The structure used to transport the glass plates includes the structure in which they place the glass on the inclined support surface supported by the frame structure. Then use a holding rod or holding tape that applies a normal force to the glass plate to fix the glass to the supporting surface. However, some of these structures may be prone to bending. This bending can cause a difference in contact pressure between the glass plates, and can allow relative movement between the glass plates. If the hard particles are located between the glass plates, the hard particles can cause defects such as scratches during this relative movement due to the normal force exerted on the glass plates by the related rod or belt.

It should be understood that any one of the above components may include multiple segments or a single segment. Segmenting the components allows each component to be placed so that the rear plane 126 evenly divides each component in two. For example, both the vertical members 122a and 122e may be a continuous structure from the base 102 to the top of the rear portion 104. The horizontal members 124a, 124c, and 124e may all be continuous structures extending between the vertical members 122a and 122e. The horizontal member 124e may be connected to the base 102 such that the bottommost surface of the horizontal member 124e contacts the base 102. The horizontal member 124a may be connected to the vertical members 122a and 122e such that the uppermost surface is substantially aligned with the uppermost ends of the vertical members 122a and 122e. These components 122a, 122e, 124a, 124c, and 124e can then be joined together. Next, vertical members 122b, 122c, and 122d may be added to the frame 100. Each of these members may be formed of two sections: an upper section between the horizontal members 124a and 124c and a lower section between the horizontal members 124c and 124e. These segments can each be joined to a corresponding horizontal member. Horizontal members 124b and 124d may be added to the frame 100. Each horizontal member may be formed of multiple segments extending between the following pairs of vertical members: 124a and 124b; 124b and 124c; 124c and 124d; and 124d and 124e. It should be understood that this specific way of dividing each member of the rear part 104 may not be used in all embodiments, and other members of the rear part 104 may be divided in other ways than the above.

It should be understood that any of the other members described herein may be similarly segmented, so that the member of the section may be divided into two by the corresponding plane of which it is a part.

140。1D, each side 106 and 108 of the frame 100 has vertical members 128, horizontal members 130a-e, inclined members 132a-b, inclined short members 134a-c, and vertical short members 136. Each of these members of the side portions 106 and 108 exists in the side plane 138 or 140, respectively. The side plane 138 is parallel to the side plane 140.

The vertical member 128 is connected to the base 102 near the rear side 116 and the sides (118 or 120 for the sides 106 and 108, respectively). In some exemplary embodiments, the vertical member 128 may be the same structural member as the vertical member 122 a or 122 e of the rear portion 104. In other embodiments, the vertical member 128 may be a separate structural member connected to the vertical member 122a or 122e.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the vertical member 128 may have the following dimensions: (50×50×2 mm, length 2548 mm). This member can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

132a。A series of horizontal members 130a-130e are connected to the vertical member 128. The horizontal member 130e is the bottommost horizontal member. The horizontal member 130 e is connected to the vertical member 128 and extends from the vertical member 128 toward the front side 104 of the base 102. The horizontal member 130e is further connected to the base 102 along the surface near the sides (118 or 120 for the sides 106 and 108, respectively), and to the short at the end opposite to the end connecting the horizontal member 130e to the vertical member 128 The vertical member 136 is connected to the inclined member 132a.

132a。The topmost horizontal member is horizontal member 130a. Similar to the horizontal member 130e, the horizontal member 130a is also connected to the vertical member 128 and extends from the vertical member 128 toward the front side 104 of the base 102 in the horizontal direction. The horizontal member 130a is further connected to the inclined member 132b at an end opposite to the end connecting the horizontal member 130a to the vertical member 128, and is connected to the inclined member 132a.

