Description

Lighting module and lighting system

The present invention relates to a lighting module and an illumination system for use in a manufacturing process in detail.

To utilize the light source in the manufacturing process, the lighting module is typically mounted to a portion of the manufacturing system. In current state of the art, such lighting modules require a carrier system that is particularly adapted to the individual lighting modules or individually fixed or screwed to a portion of the manufacturing system. Both options provide shortcomings in terms of manipulation and, in particular, the maintenance of the lighting module.

US 2005/0090124 A1 discloses a lighting unit comprising at least one elongated substrate on which a plurality of illuminating optoelectronic devices are mounted and an elongated lighting module supporting one of the elongated substrates. DE 10 2016 102 279 A1 discloses an LED lamp module having a lighting module with a radiation exit window and configured as a plug-in assembly for a docking station. AT 512 258 A1 discloses a lighting system having a fixed network connection unit and a mobile lighting unit, the lighting system having the same electrical plug-in contacts for electrically connecting the mobile lighting unit to the fixed network connection unit. US 2007/0035965 A1 discloses a light diffuser tube suitable for use with an LED array for use with an electronic gaming machine, comprising a mounting portion, a diffusing portion and a body portion.

However, in the case of maintenance (for example, cleaning the launch window and replacing the light source after the service life is exceeded), the connection between the lightning-type module and the manufacturing system must be disassembled. Since the installation space of the industrial plant is often limited, the maintenance worker only has a limited passage to the lightning-type module, so the maintenance work of the lighting module is cumbersome, and it requires a high degree of effort of the maintenance worker and leads to a long downtime of the manufacturing.

It may be desirable to provide a lighting module that facilitates manipulation of the lighting module in the manufacturing system.

The problem of the present invention is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim, wherein additional embodiments are incorporated in the affiliate request. It should be noted that aspects of the invention described below are also applicable to lighting modules and lighting systems incorporating such lighting modules.

According to the invention, a lighting module is presented. The lighting module comprises a lighting unit, a media unit and a fastening unit. The lighting unit is disposed at a first surface of the lighting module, and the medium unit is disposed at a second surface of the lighting module opposite to the first surface. In addition, the fastening unit is disposed at a third surface of the illumination module connecting the first surface and the second surface. The lighting unit is configured to provide illumination for drying or hardening a substrate. The media unit is configured to provide media to and/or provide media from the lighting unit. The fastening unit is configured to be mechanically coupled to an elongated retention structure to continuously position the illumination module along the elongated retention structure and to detachably secure the illumination module to the retention structure.

The lighting module according to the invention facilitates maneuvering and thereby promotes maintenance of the lighting module in detail because it can be quickly and easily attached to the retaining structure or detached from the retaining structure. No screw needs to be loosened and no tools are required. Thereby, the long downtime of production can be avoided.

The lighting module is modular and very compact, allowing for use in confined space environments. This is further improved because the lighting module can be easily connected to the holding structure and/or the medium line from only one side and in particular to the positioning of the avoiding substrate, wherein the space is generally not limited thereto, and even the substrate can be avoided. damage. Since the lighting module can be connected and operated from only one side (the second side or the upper side) (this avoids the substrate), the lighting module can be disposed closer to the substrate, which improves the efficiency.

In addition, a specific holding structure is not required so that the standard rail can be used as a holding structure. There is also no need for an interface between the holding structure and the lighting module.

The illumination module is continuous along the positioning of the elongated retention structure, which means fully flexible and is not limited to discrete, specific, prefabricated or predetermined positioning. The lighting module can be positioned on one of a plurality of positions along the retention structure. The plurality of locations may be spaced apart by less than one width of the illumination module. The plurality of locations may be spaced apart by a distance different from the integer multiple of the illumination module. Additionally, at least two or several lighting modules can be configured in close proximity to each other to form a larger lighting system. The lighting modules can be arranged in direct contact with each other or at different distances.

The lighting module can be, for example, a processing tool or lamp for drying, curing or hardening one of the substrates. The lighting module can be mounted in a manufacturing system to provide illumination as a processing tool for the manufacturing system. The lighting module can be placed directly above the substrate to be dried or cured.

