Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to clothing.
[專利文獻]In the prior art, instead of using a sewing machine to join fabrics, there is a technique that uses adhesives to join fabrics to form garments. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a related technology that involves bonding hot melt sheets when folding back surface fabrics such as swimsuit fabrics.
On the other hand, a technique for imparting extensibility properties to a joint portion where fabrics are joined by using an adhesive is known. A technique for joining fabrics constituting clothing using an adhesive attached in a dot matrix is known. For example,

(The problem to be solved by the invention)
However, even clothing with these technical configurations, when actually touched or worn, can impart numerical extensibility characteristics to the joints between the fabrics, but the joints are parts that are relatively difficult to extend. , The touch and wearing feeling will remain uncomfortable. On the other hand, the conventional technology only focuses on the extensibility characteristics of the joint part, which causes discomfort when it is not grasped when it is originally touched or when it is worn. That is, the reason for the discomfort when actually touched or worn is because the extensibility characteristics of the joint and the fabric adjacent to the joint are large, and the poor extensibility characteristics between the two lead to the discomfort. For example, even if the extensibility characteristics of the junction are excellent, it may not necessarily satisfy the touch and wearing feeling. Especially when it is not only worn, but even when the product is stretched by hand, the resistance and feel of the lower stretch area are stretched. Even if the extensibility properties of the joint are excellent, the extensibility properties of adjacent fabrics are often in a more excellent state. Therefore, the difference between the two becomes the cause of discomfort. In particular, when the end of the opening is folded back and fixed with a bonding agent, it is easy to feel the poor extensibility characteristics between the bonding part and the fabric adjacent to the bonding part during wearing, which may cause a decrease in the wearing feeling.
(解決問題之技術手段)The present invention has been completed in view of the above-mentioned facts, and is to provide clothing that can improve the discomfort when actually touching the joint portion and wearing it even when fabrics are joined to form clothing using a bonding agent. (Technical means to solve the problem)
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the garments of the present invention are made of stretchable fabrics and have a joint portion between the fabrics using a bonding agent; wherein, the stress at the time of 50% stretching in the direction of the long side of the joint, The stress difference between the fabric fixed by the joint and the 50% stretch in the direction parallel to the long side of the joint is within 30%. Furthermore, the clothing of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned invention, the joint is fixedly bonded by a dot matrix adhesive arranged in a single row or in multiple rows, and the proportion of the area occupied by the adhesive of the joint is Below 35%.
(對照先前技術之功效)Furthermore, in the clothing of the present invention, in the above-mentioned invention, the peel strength when the joint portion is torn and peeled in the longitudinal direction is 10 N/cm or more. Furthermore, in the garments of the present invention, in the above-mentioned invention, after washing at a high temperature of 92°C, the peel strength in the direction of the joined long edges is 75% or more of the peel strength before washing. In addition, in the clothing of the present invention, in the above invention, the joint is an opening through which the wearer's body part passes, and the opening is composed of a structure in which the cloth end is folded back twice, and the The cloth end is in a single row or multiple rows of dot matrix adhesives attached to fix the cloth end and the cloth body. (Compared with the effect of previous technology)
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide clothing that can improve the discomfort when actually touching the joined portion and wearing it even when the fabric is joined to form clothing using a bonding agent.
Hereinafter, a mode for implementing the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "embodiment") will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the drawings are only schematic.
(Embodiment 1)
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the clothing 1 of the first embodiment. An example of the short-sleeved underwear top of the clothing category 1 shown in the same figure has
FIG. 2 shows an example of the state of the joint part of the armpit
Furthermore, the
The focus of the garment 1 of the present invention is the stress at 50% stretch. Generally, it is an index indicating the elongation rate of materials for clothing. Most of the elongation characteristics are expressed by the elongation rate under a load of 1.5 kg. When actually wearing clothes or performing light exercises, most of the stretch loads within this level are applied. Since the extensibility necessary for actually wearing clothing 1 is about 50% elongation, the difference in stress in this area is important.
