本發明係關於一種綑束用於油漆刷之複數個刷毛的方法、一種具有此一刷毛集束之油漆刷頭及一種具有此一刷毛集束及/或油漆刷頭之油漆刷。

本發明係關於一刷毛或單絲集束20,其在刷毛之一個端部21 (即,刷毛之一根端)處熔合在一起以與一刷毛載體31 (視需要一聚合物刷毛載體31a)及一油漆刷柄41一起使用以便獲取一油漆刷40。本發明亦係關於一種將複數個刷毛10綑束成刷毛之一接合集束20的方法。在使刷毛在一個端部處彼此連接/固定/附接/結合之前將個別刷毛或單絲混合、形成且聚集成一束或簇刷毛中之複數個此等刷毛或單絲的方法在此項技術中已知且未在此處進行說明。 參考圖1,圖解說明根據本發明之一刷毛集束20,其具有聚集成一刷毛群組使得刷毛10全部沿著其等長度彼此相切且經對準使得刷毛之一個端部21組成一平整端部表面23的複數個刷毛10。將刷毛10之群組塑形成具有一預定義外周邊22之一形狀。進一步藉由憑藉一雷射(未展示)使刷毛10之一個端部21熔合C在一起而獲取刷毛集束20使得端部表面23變成一連續熔化且接合刷毛層24。 刷毛10之集束20可經構形以憑藉一刷毛載體31 (即,一金屬套圈)及/或一聚合物刷毛載體31a (即,聚合物套圈)附接至一油漆刷柄41,如圖3、圖4及圖6中展示。 如藉由圖1圖解說明,複數個刷毛10可具有具有不同長度及/或直徑及/或材料之不同類型之刷毛。替代地,複數個刷毛10可具有具有相同長度、直徑及/或材料之僅一個類型之刷毛。 參考圖2,圖解說明根據本發明之綑束複數個刷毛10之一方法之步驟A至D,其中第一步驟A具有將預定義數目之刷毛10聚集成一刷毛群組或集束20使得刷毛10全部沿著其等長度彼此相切。 下一步驟B具有使刷毛10在一個端部21處對準以獲取一平整端部表面23。 下一步驟C具有憑藉一雷射使刷毛10之一個端部21熔合在一起成為刷毛之一接合集束20。 步驟D及步驟E兩者皆係選用步驟,其中其等之一者或兩者可與步驟C同時執行或在步驟C之後以任何順序執行。步驟D具有使刷毛集束20之一個端部21熔合至聚合物刷毛載體31a。步驟E具有使刷毛集束20之一個端部21熔合至一聚合物插入件50之至少一部分。 參考圖3,圖解說明根據本發明之一油漆刷頭30,其中該油漆刷頭30具有藉由圖2中展示之方法步驟A至C獲取之一刷毛集束20且藉由圖2中展示之方法步驟D附接至聚合物刷毛載體31a。當使刷毛集束20熔合至聚合物刷毛載體31a之一內表面時,可在兩個部分之間建立一熔接線33。 聚合物刷毛載體31a可具有凹槽、脊或其他適合連接構件32,其等經構形用於將油漆刷頭30固定或可拆卸地附接至一油漆刷柄41,如圖4中展示。據此提供一油漆刷40。 參考圖5及圖6,圖解說明根據本發明之具有一聚合物插入件50之刷毛10之一集束20及具有此刷毛集束20之一油漆刷40,其中聚合物插入件50經放置在刷毛10之一個端部處且沿著刷毛10之長度之部分延伸。聚合物插入件50經配置使得刷毛10包圍聚合物插入件50。聚合物插入件50之一端部表面及刷毛之一個端部21可一起組成刷毛10之集束20之一平整端部表面。當使刷毛10熔合至(舉例而言)聚合物插入件50之一外周邊時,可在聚合物插入件50與鄰近刷毛10之間建立一熔接線34。此處,刷毛集束20在插入件50周圍且在聚合物插入件與(聚合物)刷毛載體或套圈31、31a之間形成一環形體積。 如圖6中展示,聚合物插入件50可沿著刷毛10之長度延伸對應於(聚合物)刷毛載體31、31a沿著刷毛10之長度所延伸之長度的一距離。 根據一態樣,應用雷射源以均勻地加熱一區域用於複數個刷毛/單絲之一個端部21之一均勻熔合。 藉由雷射施加之溫度可較佳地足以使複數個刷毛/單絲之一個端部21熔化在一起且在使複數個刷毛/單絲之一個端部21熔合在一起時提供一強且同時可撓性或柔順或柔軟熔體/熔絲,而溫度保持在一最佳化位準,此係因為熔合期間之一過高溫度可提供一多孔且易碎熔體或熔絲。 根據一態樣,在一或多個步驟中應用雷射源。在一第一步驟中預加熱單絲,在一第二步驟中單絲開始熔化且在一第三步驟中單絲完全熔化。根據一個態樣,三個步驟作為一個步驟來執行。在第一步驟、第二步驟及第三步驟之一或多者中,在一預定時間期間應用雷射源。根據一態樣,在單絲上方依前後運行之一圖案應用雷射源。根據一態樣,在單絲上方依一圓形圖案應用雷射源。 參考圖7a至圖7b,圖解說明根據本發明之一油漆刷頭30,其中聚合物刷毛載體31a具有至少部分配置於內表面上或作為部分或完全圍繞聚合物刷毛載體31a之內表面之一圓周邊緣的額外材料35。如圖7a上展示,額外材料35可係沿著內表面之整個圓周延伸之一突出脊。額外材料35可係複數個連續或不連續(即,分開)突出脊(未展示)。如圖7b上展示,額外材料35可憑藉雷射熔化成覆蓋複數個刷毛10之端部表面23之一熔合層60。 複數個刷毛10及聚合物刷毛載體據此可立即(即,在一個方法步驟中)熔合在一起。 參考圖8a至圖8b,圖解說明根據本發明之一刷毛集束20。如圖8a中展示,聚合物插入件50可經配置使得該聚合物插入件50之一部分從複數個刷毛10之端部表面23突出。如圖8b上展示,聚合物插入件50之突出部分可憑藉雷射熔化成覆蓋複數個刷毛10之端部表面23之一熔合層70。 複數個刷毛及聚合物插入件據此可在一個方法步驟中熔合在一起。聚合物插入件50之突出部分可憑藉雷射熔化。 聚合物插入件50可具有一等邊形狀使得其在熔合程序之前及期間正確地定向且未相對於組成本發明油漆刷及油漆刷頭之周圍部分歪斜。 在圖式及說明書中,已揭示例示性實施例。然而,可對此等實施例作出許多變動及修改。因此,儘管採用特定術語,然其等僅在一一般及描述意義上使用而非用於限制之目的,藉由以下發明申請專利範圍定義實施例之範疇。

Claims (13)

  1. 藉由以下各者來綑束經構形以用於油漆刷(40)之複數個單絲(10)之方法; 將預定義數量之單絲(10)聚集成單絲(10)之一群組(20),使得該等單絲沿著其等長度彼此相切, 使該等單絲在該等單絲(10)之一個端部(21)處對準,以獲取一平整端部表面(23),且 憑藉一雷射使該端部表面(23)處之該等單絲(10)之該等一個端部(21)熔合在一起成為單絲之一接合集束(20)。