The lighting module can be in the form of a cube or a rectangular parallelepiped having four lateral surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface. The lighting unit can be disposed at a bottom surface that is the first surface, and the media unit can be disposed on a top surface of the lighting module that is the second surface opposite the first surface. The first surface and the second surface may extend parallel or obliquely to each other. In addition, the fastening unit may be disposed at one of the lateral surfaces of the illumination module as the third surface, one of the lateral surfaces connecting or contacting the top/second and bottom/the first of the lighting module a surface. The third surface can be disposed substantially perpendicular to the first and/or second surface or at an acute or obtuse angle. The first, second and third surfaces are different surfaces. Therefore, lateral engagement of the lighting module with the holding structure can be achieved, which allows vertical access to the lighting module. The term "vertical" is understood herein to mean substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the substrate and/or the holding structure. In addition, the lateral surfaces of the lighting module (which remain idle) allow other lighting modules to be placed directly adjacent one another. In other words, it is possible to assemble a single lighting module more compactly and in series. The above can be achieved using different shapes of the lighting module, such as, for example, triangles or polygons. At least some of the top surface, the bottom surface, and/or the lateral surface may form a housing. One side of the housing may be formed by a holding structure.

The lighting unit may be comprised of or comprise a light source such as one or more LEDs, and in particular UV-LEDs, IR-LEDs, arrays of LEDs emitting light of different wavelengths, combinations thereof or the like. Since the illumination unit can be disposed at the bottom surface of the illumination module, the illumination unit can be oriented in the direction to the substrate and illuminate the substrate. The lighting unit can be applied as a processing tool to dry or harden the substrate. The lighting unit can be configured to provide UV radiation having a wavelength below 430 nm and/or IR radiation above 780 nm. The lighting unit can be supplied with currents above 1 ampere or above 100 mA. In contrast, the typical current supplied to an LED for home use is at approximately 1 milliamp. The illuminance of the lighting module or unit measured at the launch outlet or window may be at least 1 watt/cm 2 , preferably at least 10 watts/cm 2 , more preferably at least 20 watts/cm 2 . The illuminance of the lighting module or unit can also be in the range of 1 to 500 watts/cm 2 .

The media unit can be a wire and act as a connection to supply media to the lighting unit and/or to the lighting unit supply medium. The medium can be electrical, logical information or a solid material such as a coolant (eg, a water-like fluid coolant or a gaseous coolant such as air). The media unit can include one or more connectors for attaching respective media entry lines and/or exit media lines. The media unit can include an actuator for conveying a solid material, such as a pump, a ventilator or a fan. The media unit can be connected to the lighting unit via a lighting module on one side and to another processing unit on the other side, such as a control unit such as, for example, a processor. To facilitate connection and communication between the lighting unit and other processing units, the media unit can be disposed at the top surface of the lighting module.

The fastening unit can be a clamping mechanism such as a lever-spring system, a cable pulling system or the like. The fastening unit can be disposed at one of the lateral surfaces of the lighting module to permit laterally holding the lighting module at the retaining structure. The retaining structure can be an elongated rail or rod to allow the lighting module or plurality of lighting modules to be continuously mounted along the elongated retaining structure. The fastening unit can be selectively set to a fastening state and/or a disassembly state, wherein in the fastening state, the individual lighting modules are rigidly fixed to a position on the holding structure, and wherein in the disassembled state, the individual lighting modes The set can be moved relative to the retaining structure, in particular from the retaining structure and/or along the retaining structure (preferably sliding). In the disassembled state, the fastening unit may lose engagement with the retaining structure. In particular, the disassembled state may include safety for preventing the lighting unit from moving in a vertical direction relative to the holding structure, such as a hook, an undercut, or the like. Safety prevents the lighting unit from falling onto the substrate from the holding structure in the disassembled state. For example, to detach the lighting unit from the holding structure in the disassembled state of the fastening unit, the detachment movement may have to be applied first in the horizontal direction before the lighting unit can be moved in the vertical direction. The term "continuous mounting" is understood to mean that the lighting module can be configured in any fully flexible positioning along the holding structure and is not limited to a particular, prefabricated or predetermined positioning. The lighting modules can be arranged in direct contact with each other or at different distances. Along the elongated holding structure, the lighting module can be arranged in the conveying direction of the substrate, which saves processing or operating space. In one example, the retention structure can be configured to intersect (in particular, vertically) with respect to the direction of transport of the substrate. The retention structure can be sized to extend across the full width of the substrate to be processed.

