In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 21, a line card 50 is further disposed in the upper case 20, the line card 50 includes a line card board 51 and a plurality of line card slots 52 arranged in parallel on the line card board 51, and the line bank 40 is clamped in the line card slots 52. In this embodiment, the outer end surface extends outwards to form a control portion 74, and the control portion 74 is held or clamped to facilitate the insertion and removal of the insertion portion 71.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 15 to 20, the lamp body 10 further includes a strip lens 80 fastened outside the LED lamp panel 11, the strip lens 80 includes a first surface and a second surface that are oppositely disposed, the first surface is provided with a light-emitting slot 81 and a lens refracting surface 82 located at the periphery of the light-emitting slot 81, and a lens light-emitting surface 83 is disposed at the bottom of the light-emitting slot 81; the second surface is provided with a convex cup portion 84, the convex cup portion 84 is provided with an LED accommodating groove 85 opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, and the periphery of the LED accommodating groove 85 is provided with a lens reflecting surface 86. Specifically, the LED light source 111 on the LED lamp panel 11 is located in the LED accommodating groove 85, the light emitted into the convex cup 84 by the LED light source 111 is reflected by the lens reflecting surface 86 to form parallel light, and then is refracted by the lens refracting surface 82, finally, the parallel light is emitted from the lens light emitting surface 83 to be irradiated to the surface of the object to be irradiated, and the light forms a predetermined optical angle which is simulated and designed by the lens reflecting surface 86, the lens refracting surface 82 and the lens light emitting surface, so that the angle design of the light is more flexible; in addition, the lens body is in a strip shape design, and the LED accommodating groove 85 on the same horizontal plane can simultaneously meet the light distribution requirements of a plurality of LED light sources 111.
In this embodiment, when the length of the single strip LED lamp is long, a plurality of strip lenses 80 may be configured.
The strip lens 80 of the embodiment of the invention is particularly suitable for a linear cascade LED lighting system, so that the strip lens 80 can be not replaced when the lamp beads with different sizes or different powers are required to be replaced in the production process of the linear cascade LED lighting system, and the production cost of factories is reduced.
Three embodiments of the strip lens 80 are listed below:
in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the LED accommodating groove 85 is disposed opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, the groove bottom of the LED accommodating groove 85 is protruded toward the opposite direction to the lens light-emitting surface 83 to form an arc shape, the lens refracting surface 82 is in a planar shape, and the lens reflecting surface 86 is in an arc shape; specifically, the LED light source 111 is located in the LED accommodating groove 85 disposed opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, and the light emitted from the LED light source 111 into the convex cup 84 is reflected by the arc-shaped lens reflecting surface 86 to form parallel light, and is refracted by the plane-shaped lens refracting surface 82, and finally emitted from the lens light-emitting surface 83 to irradiate the surface of the object to be irradiated to form a light-emitting angle of 25 °; that is, the light emission angle of the LED light source 11140 can be set to 25 ° by this structural arrangement.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the LED accommodating groove 85 is disposed opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, the groove bottom of the LED accommodating groove 85 is concavely disposed toward the lens light-emitting surface 83 to form an arc shape, the lens refracting surface 82 is in an inclined plane shape, and the lens reflecting surface 86 is in an arc shape; specifically, the LED light source 111 is located in the LED accommodating groove 85 disposed opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, the light emitted into the convex cup 84 by the LED light source 111 is reflected by the arc-shaped lens reflecting surface 86 to form parallel light, and then refracted by the inclined-shaped lens refracting surface 82, finally emitted from the lens light-emitting surface 83 to irradiate the surface of the object to be irradiated to form a light-emitting angle of 90 °; that is, the light emission angle of the LED light source 111 can be set to 90 ° by this structural arrangement.
In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 19 to 20, the LED accommodating groove 85 is disposed diagonally opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, the groove bottom of the LED accommodating groove 85 is concavely disposed toward the lens light-emitting surface 83 to form a fold line shape, the lens refracting surface 82 is in an inclined plane shape, and the lens reflecting surface 86 is in an arc shape; specifically, the LED light source 111 is located in the LED accommodating groove 85 disposed diagonally opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83, and the light emitted from the LED light source 111 into the convex cup 84 is reflected by the arc-shaped lens reflecting surface 86 to form parallel light, and is refracted by the inclined-surface-shaped lens refracting surface 82, and finally emitted from the lens light-emitting surface 83 to be irradiated to the surface of the object to form a polarized light-emitting angle; that is, the light emission angle of the LED light source 111 can be set to be polarized by this structural arrangement.
In the third embodiment, the LED accommodation groove 85 and the lens light-emitting surface 83 are disposed diagonally opposite to each other, which means that the lens light-emitting surface 83 is selected as a reference object, and the LED accommodation groove 85 is disposed on one side of the center line with respect to the center line of the lens light-emitting surface 83, so as to be diagonally opposite to the lens light-emitting surface 83.
Of course, in other embodiments, the light emitting angle of the LED light source 111 may also be set to 60 °; or form the light-emitting angles with two symmetrical sides, and will not be described in detail here.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a linear cascading LED lighting system, which comprises at least two strip-shaped LED lamps, wherein each strip-shaped LED lamp is connected with the buckling groove 21 in an adaptive manner through the positioning elastic piece buckle 322.
According to the linear cascade LED lighting system provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the elastic buckling action of the positioning elastic piece buckle 322 of the axial connector 30 and the buckling groove 21, the adjacent two strip-shaped LED lamps can be quickly assembled and disassembled in the axial direction, and the linear cascade LED lighting system has the advantages of good assembling and disassembling convenience and time and labor saving.

