Abstract
本發明提供提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之複方精油和精油組合物。此等複方精油和精油組合物可經調配成溶液、乳液、乳霜、油膏或固體棒,並局部投藥。
Description
本發明利用純天然植物精油是從植物中萃取到的到數種芳香分子。可以提升肺功能及治療呼吸道因為感染所產生之發炎引發咳嗽之複方精油,複方精油組成主要為玫瑰精油、槴子花精油、茶樹精油與雪松精油為主要成份組成。
玫瑰精油已被證明具有各種性能,如:鎮咳,抗HIV,抗氧化,抗菌,催眠,抗糖尿病和氣管鬆弛劑。大量存在於玫瑰中的酚類物質具有許多藥理活性,如抗氧化劑,抗癌,抗炎,自由基清除劑抗誘變劑和抗抑鬱藥。植物中存在萜烯,類黃酮,糖苷和花青素。玫瑰精油中的各種化合物,包括β-香茅醇,十九烷,香葉醇,軟管的量分別為14.5-47.5%,10.5-40.5%和5.5-18%。油的主要成分包括橙花醇和山奈酚。 Hotta等人研究了玫瑰精油。因其抗癌特性。基於細胞的轉染測定中的牛動脈內皮細胞顯示抑制COX-2啟動子活性。 COX-2的表達對炎症和循環穩態很重要。
槴子花精油對血管緊張素誘導的AP肺組織學的影響肺損傷通常在AP早期發展。 AP相關肺損傷的特徵是水腫和炎症。梔子苷已被實驗證明具有多種藥理作用,包括抗氧化應激,抗炎,抗細胞凋亡,抗血管生成,抗內質網應激(ERS)等。梔子梔子苷還具有增加caspase-3,caspase-8,caspase-9,Bax,TRAIL,Fas,Fas / FasL,p53,p21,IκB-αmRNA表達,降低Bcl-2,BclxL的能力。
歷史上茶樹精油的主要用途在於抗菌,抗真菌,抗病毒和抗炎作用。茶樹精油及其三種成分1,8-桉葉素,松油烯-4-醇和α萜品醇對金黃色葡萄球菌的作用機理。此外,許多研究小組試圖闡明茶樹精油中所含成分的抗菌作用機制。

雪松精油的抗病毒性活性,除了其可能的抗炎活性。測試的病毒,流感病毒,鼻病毒,以乾膜形式的腺病毒和單純皰疹病毒1和2均通過暴露於雪松精油。在流感病毒血凝素(HA)的測定中,雪松精油抑制HA活性。人肺上皮細胞單層暴露於蒸氣顯示出對鼻病毒誘導的病毒的抑制細胞因子IL-6,但細胞本身沒有受到短暫暴露於雪松精油的不利影響。然而雪松精油,thujone和apha- pine烯的兩種主要揮發性成分沒有顯示出對抗流感病毒的活性感染性或血凝素,表明整個雪松精油可能產生協同作用。我們得出雪松精油在控制病毒性呼吸道感染中具有潛在的應用價值。
本發明之一目的係提供提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之組合物,其包含玫瑰之精油、梔子花之精油、茶樹之精油及雪松之精油。
本發明之另一目的係提供提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之方法,其包含對患者投予足夠有效量之本發明組合物以提升肺功能及治療咳嗽。
本發明提供藉由使用植物精油及植物精油之組合物以提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之方法。精油係為不同有機分子,例如萜烯類、醇類、醛類、酮類和酚類之複雜混和物。
本發明之精油經呼吸道吸收精油分子,分別從鼻黏膜、肺部、微血管、肺泡進入周圍的毛細血管,再由血液的循環系統來傳遞至全身各器官;又透過嗅神經的傳導至大腦邊緣系統,來影響自主神經、內分泌等,並刺激海馬迴、杏仁核等邊緣皮質,經過化學反應,這些氣味的信息傳遞給大腦,並引發化學物質的釋放,導致後續的影響。
本發明所使用之複方純精油主要組成為:
玫瑰花精油: 5%-30%
槴子花精油: 5%-30%
茶樹精油: 5%-30%
雪松精油: 5%-30%
使用方式為經由鼻子嗅吸
嗅吸方式分別可為
1. 薰香產品
如擴香儀、水氧機、薰香燈等,利用電力或熱量幫助精油的芳香物質擴散至空氣中,在感受香氣的同時達到調整身心的其中一種方式。
2. 深呼吸
可以利用面紙、口罩可吸收水份的物品或利用水蒸氣來達到香氛擴散的效果。透過這種近距離的深呼吸,使精油香氣通過鼻腔和口腔,不僅對呼吸系統有幫助,也能讓人感到放鬆。
3. 噴霧
利用調配瓶器做成在戶外也能使用的香氛,可以做為清淨空氣來使用。

- 一種用以提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之組合物,其包含玫瑰之精油、梔子花之精油、茶樹之精油及雪松之精油。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組合物,其中該組合物含有5%至30%體積比之玫瑰精油、5%至30%體積比之梔子花精油、5%至30%體積比之茶樹精油及5%至30%體積比之雪松精油。
- 一種如申請專利範圍第1項之組合物於製備提升肺功能及治療咳嗽之藥劑之用途。
