Description

Structure of turnover device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a technology of a turnover device, in particular to a turnover device which has the advantages that effective turnover must have two factors of 'gravity center transfer' and 'ventilation and air permeability', the whole structure is simple and effective, and by means of the turnover device, a patient can be helped to effectively turn over, so that the patient and a care worker can have a proper rest.
Background
It is well known that it is important to turn over a patient lying in bed for a long time. The patient lying in bed for a long time can get bedsore because the back or other parts of the body are under pressure for a long time and cannot be released and ventilated, so that the patient needs to have two factors of 'gravity center transfer' (or called 'pressure transfer') and 'ventilation and ventilation' at the same time for effectively turning over.
When a patient lies in bed for a long time and does not turn over, the part contacted with the mattress surface is always in a stressed state, and qi and blood cannot be unobstructed; the purpose of turning over is to enable one side of the body to leave the mattress surface and reduce or not to be pressed, and the two sides can take a rest in turn by turning over in turn.
Common turning devices are classified into several categories: (1) turning-over bed plates (2), air cushions (3) bed sheets. The turnover bed board is that the bed board is turned over to incline at an angle, the bed board is actually turned over, and the patient can not be, and the whole back of the patient still lies on the bed board, so the whole back is not decompressed; moreover, the back of the patient is attached to the bed plate, so the patient cannot breathe; furthermore, some people even use handcuffs and fetters to fix patients so as to prevent the patients from sliding off the bed board, and the sliding feeling of the patients still exists, which is very convenient.
The air cushions cause one side of the air cushion to be high in an inflation mode to form an inclined plane, so that a patient looks inclined, the principle and the effect are the same as those of turning bed plates, and the discomfort can be slightly reduced only if the surface of the air cushion, which is in contact with the patient, is softer than the bed plate. Similarly, the air cushions are also attached to the mattress over the entire back, so that no pressure is reduced over the entire back; and because the back of the patient is attached to the air cushion, the patient is not ventilated (if the ventilation is not ventilated, the wind is eliminated, so the ventilation is not ventilated of course).
The bed sheet simulation has the opportunity to achieve the effect of turning over, but also needs to see how to act. First, the body does not feel the feeling of manual turning (whether helping or being turned), it has both horizontal and vertical displacement components, but rolling means, it is true turning.
Unfortunately, many bed sheet turn-over machines are complex in design, complex in structure and difficult to implement, some of the bed sheet turn-over machines have a suspension beam above a patient, some of the bed sheet turn-over machines have a squeezing feeling on the body of the patient, and the patient has obvious discomfort on the body or the mind; some patients are inclined by using a vertical lifting mode, which just causes an inclined plane as before, and do not have a real turning effect.
The inventor has previously created and applied for a plurality of patents relating to "a structure of a turning-over device" and "a stand for a turning-over device" and has passed through the patent, which can be effectively applied to turning-over, however, it has not been satisfactory to do so, and based on these good foundations, the present invention has been completed with the attention paid to research, refinement and pursuit of refinement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a structure of a turnover device, wherein in one embodiment, a telescopic cylinder and a mattress surface are pushed out at an included angle of less than 90 degrees to drive a side rod and a turnover carrier (turning cloth for short) mainly made of ventilating cloth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the structure of the turnover device mainly comprises a telescopic cylinder; a telescopic cylinder setter; and a cross-over base. The telescopic cylinder placer is used for fixing the telescopic cylinder to enable the telescopic cylinder not to rotate, is obviously different from the design of enabling the telescopic cylinder to rotate in the past application, and has the improvement that the telescopic cylinder is fixed to enable the position of the turnover cloth not to float and swing, and a patient can lie on the turnover cloth; furthermore, some conventional bed frames may not be able to be installed because of the size and shape of the telescopic cylinder placement device, and the cross-type base included in the present invention performs a function better than that of the bed frame itself, so that the problem can be easily solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the structure of the telescopic cylinder can be combined with the cross type base, namely the structure of the turnover device mainly comprises the telescopic cylinder with the function of connecting the cross type base; and a cross-over base.
