Abstract
本發明提供層合體,其藉由添加安定狀態之訊息提供物質而具有優異之安全防衛性(security),且具備可被覆非透明層而可確實予以保護之樹脂性透明層。 上述課題可藉由下述熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體而解決,該熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體係具有:含有熱塑性樹脂之至少1層的透明層、與被層合於透明層之非透明層的熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,透明層含有對於特定波長範圍之照射光,放射螢光之訊息提供(information giving)物質,上述透明層以被覆非透明層表面之至少一部分之方式被層合。
Description
[0001] 本發明有關顯示包含顯示構成構件的製品名、製造商名等之訊息的訊息提供物質之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體及卡片用樹脂薄片。
[0002] 提案一種讀取訊息之方法,其係於熱塑性塑膠中含有賦予製品名、製造商名、批次記號等之訊息的訊息提供物質,藉由檢測訊息提供物質放射之螢光,而讀取與訊息提供物質之種類等預先建立關聯之訊息(專利文獻1)。 [0003] 又,已知有於材料的熱塑性樹脂中含有螢光有機氧化矽粒子,利用照射可見光及自螢光有機氧化矽粒子發光之螢光,而具有進行防止偽造或判定真偽之安全防衛(security)功能之薄膜(專利文獻2)。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [0004] [專利文獻1]日本特開2004-139652號公報 [專利文獻2]日本專利第5502229號公報
[發明欲解決之課題] [0005] 以往,於樹脂薄膜之層合體中,設置有以安定狀態分散可判定真偽等而提高安全防衛性之訊息提供物質之優異性狀的透明層並未被實現。因此,需要一種藉由添加安定狀態之訊息提供物質而具有優異安全防衛性,並且具備可被覆例如施以印刷之非透明層而確實予以保護之樹脂性透明層的層合體。 [用以解決課題之手段] [0006] 本發明人等為解決上述課題而重複積極檢討之結果,發現藉由使用均一分散有特定訊息提供物質之透明層,被覆非透明層表面之至少一部分,而可實現安全防衛性優異並且保護非透明層之功能亦優異之層合體,因而完成本發明。 亦即,本發明有關以下所示之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體及卡片用樹脂薄片者。 [0007] (1) 一種熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其係具有:含有熱塑性樹脂之至少1層的透明層、與被層合於前述透明層之非透明層的熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體, 其特徵為前述透明層含有對於特定波長範圍之照射光,放射螢光之訊息提供物質, 前述透明層被層合,以被覆前述非透明層表面之至少一部分。 (2) 如上述(1)之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述熱塑性樹脂包含聚碳酸酯。 (3) 如上述(2)之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述熱塑性樹脂進一步包含聚酯。 (4) 如上述(1)~(3)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中於前述非透明層之至少一表面施予印刷,前述透明層被層合於前述非透明層之被施予印刷之表面。 (5) 如上述(1)~(4)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述訊息提供物質含有含鑭系元素之無機化合物。 (6) 如上述(1)~(5)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述透明層,以前述透明層之整體的質量為基準,含有0.001~0.5質量%的雷射發色劑。 (7) 如上述(1)~(6)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述透明層形成最外層。 (8) 如上述(1)~(7)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述非透明層為無色。 (9) 一種熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其係具有:含有熱塑性樹脂之至少1層的透明層、與被層合於前述透明層之非透明層的熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體, 其特徵為前述透明層含有雷射發色劑,同時含有對於特定波長範圍之照射光,放射螢光之訊息提供物質, 前述透明層被層合,以被覆前述非透明層表面之至少一部分。 (10) 一種卡片用樹脂薄片,其係含有如上述(1)~(9)中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體。 [發明效果] [0008] 本發明之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體由於具有高的安全防衛功能而可確實保護內側之非透明層,故可較好地使用作為卡片用樹脂薄片。尤其,本發明之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體適於製造需要安全防衛性之ID卡片、e-護照及非接觸型IC卡片等。
[0010] 以下詳述說明本發明。又,本發明並非限定於以下實施形態者,在具有發明效果之範圍內可實施任意變更。 [0011] [熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體] 本發明之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體具有至少1層的透明層、與被層合於透明層之非透明層。熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體中,透明層係以被覆非透明層表面之至少一部分之方式,被層合於非透明層上。例如,於非透明層表面施予印刷,透明層係以被覆非透明層之施予印刷之面,亦即被覆印刷面之方式層合。 而且層合體中,較好透明層配置於最外側,形成最外層。但,透明層之配置不限定於層合體之最外側表面,例如亦可為最外層與比最外層更內側與非透明層接觸之層均以透明層形成,亦可僅於層合體內側配置透明層。 [0012] [透明層] 透明層含有熱塑性樹脂作為主要成分。具體而言,透明層之例如90質量%以上,較好透明層之95質量%以上係由熱塑性樹脂形成,更好除了細節將於後述之訊息提供物質以外,僅由熱塑性樹脂形成。 如此,作為實質上可構成透明層之熱塑性樹脂係使用自聚碳酸酯及聚酯等選擇之任一樹脂,或複數樹脂之混合物。較好,作為透明層之熱塑性樹脂使用聚碳酸酯。 又,本說明書中之「透明層(透明薄膜)」係指依據ISO-13468-1測定可見光之全光線透過率之透過率為50%以上之值的層(薄膜)。又,針對層及薄膜之所謂「透明」係指依據ISO-13468-1測定可見光之全光線透過率之透過率之值為50%以上。透明層(透明薄膜)較好不含著色劑而為無色。 [0013] 透明層中所含之聚碳酸酯樹脂若為分子主鏈中含有含碳酸酯鍵之-[O-R-OCO]-單位(R係包含脂肪族基、芳香族基、或脂肪族基與芳香族基兩者,進而為具有直鏈構造或分支構造者),則未特別限定,尤其較好使用以下之聚碳酸酯。 亦即,具有雙酚A骨架等之聚碳酸酯。 作為聚碳酸酯樹脂之重量平均分子量較好為20,000~ 60,000,更好為23,000~55,000。進而較好為35,000~ 50,000。 且,作為聚碳酸酯之玻璃轉移溫度,較好為120~ 160(℃),更好為130~155(℃)。 [0014] 透明層所含之聚酯樹脂為例如PETG、PCTG、PCT、脂肪族聚酯。脂肪族聚酯亦可含有上述化合物中之複數種類作為構成單體,亦可僅含任一種。 PETG樹脂係由含有以對苯二甲酸單位為主之二羧酸單位、以乙二醇單位及環己烷二甲醇單位(1,4-環己烷二甲醇單位)為主之二醇單位的聚酯形成的樹脂,對苯二甲酸單位係例如以莫耳基準佔全部二羧酸單位之50%以上,乙二醇以莫耳基準佔全部二醇單位(乙二醇單位及環己烷二甲醇單位之合計)之50%以上。 