技术领域
本发明与运动休闲用或救生用的滑板有关,例如各种冲浪板、滑雪板、滑草板、滑沙板、救生板……等,尤指这类滑板的顶皮与底皮间的接合结构。
背景技术
公知的滑板的一种基本结构,如图8所示,包括一顶皮9、一芯板8及一底皮7。顶皮9可为单层或多层,如图9所示,常见的顶皮9通常有2层,一层为顶发泡皮90,另一层为印刷有图案的塑料膜91。芯板8由发泡材料制成,例如EPS发泡芯板。底皮7可为单层或多层,常见的底皮7通常有2层,一层为底发泡皮70,另一层为塑料板71,底发泡皮70比塑料板71厚,塑料板71具有用于滑行的一底面710。其中,底皮7覆盖且结合于芯板8的底面80,但未超出底面80,顶皮9覆盖且结合于芯板8的顶面81及周边82,并覆盖至底皮7的周边700,因此,顶皮9对应底皮7的部分与底皮7的周边700之间会形成有一接缝S,换言之,如图10所示,在该公知的滑板的底面有由底皮7及顶皮9所构成的接缝S,且接缝S围绕底皮7的底面710一圈,并向上延伸至顶皮9与芯板8间的接合缝。
在该滑板滑行于一滑行面(例如水面、雪地表面、草地表面或砂地表面)的期间,除了底皮7用于滑行的底面710会接触该滑行面之外,顶皮9的周边900及接缝S也都会接触该滑行面,并因此受到构成该滑行面的物质的摩擦与冲击,一段时间之后,就会导致顶皮9与底皮7从接缝S处裂开,一旦发生这种状况,不但会让水、砂或其它构成该滑行面的物质从该裂开处侵入芯板8,也会让顶皮9逐渐从芯板8剥离,最终有可能出现大面积剥离情形,以致于整个滑板不堪使用。
由此可见,长期以来,公知的滑板的顶皮一直有容易裂开、剥离情形的问题而亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够解决公知的滑板有顶皮容易出现裂开、剥离情形的问题的滑板结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种滑板结构,其包括一发泡芯板、一顶皮及一底皮;该顶皮具有一顶面、一底面及一周边,该顶皮的顶面用于承载使用者,该顶皮的底面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的顶面及周边,且该顶皮的周边未超出该发泡芯板的底面;该底皮具有一顶面、一底面及一周边,该底皮的顶面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的底面及该顶皮的周边,该底皮的底面用于滑行于一滑行面。其中,本发明的顶皮的周边可被该底皮的顶面完全覆盖。
在一实施例中,本发明滑板还包括一密封条,且该底皮的顶面未完全覆盖该顶皮的周边,使得该顶皮的周边与该底皮的周边形成一间隙,该密封条填塞于该间隙内且结合于该顶皮的周边的该剩余面积与该底皮的周边。
在一实施例中,该底皮可包括一底发泡皮及一塑料板,该底发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该塑料板之间。其中,该底发泡皮的厚度还可小于该塑料板的厚度。
在一实施例中,该顶皮包括一顶发泡皮及一塑料膜,该顶发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该塑料膜之间。其中,该底发泡皮的厚度可小于该顶发泡皮的厚度,该顶发泡皮的厚度可大于该塑料板的厚度。
本发明还提供另一种滑板结构,其包括一发泡芯板、一顶皮及一底皮;该发泡芯板具有一顶面及一底面及一周边,该周边的表面区分为靠近该顶面的一上表面及靠近该底面的一下表面;该顶皮具有一顶面及一底面,该顶皮的顶面用于承载使用者,该顶皮的底面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的顶面及周边的一上表面;该底皮具有一顶面及一底面,该底皮的顶面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的底面及周边的一下表面,且该底皮与该顶皮重叠在该发泡芯板的周边。其中,可令该底皮叠合在该顶皮的上面。另外,还可使该顶皮在该重叠处的厚度较其它部位薄,该底皮在该重叠处的厚度也较其它部位薄。
在一实施例中,该另一种滑板的该顶面只有靠近该重叠处的一窄带区域是平滑的,该顶皮的顶面的其它区域则布满多个凹凸交错的微凹部及多个微凸部。