To achieve the above object, the first turning-over device of the present invention comprises: the method mainly comprises the following steps:
the telescopic cylinder is connected with the turning-over carrier or the side rod and is directly or indirectly fixed by the telescopic cylinder placer to form an included angle of less than 90 degrees with the mattress surface;
a telescopic cylinder setter connected to the cross base 1 and used for fixing the telescopic cylinder 3 so as not to rotate; and
a cross-over base crossing over the mattress near the middle section for fixing the telescopic cylinder setter 2;
wherein, the telescopic cylinder setter comprises at least one hole and a supporting shaft; or
At least one open slot and a support shaft; or at least one support frame or a combination thereof.
The above-described telescopic cylinder arrangement has an important feature for fixing the telescopic cylinder so that it does not rotate (which will help the patient lie down on it without the turn-up cloth floating up), so according to this feature, the telescopic cylinder arrangement comprises at least one hole and a support shaft, at least one open slot and a support shaft, or at least one support bracket, which must also comply with the feature of "fixing the telescopic cylinder so that it does not rotate".
If the holes are round holes and the supporting shafts are cylindrical, the holes are required to be a plurality of and at least comprise two supporting shafts, and the supporting shafts and the holes are installed in a matched mode; if the hole is not a circular hole and the support shaft is not cylindrical, the hole is plural, and the support shaft may be singular or plural; if the support shaft is a cylindrical support shaft (e.g., a screw is classified as cylindrical herein), the holes must be plural and include at least two support shafts, and the support shafts and the holes are installed in a matching manner; similarly, if the part of the support frame for supporting the telescopic cylinder is cylindrical, the support frame at least comprises two support frames, and if the part is not cylindrical, the support frames can be singular or plural; of course, if the combination of the singular cylindrical support shaft and the singular support frame also meets the feature of "fixing the telescopic cylinder so as not to rotate", the similar situations are many and are not listed.

At least one open slot 24 and a support shaft 22 (see fig. 3); or at least one support 23 (see fig. 2).
The telescopic cylinder setter 2 described above has an important feature for fixing the telescopic cylinder 3 against rotation (which will make the turn-up cloth less sloppy and help the patient 8 lie on it), so according to this feature, as mentioned above, wherein the telescopic cylinder setter 2 comprises at least one hole 21 and a support shaft 22; or at least one open groove 24 and support shaft 22; or at least one support bracket 23. It must also comply with the feature of "fixing the telescopic cylinder 3 so that it does not rotate".
For example, if the hole 21 is a circular hole and the supporting shaft 22 is cylindrical, the hole 21 must be plural and at least includes two supporting shafts 22, and the supporting shafts 22 and the hole 21 are installed in a matching manner; whereas if the hole 21 is not a circular hole and the support shaft 22 is not a cylindrical shape, the hole 21 is plural, and the support shaft 22 may be singular or plural; if the supporting shaft 22 is a cylindrical supporting shaft 22 (for example, the screw is classified as cylindrical herein), the holes 21 must be plural, and at least two supporting shafts 22 are included, and the supporting shafts 22 and the holes 21 are installed in a matching manner; similarly, if the portion of the support frame 23 for supporting the telescopic cylinder 3 is cylindrical, it at least includes two support frames 23; if non-cylindrical, the support 23 may be singular or plural; of course, if the combination of the singular cylindrical support shaft 22 and the singular support frame 23 also meets the feature of "fixing the telescopic cylinder 3 so as not to rotate", the similar situations are many and are not listed.