Between the horizontal members 130a and 130e are a plurality of horizontal members 130b to 130d. Each of these horizontal members is connected to the vertical member 128 in the horizontal direction and extends from the vertical member 128 toward the front side 104 of the base 102, and is also connected to the inclined member 132a. Because the distance between the inclined member 132a and the vertical member 128 gradually decreases from the position where the inclined member 132a is connected to the base 102 toward the top of the inclined member 132a, the lengths of the members 130b to 130d gradually increase from the horizontal members 130b to 130d.

根據一些示例性實施例,水平構件130a-e可具有以下尺寸:130a(50x50x2 mm,長度為464 mm);130b(50x50x2 mm,長度為220 mm);130c(50x50x2 mm,長度為383 mm);130d(50x50x2 mm,長度為545 mm);以及130e(50x50x2 mm,長度為991 mm)。 According to some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal members 130a-e may have the following dimensions: 130a (50x50x2 mm, length of 464 mm); 130b (50x50x2 mm, length of 220 mm); 130c (50x50x2 mm, length of 383 mm); 130d (50x50x2 mm, length of 545 mm); and 130e (50x50x2 mm, length of 991 mm). These components can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

The inclined member 132 is connected to the base 102 near the sides (118 or 120 for the sides 106 and 108, respectively). The inclined member 132a is oriented such that the distance from the end of the inclined member 132a connected to the base 102 to the vertical member 128 is greater than that of the other higher end of the inclined member 132a. The inclined member 132a is additionally connected to each horizontal member 130a-e and each short inclined member 134a-c. In addition, the inclined member 132a may be connected to (or may be) a structural member forming a part of the supporting part 110 described below.

The inclined member 132b is parallel to the inclined member 132a, and has a greater distance from the vertical member 128 than the inclined member 132a. The inclined member is connected to the horizontal member 130a, each short inclined member 134x, and the short vertical member 136. The inclined member 132b, together with the short inclined member 134x, extends beyond the support plane 110 (see FIG. 1E), thereby forming a groove or pocket in which a material sheet can be placed.

根據一些示例性實施例,傾斜構件132a-b可具有以下尺寸:132a(50x50x2 mm,長度為1890 mm);以及132b(50x50x2 mm,長度為1869 mm)。 According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined members 132a-b may have the following dimensions: 132a (50x50x2 mm, length 1890 mm); and 132b (50x50x2 mm, length 1869 mm). These components can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

As described above, the short inclined members 134a-c are connected to the two inclined members 132a and 132b, respectively. Each short inclined member 134a-c may be connected to the inclined member 132a at a position that is substantially the same or the same as the distance from the base 102 where the horizontal member 130b-d is connected to the inclined member 132a.

根據一些示例性實施例,短傾斜構件134a-c可具有以下尺寸:134a(20x40 mm,長度為292 mm);134b(20x40 mm,長度為292.2 mm);以及134c(20x40 mm,長度為292.2 mm)。 According to some exemplary embodiments, the short inclined members 134a-c may have the following dimensions: 134a (20x40 mm, length of 292 mm); 134b (20x40 mm, length of 292.2 mm); and 134c (20x40 mm, length of 292.2 mm) ). These components can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

The sides 106 and 108 may further include short vertical members 136. The short vertical member 136 is connected to the base 102 near the side (118 or 120 for the opposite sides 106 and 108, respectively), the horizontal member 130e, and the inclined member 132b. In some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal member 130e may extend between the short vertical member 136 and the base 102 such that the short vertical member 136 is indirectly connected to the base 102 via the horizontal member 130e. In some exemplary embodiments, the short vertical member 136 is connected to one end of the horizontal member 130e.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the short vertical member 136 may have the following dimensions: (50x50x2 mm, length 226 mm). This member can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

148。Referring to FIG. 1E, the support portion 110 of the frame 100 is shown. The supporting portion 110 has a plurality of inclined members 142a-f and horizontal members 144a-e. Each of the members 142a-f and 144a-e exists in the support plane 146. The support 110 may also have an inclined platform 148.