在另一实施例中,该另一种滑板的该底皮包括一底发泡皮及一塑料板,该底发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该塑料板之间,该底发泡皮的厚度小于该塑料板的厚度。其中,该顶皮可再包括一顶发泡皮及一塑料膜,该顶发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该塑料膜之间,其中,该底发泡皮的厚度小于该顶发泡皮的厚度,该顶发泡皮的厚度大于该塑料板的厚度。
在一实施例中,该顶皮的底面有多个紧相邻接的凹弧坑,该发泡芯板的顶面有多个紧相邻接的凸弧部,多个所述凸弧部的表面分别一对一地对应结合于多个所述凹弧坑的表面。
在一实施例中,该发泡芯板的底面相对于其顶面而言是平坦的,该底皮的顶面相对该顶皮的底面而言是平坦的。
相对于先前技术,由于本发明的该底皮超出该发泡芯板的底面而遮盖该顶皮的周边,故本发明的滑板供滑行的底面没有由顶皮与底皮构成的接缝,可解决公知的滑板的顶皮从接缝裂开的问题,也可减少或避免该顶皮的周边受到该滑行面的摩擦与冲击,大幅降低顶皮从发泡芯板剥离的几率。

为了对本发明的技术方案、目的和效果有更清楚的理解,现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1显示本发明的滑板的第一实施例,该滑板可为一运动休闲用板,例如各种冲浪板、滑雪板、滑草板、滑沙板……等等,或是救生用的浮板、滑板、浮标……等等。
如图1所示,本发明的滑板包括一发泡芯板1、一顶皮2及一底皮3;发泡芯板1具有一顶面10、一底面11、及连接顶面10与底面11的一周边12;发泡芯板1由塑料发泡材料制成,例如发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)、发泡聚乙烯(EPE)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)、发泡苯乙烯-乙烯混合体(以聚苯乙烯及聚乙烯共聚而成,并经架桥处理发泡而成)等,可为单层或多层。顶皮2及底皮3均由塑料材料制成,厚度都比发泡芯板1薄,且分别可为单层或多层。
如图1、图2所示,顶皮2具有一顶面200、一底面201及连接顶面200与底面201的一周边202,顶皮2的顶面200用于承载一使用者,顶皮2的底面201覆盖且结合于发泡芯板1的顶面10及周边12,且顶皮2的周边202未超出发泡芯板1的底面11。在此实施例中,顶皮2包括一顶发泡皮21及一塑料膜22。顶发泡皮21介于塑料膜22与发泡芯板1之间,由塑料发泡材料制成,例如发泡聚乙烯(EPE)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)……等,厚度大约2mm~4mm。塑料膜22可由聚乙烯制成,为一非发泡塑料膜,厚度大约0.1mm~0.2mm,可具有印刷图案。
底皮3具有一顶面300、一底面301及连接顶面300与底面301的一周边302;底皮3的顶面300覆盖且结合于发泡芯板1的底面11及顶皮2的周边202;底皮3的底面301用于滑行于一滑行面(例如水面、雪地表面、草地表面或砂地表面)。在此实施例中,底皮3包括一底发泡皮31及一塑料板32;底发泡皮31介于塑料板32与发泡芯板1之间,由塑料发泡材料制成,例如发泡聚乙烯(EPE)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)……等。塑料板32可由聚乙烯制成,为一非发泡塑料板,厚度约0.6mm~0.8mm,可具有印刷图案,质地较底发泡皮31硬、耐磨,故可供滑行于该滑行面。另外,塑料板32的厚度大于塑料膜22的厚度,但小于顶发泡皮21的厚度。
由于底皮3超出发泡芯板1的底面11且覆盖至顶皮2的周边202,因此,如图3所示,本发明的滑板的底面没有任何接缝。这表示,当本发明的滑板滑行于该滑行面时,没有接缝会接触该滑行面,故顶皮2不会出现公知的滑板的顶皮9从接缝S裂开的情形,当然就不容易从发泡芯板1剥离。在此实施例中,底皮3是完全覆盖顶皮2的周边202,故当本发明的滑板滑行于该滑行面时,顶皮2的周边202不会接触到该滑行面,可避免顶皮2的周边202因外露而受到该滑行面的摩擦与冲击,大幅降低顶皮2从发泡芯板1剥离的几率。