The structure of the second turnover device is as follows:
referring to fig. 11, the structure of a turning-over device of the present invention mainly includes:
a telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of linking the cross-type base, which is linked with the turning carrier 5 or the side rod 4 and is structured to be combined with the cross-type base 1, and the included angle between the telescopic cylinder and the surface of the mattress 6 is less than 90 degrees; and
a cross-over base 1, which crosses over the mattress 6 near the middle section, for fixing the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-over base;
the connection between the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of linking the cross-type base and the cross-type base 1 can be a snap-fit type, a screw-fit type, a hook-and-loop type, an opposite-plug type, or any combination of male and female types, or a screw-locking type, or a combination thereof.
For example, referring to fig. 11, the telescopic cylinder 3 and an insert 37 can be integrated into a telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base, and a slot 14 is formed on both sides of the cross-type base 1 so that the two can be combined in an opposite insertion manner. Furthermore, a snap (also known as "dragon ball", not shown) may be installed inside the plug 37 of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base, and a suitable hole (not shown) may be made on the surface of the slot 14 of the cross-type base 1 to be snapped with the snap of the plug 37, so as to adjust the height position of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base when combined.
In the structure of the turning-over device of the present invention, the cross-over base 1 included in the structure of the first turning-over device or the structure of the second turning-over device is not limited to the platform shape of fig. 1 to 3 or fig. 5 to 7 or fig. 11, and may be tubular (not shown) or any other shape.
The structure of the first turning device the cross-over base 1 can also be provided with a raised platform 12 on both sides, see fig. 5, for fastening in combination with a telescopic cylinder accommodator 2 with suitable open slots 25 (e.g. fig. 8 and 9).
Referring to fig. 11, the cross-over base 1 of the second turning-over device structure can also be provided with a raised platform 12 on both sides to form a slot 14 for fixing with an insert 37 of a telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-over base.
In addition, the cross base 1 included in the structure of the first turning-over device or the structure of the second turning-over device can be telescopically fixed, for example, referring to fig. 4, the cross base 1 is made into an inner part and an outer part, which are then sleeved with each other, and then adjusted to a proper length, and then fixed by the screw locking hole 11.
In the structure of the turning-over device according to the first aspect, the telescopic cylinder 3 may be an electric type, a pneumatic type, or a hydraulic type.
In the second configuration of the turning-over device, the telescopic cylinder 38 having the function of connecting the straddle-type base may be electrically, pneumatically, or hydraulically operated.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the telescopic cylinder 3 of the first turning device structure may be fixed by a handle 33, and then the handle 33 is fixed to the telescopic cylinder holder 2, but the fixation is not fixed, but fixed at a fixed angle so as not to shake, rotate and be detachable. However, the telescopic cylinder 3 may be integrated with the grip 33 (not shown) and directly fixed to the telescopic cylinder holder 2, and similarly, the fixation is not fixed but fixed at a fixed angle so as not to shake, rotate and be detachable.
Furthermore, the handle 33 may be integrated with the telescopic cylinder holder 2 (not shown) to fix the telescopic cylinder 3, and the fixation may be fixed or non-fixed so that it does not shake, rotate and be detachable.
In addition, the structure of the first turning-over device in the structure of the turning-over device of the present invention, wherein the connection between the telescopic cylinder holder 2 and the cross-over base 1 may be a snap-in type, a snap-in type (please refer to fig. 6), a snap-in type, a plug-in type (please refer to fig. 7), or any combination of male and female type, or a screw-locking type (please refer to fig. 8 or fig. 9), or a combination thereof, or be fixed integrally. For example, referring to fig. 6, an inverted T-shaped fastener 26 is formed below the telescopic cylinder setter 2, and a rotary-fastening type hollow rail 13 having an arc-shaped hollow rail 131 and a large opening arc-shaped hollow rail starting point 132 is formed at both sides of the cross base 1, so that the inverted T-shaped fastener 26 of the telescopic cylinder setter 2 is inserted and rotated for fixing, and also rotated and pulled out in the opposite direction for detaching.