Claims (9)

1. The strip-shaped LED lamp comprises a lamp body with an LED lamp panel and an upper shell which is arranged above the lamp body and connected with the lamp body, and is characterized in that: the first end of the upper shell is provided with an axial connector, the axial connector is provided with at least one positioning elastic piece buckle, and the second end of the upper shell is provided with a buckling groove which is in adaptive connection with the positioning elastic piece buckle;
the axial connector comprises a connecting piece and a buckling piece, the connecting piece comprises a connecting bottom plate, a first end of the connecting bottom plate is fixed on the upper shell, a second end of the connecting bottom plate extends out of the first end of the upper shell, and a spring piece buckling clearance hole is formed in a position, extending out of the upper shell, of the connecting bottom plate; the buckling piece comprises a buckling bottom plate and the positioning elastic piece buckle formed on the buckling bottom plate, the buckling bottom plate is fixedly connected with the connecting bottom plate, and the positioning elastic piece buckle is exposed out of the elastic piece buckle clearance hole; the connecting piece also comprises a connecting side plate which is connected with the two sides of the width direction of the connecting bottom plate and is arranged along the vertical direction of the connecting bottom plate.

The bar LED luminaire of claim 2, wherein: the strip-shaped LED lamp further comprises a rotary hanging piece, wherein the rotary hanging piece comprises a rotary stirring strip and a buckling block which are fixedly connected with each other, a stirring strip clearance hole is formed in the side part of the lamp body section bar, the rotary stirring strip is rotationally connected with the lamp body section bar, and the rotary stirring strip is exposed out of the stirring strip clearance hole; the two sides in the upper shell are respectively provided with an extending side arm for the buckling connection of the buckling block.

The bar LED light fixture of claim 6 wherein: the strip-shaped LED lamp further comprises a buckle limiter, the buckle limiter comprises an insertion part with a shape matched with the stirring strip clearance hole, the insertion part comprises an inner end face, an outer end face and a peripheral side face positioned between the inner end face and the outer end face, the inner end face is provided with an accommodating hole for accommodating the part, exposed out of the stirring strip, of the stirring strip to the outside of the stirring strip clearance hole, and the peripheral side face is provided with at least one elastic sheet matched and clamped with the hole edge of the stirring strip clearance hole.
