(一) 第一實施例:
請參考第一至三圖及第四圖。伸縮缸3,又名伸縮桿、線性致動桿等等。伸縮缸3主要包含不可伸縮之基部31及可伸縮之伸縮部32。將伸縮缸3以兩個具有管狀槽35的握把33在伸縮缸3的基部31適當位置處用螺絲鎖緊,緊密套住;握把33下方做兩個開口槽34;再將一橫跨式基座1,做成內、外兩件式,並使其內外相套合,以便可以伸縮成適當的長度,然後在內外相套合處以自攻螺絲鎖緊,也可以在內外相套合處預先留孔11(請參考第四圖),以幫助自攻螺絲更容易施工。
請參考第四圖,將該橫跨式基座1橫跨於床墊6中間區段附近的下面,患者8和床墊6的重量即具有固定該橫跨式基座1的效果(當然也可以進一步以螺絲或其它方式固定該橫跨式基座1於床架7)。
在該橫跨式基座1兩側連結一伸縮缸安置器2(連結的方式有很多種,例如旋扣式,請參考第六圖;或直接在該橫跨式基座1兩側做一伸縮缸安置器2,成為一體,請參考第一至三圖),該伸縮缸安置器2有許多成對的孔21( 請參考第一圖),在適當的位置鎖上兩根螺絲作為支撐軸22,然後將上述已經套緊伸縮缸3的兩個握把33的開口槽34分別與這兩支支撐軸22做開放式結合成與床墊6面夾角小於90度,如此,很好固定,也很好拆卸。
翻身載具5的做法是:可以將一適當大小尺寸的通風透氣的布料,在兩側裁縫一側桿通道51,側桿通道51可以一端縫起來,另一端留有通道入口52,以便放入側桿4;在側桿通道51中間開有一孔55,此即為一通風透氣之翻身載具5,我簡稱為「翻身布」;進一步可以在翻身布的前後,大約是分別對應到患者8的頭、肩、胸位置與腳位置附近做一口袋形開口53,以便放入通風透氣的支撐材墊撐患者8,作為保護患者8在翻身時不受擠壓之用,請參考第十圖。
將翻身布置於床墊6上,使患者8躺臥其上,然後,在伸縮缸3之伸縮部32通常都有具備一鎖孔36(請參考第一至三圖及第十一圖),將側桿4由翻身布的通道入口52放入側桿通道51,側桿4本身也開一孔41,使之與翻身布的側桿通道51的孔55及伸縮缸3之伸縮部32的鎖孔36對齊,再以一螺絲鎖緊。又第四圖與第十圖之側桿4並非不同,只是觀察角度不同。
再以一控制器控制伸縮缸3之伸縮,以改變翻身狀態。例如,患者8左右兩側之伸縮缸3都縮在最短位置時,患者8為平躺,經一段時間後,令左側之伸縮缸3伸長,此時患者8即向右翻。更進一步,該控制器可以控制一插座在此時通電,使插在該插座的患者8左側風扇可以吹風,讓患者8涼爽舒適。同理,經一段時間後,令左側伸縮缸3縮回至最短,右側之伸縮缸3伸長,此時患者8即向左翻;此時該控制器可以控制另一插座通電,使插在該插座的患者8右側風扇可以吹風,讓患者8涼爽舒適。
該控制器除了定時自動翻身(設計成每隔一段時間就改變伸縮缸3之伸縮狀態)外,也可以設計成利用遙控方式手動控制,例如紅外線遙控,做法例如:控制器內置一微電腦晶片,連結紅外線接收器VS1838,並對該微電腦晶片寫入適當之程式;然後操作紅外線遙控器,當按下該紅外線遙控器按鈕時,會發出信號給該紅外線接收器VS1838接收,然後由該微電腦晶片予以判斷並控制翻身狀態。
(二) 第二實施例:
請參考第十一圖,將伸縮缸3的外形結構做成具有一插件37,以免去握把33,即為具連結橫跨式基座功能之伸縮缸38;將橫跨式基座1兩側做一凸起平台12,在凸起平台12內做一插槽14;將該橫跨式基座1壓在床墊6中間區段下面固定,然後將該具連結橫跨式基座功能之伸縮缸38之插件37插入橫跨式基座1之插槽14內固定,如此,好安裝,也好拆卸。
翻身布的做法如第一實施例,請參考第十圖,然後將側桿4由翻身布的通道入口52放入側桿通道51,側桿4本身也開一孔41,使之與翻身布的側桿通道51的孔55及具連結橫跨式基座功能之伸縮缸38之伸縮部32的鎖孔36(請參考第十一圖)對齊,再以一螺絲鎖緊。
再以控制器定時自動翻身(設計成每隔一段時間就改變具連結橫跨式基座功能之伸縮缸38之伸縮狀態),也可以設計成利用遙控方式手動控制,例如手機藍芽控制,做法例如:控制器內置一微電腦晶片,連結HC-05藍芽模組,並對該微電腦晶片寫入適當之程式;然後在手機端寫一APP執行,當偵測到該HC-05藍芽模組並且連線,就可以利用所寫的APP之介面進行操作,並發出信號給HC-05藍芽模組,而該HC-05藍芽模組接收到信號後,由該微電腦晶片予以判斷並控制翻身狀態。
上述第一實施例或第二實施例之翻身裝置之結構,其中,金屬部份可以主要採用銅或銅合金構成,或將金屬鍍以銅或銅合金,而非金屬部分可以採用鍍以銅或銅合金薄膜,以達殺菌效果(根據研究銅或銅合金具有殺菌效果,與銅離子的釋出率有關)。