Each inclined member 142a-f is connected to the base 102 near a position between the front side 144 and the rear side 116 of the base 102, and is connected to each horizontal member 144a-e. In some exemplary embodiments, one or more vertical members 142a-f may be indirectly connected to the base 102 via horizontal members 144e. Two of the inclined members 142a and 124f are connected to the base 102 at the sides 118 and 120 close to the base 102, respectively. The inclined member 142a may be connected with the inclined member 132a of the side portion 106 or may be the same supporting member. The inclined member 142f may be connected with the inclined member 132a of the side portion 108 or may be the same supporting member. The other inclined members 142b-e may be equally spaced between the members 142a and 142f.

The inclined members 142a-f may be oriented such that the distance between the rear portion 104 and the location where any member 142a-f is connected to the base 102 is greater than the distance from the rear portion 104 to each inclined member 142a-f connected to the horizontal member 144a. The distance of the location.

根據一些示例性實施例,傾斜構件142a-f可以具有以下尺寸:142a(50x50x2 mm,長度為1890 mm);142b(50x50x2 mm,長度為1880 mm); 142c(50x50x2 mm,長度為1880 mm);142d(50x50x2 mm,長度為1880 mm);142e(50x50x2 mm,長度為1880 mm);以及142f(50x50x2 mm,長度為1890 mm)。 According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined members 142a-f may have the following dimensions: 142a (50x50x2 mm, length 1890 mm); 142b (50x50x2 mm, length 1880 mm); 142c (50x50x2 mm, length 1880 mm); 142d (50x50x2 mm, length 1880 mm); 142e (50x50x2 mm, length 1880 mm); and 142f (50x50x2 mm, length 1890 mm). These components can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

Each horizontal member 144a-e is connected to each inclined member 142a-f. The horizontal members 144a and 144e form the topmost and bottommost members of the support part 110, respectively. The horizontal member 144e may be further connected to the base 102 along its length between the inclined members 142a and 142f. Horizontal members 144b-d may be equally spaced between members 144a and 144e. Each of the horizontal members 144a-e may span the width of the base 102 between the lateral sides 118 and 120.

In some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal member 144 a may have an extension that connects the horizontal member 144 a to the rear portion 104.

These components can be made of steel (such as stainless steel).

The inclined portion platform 148 may provide a part of support for the material sheet supported by the frame 100. The inclined portion platform 148 is connected to the base 102 between the position where the horizontal member 144e is connected to the base 102 and the front side 114 of the base 102, and may be integrated with the base 102. The inclined portion platform 148 may further straddle between the sides 118 and 120.

The support portion 110 and the side portions 106 and 108 may define a groove or bag, and the material sheet is placed in the groove or bag for support. The groove may be a volume defined by the horizontal members 144a-e, inclined members 142a-f, and inclined platforms 148 of the support portion 110 and further by the inclined members 132a-b and short inclined members 134a-c of the side portions 106 and 108.

The horizontal members 144a-e and the inclined members 142a-f together form a support frame, and the support panel 168 (see Figure 2A) is connected to the support frame.

2A to 2B, a frame 100 for supporting a sheet of material is shown. In these figures, various parts of the frame 100 have been surrounded by a plurality of coverings 164. The cover 164 limits the amount of contaminants and other debris that may enter the structure and may cause defects to any pieces of material loaded into the frame 100.

2A to 2B also show the support panel 168. The support panel 168 is provided to be in contact with the support portion 110 (specifically, the inclined members 142a-f and the horizontal members 144a-e) and the material sheet. The surface of the support panel 168 that is engaged with the sheet of material may be referred to as a support surface. The support panel 168 acts as a medium to transfer the load of the material sheet to the frame 100. In addition, the support panel 168 can provide a continuous and smooth surface on which a sheet of material can be placed, thereby providing support while reducing any stress concentration in the sheet of material. The support panel 168 may be made of any material suitable for supporting a sheet of material, such as metal. Example materials may include aluminum.