The fastening unit can be coupled to the lighting module and the holding structure without tools, which means that no tools (such as a screwdriver) are needed. The fastening unit can mechanically couple the lighting module and the holding structure, for example, by using a clamping, magnetic, hinge or spring mechanism, which enables the lighting module to be detachably fastened to the holding structure. The term "removably fastened" is understood to mean that the user can in particular fix the lighting module to the holding structure without tools, and in particular remove the lighting module from the holding structure without tools. Therefore, the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of the lighting module can be performed in a short time. In addition, there is no risk of losing small components, such as screws in a manufacturing system, when installing or disassembling a lighting module.

The lighting module according to the invention can be used in industrial applications. For example, curing or coating of inks in the printing industry, sintering of metal or conductive pastes (interconnectors) or formation of thermoplastics. When equipped with UV LEDs, the lighting module can also be used, for example, for surface treatment, initiation of cross-linking processes, surface activation, purification, modification, air conditioning, and medical UV applications. Alternatively, the lighting module can be used in a drying process, heating or tempering process when equipped with at least one infrared LED or emitter. Additionally, when equipped with at least one infrared LED emitter and at least one ultraviolet LED emitter, the illumination module can be used in applications where both heat and UV light are required, such as in paint drying, adhesive curing, or artificial seedling. In addition, the lighting module can be used not only for continuous through process and batch processes, but also as a source of radiation for use with processing units (eg, for example, robots) having a plurality of moving axes. The lighting module allows for easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance, regardless of the limited and compact operating space and the individual positioning of the lighting module along the holding structure. The lighting module can also allow for easy and/or modular system integration.

In one example, the elongated retaining structure is a mounting rail, in particular a standard mounting rail, such as a mounting rail according to IEC 60715:2017-07. The fastening unit is not specially configured to match a particular retention structure to secure the lighting module but can be compatible with standardized retention structures or rails such as IEC 60715:2017-07 rails, which can be used in a wide variety of applications. However, the holding structure is not limited to the standard IEC 60715:2017-07 and can be any standard holding structure or track. Therefore, the use of a standardized retention structure allows for the economical use of lighting modules. Additionally, other devices, such as a control unit or power unit for the lighting module, can be mounted at the holding structure to operate the manufacturing system. The elongated retaining structure can be, for example, 2 meters long and has a profile of 35 mm x 7,5 mm according to the standard. Due to the elongated form with such small contours, it is possible to configure several holding tracks that abut each other to achieve a larger format.

In an example, to provide a medium, the media unit can be coupled to at least one of a group comprising: a data line, a power line, and a cooling line. In other words, the medium can be a liquid or gas of data, electricity, and/or temperature control. The data lines, power lines and/or cooling lines are preferably detachably or detachably connected. The data lines can be configured to exchange information about the lighting module (duplex line) or to deliver the data to the lighting module (simple line). The power line can be configured to supply power to operate the lighting module. The data line and the power line can be combined. The cooling line can adjust the temperature of the lighting module by providing a cooling medium such as water, glycol or air and circulating it. However, the cooling line can be replaced by an air cooling member such as a ventilator. In other words, the media unit can connect at least each of the lighting module to the data line, the power line, the cooling line, and/or a combination thereof. Since the media unit can be disposed at the second or top surface of the lighting module, the data lines, power lines, and/or cooling lines can also be connected via the top surface. This allows for space savings in the manufacturing machine since the lines are vertically accessible from the top side of the lighting module, which enables a modular configuration of a plurality of holding structures (and thus a plurality of lighting modules). In one example, the manufacturing machine is provided with at least one lighting module, wherein the manufacturing machine defines a conveying direction (first horizontal direction) of the substrate to be processed in the manufacturing machine and a direction intersecting with respect to the conveying direction (second A retaining structure extending across at least a portion of the width of the substrate to be processed in a horizontal direction. Additionally, the machine can include a machine housing surrounding the substrate and the retention structure and one or more access conduits extending in a vertical direction, wherein the vertical access conduit preferably monolithically allows access to the retention structure for illumination mode The set is attached to the holding structure and/or the lighting module is removed. One or more media lines can be guided at least partially within the access catheter.