且,PCTG樹脂亦係由含有以對苯二甲酸單位為主之二羧酸單位、以乙二醇單位及環己烷二甲醇單位(1,4-環己烷二甲醇單位)為主之二醇單位的聚酯者,但與PETG樹脂不同處在於環己烷二甲醇單位以莫耳基準佔全部二醇單位(乙二醇單位及環己烷二甲醇單位之合計)之50%以上。 PCT樹脂係由含有以對苯二甲酸單位為主之二羧酸單位、及以環己烷二甲醇單位(1,4-環己烷二甲醇單位)為主之二醇單位的聚酯,且不含乙二醇單位。 使用上述之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯系之樹脂,亦即PETG樹脂、PCTG樹脂及PCT樹脂形成之薄膜(透明層)與聚碳酸酯樹脂之接著性(相溶性)優異,可較好地使用於與聚碳酸酯樹脂之層合體。 [0015] [訊息提供物質] 訊息提供物質包含含有對於特定波長範圍之電磁波(例如特定波長範圍之紫外線)的照射,放射特定螢光之一種或兩種以上之元素、兩種以上元素之化合物、或該等元素或化合物之物質。該螢光係藉由自外部之電磁波之照射,使訊息提供物質之離子自基底位準激發至能量高的位準,隨後藉由遷移至能量低的位準而放射出。訊息提供物質根據其種類而放射特有的螢光光譜分佈。 [0016] 訊息提供物質較好含有於各種熱塑性樹脂中一般未含有的元素或化合物(氧化物、硫化物、有機錯合物等)者。作為於各種熱塑性樹脂中一般未含有的元素為原子序號31至原子序號88之元素,較好為鑭系元素,更好舉例為鈰(Ce)、鐠(Pr)、銣(Nd)、鉕(Pm)、釤(Sm)、銪(Eu)、鎘(Gd)、鋱(Tb)、鏑(Dy)、鈥(Ho)、鉺(Er)、銩(Tm)、鐿(Yb)。 [0017] 該等元素由於容易藉由光譜分析測定,進而亦可作為經濟且衛生的氧化物等容易取得,故作為訊息提供物質,較好為該等元素之一種或組合兩種以上者。亦即,與以往之熱塑性樹脂中含有之比較多的化合物比較,例如與含有原子序號14的矽之化合物相比,含有原子序號較大之上述鑭系元素等之化合物更適合作為訊息提供物質。 又,含上述鑭系元素之訊息提供物質熱安定性及耐候性優異。相對於此,如螢光有機氧化矽等之含有有機構造之訊息提供物質有該等性質劣化之傾向。尤其,於含熱塑性樹脂之層中螢光有機氧化矽等之含有有機構造之訊息提供物質,添加於熱塑性樹脂時,或使經添加之熱塑性樹脂成形時予以加熱時,有熱劣化之可能性。且,含有螢光有機氧化矽等之訊息提供物質之薄片於戶外使用時,亦有因紫外線而進展劣化之可能性。 另一方面,無該等缺點之含鑭系元素之訊息提供物質就可形成熱安定性與耐候性等優異之樹脂組成物及透明層之方面優異。 又,作為訊息提供物質可為含相同元素者,但若組合之其他元素種類或組合之比率不同,亦可作為各自獨立之訊息提供物質予以處理。 [0018] 又,作為訊息提供物質於利用自紅外光至紫外光之螢光時,經添加具有不完全3d殼之過渡元素及/或具有不完全4f殼之過渡元素的單結晶、或經添加具有不完全3d殼之過渡元素及/或具有不完全4f殼之過渡元素的玻璃、或以具有不完全3d殼之過渡元素及/或具有不完全4f殼之過渡元素為中心的錯合物,由於獲得高的螢光強度,故而較適合。 [0019] 且,訊息提供物質亦可為如含有銪(Eu3+

)之對特定母體物質賦予過渡元素者。該母體物質亦包含氧化物、硫化物、氮化物、氫氧化物、鹵化物、混晶、進而為非晶形物質、玻璃等。例如,舉例為過渡元素以如螯合劑化合物般之化學鍵之形式含有者、構成結晶晶格之其他原子或離子經置換者、擠入結晶晶格中而含有者、或於玻璃中之間隙中含有者等。 [0020] 尤其製作以無機氧化物作為母體材料之訊息提供物質時,為非常安定,例如即使暴露於1000℃之高溫亦不被破壞,而確實殘存於對象物中。因此,對象物進行燃燒處理,進而燃燒後非法丟棄,仍可檢測出訊息提供物質之螢光。且,即使對象物由水溶性溶劑或有機溶劑之溶液或濁色液等之液體所成時,訊息提供物質不會受到化學變化,仍可檢測出訊息提供物質之螢光。 [0021] 又,訊息提供物質係平均粒徑為例如1nm~ 50μm,較好為10nm~10μm,更好為50nm~10μm之微粒子,該粒子亦可形成二聚物或三聚物等之多聚物。如此藉由使訊息提供物質之粒徑較小,而於透明層(熱塑性樹脂)中,可均一分散訊息提供物質,可提高透明層之透明性,且,訊息提供物質之螢光易因製作歷程之不同而變化。