposed to a high temperature environment. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the volatile body 70 is determined so that the volatile body 70 does not come out from the container 20 even in this case. As shown in FIG. 4 , the lower end portion 71 of the at least one volatile body 70 is located outside the narrowest portion 33X of the mouth portion 33 (hereinafter referred to as the “narrowest portion 33X”) in the width direction of the container body 30 . In the present embodiment, the lower end portions 71 of the two volatile bodies 70 are located outside the narrowest portion 33X in the width direction of the container body 30 . Therefore, the two volatile bodies 70 are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the container body 30 . Hereinafter, one of the two volatile bodies 70 inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the container body 30 may be referred to as a first volatile body 91 , and the other may be referred to as a second volatile body 92 .

In this embodiment, since the volatile body 70 is inserted into the sealing member 50 , the volatile body 70 and the sealing member 50 move integrally by the frictional force between the volatile body 70 and the sealing member 50 . When such force as to come out from the container body 30 acts on at least one of the first volatile body 91 and the second volatile body 92, the sealing member 50 moves in the direction of contacting the inner surface of the mouth portion 33, so The volatile body 70 and the sealing member 50 are prevented from coming out of the container body 30 . On the other hand, when the sealing member 50 is subjected to a force as if it were pulled out from the container body 30 , the first volatile body 91 and the second volatile body 92 come into contact with the narrowest portion 33X. The first volatile body 91 and the second volatile body 92 are hooked on the narrowest portion 33X, so that the volatile body 70 and the sealing member 50 are prevented from coming out of the container body 30 .

In this embodiment, the maximum interval XA between the lower end portion 71 of the first volatile body 91 and the lower end portion 71 of the second volatile body 92 in the width direction of the container body 30 is wider than the width XB of the narrowest portion 33X. The first volatile body 91 and the second volatile body 92 come into contact with the narrowest portion 33X when the sealing member 50 is acted upon by a force as if it were pulled out from the container body 30 . Since the plurality of volatile bodies 70 are hooked on the narrowest portion 33X, the volatile bodies 70 and the sealing member 50 are further prevented from coming out of the container body 30 .

In addition, in the chemical solution vaporizer 10 , the portion of the volatile body 70 protruding from the container 20 (hereinafter referred to as “exposed portion 74 ”) comes into contact with objects around the chemical solution vaporizer 10 such as a wall, so that the chemical solution adheres danger to surrounding objects. In this embodiment, the volatile body 70 is supported by the support structure 80 that maintains the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the container body 30 , so that the exposed portion 74 is not easily contacted with objects around the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 . The support structure 80 includes at least one of the sealing member 50 and the cover member 40 . In this embodiment, the support structure 80 includes the sealing member 50 and the cover member 40 . In the present embodiment, since the insertion hole 51 has a size that maintains the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the sealing member 50 , excessive expansion of the exposed portion 74 with respect to the container 20 is suppressed. In addition, since the opening 41A of the cover member 40 is sufficiently small with respect to the opening 33A of the mouth portion 33 , excessive expansion of the exposed portion 74 with respect to the container 20 is suppressed. In this embodiment, in the state supported by the support structure 80 , the volatile body 70 is disposed at the inner side of the outer contour of the container body 30 and the outer contour of the cover member 40 in the width direction of the container body 30 .

<4. Function and effect of the liquid medicine vaporizer> According to the liquid medicine vaporizer 10 , the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the container body 30 can be fixed by the support structure 80 , so that the exposed portion 74 of the volatile body 70 does not expand excessively. Therefore, the volatile body 70 does not easily come into contact with surrounding objects.

<5. Effects of the present embodiment> In the chemical liquid vaporizer 10 configured as above, the following effects can be further obtained. <5-1> Since the mouth 11 is closed by the sealing member 50 , even when the container body 30 is inclined, tipped, vibrated, or exposed to a high temperature environment, the sealing member 50 prevents the medicinal solution from passing through the mouth 11 leaked to the outside. Therefore, it is difficult for the medicinal solution to leak to the outside.

<5-2> Since the sealing member 50 has the insertion hole 51 , the volatile body 70 can be easily inserted into the sealing member 50 .

<5-3> Since the insertion hole 51 of the sealing member 50 has a size to maintain the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the sealing member 50 . Therefore, the position of the volatile body 70 relative to the sealing member 50 is stabilized.

<5-4> Since at least a part of the sealing member 50 is inserted into the inside of the mouth portion 11 , the sealing member 50 is protected by the mouth portion 11 . Therefore, the sealing member 50 is less likely to deteriorate.

<5-5> Since the sealing member 50 is inserted into the mouth portion 11 by more than half in the height direction, a wide range of the sealing member 50 is protected by the mouth portion 11 . Therefore, the sealing member 50 is less likely to deteriorate.

<5-6> Since the inside and the outside of the container body 30 are communicated through the grooves 73 formed in the volatile body 70 , air can enter and exit the inside and outside of the container body 30 . Therefore, it is difficult for the inside of the container body 30 to become a positive pressure. Therefore, the ejection of the chemical solution can be suppressed.

<5-7> Since the sealing member 50 is positioned above the chemical solution accommodating portion 31 , the sealing member 50 does not come into contact with the chemical solution accommodated in the chemical solution accommodating portion 31 . Therefore, the sealing member 50 does not absorb the medicinal solution accommodated in the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 . Since the sealing member 50 is not saturated with the chemical liquid, when dew condensation occurs, the chemical liquid adhering to the cover member 40 can be appropriately absorbed by the sealing member 50 .

<6. An example of a modification of the embodiment is shown below.

<6-1> The structure of the support structure 80 is not limited to what was shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be changed arbitrarily. For example, the sealing member 50 or the cover member 40 may be omitted. In this case, the volatile body 70 is supported by the sealing member 50 or the cover member 40 to maintain the relative position of the volatile body 70 with respect to the container body 30 .

33。<6-2> The configuration of the chemical solution vaporizer 10 is not limited to that shown in the above-described embodiment, and can be arbitrarily changed. For example, at least one of the cover member 40 and the center pin 60 may be omitted. When the middle stopper 60 is omitted, the sealing member 50 can be attached to the mouth portion 33 so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the mouth portion 33 .

30。<6-3> The structure of the container main body 30 is not limited to what was shown in the said embodiment, It can change arbitrarily. For example, the shoulder portion 32 and the mouth portion 33 may be omitted. In this case, the sealing member 50 is attached to the container main body 30 so as to close the opening of the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 .

<6-4> The structure of the sealing member 50 is not limited to that shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be changed arbitrarily. For example, a disc-shaped sealing member 50 that engages with the top surface of the mouth portion 33 may be included. With this configuration, the entire sealing member 50 is exposed from the container body 30 . Alternatively, a sealing member 50 extending to the medicinal solution accommodating portion 31 may be included so that the medicinal solution can be sucked. In this case, the volatile body 70 absorbs the chemical liquid through the sealing member 50 .

<6-5> The structure of the volatile body 70 is not limited to that shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be changed arbitrarily. For example, the volatile body 70 to the groove 73 can be omitted. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the volatile body 70 can be, for example, a circle or an ellipse.