In one example, the data lines, power lines, and cooling lines are connected to a control unit such as, for example, a processor. Since each lighting module can have a data line, a power line, and a cooling line, the control unit can control the individual lighting modules independently of another adjacent lighting module mounted along the elongated holding structure. The control unit can set and control the media units of all or several of the lighting modules, either individually or individually and independently (for example according to the positioning of each lighting module in the manufacturing machine), for example by means of illumination operating parameters. A lighting module can be set according to one of several operating parameters. In the case where several lighting modules are arranged close to each other, different illumination operating parameters can be set.

In addition, each lighting module can communicate with the control unit individually via a data line. For example, when a lighting module is installed, the positioning of the lighting module can be transmitted, for example, via an operator's direct input, an input interface, or a sensor element, such as a potentiometer that identifies its location along the retention structure. Alternatively, the positioning can be identified by means of communication between the control unit and the lighting module, for example based on the MAC address of the individual lighting module. On the other hand, the control unit can define the positioning of the lighting module, for example by controlling the power line/cooling line (which may not require a data line).

In an example, the lighting module further includes an activation element configured to provide a signal if the lighting module is secured to the retention structure. Thus, when the lighting module is properly positioned at the holding structure, the activation element can output a signal by means of illumination, data lines, wireless connections or the like. The activation element can be a push button that is pressed by the retention structure when the illumination module is properly mounted to the retention structure. The activation component can also be a circuit that is turned off when the lighting module is attached to a holding structure or sensor (eg, detecting a proximity sensor that is close to the magnetic sensor of the mounting rail). This information can be transmitted in a variety of ways after the correct assembly of the lighting module is detected. For example, an operator can receive a signal (such as a (light) indicator or an electronic signal) that indicates that the lighting module is properly mounted at the holding structure. In addition, the starting element allows for safe work. The starting component can be used to prevent operation of the lighting module that has not been properly installed. This can be done, for example, by means of a push button (pushing a button to close a circuit for supplying electricity only when the lighting module is correctly installed) or as a signal to the control unit, if the signal fails, the control unit The lighting module is not allowed to be switched on.

In an example, the lighting module further includes an identification component configured for identification of the lighting unit itself. The identification element can also be configured for identification of the positioning of the lighting unit. The identification component can be a code, a chip, an RFID tag, a MAC address, or the like. As a result, the control unit can identify the installed lighting module and its positioning in the manufacturing system by means of the identification element and communicate with it appropriately.

The identification element and the activation element can be combined. In this case, the activation element can be a push button that is pressed by the retention structure when the illumination module is properly mounted to the retention structure. The identification element can include a first identification member and a second identification member. The activation element can be coupled to the first identification element and the second identification element. The first identification member can be a code, a wafer, an RFID tag, or the like. The first identification member can be coupled to the activation component and the power line or data line, and thus to the control unit to provide information regarding the identification code and location of the respective illumination module. The second identification member can be a diode or another small lamp or the like. If the lighting module is correctly mounted to the holding structure, the second identifying member can be displayed by color code. Only when the lighting module is properly secured at the holding structure, the activation element is activated and the second identification element switches, for example, from red to green. As long as the activation element is not activated (ie, not pressed), the lighting module does not receive power.

The fastening unit can be a positive connection unit. In an example, the fastening unit comprises a clamping element . The fastening unit can comprise several clamping elements. The clamping elements can employ various clamping mechanisms such as a pivotable lever-spring system or a cable pulling system that can be manually operated and/or toolless to secure the lighting module to the elongated retention structure. The clamping mechanism can be preferably configured such that a pulling force in the direction to the second or top surface of the lighting unit is required to disengage the lock between the retaining structure and the fastening unit. Thus, if the clamping element is impacted by the object, it ensures that the lighting module remains in its original position and does not move or even drop, for example onto the substrate. However, the clamping mechanism may also require a compressive force in the direction to the second or top surface of the illumination unit or parallel to the surface to disassemble the lock. In any case, the lighting module can be installed or removed in a short period of time by using a clamping member to engage the lighting module and the holding structure.

