Abstract

本發明係關於一種滑板結構，其包括一發泡芯板、一頂皮及一底皮。該頂皮具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該頂皮的頂面用於承載一使用者，該頂皮的底面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的頂面及週邊，且該頂皮的週邊未超出該發泡芯板的底面。該底皮具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該底皮的頂面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的底面及該頂皮的週邊，該底皮的底面用於滑行於一滑行面。如此，藉由該底皮遮蓋該頂皮的週邊，使得整個滑板供滑行的底面沒有由頂皮與底皮構成的接縫，並可減少或避免該頂皮的週邊受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮從發泡芯板剝離的機率。

Description

滑板結構
本發明與運動休閒用或救生用的滑板有關，例如各種衝浪板、滑雪板、滑草板、滑沙板、救生板⋯⋯等，尤指這類滑板的頂皮與底皮間的接合結構。
習知滑板的一種基本結構，如圖7所示，包括一頂皮9、一芯板8及一底皮7。頂皮9可為單層或多層，如圖8所示，常見的頂皮9通常有2層，一層為頂發泡皮90，另一層為印刷有圖案的塑膠膜91。芯板8由發泡材料製成，例如EPS發泡芯板。底皮7可為單層或多層，常見的底皮7通常有2層，一層為底發泡皮70，另一層為塑膠板71，底發泡皮70比塑膠板71厚，塑膠板71具有用於滑行的一底面710。其中，底皮7覆蓋且結合於芯板8的底面80，但未超出底面80，頂皮9覆蓋且結合於芯板8的頂面81及週邊82，並覆蓋至底皮7的週邊700，因此，頂皮9對應底皮7的部份與底皮7的週邊700之間會形成有一接縫S，換言之，如圖9所示，在該習知滑板的底面有由底皮7及頂皮9所構成的接縫S，且接縫S圍繞底皮7的底面710一圈，並向上延伸至頂皮9與芯板8間的接合縫。
在該滑板滑行於一滑行面（例如水面、雪地表面、草地表面或砂地表面）的期間，除了底皮7用於滑行的底面710會接觸該滑行面之外，頂皮9的週邊900及接縫S也都會接觸該滑行面，並因此受到構成該滑行面的物質的摩擦與衝擊，一段時間之後，就會導致頂皮9與底皮7從接縫S處裂開，一旦發生這種狀況，不但會讓水、砂或其它構成該滑行面的物質從該裂開處侵入芯板8，也會讓頂皮9逐漸從芯板8剝離，最終有可能出現大面積剝離情形，以致於整個滑板不堪使用。
由此可見，長期以來，習知滑板的頂皮一直有容易裂開、剝離情形之問題而亟待解決。
鑒於習知滑板有頂皮容易出現裂開、剝離情形之問題，本發明提供一種新的滑板結構，其包括一發泡芯板、一頂皮及一底皮。該頂皮具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該頂皮的頂面用於承載一使用者，該頂皮的底面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的頂面及週邊，且該頂皮的週邊未超出該發泡芯板的底面。該底皮具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該底皮的頂面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的底面及該頂皮的週邊，該底皮的底面用於滑行於一滑行面。其中，本發明的頂皮的週邊可被該底皮的頂面完全覆蓋。
在一實施例中，本發明滑板還包括一密封條，且該頂皮的週邊僅有一部份面積被該底皮的頂面覆蓋，剩餘面積則與該底皮的週邊形成一間隙，該密封條填塞於該間隙內且結合於該頂皮的週邊的該剩餘面積與該底皮的週邊。
在一實施例中，該底皮可包括一底發泡皮及一塑膠板，該底發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠板之間。其中，該底發泡皮的厚度還可小於該塑膠板。膜之間，

在一實施例中，該另一種滑板的該頂皮的表面佈滿多個凹凸交錯的微凹部及多個微凸部，但該表面靠近該重疊處的一窄帶區域則是平滑的。
在另一實施例中，該另一種滑板的該底皮包括一底發泡皮及一塑膠板，該底發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠板之間，該底發泡皮的厚度小於該塑膠板。其中，該頂皮可再包括一頂發泡皮及一塑膠膜，該頂發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠膜之間，其中，該底發泡皮的厚度小於該頂發泡皮，該頂發泡皮的厚度大於該塑膠板。
相對於先前技術，由於本發明的該底皮超出該發泡芯板的底面而遮蓋該頂皮的週邊，故本發明滑板供滑行的底面沒有由頂皮與底皮構成的接縫，可解決習知滑板的頂皮從接縫裂開的問題，也可減少或避免該頂皮的週邊受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮從發泡芯板剝離的機率。