Referring to Figure 2A, a lateral support 170 is shown. The lateral restraint support 170 is arranged to be in contact with the material sheet (not shown) to prevent and/or reduce their lateral movement. The lateral support 170 may be provided at a position approximately halfway between the lowest part and the highest part of the support part 110. The lateral support 170 may be connected to the side portion 106 and/or the support portion 110. A lateral support (not shown) may be provided opposite to the lateral support 170 on the other side of the frame close to the side 108.

Turning to Fig. 2B, the frame 100 after the sheet 172 of material has been loaded is shown. The material sheet may be, for example, multilayer glass. The material sheet 172 may be placed against the support panel 168 supported by the support portion 110 of the frame 100. The sheet 172 may be further placed on the inclined platform 148.

The holding rod (or member) 174 is connected to the side portions 106 and 108. The holding rod 174 is in contact (or joined) with a surface of the sheet 172, and this surface is opposite to the surface where the support panel 168 is joined. The holding rod 174 applies a normal force to the sheet of material transferred to the support panel 168. This normal force helps to hold or fix the material sheet 172 in the recessed volume created by the side portions 106, 108 and the support portion 110. The holding rod may include a top rod and a bottom rod, the top rod is located at about 2/3 of the distance between the bottom and the top of the support 110, and the bottom rod is located at about 1/3 of the distance between the bottom and the top of the support 110 Place.

According to some exemplary embodiments, a frame 200 for supporting a sheet of material is shown in FIG. 3. The frame 200 may include a series of structural members. 110。According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined support member 206c is connected to the support part 110 at a position between 1/4 and 3/4 of the distance between the inclined member 142d and the inclined member 142e. According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined support member 206c is connected to the support part 110 at a position between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the inclined member 142d and the inclined member 142e. According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined support member 206c is connected to the support portion 110 at a position about 1/3 of the distance between the inclined member 142d and the inclined member 142e measured from the inclined member 142e. According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined support member 206c is connected to the support portion 110 at a position of 1/3 of the distance between the inclined member 142d and the inclined member 142e measured from the inclined member 142e.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the inclined support members 206a to 206c may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube with dimensions of 38×38×3 mm and a length of 533 mm.

The middle portion 112 of the frame 200 may further have an elongated horizontal member 208a. The elongated horizontal member 208a extends the width of the base 102 between the sides 118 and 120. The elongated horizontal member 208a may be connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position between the support portion 110 and the rear portion 104. The elongated horizontal member 208a may be connected to the inclined support members 206a to 206c, the short vertical members 210a-e (described below), the short horizontal member 212 (described below), and the short vertical member 214 (described below). The elongated member 208a may be positioned vertically below the elongated horizontal member 152a (see Figure 1F). Both the elongated member 208a and the elongated horizontal member 152a exist in a vertical plane (not labeled).

108。According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208 a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position between 1/4 and 3/4 of the distance between the support portion 110 and the rear portion 104. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208 a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the support portion 110 and the rear portion 104. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position about 1/3 of the distance between the support portion 110 and the rear portion 104 measured from the rear portion. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position of 1/3 of the distance between the support portion 110 and the rear portion 104 measured from the rear portion.

108。According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position between 1/4 and 3/4 of the distance between the horizontal member 130e and the horizontal member 130d. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the horizontal member 130e and the horizontal member 130d. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position about 1/2 of the distance between the horizontal member 130e and the horizontal member 130d. According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a is connected to the side portions 106 and 108 at a position 1/2 of the distance between the horizontal member 130e and the horizontal member 130d.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube with a size of 80×40×3 mm and a length of 2640 mm.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the intermediate portion 112 may further include an elongated horizontal member 208b formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube with dimensions of 38×38×3 mm and a length of 2560 mm. The elongated horizontal member 208b may be connected to the elongated horizontal member 208a along the length of the elongated horizontal member 208a. The elongated horizontal member 208b may be further connected to the short horizontal member 212 of each side 106 and 108. The length of the elongated horizontal member 208b is shorter than the length of the elongated horizontal member 208a because the elongated horizontal member 208b only spans between the short horizontal members 212 of each side 106 and 108, and does not span the sides of the base 102 Between 118 and 120.