In an example, the clamping element includes an internal member disposed in a recess of the lighting module. In one example, the clamping element includes an outer member disposed external to the lighting module and external to the optional housing of the lighting module, wherein the outer member includes a hook configured to cooperate with the retaining structure. In other words, the clamping element can be divided into two parts, namely an inner part and an outer part. The inner member can be disposed inside the lighting module, and the outer member can be disposed outside the lighting module and configured to fixedly hold the holding structure. The inner member can be a spring that engages with the pivotable lever or retraction member to pull the cable or chain strap. Through the recess in the lighting module, the clamping element may be able to access the holding structure. The outer member may comprise a hook connected to a lever or chain strap on one side and a retaining structure on the other side. The hook can engage the retaining structure such that the pulling force applied to the hook allows the hook to be removed from the retaining structure so that the lighting module can be disassembled from the retaining structure. The hook can also be configured to be disassembled by applying a compressive force. The outer member can further include a tab configured to cooperate with a user's finger.

In accordance with the present invention, an illumination system is also presented. The illumination system includes at least one or at least two illumination modules and an elongated retention structure. The fastening unit is configured to be mechanically coupled to an elongated retention structure to continuously position the illumination module along the elongated retention structure and to detachably secure the illumination module to the retention structure.

In an example, the lighting system includes a plurality of lighting modules .

The lighting system can have a number of lighting modules that are freely positionable and mechanically coupled to the elongated retention structure and that can still be easily accessed and removed from the retention structure. The illumination system can be placed directly above the substrate to be dried or cured. The lighting module can be continuously positioned in the transport direction in the direction of the elongate holding structure in the sense of individual configuration depending on process requirements and not dependent on predetermined positioning. Multiple lightning-type modules can have the same width. The elongated retention structure can be a standard mounting rail, such as a mounting rail according to IEC 60715:2017-07 or the like. The illumination system allows for the installation of a variable number of lighting modules along the elongated retention structure. Therefore, the illumination area or width of the illumination module on the substrate can also be variable.

In an example, substantially each lighting unit is coupled to at least one of a group comprising: a data line, a power line, and a cooling line, and wherein the data line, the power line, and/or the cooling line are preferably detachable Ground connection. In other words, each lighting module can be independently controlled and independently operable, as each of them includes one of a group of data lines, power lines, and cooling lines. This allows for the configuration of several holding structures and thereby configuring several lighting modules to form a lighting system or array of variable width or length or size or shape. Lighting modules can be grouped to create larger lighting systems. One or more of the plurality of lightning-type modules can be set to individual illumination operating conditions. One or more of the plurality of lightning-type modules can be disconnected to save energy, for example, by reducing the size or intensity of the illumination array. Alternatively, some or all of the lighting modules may be connected, for example, to branches or lighting modules from a single line that may be connected in series. This reduces the number of cables that are drawn from the machine. This still ensures that each single lighting module can be individually controlled and fully supplied. The data line exchanges information about one or more lighting modules. The power line can be powered to operate one or more lighting modules. Alternatively, the data line and the power line can be combined. The one or more cooling lines can adjust the temperature of the lighting module by providing a cooling medium such as water, glycol or air. However, the cooling line can be replaced by an air cooling member such as a ventilator.

In one example, the lighting system further includes a control unit configured to independently control each lighting module and/or a plurality of lighting modules that collectively control the lighting system, in detail all or one of the lighting modules Or an array. Since each lighting module can have data lines, power lines and cooling lines, the control unit can control the individual lighting modules independently of other lighting modules that are fastened to the elongated holding structure. The control unit can set and control each lighting module identically or independently, for example, according to the positioning of the lighting module in the manufacturing system, for example by means of illumination operating parameters. In the case where several lighting modules are arranged adjacent to each other, different illumination operating parameters can be set. For example, a lighting module mounted in a transverse direction to the conveying direction can be activated to illuminate a smaller sized conveying substrate that does not correspond to the full illuminating width to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. Additionally, each of the lighting modules can communicate with the control unit via its data line. The control unit can be a processor.