圖1顯示本發明之滑板的第一實施例，該滑板可為一運動休閒用板，例如各種衝浪板、滑雪板、滑草板、滑沙板⋯⋯等等，或是救生用的浮板、滑板、浮標⋯⋯等等。
如圖1所示，本發明之滑板包括一發泡芯板1一頂皮2及一底皮3。發泡芯板1具有一頂面10、一底面11、及連接底頂面10及底面11的一週邊12。發泡芯板1由塑膠發泡材料製成，例如發泡聚苯乙烯（EPS）、發泡聚乙烯（EPE）、發泡聚丙烯（EPP）、發泡乙烯聚合物（EPO，以聚苯乙烯及聚乙烯共聚而成，並經架橋處理發泡而成）⋯⋯，可為單層或多層。頂皮2及底皮3均由塑膠材料製成，厚度都比發泡芯板1薄，且分別可為單層或多層。
如圖1、2所示，頂皮2具有一頂面200、一底面201及連接頂面200及底面201的一週邊202，頂皮2的頂面200用於承載一使用者，頂皮2的底面201覆蓋且結合於發泡芯板1的頂面10及週邊12，且頂皮2的週邊202未超出發泡芯板1的底面11。在此實施例中，頂皮2包括一頂發泡皮21及一塑膠膜22。頂發泡皮21介於塑膠膜22與發泡芯板1之間，由塑膠發泡材料製成，例如發泡聚乙烯（EPE）、發泡聚丙烯（EPP）⋯⋯等，厚度大約2~4mm。塑膠膜22可由聚乙烯製成，為一非發泡塑膠膜，厚度大約0.1~0.2mm，可具有印刷圖案。
底皮3具有一頂面300、一底面301及連接頂面300及底面301的一週邊302。底皮3的頂面300覆蓋且結合於發泡芯板1的底面11及頂皮2的週邊202。底皮3的底面301用於滑行於一滑行面（例如水面、雪地表面、草地表面或砂地表面）。在此實施例中，底皮3包括一底發泡皮31及一塑膠板32。底發泡皮31介於塑膠板22與發泡芯板1之間，由塑膠發泡材料製成，例如發泡聚乙烯（EPE）、發泡聚丙烯（EPP）⋯⋯等。塑膠板32可由聚乙烯製成，為一非發泡塑膠板，厚度約0.6~0.8mm，可具有印刷圖案，質地較底發泡皮31硬、耐磨，故可供滑行於該滑行面。另外，塑膠板32的厚度大於塑膠膜21的厚度，但小於頂發泡皮22的厚度。
由於底皮3超出發泡芯板1的底面11且覆蓋至頂皮2的週邊202，因此，如圖3所示，本發明之滑板的底面沒有任何接縫。這表示，當本發明之滑板滑行於該滑行面時，沒有接縫會接觸該滑行面，故頂皮2不會出現習知滑板的頂皮9從接縫S裂開的情形，當然就不容易從發泡芯板1剝離。在此實施例中，底皮3是完全覆蓋頂皮2的週邊202，使得該週邊202完全被底皮3所遮蓋，故當本發明之滑板滑行於該滑行面時，頂皮2的週邊202不會接觸到該滑行面，可避免頂皮2的週邊202因外露而受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮2從發泡芯板1剝離的機率。
另外，在底皮3尚未結合至發泡芯板1時，底發泡皮31的厚度大致相當於頂發泡皮22，但在底皮3結合至發泡芯板1之後，由於結合時施加壓力的緣故，底發泡皮31被壓得很薄，大約只有0.3~0.5mm，使得底發泡皮31厚度不但小於頂發泡皮22的厚度，甚至小於塑膠板32的厚度。因此，從側視角度去面觀看，幾乎看不到底發泡皮31。
圖4顯示本發明之滑板的第二實施例，其大致相同於上述實施例，不同之處在於，該第二實施例中的底皮3只覆蓋到頂皮2的週邊202的一部份面積202a，使得底皮2的週邊302與頂皮2的週邊202的剩餘面積202b之間形成一間隙，並以結合力強且防水的密封材料，例如環氧樹脂，塗佈並填滿該間隙，該密封材料於固化後即形成緊密結合於該間隙內的一密封條3a。如此，密封條3a就會完全遮蔽住底皮2的週邊302與頂皮2的週邊202，使得頂發泡皮21與底發泡皮31完全不外露。
圖5顯示本發明之滑板的第三實施例，其大致相同於上述實施例，不同之處在於，該第三實施例中的頂皮2a並非一整塊的，而是由多塊皮構成。在該第三實施例中，頂皮2a包括一主皮20a及至少一側皮20b。主皮20a大致跟上述實施例中的頂皮20相同，不同之處在於主皮20a是覆蓋到發泡芯板1的週邊12的一上方區121，而側皮20b則覆蓋且結合到週邊12的一下方區122。其中，側皮20b由塑膠材料製成，可為單層或多層，在該第三實施例中，側皮20b為單層且由塑膠發泡材料製成，例如發泡聚乙烯（EPE）、發泡聚丙烯（EPP）⋯⋯等。在該第三實施例中，藉由底皮3的遮蓋，整個滑板的底面跟上述實施例一樣，沒有任何接縫，故頂皮2a不會出現習知滑板的頂皮9從接縫S裂開的情形。又頂皮2a的週邊202也完全被底皮3所遮蓋，可避免頂皮2a的週邊202因外露而受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮2a從發泡芯板1剝離的機率。
圖6顯示本發明之滑板的第四實施例，其大致相同於上述實施例，不同之處在於，該第四實施例中的頂皮2覆蓋到發泡芯板1的週邊12的上方區121，底皮3覆蓋到發泡芯板1的週邊12的下方區122，並疊合在頂皮2上面，另外，也可以讓頂皮2疊合在底皮3上面，簡言之，底皮3與頂皮2重疊在發泡芯板1的週邊12。 如此，整個滑板的底面沒有任何接縫，故頂皮2不會出現習知滑板的頂皮9從接縫S裂開的情形。又頂皮2的週邊202也完全被底皮3所遮蓋，可避免頂皮2的週邊202因外露而受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮2從發泡芯板1剝離的機率。