For another example, referring to fig. 7, a plug 27 (which may be cylindrical, tubular or any shape) is formed below the telescopic cylinder holder 2, and slots 14 corresponding to the plug 27 are formed on both sides of the cross-type base 1 for plugging and unplugging. Furthermore, a snap (also known as "dragon ball", not shown) may be provided inside the insert 27, and a suitable hole (not shown) may be formed on the surface of the slot 14 to engage with the snap of the insert 27, so as to adjust the height of the telescopic cylinder holder 2 during the combination.
In addition, in the structure of the turning-over device according to the first aspect of the present invention, the telescopic cylinder holder 2 is open to fix the telescopic cylinder 3 (see fig. 1 to 3), so as to fix or detach the telescopic cylinder 3 conveniently.
In addition, the structure of the turning-over device of the first kind (please refer to fig. 4) or the structure of the turning-over device of the second kind in the structure of the turning-over device of the present invention, wherein the telescopic cylinder 3 is further connected with a side rod 4, and the side rod 4 is further connected with a turning-over carrier 5 mainly composed of air permeable and flexible media. Further, the turning-over carrier 5 may be made of, but not limited to, a breathable fabric (hereinafter referred to as a turning-over fabric). Referring to fig. 10, a side bar passage 51 is sewn on both sides of the turn-over cloth on which the human body lies, and the side bar passage 51 may have at least one end thereof provided with a passage inlet 52 so that the side bar 4 can be inserted; or the hair surface and the stabbing surface of the devil's felt can be sewn at the proper positions of the turnover cloth at the two sides of the lying human body so as to be combined into a channel (not shown); or buttons can be sewn at proper positions of the turnover cloth at the two sides of the lying human body so as to form channels (not shown) when the buttons are buckled.
The turn-over support 5 further comprises a pocket-shaped opening 53 for receiving a support material for supporting the patient 8, for example, referring to fig. 10, the pocket-shaped opening 53 can be sewn near the position of the turn-over cloth corresponding to the head, shoulder and chest of the patient 8 (not shown) and near the position corresponding to the feet, so as to put the support material from the opening 54 to relieve the squeezing feeling, and the support material is preferably made of flexible, ventilated or cool material.
In addition, the structure of the first turning-over device in the structure of the turning-over device of the present invention further comprises a controller (not shown), the controller is electrically connected with the telescopic cylinder 3 and a socket, and whether the socket is electrified or not is determined by the extending state of the telescopic cylinder 3 and is controlled by the controller; or the structure of the second turning-over device in the structure of the turning-over device of the present invention further comprises a controller (not shown), the controller is electrically connected to the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base and a socket, and the power on/off of the socket is controlled by the controller depending on the state of extension of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base.
The controller of the first turning device is electrically connected to the telescopic cylinder 3, so that the turning direction, the turning time and the turning angle can be controlled by controlling the stretching and retracting time of the telescopic cylinder 3, and the requirements of automatic turning and manual turning are met, furthermore, for example, the stretching of the telescopic cylinder 3 on the left side of the patient 8 (the stretching of the telescopic cylinder 3 on the right side is completed) can enable the patient 8 to turn right, and at the moment, the socket of the fan corresponding to the left side of the patient 8 can be controlled to be powered on (for example, the fan can select a mechanical knob speed control mode or a traditional fan which is powered on, namely, blows air), so that the fan on the left side can help the body of the patient 8 to dissipate body heat when the patient lies for a long time when turning right.
Similarly, in the above-mentioned structure of the second turning-over device, the controller is electrically connected with the telescopic cylinder 38 having the function of connecting with the cross-type base, therefore, the stretching and contracting time of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base by the control device can control the direction, the time and the angle of the turnover, thereby achieving the function of automatic turnover and the requirement of manual turnover control, and furthermore, for example, the stretching of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the connecting and crossing base function on the left side of the patient 8 (the state that the telescopic cylinder 38 with the connecting and crossing base function on the right side is already retracted) can be controlled to turn the patient 8 to the right, at this time, the socket of the fan corresponding to the left side of the patient 8 can be controlled to be powered on (for example, the fan can be selected from a mechanical knob speed control mode or a traditional fan which is powered on, namely, blows), the left fan thus helps the body dissipate body heat when the patient 8 is turned to the right for prolonged periods of lying.