The middle portion 112 may further include short vertical members 210a-e. Each short vertical member 210a-e is connected to both the elongated horizontal member 208a and the elongated horizontal member 152a (see Figure 1F).

152a。According to some exemplary embodiments, each short vertical member 210a-e is connected to the elongated horizontal member at a position between 1/4 and 3/4 of the distance between the two corresponding inclined members 142x of the supporting portion 110 208a and elongated horizontal member 152a. For example, the short vertical member 210a is located between the inclined members 142a and 142b, the vertical member 210b is located between the inclined members 142b and 142c, and so on. According to some exemplary embodiments, each of the short vertical members 210a-e is connected at a position between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the two corresponding inclined parts 142x of the support 110 To the elongated horizontal part 208a and the elongated horizontal part 152a. According to some exemplary embodiments, each short vertical member 210a-e is connected to the elongated horizontal member 208a and the elongated horizontal member at a position about 1/2 of the distance between the two corresponding inclined members 142x of the supporting portion 110 152a. According to some exemplary embodiments, each short vertical member 210a-e is connected to the elongated horizontal member 208a and the elongated horizontal member 152a at a position 1/2 of the distance between the two corresponding inclined members 142x of the support portion 110 .

According to some exemplary embodiments, the elongated horizontal member 208a may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube having a size of 38×38×3 mm and a length between 203 and 208 mm.

130e。The side portions 106 and 108 of the frame 200 also include additional members to support the addition of elongated horizontal members 208a and 208b to the middle portion 112. These additional members include short horizontal members 212 and short vertical members 214. The short horizontal member 212 may be connected to one of the elongated horizontal members 208a and 208b, and the vertical member 122a or 122e of the rear portion 104. The short vertical member 214 is connected to the elongate horizontal members 208a and 208b, and to the base 102 near one of the sides 118 or 120, and/or to the horizontal member 130e.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the short horizontal member 212 may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member can be a tube with a size of 80×40×3 mm and a length of 205 mm.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the short vertical member 214 may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube with a size of 80×40×3 mm and a length of 180 mm.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the frame 200 may have a support panel (the support panel 168 shown in FIG. 2A) connected to the support part 110. This support panel may include aluminum. The support panel may have a thickness of about 5-15 mm, measured relative to the normal of the support plane 146. In some exemplary embodiments, the support panel may have a thickness of about 10 mm. In some exemplary embodiments, the support panel may have a thickness of not less than 10 mm.

Turning to Figures 4A and 4B, these figures show a comparison between the flatness of frames 100 and 200 in the unloaded (Figure 4A) and loaded (Figure 4B) configurations. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the flatness of the frame 100 and the frame 200 measured at the support panel (such as the support panel 168) is measured at three positions: from the base 102 to the top of the support 110 (ie, the horizontal member 144a) One-quarter, one-half and three-quarters of the distance.

By looking at Figure 5, you can better understand these locations. Figure 5 is an outline view of the support panel 168 and the deflected support panel 168a. As shown in FIG. 5, it is desirable that the support panel 168 has a rectangular cross-section when viewed in profile. In fact, the support panel 168a deflects under its own weight and/or the weight of any piece of support material.

This deflection is shown in Figure 5. It can be seen that the flatness is measured as the height or difference between the highest point and the lowest point of the actual surface profile of the panel 168a. As shown in the figure, the lowest deflection point in FIG. 5 is substantially zero and matches the ideal profile of the panel 168, which is not necessarily the case for the actual results measured in FIGS. 4A and 4B. These heights are measured at three locations H1, H2, and H3 along the length of the support panel 168a (ie, from near one side 118 to the other side 120).