再如圖6所示，頂皮2在該重疊合的厚度較其它部位薄，底皮3在該重疊處的厚度也較其它部位薄。此外，頂皮2的表面佈滿多個凹凸交錯的微凹部及多個微凸部（圖中未示），但該表面靠近該重疊處的一窄帶區域則是平滑的。
綜上所述，本發明之滑板的該頂皮覆蓋於該發泡芯板的頂面及週邊，且未超出該發泡芯板的底面，該底皮則覆蓋於該發泡芯板的底面，且超出該底面而遮蓋該頂皮的週邊，這使得本發明滑板供滑行的底面沒有由頂皮與底皮構成的接縫，可解決習知滑板的頂皮9從接縫S裂開的問題。此外，本發明滑板的該頂皮的週邊被該底皮遮蔽，可減少或避免該頂皮的週邊受到該滑行面的摩擦與衝擊，大幅降低頂皮從發泡芯板剝離的機率。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種滑板結構，包括： 一發泡芯板，具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊； 一頂皮，具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該頂皮的頂面用於承載一使用者，該頂皮的底面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的頂面及週邊，且該頂皮的週邊未超出該發泡芯板的底面；及 一底皮，具有一頂面、一底面及一週邊，該底皮的頂面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的底面及該頂皮的週邊，該底皮的底面用於滑行於一滑行面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮的週邊被該底皮的頂面完全覆蓋。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之滑板結構，還包括一密封條，該頂皮的週邊僅有一部份面積被該底皮的頂面覆蓋，剩餘面積則與該底皮的週邊形成一間隙，該密封條填塞於該間隙內且結合於該頂皮的週邊的該剩餘面積與該底皮的週邊。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3任一項所述之滑板結構，其中該底皮包括一底發泡皮及一塑膠板，該底發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠板之間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之滑板結構，其中該底發泡皮的厚度小於該塑膠板。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮包括一頂發泡皮及一塑膠膜，該頂發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠膜之間，其中，該底發泡皮的厚度小於該頂發泡皮，該頂發泡皮的厚度大於該塑膠板。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮包括一頂發泡皮及一塑膠膜，該頂發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠膜之間。
  8. 一種滑板結構，包括： 一發泡芯板，具有一頂面及一底面及一週邊； 一頂皮，具有一頂面及一底面，該頂皮的頂面用於承載一使用者，該頂皮的底面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的頂面及週邊的一上方區域；及 一底皮，具有一頂面及一底面，該底皮的頂面覆蓋且結合於該發泡芯板的底面及該頂皮的週邊的一下方區域，且該底皮與頂板重疊在該發泡芯板的周邊。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之滑板結構，其中該底皮係疊合在該頂皮的上面。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮在該重疊處的厚度較其它部位薄，該底皮在該重疊處的厚度也較其它部位薄。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮的表面佈滿多個凹凸交錯的微凹部及多個微凸部，但該表面靠近該重疊處的一窄帶區域則是平滑的。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第8至11任一項所述之滑板結構，其中該底皮包括一底發泡皮及一塑膠板，該底發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠板之間，該底發泡皮的厚度小於該塑膠板。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之滑板結構，其中該頂皮包括一頂發泡皮及一塑膠膜，該頂發泡皮介於該發泡芯板與該塑膠膜之間，其中，該底發泡皮的厚度小於該頂發泡皮，該頂發泡皮的厚度大於該塑膠板。