The controller of the first turning-over device structure or the second turning-over device structure further comprises an infrared receiver, a bluetooth receiving module, a radio wave receiving module, a voice recognition module or a brain wave control module, wherein the infrared receiver is used for receiving an infrared control signal; the Bluetooth receiving module is used for receiving Bluetooth signals; the radio wave receiving module is used for receiving radio wave signals; the voice recognition module is used for receiving and distinguishing voice commands; the brain wave control module is used for receiving brain wave control signals. Because the keys can be arranged on the panel of the controller and can also be arranged in a remote control mode, the technologies of infrared remote controller, Bluetooth remote controller, radio remote controller or mobile phone APP Bluetooth control, even the technologies of voice recognition control, brain wave control and eyeball identification control are mature, and a plurality of modules are available on the market, and only need to be integrated into the controller during design and then be changed and deduced.
Two more examples are given below as examples of the present invention:
first embodiment (first):
please refer to fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4. Common telescopic cylinders are of a two-section type or a multi-section type (such as a three-section type), wherein the two-section type means that one section is a base part, and the other section is a telescopic part; the three-section type means that one section is a base part, and the other two sections are telescopic parts. Taking a two-section type as an example, the telescopic cylinder 3 is tightly sleeved by two handles 33 with tubular grooves 35 which are tightly locked by screws at proper positions of the base 31 of the telescopic cylinder 3; two open slots 34 are arranged below the grip 33; then, a cross-type base 1 is made into an inner part and an outer part, the inner part and the outer part are sleeved together so as to be capable of extending and contracting into a proper length, and then self-tapping screws are fastened at the sleeved parts of the inner part and the outer part, and holes 11 (please refer to fig. 4) can be reserved at the sleeved parts of the inner part and the outer part so as to help the self-tapping screws to be easier to construct.
Referring to fig. 4, by spanning the cross-over base 1 under the mattress 6 near the middle section, the weight of the patient 8 and the mattress 6 has the effect of securing the cross-over base 1 (although the cross-over base 1 may be further secured to the frame 7 by screws or other means).
The two sides of the cross-type base 1 are connected with a telescopic cylinder setter 2 (the connection mode is various, for example, a screwing type, please refer to fig. 6, or the two sides of the cross-type base 1 are directly provided with a telescopic cylinder setter 2 to form a whole, please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3), the telescopic cylinder setter 2 is provided with a plurality of paired holes 21 (please refer to fig. 1), two screws are locked at proper positions to be used as supporting shafts 22, and then the open grooves 34 of the two handles 33 which are tightly sleeved on the telescopic cylinders 3 are respectively combined with the two supporting shafts 22 in an open mode to form an included angle of less than 90 degrees with the surface of the mattress 6, so that the cross-type base is well fixed and also well disassembled.
The turning-over carrier 5 comprises the following steps: a piece of ventilating and air-permeable cloth with proper size can be arranged on one side of the tailor side rod channel 51 at two sides, one end of the side rod channel 51 can be sewed up, and the other end is provided with a channel inlet 52 so as to be convenient for placing the side rod 4; a hole 55 is arranged in the middle of the side rod channel 51, and the side rod channel is a ventilated turning-over carrier 5, which is called turning-over cloth for short; further, a pocket-shaped opening 53 may be formed in front and rear of the turn-over cloth corresponding to the head, shoulder, chest and foot positions of the patient 8, respectively, so as to insert a ventilation support material to support the patient 8 for protecting the patient 8 from being squeezed during turning over, as shown in fig. 10.