In the direction of stretching of the single fabric, as far as the state of clothing 1 is concerned, it is important to stretch the
The method for measuring the stress at 50% elongation is implemented in accordance with the elongation grab method described in JIS-L-1096 (2010). When a sample of the required size cannot be taken according to the design of clothing 1, the sample size can also be reduced to 5cm in width and 10cm in length, and the gripping interval is set to 5cm for measurement. When measuring the stress of the joint, it is sufficient to overlap the joint and the fabric area adjacent to the joint before taking the sample. When the fabric ends are overlapped and joined, the sample is taken so that the joint becomes the center. On the other hand, when the fabric ends are folded back and connected again, the joint part and the fabric area adjacent to the joint part are also overlapped before sampling. However, when gripping with a tensile testing machine, the focus is on grasping Hold the adhesive area, and try to hold the sample at the same position as the gripping end and the turning-back end as much as possible. In addition, when measuring the stress of the fabric alone, if the parallel direction of the long side direction is joined, the sample can be collected on any part of the same fabric. The important point is that the sample should contain the junction and not contain other components that would hinder the extensibility characteristics.
At the
The resin-based synthetic resin constituting the adhesive 9 used in the clothing 1 is superior to natural resins, and thermoplastic resins are particularly preferred. For example: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyvinyl acetate, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyacrylic acid, polyamide, polyacetal, polycarbonate, polystyrene Ether, polyester, polyphenylene sulfide, polysulfide, polyether sulfide, polyether ether ketone, polyimide, polyimide imine, etc. In addition, it is mentioned before being composed of polymer compounds, and the rest is nothing special Various types of restrictions can be used.
The resin constituting the adhesive 9 is preferably a reactive hot melt adhesive. When the resin is a reactive hot melt adhesive, the resin softens or melts and penetrates into the structure of the bonding part, after cooling and solidification, it reacts with the surrounding moisture and crosslinks, which can form heat resistance and solvent resistance, etc. Both have excellent bonding structure.
接合部的接黏劑面積比例=((抓持間隔間所附設接黏劑面積)/(接合部寬度12×抓持間隔))×100%The key point of clothing 1 is that the area ratio of the joint portion with the adhesive 9 attached is 35% or less. Preferably it is 30% or less, more preferably 25% or less. As a result, the stress at 50% extension in the direction of the long side of the joint, and the stress difference at 50% extension in the parallel direction of the joint where the fabric is fixed by the joint can be easily condensed within 30%, which can reduce discomfort. feel. In addition, the area ratio of the bonding portion to which the adhesive is attached is preferably 5% or more, more preferably 10% or more, and particularly preferably 15% or more from the viewpoint of maintaining the bonding strength of the bonding portion. FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the attachment pattern of the adhesive 9 arranged on the joint portion. The area ratio of the adhesive 9 of the joint is calculated from the
The key point of the garments 1 of the present invention is that the peel strength when the joint is torn and peeled in the longitudinal direction is 10 N/cm or more, more preferably 20 N/cm or more. In order to reduce the stress at the 50% extension of the above-mentioned joint part, although the area occupied by the adhesive of the joint part can be reduced, for example, the peeling strength of the joint part will be reduced, which is easy to occur due to repeated wearing/washing. For the peeling problem, in order to ensure the durability when used as clothing 1, the peeling strength is converted to 1 cm of the joint width, preferably 10 N/cm or more, and more preferably 20 N/cm or more. Generally speaking, when sewing with a sewing machine, it is a representative indicator of the strength of the joint. It is the strength when the joint is stretched in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, because depending on the design of the clothing, the required tensile test may not be reproduced. Preferably, as in the garment 1 of the present invention, only the peel strength when the joint is torn and peeled in the longitudinal direction is used as the adhesive strength of the joint for evaluation. The measurement method was implemented in accordance with the peel strength test method described in JIS-L-1086 (2013), and the obtained results are expressed in terms of the width of the joint portion converted to a width of 1 cm.
In the clothing 1 of the present invention, the peel strength when the joint portion after being washed at a high temperature of 92°C is torn in the longitudinal direction and peeled off is preferably 75% or more of the peel strength before washing. More than 80% of the better series, more than 90% of the particularly good series. The washing method is equivalent to 5 washings in accordance with the 9N method stipulated in JIS-L-1930 (2014). In this way, even if the area occupied by the adhesive 9 is reduced in order to reduce the stress at the time of 50% stretching, even if it is repeatedly worn/washed, sufficient durability can be ensured, and even for high-temperature washing generally adopted in Europe It can still ensure sufficient durability.
(Embodiment 2)

[實施例]Here, the mode for implementing the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, the same effect can be given to the openings of clothing such as hats, sleeves, clothing with cups, or other joints. [Example]
(Example 1)