In one example, at least two of the plurality of lighting modules are disposed adjacent to each other along the elongated retention structure (specifically, laterally engaging and touching each other). Since most of the components of the lighting module, such as the lighting unit and the media unit, can be vertically configured, the lighting module can have an idle lateral surface. Therefore, it is possible to assemble the lighting module in close contact with each other along the holding structure.

In one example, at least two of the plurality of lighting modules are spaced apart from one another and disposed at the elongated retention structure. The independently operable lighting module and the fastening unit preferably including the clamping element allow the lighting module to be toolless and slidably positionable along the holding structure. Thus, along the holding structure, a plurality of optical modules can be configured with variable spacing and the optical system can be placed on several conveyor belts for different applications.

It should be understood that lighting modules and lighting systems in accordance with the independent claims have similar and/or identical preferred embodiments, as defined in the appended claims. It should be further appreciated that the preferred embodiment of the invention can also be any combination of an accessory claim and a separate claim.

These and other aspects of the invention will be apparent from the description of the embodiments illustrated in the <RTI

The lighting module 20 is in the form of a cube or a rectangular parallelepiped having four lateral surfaces and a top surface and a bottom surface. Referring to the Cartesian axis system A, the illumination module 20 can have a width of 20 to 500 mm (preferably 77 mm) (in the x-axis direction / second horizontal direction), 20 to 500 mm (preferably 40 mm) The height (in the y-axis direction/vertical direction) and the depth of 20 to 500 mm (preferably 65 mm) (in the z-axis direction / first horizontal direction). The lighting module 20 includes an optional housing 5, a lighting unit 6, a medium unit 51, and a fastening unit 53.

8。The lighting unit 6 is substantially planar and is disposed at the first or bottom side 52 of the lighting module 20. The lighting unit 6 may comprise a light source such as a UV-LED, an IR-LED or the like. The illumination unit 6 is oriented substantially in a direction toward the substrate to illuminate the substrate. The lighting unit 6 can be applied as a processing tool to, for example, dry or harden the substrate. The lighting unit 6 comprises an L-shaped frame 8 for mounting.

The media unit 51 is disposed at a second or top side of the lighting module 20 and is configured to provide media to the lighting unit 6 and/or to provide media from the lighting unit 6. The medium unit 51 includes a power line 1, a data line 2, and cooling lines 3, 4. Each line of the media unit 51 is detachably coupled to the housing 5 of the lighting module 20. In the embodiment of the present invention, the power line 1 and the data line 2 are combined. Power line 1 is powered to operate lighting module 20, and data line 2 exchanges information between lighting unit 6 and a control unit (not shown). The cooling lines 3, 4 adjust the temperature of the lighting module 20 by providing a cooling medium such as water, glycol or air and circulating it inside the lighting module 20. The first cooling line 3 is an inlet and the second cooling line 4 is an outlet. Alternatively, the cooling lines 3, 4 may be combined together and/or replaced by a vented cooling member.

The fastening unit 53 is disposed at the third surface, and the third surface is one of the lateral surfaces of the illumination unit 20. The fastening unit 53 is configured to be mechanically coupled to the elongated retention structure 13 to continuously position the illumination module 20 along the elongated retention structure 13 (see FIGS. 5 and 6) and to detachably tighten the illumination module 20 Solid to the holding structure 13. The fastening unit 53 can be compatible with standardized tracks such as IEC 60715:2017-07.

The fastening unit 53 includes a flange plate 7 that connects the top and bottom surfaces of the lighting module 20 and a protruding member 71 on the bottom side of the flange plate 7. The protruding element 71 is formed by undercutting (for example, U-shaped) and extends in the x-axis direction to hold the elongated holding structure 13 at the bottom side of the lighting module 20. In addition, the fastening unit 53 comprises a clamping element 9 which allows the lighting module 20 to be assembled and disassembled at the holding structure 13. The clamping element 9 is arranged through a recess 72 of the flange plate 7.

In addition, the lighting module 20 includes an activation element 10. The starting element 10 can be provided on the flange plate 7. The activation element 10 can be a push button that will be pressed by the retention structure 13 when the illumination module 20 is properly mounted to the retention structure (see also FIG. 3).