It should be appreciated that FIG. 5 is a generalized view, and the specific deflection of the panel 168a depends not only on the weight of the panel 168a and any supported sheets, but also on the position of the support capacity of the frames 100 and 200.

Referring again to FIG. 4A, it can be seen that the frame 200 has a lower maximum deflection as a whole than the frame 100. The maximum deflection of the frame 200 near one end is 2 mm, and the maximum deflection of the frame 100 near the center of the frame width (between the sides) is 4.5 mm. In addition, compared to the frame 100, the frame 200 has a more uniform and lower flatness over its entire length. It should be noted that this deflection

Figure 4B shows a similar improvement when sheets of material are loaded on the frames 100 and 200 (250 sheets of glass in this case). The weight of these glass pieces is approximately 1072 Kg. Similarly, the frame 200 experiences a small overall deflection near one end of only 2 mm, while the frame 100 deflection is 3 mm. Like the unloaded version, the flatness of the frame 200 on the frame is more uniform and uniformly lower.

1300 mm。Benefiting from this increased flatness, the frame 200 additionally experiences an increased length and contact area between the holding rod 174 and the glass sheet 172 being held. FIG. 6A is a comparison of the contact length of the frame 100 and the holding rod 174 of the frame 200. It can be seen that the contact length of the ejector rod increases from about 400 mm of the frame 100 to about 850 mm of the frame 200. For the bottom bar, the contact length increases from about 500 mm of the frame 100 to about 1300 mm of the frame 200.

5500 mm2Turning to the contact area shown in FIG. 6B, when comparing the frame 200 with the frame 100, a similar improvement is again noticed. Here, the contact area of the ejector pin has increased from about 3500 mm 2 of the frame 100 to nearly 5000 mm 2 of the frame 200. For the bottom bar, the contact area increases from approximately 3000 mm 2 of the frame 100 to approximately 5500 mm 2 of the frame 200.

FIG. 7 shows a model of the overall deflection of the frames 100 and 200 from the front view and the rear view. It can be seen that Figure 7 illustrates the deflection of the frames 100 and 200. For the frame 200, the area of maximum deflection is marked as 700, and the deflection is between 1.1 and 1.5 mm. The area with the second largest deflection is marked as 702, and the deflection is between 0.8 and 1.1 mm. In contrast, the frame 100 has a maximum deflection area labeled 704, with a deflection between 1.5 and 1.9 mm. The area 706 has the same deflection range as the area 700, and the area 708 has the same deflection range as the area 702.

50% 31% 19% 30% 26% 27% Another benefit of the frame 200 is that the glass sheets observed have a smaller vertical displacement (or vertically sliding across each other) compared to the frame 100 being installed. The vertical measurement was performed near the two edges (closest sides 106 and 108) near the top of a set of glass sheets 172 (the edge furthest from the base 102). The first measurement is taken near the interface between the glass sheet 172 and the support panel 168 (the "inside" point). Take another measurement near the exposed surface ("outside") of the glass sheet opposite and away from the frame. Take the final measurement between the inner and outer points ("middle"). The results of these measurements are summarized below, and the results are in millimeters: Side 106 Side 108 frame Inside intermediate Outside Inside intermediate Outside 100 0.20 0.16 0.16 0.23 0.23 0.26 200 0.1 0.11 0.13 0.16 0.17 0.19 cut back 50% 31% 19% 30% 26% 27%

According to some exemplary embodiments, FIG. 8 shows a frame 300 configured to support a sheet of material. The frame 300 may be substantially the same as the frame 200. The frame 300 includes all the components of the frame 100 and horizontal members 202a-b, short horizontal members 204a-b, supporting inclined members 206a-c, elongated horizontal members 208a-b, short horizontal members 212, And short vertical member 214. Each of these components may have the characteristics and characteristics described above.