另外,在底皮3尚未结合至发泡芯板1时,底发泡皮31的厚度大致相当于顶发泡皮21,但在底皮3结合至发泡芯板1之后,由于结合时施加压力的缘故,底发泡皮31被压得很薄,大约只有0.3mm~0.5mm,使得底发泡皮31厚度不但小于顶发泡皮21的厚度,甚至小于塑料板32的厚度。因此,从侧视角度去面观看,几乎看不到底发泡皮31。
图4显示本发明的滑板的第二实施例,其大致相同于上述实施例,不同之处在于,该第二实施例中的底皮3的顶面300未完全覆盖顶皮2的周边202,使得顶皮2的周边202与底皮3的周边302形成一间隙,亦即,底皮3的顶面300只覆盖到顶皮2的周边202的一部分面积202a,使得底皮3的周边302与顶皮2的周边202的剩余面积202b之间形成一间隙,并以结合力强且防水的密封材料,例如环氧树脂,涂布并填满该间隙,该密封材料于固化后即形成紧密结合于该间隙内的一密封条3a。如此,密封条3a就会完全遮蔽住底皮2的周边302与顶皮2的周边202,使得顶发泡皮21与底发泡皮31完全不外露。
图5显示本发明的滑板的第三实施例,其大致相同于上述实施例,不同之处在于,该第三实施例中的顶皮2a并非一整块的,而是由多块皮构成。在该第三实施例中,顶皮2a包括一主皮20a及至少一侧皮20b。主皮20a大致跟上述实施例中的顶皮20相同,不同之处在于发泡芯板1的周边12的表面区分为靠近顶面10的一上表面121及靠近底面11的一下表面122,且主皮20a是覆盖到发泡芯板1的周边12的上表面121,而侧皮20b则覆盖且结合到周边12的下表面122。其中,侧皮20b由塑料材料制成,可为单层或多层,在该第三实施例中,侧皮20b为单层且由塑料发泡材料制成,例如发泡聚乙烯(EPE)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)……等。在该第三实施例中,通过底皮3的遮盖,整个滑板的底面跟上述实施例一样,没有任何接缝,故顶皮2a不会出现公知的滑板的顶皮9从接缝S裂开的情形。又顶皮2a的周边202也完全被底皮3所遮盖,可避免顶皮2a的周边202因外露而受到该滑行面的摩擦与冲击,大幅降低顶皮2a从发泡芯板1剥离的几率。
图6显示本发明的滑板的第四实施例,其大致相同于上述实施例,不同之处在于,该第四实施例中的发泡芯板1的周边12的表面区分为靠近顶面10的一上表面121及靠近底面11的一下表面122,且顶皮2覆盖到发泡芯板1的周边12的上表面121,底皮3覆盖到发泡芯板1的周边12的下表面122,并叠合在顶皮2上面,另外,也可以让顶皮2叠合在底皮3上面,简言之,底皮3与顶皮2重叠在发泡芯板1的周边12。如此,整个滑板的底面没有任何接缝,故顶皮2不会出现公知的滑板的顶皮9从接缝S裂开的情形。又顶皮2的周边202也完全被底皮3所遮盖,可避免顶皮2的周边202因外露而受到该滑行面的摩擦与冲击,大幅降低顶皮2从发泡芯板1剥离的几率。
再如图6所示,顶皮2在该重叠合的厚度较其它部位薄,底皮3在该重叠处的厚度也较其它部位薄。此外,如图7所示,该顶皮2的顶面只有靠近该重叠处的一窄带区域则是平滑的,顶皮2的顶面的其它区域则是布满多个凹凸交错的微凹部221及微凸部220。
再如图7所示,该发泡芯板1是以EPS或EPP制成的,顶皮2的底面201大致布满多个紧相邻接的凹弧坑203,发泡芯板1的顶面10大致布满多个紧相邻接的凸弧部13,该些凸弧部13的表面分别一对一地对应结合于该些凹弧坑203的表面。另外,参阅图6,发泡芯板1的底面11没有上述的凸弧部,故底面11相对于顶面10而言大致是平坦的,底皮3的顶面300没有上述的凹弧坑,故底皮3的顶面300相对顶皮2的底面201而言大致是平坦的。
综上所述,本发明的滑板的该顶皮覆盖于该发泡芯板的顶面及周边,且未超出该发泡芯板的底面,该底皮则覆盖于该发泡芯板的底面,且超出该底面而遮盖该顶皮的周边,这使得本发明的滑板供滑行的底面没有由顶皮与底皮构成的接缝,可解决公知的滑板的顶皮9从接缝S裂开的问题。此外,本发明的滑板的该顶皮的周边被该底皮遮蔽,可减少或避免该顶皮的周边受到该滑行面的摩擦与冲击,大幅降低顶皮从发泡芯板剥离的几率。