The activation element 10 is connected to the identification element comprising the first identification member 11 and to the second identification member 12. However, the first identification element 11 does not have to be connected to the activation element 10. The identification of the module can be useful or necessary even without attachment. The first identification member 11 is connected at one end to the activation element 10 and at the other end to the power line 1 or data line 2, and thus to a control unit (not shown) to provide information regarding the positioning of the respective illumination module 20 . If the lighting module 20 is correctly mounted to the holding structure 13, the second identifying member 12 is displayed by color code. Only when the lighting module 20 is properly secured at the holding structure 13, the activation element 10 is activated and the second identification member 12 is switched, for example, from red to green or from off to on. As long as the activation element 10 is not activated (ie, not pressed), the lighting module 20 does not receive power.

FIG. 3 shows a side view of the lighting module 20 properly mounted at the holding structure 13. The mechanical starting element 10 protrudes from the fastening unit 53, and if the lighting module is properly mounted, it engages with the holding structure 13 and activates the power supply of the lighting module 20. In other words, the activation element 10 is pressed by the holding structure 13 and thus the power supply symbolized by the electrical plug 31 is detached. The holding structure 13 is formed, for example, in a U shape having an upper fold 131 and a lower fold 132. The lower fold 132 engages with an upwardly open raised element 71 at the bottom side of the lighting module 20, while the upper fold 131 is locked by a hook 91 attached to the spring-loaded lever 98 of the clamping element 9 projecting from the illumination module 20. . The lighting unit 6 is provided with a projection 61 that is interlocked with the L-shaped frame 8.

Figure 4 shows the enlarged clamping element 9. The clamping element 9 is configured to mount or disassemble the lighting module 20 by applying a manual application force (specifically, the pulling force in this exemplary embodiment). The clamping element 9 can comprise a pivotable lever-spring system, a cable pulling system or the like. In an embodiment of the invention, a pivotable lever-spring system is applied. The clamping element 9 allows the lighting module 20 to be assembled and disassembled without tools along the holding structure 13 while it prevents unintentional disassembly of the lighting module 20. For this purpose, a lever 98 having a hook 91 is rotatably mounted around a rotating shaft 92 formed in the flange plate 7. In addition, the lever 98 can be tilted about the rotational axis 92 against the upward force of the compression spring 93 (i.e., in the y-axis direction), and thus the hooks 91 are disassembled from the upper portion of the retaining structure 13. The upper end of the compression spring 93 is engaged with the lever 98, and the lower end of the compression spring 93 is engaged with the guide groove 94 and is movable therein in the z-axis direction. At the upper end of the compression spring 93, the coupling member 97 formed on the lever 98 is engaged. When the hook 91 is properly pressed (the hook engages the upper fold 131), the rear end 95 of the lever 98 abuts the abutment member 96. The abutment 96 prevents the lever 98 from moving when pressure is applied vertically.

Figures 5 and 6 schematically illustrate two exemplary embodiments of the configuration of a lighting system. The illumination system includes an elongated retention structure 13 and a plurality of illumination modules 20. The lighting modules 20 are each detachably coupled to at least one of the power line 1, the data line 2, and one of the cooling lines 3, 4. The lighting system further includes a control unit (not shown) that independently controls each lighting module 20 and/or controls all, columns or arrays of lighting modules 20 together.

In Figure 5, the lighting modules 20 are positioned away from each other. The plurality of lighting modules 20 are disposed along the holding structure 13 at different distances or intervals from each other. This configuration can be applied to several conveyor belts in different applications, such as laboratory experiments with different light intensities.

20。In FIG. 6, the lighting modules 20 are disposed adjacent one another and, in particular, laterally engaging the other along the elongated retention structure 13. The flange plate 7 and the spring-loaded clamping element 9 allow the lighting module 20 to be slidably moved and assembled/disassembled without tools along the holding structure 13. Additionally, illumination system 20 can include a plurality of elongated structures 13 that are disposed in close proximity to one another. Due to its narrow elongated structure, the holding structure 13 allows the illumination system 20 to be modularly configured as wide as the format width of the substrate to be illuminated.
