Description

乾牆螺絲
本發明關於一種用於將紙面石膏板緊固在金屬支撐件上的乾式建造用螺釘(Trockenbauschraube)。
此類乾式建造用螺釘通常具有頭部、尖端區段和長形的桿部,其中桿部在其縱向方向上限定軸線並且沿該軸線從頭部延伸至尖端區段。當沿軸線的方向驅動已知的乾式建造用螺釘穿過紙面石膏板時,該等乾式建造用螺釘各自在紙面石膏板中產生第一鑽孔。通常,驅動乾式建造用螺釘穿過紙面石膏板以致頭部不會突出於紙面石膏板的平坦表面。在此,頭部使紙面石膏板的一定體積擠出,從而存在紙面石膏板的表面隆起的風險,這影響光滑且平坦的表面的視覺效果。

頭部2具有直徑dc 並且以相對於軸線A對稱的、即環形的壓入體積V1 超出第一鑽孔直徑t,在圖1中僅可以看到該壓入體積的截面面積。頭部2在軸線A的方向上具有高度h1 。桿部4具有設有螺紋6的螺紋區段7以及沿軸線A佈置在螺紋區段7與頭部2之間的無螺紋的頭部下方區段8。頭部下方區段8以接納體積V2 不及鑽孔直徑t,在圖1中同樣僅可以看到該接納體積的截面面積。頭部下方區段8在軸線A的方向上具有高度h2 。接納體積V2 例如係壓入體積V1 的110%。由此,無螺紋的頭部下方區段8可以接納紙面石膏板的被頭部2擠出的材料。在未示出的實施例中,接納體積V2 小於100%的壓入體積V1 。由於紙面石膏板的所擠出的材料在一定程度上可以被壓縮,因此頭部下方區段在某些情況下仍可以接納材料。
加寬元件5被佈置在從桿部4至尖端區段3的過渡部處,並且因此該加寬元件被佈置在桿部4的螺紋區段7和尖端區段3處。螺紋6在尖端區段3中延續、僅被加寬元件5中斷並且較佳地延伸至尖端9。螺紋6形成為自成型的、尤其為自攻螺紋,並且因此適用於在金屬支撐件中的第二鑽孔中形成配對螺紋。螺紋區段7的螺紋6具有外直徑d1 ,該外直徑係第一鑽孔直徑t的約90%。螺紋區段7在螺紋6的螺紋根部具有桿部直徑d3 。第一鑽孔直徑t較佳地大於桿部直徑d3 。在未示出的實施例中,外直徑d1 大於100%的第一鑽孔直徑t。於是,螺紋在某些情況下在紙面石膏板的材料中切出配對螺紋,然而這並不進一步地損壞。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種用於將紙面石膏板緊固在金屬支撐件上的乾式建造用螺釘,該乾式建造用螺釘具有頭部、尖端區段和長形的桿部,其中該桿部在其縱向方向上限定軸線並且沿該軸線從該頭部延伸至該尖端區段,其中該尖端區段連接到該桿部,並且當沿該軸線的方向驅動該乾式建造用螺釘穿過該紙面石膏板時,該尖端區段適用於在該紙面石膏板中產生第一鑽孔並且在該金屬支撐件中產生第二鑽孔,其中該乾式建造用螺釘具有加寬元件,該加寬元件適用於將該紙面石膏板中的第一鑽孔加寬至第一鑽孔直徑(t)並且在碰到該金屬支撐件時折斷,其中該頭部以壓入體積(V1 )超出該第一鑽孔直徑(t),其中該桿部具有設有螺紋的螺紋區段以及沿該軸線佈置在該螺紋區段與該頭部之間的無螺紋的頭部下方區段,該頭部下方區段不及該第一鑽孔直徑(t)且具有一接納體積(V2 ),該接納體積(V2 )係該壓入體積(V1 )的至少80%。