208b。The difference between the frame 300 and the frame 200 is the number and location of short vertical members. In particular, the frame 300 may have short vertical members 210b, 210c, and 210e, but may not include the short vertical members 210a and 210e, each of which may be as described above. The frame 200 may further include additional short vertical members 302a-d. As shown in Figure 8, each of the short vertical members 302a-d may be connected to one of the vertical members 156a-d respectively, or to the elongated horizontal member 152a at the junction where the vertical members 156a-d are connected to the elongated horizontal member 152a. The short vertical members 302a-d are additionally connected to the elongate members 208a and/or 208b.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the vertical members 302a-d may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member can be a tube with a size of 38×38×3 mm and a length of 203-208 mm.

408a-d。According to some exemplary embodiments, FIG. 9 shows a frame 400 provided as a supporting material sheet. The frame 400 may include the same components having the same features and characteristics as the frame 100 described above. Additionally, the frame 400 may include horizontal members 402a-d, vertical members 404a-b, short horizontal members 406a-h, and inclined members 408a-d.

每個構件402a-d可以連接到垂直構件404a-b,以及在142a和142f之間的每個傾斜構件142b-e(在一些實施例中,構件402a-d也可以連接到傾斜構件142a和142f)。Each horizontal member 402a-d may be an additional member added to the support part 110, thereby increasing its rigidity and supporting ability. Each member 402a-d may span substantially the entire width of base 102 from side 118 to 120 between vertical members 404a-b. Each member 402a-d may be connected to vertical member 404a-b, and each inclined member 142b-e between 142a and 142f (in some embodiments, members 402a-d may also be connected to inclined member 142a and 142f ).

142x。According to some exemplary embodiments, each horizontal member 402a-d is connected to the inclined member 142x at a position between 1/4 and 3/4 of the distance between two corresponding horizontal members 144x of the support part 110. For example, horizontal member 402a is located between horizontal members 144a and 144b, horizontal member 402b is located between horizontal members 144b and 144c, and so on. According to some exemplary embodiments, each of the horizontal members 402a-d is connected to the inclined member at a position between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the two corresponding horizontal members 144x of the support portion 110 142x. According to some exemplary embodiments, each horizontal member 402a-d is connected to the inclined member 142x at a position about half of the distance between the two corresponding horizontal members 144x of the support 110. According to some exemplary embodiments, each horizontal member 402a-d is connected to the inclined member 142x at a position that is half of the distance between the two corresponding horizontal members 144x of the support part 110.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal members 402a, 402c, and 402d may be formed of aluminum, for example, A6N0155-T5 aluminum. Each member may be an extrusion that generally has a size of 80×40 mm and a length of 2640 mm.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal member 402b may be formed of aluminum, such as A6N0155-T5 aluminum. Each member may be an extrusion that generally has a size of 40×80 mm and a length of 2560 mm.

402a-d。The support 110 may further include additional vertical members 404a-b. Each vertical member 404a-b may be connected to the base 102, as well as each horizontal member 144a-e and horizontal member 402a-d.

120。According to some exemplary embodiments, each of the vertical members 404a-b may be formed of aluminum, for example, A6N0155-T5 aluminum. Each vertical member 404a-b may be formed of a pair of aluminum extrusions, the first of the pair of aluminum extrusions typically has a size of 40x80 mm and a length of 1963 mm. The second of this pair can usually have dimensions of 80x80 mm and length of 1985 mm, with a tube of dimensions of 80x40x3 mm and length of 2318 mm. The second of the pair may be positioned closer to the corresponding side 118 or 120 of the base 102 than the first extrusion in the pair.

Like the supporting portion 110, the middle portion 112 may also include additional components compared to the frame 100. For example, the middle portion 112 may include short horizontal members 406a-h. According to some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal members 406a-h may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube having a size of 38×38×2 mm and a length of approximately 204 mm.