以上所述仅为本发明示意性的具体实施方式,并非用以限定本发明的范围。任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和原则的前提下所作出的等同变化与修改,均应属于本发明保护的范围。而且需要说明的是,本发明的各组成部分并不仅限于上述整体应用,本发明的说明书中描述的各技术特征可以根据实际需要选择一项单独采用或选择多项组合起来使用,因此,本发明理所当然地涵盖了与本案发明点有关的其它组合及具体应用。

Claims (9)

1.一种滑板结构,其特征在于,所述滑板结构包括:
一发泡芯板,具有一顶面、一底面及一周边;
一顶发泡皮,具有一顶面、一底面及一周边,该顶发泡皮的底面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的顶面及周边,且该顶发泡皮的周边未超出该发泡芯板的底面;
一底发泡皮,具有一顶面、一底面及一周边,该底发泡皮的顶面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的底面及该顶发泡皮的周边;及
一非发泡塑料板,覆盖且结合于该底发泡皮的底面;
其中,该非发泡塑料板由聚乙烯制成,该底发泡皮由发泡聚乙烯或发泡聚丙烯制成且被施加压力,以致该底发泡皮从原本的厚度变薄到小于该非发泡塑料板的厚度,也小于该顶发泡皮的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,该顶发泡皮的周边被该底发泡皮的顶面完全覆盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,所述滑板结构还包括一密封条,该底发泡皮的顶面只覆盖到该顶发泡皮的周边的一部分面积,使得该顶发泡皮的周边的其它部分面积与该底发泡皮的周边形成一间隙,该密封条填塞于该间隙内且结合于该顶发泡皮的周边的该其它部分面积与该底发泡皮的周边。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,所述滑板结构还包括一非发泡塑料膜,该顶发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该非发泡塑料膜之间。
5.一种滑板结构,其特征在于,所述滑板结构包括:
一发泡芯板,具有一顶面及一底面及一周边,该周边的表面区分为靠近该顶面的一上表面及靠近该底面的一下表面;
一顶皮,具有一顶面及一底面,该顶皮的顶面用于承载使用者,该顶皮的底面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的顶面及周边的上表面;及
一底皮,具有一顶面及一底面,该底皮的顶面覆盖且结合于该发泡芯板的底面及周边的下表面,且该底皮与该顶皮重叠在该发泡芯板的周边,其中,该底皮叠合在该顶皮的上面,该顶皮在该重叠处的厚度较其它部位薄,该底皮在该重叠处的厚度较其它部位薄,该底皮的厚度小于该顶皮的厚度;
其中,该底皮包括由发泡聚乙烯或发泡聚丙烯制成的一底发泡皮及由聚乙烯制成的一非发泡塑料板,该底发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该非发泡塑料板之间,该非发泡塑料板覆盖且结合于该底发泡皮的底面,且该底发泡皮被施加压力,以致该底发泡皮从原本的厚度变薄到小于该非发泡塑料板的厚度,也小于该顶皮的厚度。
6.如权利要求5所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,该顶皮的顶面只有靠近该重叠处的一窄带区域是平滑的,该顶皮的顶面的其它区域则布满多个凹凸交错的微凹部及微凸部。
7.如权利要求5所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,该顶皮包括一顶发泡皮及一非发泡塑料膜,该顶发泡皮介于该发泡芯板与该非发泡塑料膜之间,且该顶发泡皮的厚度大于该非发泡塑料板的厚度。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,该发泡芯板由发泡聚苯乙烯或发泡聚丙烯制成,该顶发泡皮的底面有多个紧相邻接的凹弧坑,该发泡芯板的顶面有多个紧相邻接的凸弧部,多个所述凸弧部的表面分别一对一地对应结合于多个所述凹弧坑的表面。
9.如权利要求8所述的滑板结构,其特征在于,该发泡芯板的底面相对于其顶面是平坦的,该底发泡皮的顶面相对该顶发泡皮的底面是平坦的。