The turn-over is placed on the mattress 6, the patient 8 is laid on it, then, the telescopic part 32 of the telescopic cylinder 3 is normally provided with a locking hole 36 (see fig. 1 to 3 and 11), the side bar 4 is put into the side bar passage 51 from the passage entrance 52 of the turn-over cloth, the side bar 4 itself is also provided with a hole 41, which is aligned with the hole 55 of the side bar passage 51 of the turn-over cloth and the locking hole 36 of the telescopic part 32 of the telescopic cylinder 3, and then locked with a screw. The side bars 4 of fig. 4 and 10 are not different, but only in viewing angle.
And a controller is used for controlling the expansion of the expansion cylinder 3 so as to change the turning state. For example, when the telescopic cylinders 3 on the left and right sides of the patient 8 are retracted to the shortest position, the patient 8 lies down, and after a while, the telescopic cylinder 3 on the left side is extended, and at this time, the patient 8 turns right. Further, the controller may control a socket to be powered on at this time so that the fan on the left side of the patient 8 plugged in the socket may blow air to cool and comfort the patient 8. Similarly, after a period of time, the left telescopic cylinder 3 is retracted to the shortest length, and the right telescopic cylinder 3 is extended, so that the patient 8 turns left; at this time, the controller can control the other socket to be powered on, so that the fan on the right side of the patient 8 inserted into the socket can blow air, and the patient 8 is cool and comfortable.
The controller, in addition to automatic turning over at regular intervals (designed to change the telescopic state of the telescopic cylinder 3 at intervals), can also be designed to be manually controlled by means of a remote control, such as infrared remote control, for example: a microcomputer chip is arranged in the controller, is connected with the infrared receiver VS1838 and writes a proper program into the microcomputer chip; then operating the infrared remote controller, when pressing the button of the infrared remote controller, sending a signal to the infrared receiver VS1838 for receiving, and then judging and controlling the turn-over state by the microcomputer chip.
Second embodiment:
referring to fig. 11, the telescopic cylinder 3 is configured to have an insert 37 to avoid the grip 33, i.e. the telescopic cylinder 38 is configured to connect with the straddle-type base; forming a raised platform 12 on both sides of the cross-type base 1, and forming a slot 14 in the raised platform 12; the cross-over base 1 is pressed under the middle section of the mattress 6 and fixed, and then the insert 37 with the telescopic cylinder 38 connecting the function of the cross-over base is inserted into the slot 14 of the cross-over base 1 and fixed, thus, the installation is good and the disassembly is good.
The body-turning cloth is made by putting the side bar 4 into the side bar channel 51 from the channel entrance 52 of the body-turning cloth as the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 10, and the side bar 4 itself is opened with a hole 41 to align with the hole 55 of the side bar channel 51 of the body-turning cloth and the lock hole 36 (please refer to fig. 11) of the telescopic part 32 of the telescopic cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-over base, and then locked with a screw.
The patient can turn over automatically at regular time by using a controller (the stretching state of the stretching cylinder 38 with the function of connecting the cross-type base is designed to be changed at intervals), and the patient can also be designed to be controlled manually by using a remote control mode, such as mobile phone Bluetooth control, for example: a microcomputer chip is arranged in the controller, connected with the HC-05 Bluetooth module and written with a proper program; then write an APP execution at the mobile phone end, when the HC-05 Bluetooth module is detected and online, the operation can be carried out by using the written APP interface, and a signal is sent to the HC-05 Bluetooth module, and after the HC-05 Bluetooth module receives the signal, the microcomputer chip judges and controls the turnover state.
In the structure of the turning-over device according to the first or second embodiment, the metal portion may be mainly made of copper or copper alloy, or the metal is plated with copper or copper alloy, and the non-metal portion may be plated with copper or copper alloy film, so as to achieve the sterilization effect (according to the research on the sterilization effect of copper or copper alloy, the release rate of copper ions is related).
In view of the above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without these specific details.