156b-d。Each short horizontal member 406a-h is connected to the rear and is in a plane intersecting one of the vertical members 156a-d. For example, the short horizontal member 406a is connected to the vertical member 156a, and to the horizontal member 124c at the rear. The vertical members 406b-d are also connected to the horizontal member 124c of the rear 104, but each vertical member 406b-d is connected to the vertical member 156b-d, respectively.

152a。Similarly, each vertical member 406e-h is connected to one of the vertical members 156a-d, respectively, and is also connected to the horizontal member 124d of the rear 104. In some exemplary embodiments, each vertical member 406e-h is connected to the elongated horizontal member 152a at a junction connecting the respective vertical member 156a-d.

The middle portion may also include a plurality of inclined members 408a-d. According to some exemplary embodiments, the horizontal members 406a-h may be formed of steel, such as stainless steel, and more specifically, SUS304 stainless steel. Each member may be a tube having a size of 38×38×2 mm and a length of approximately 498 mm.

Each inclined member 408a-d is connected to the rear portion 104 and the elongated horizontal member 152a. In some exemplary embodiments, each inclined member 408a-d is connected to the base 102 near the horizontal member 124e of the rear portion 104. In some exemplary embodiments, each inclined member 408a-d is connected to the horizontal member 124e of the rear portion 104. The inclined members 408a-d may be connected to the elongated horizontal member 152a at the junction where the horizontal members 150b-e, the vertical members 156a-d, and the inclined members 158a-d are also connected.

In some exemplary embodiments, any angle measured between the inclined members 408a-d and any components to which it is connected is inclined. According to some exemplary embodiments, this angle is measured between the longitudinal direction in which the inclined members 408a-d extend and the longitudinal direction in which another member extends or the normal to the plane in which this member and/or part is located.

410。FIG. 10 shows a front view of the frame 400. It can be seen that the frame 400 utilizes four holding rods 408, which is more than the holding rods 174 used for the frame 100. Adding more holding rods may allow the force used to hold the sheet of material on the surface of the material to be more evenly distributed. In addition, the frame 400 uses 3 pairs of lateral support members 410 compared to the pair of lateral supports 170 used for the frame 100.

The frame 400 also utilizes an aluminum honeycomb structure 412 covering the material sheet 172. The honeycomb 412 further aids in the even distribution of force from the holding rod 408 to the material sheet.

300。Although a honeycomb structure and a greater number of retaining rods and lateral supports are shown relative to the frame 400, it should be understood that these additions can also be used for the frames 200 and 300.

504。Turning to Figure 11, different versions of the holding members 500a-c are shown. The holding members 500a-b may be used in place of any of the holding rods 408 and 174 as described above, respectively. The holding member 500c is the simplest of the three forms presented, and consists of a hollow circular tube 502 over most of its length. Covering the end of the holding member 500c may be an interface 504 for connecting the holding member 500c to the side portions 106 and 108.

504。The holding member 500b includes an extrusion 506 that may be made of aluminum. The pressing member 506 may have elasticity like a spring to suppress an increase in the normal force placed in the glass during any movement. The holding member 500b may include the interface 504 as described above.

504。Finally, the holding member 500a includes a rod 508 that supports the spring 510. The spring 510 is used to apply force to the material sheet via the interface 512. The holding member 500a may include the interface 504 as described above.

According to some exemplary embodiments, the holding rods/members (174, 408, and 500) may be rectangular tubes.

Turning to Figure 12, a comparison of the deflection of the frames 100, 200, and 400 over the length of each frame (from side 106 to 108) is shown. This figure is related to FIG. 7 and a deflection model of the frame 400 is added. In particular, the drawn line shows the deflection measured at approximately 2/3 of the total height of each corresponding frame. Line 600 shows the deflection of frame 100, line 602 shows the deflection of frame 200, and line 604 shows the deflection of frame 400.

Although examples are shown and described herein, the embodiments are not limited to the details shown, because those skilled in the art can make various modifications and structural changes therein within the equal scope of the patent application.