因此,亦可實質增加訊息提供物質之種類,提高真實訊息提供物質之隱密性。製作此等微粒子時,可利用化學反應法、溶膠.凝膠法、膠體法、氣體凝固法、氣體反應法、氣體中蒸發法、濺鍍法、玻璃結晶法、沉澱法、噴霧法等之各種方法。 [0022] 又,訊息提供物質亦可作成其表面經氘、有機物等之表面修飾劑修飾者,或以母體材料以外之物質被覆周圍者。若設為如此,則可提高訊息提供物質之識別性,可使粒徑或構造固定化,且可提高發光效率,並且容易溶解於特定溶劑中,可與周圍物質相容。 [0023] <訊息提供物質之添加> 訊息提供物質對熱塑性樹脂之添加,係伴隨熔融於上述各製造步驟中進行,將訊息提供物質分散於熱塑性樹脂中。 [0024] 具體而言,舉例為藉由轉鼓(drum tumbler)等經滾動摻合後直接成形之方法、藉由擠出機進行化合加工之方法、藉由內部混合機或加熱輥實施化合加工或成形之方法等。且亦可經母批次化後添加。 [0025] 又,成為對象之熱塑性樹脂中,為了確保訊息提供物質之均一分佈與分散,亦可使用脂肪酸醯胺、脂肪酸金屬鹽或脂肪酸酯作為滑劑。 [0026] 又,賦予至熱塑性樹脂之訊息提供物質的量,較好對應於熱塑性樹脂之用途,設為不對外觀或物性造成影響之微量範圍內。具體而言,雖根據熱塑性樹脂種類而有各種變動,但對於熱塑性樹脂較好為0.1質量ppm以上、1000質量ppm以下之範圍,更好為1質量ppm以上、500質量ppm以下之範圍。若為0.1質量ppm以上,則可確實檢測出訊息提供物質所呈現之螢光,若為1000質量ppm以下,則關於大多熱塑性樹脂中對其外觀或物性不造成影響。再者,若為0.2質量ppm以上,較好0.3質量ppm以上,更好0.5質量ppm以上,則於訊息提供物質所呈現之螢光的檢測中,可充分確保測定之信賴性。且,若為200質量ppm以下,關於熱塑性樹脂中對其外觀或物性幾乎不造成影響,且可將對熱塑性樹脂賦予訊息提供物質之經濟負擔抑制為較低。 [0027] <製造步驟相關之訊息與訊息提供物質之建立關聯> 此等訊息提供物質與製造步驟相關之訊息的建立關聯,可藉由可自所製造之熱塑性樹脂讀取之訊息提供物質相關訊息,特定出製造步驟相關訊息之方法,若為可特定出製造步驟相關訊息之方法,則無必要加以限定。作為可自熱塑性樹脂讀取之訊息提供物質相關訊息可舉例為訊息提供物質之種類、各訊息提供物質之添加量、複數訊息提供物質之組合、或複數種類之訊息提供物質間之相對比例(摻合比例等)。該等訊息提供物質之種類或添加量,可自對於熱塑性樹脂照射特定波長範圍之電磁波而使訊息提供物質放射出之螢光光譜,亦即螢光波長或強度而特定者。 [0028] <雷射發色劑> 透明層亦可進而含有雷射發色劑。藉由含有雷射發色劑之樹脂組成物,可較好地使用作為例如特別需要預防竄改之卡片中可藉由標記處理而印字之雷射標記薄片(雷射標記層)的材料。作為雷射發色劑係使用碳黑、摻銻氧化錫、鉍氧化物系發色劑,較好使用碳黑。 如此,於含訊息提供物質之透明層中,藉由進而添加雷射發色劑,而可期待藉由標記處理而可特別明確印字的相乘效果。 [0029] 雷射發色劑含量,以透明層整體之質量為基準,為0.0001~0.5質量%,較好為0.0005~0.3質量%,更好為0.001~0.1質量%。 例如,使用碳黑作為雷射發色劑時,碳黑含量,以樹脂組成物整體之質量為基準,為1~100質量ppm,較好為5~20質量ppm。且,使用上述金屬氧化物系之雷射發色劑時,雷射發色劑含量,例如以樹脂組成物整體之質量為基準,為100~5000質量ppm,較好為300~3000質量ppm,更好為500~2000質量ppm。 [0030] <樹脂組成物之添加物> 於透明層之熱塑性樹脂中,除上述成分以外,亦可含有以下添加劑。亦即,自熱安定劑、抗氧化劑、難燃劑、難燃助劑、紫外線吸收劑、脫模劑及著色劑所成之群中選擇之至少一種添加劑等。 又,只要不顯著損及期望之諸物性,亦可添加抗靜電劑、螢光增白劑、防霧劑、流動性改良劑、可塑劑、分散劑、抗菌劑等。 [0031] [非透明層] 非透明層與透明層同樣,含有熱塑性樹脂作為主成分。具體而言,非透明層之例如90質量%以上,較好95質量%以上係由熱塑性樹脂所形成。 如此,作為實質上可構成非透明層之熱塑性樹脂,係使用自聚碳酸酯及聚酯中選擇之任一種樹脂,或使用複數種樹脂之混合物。 而且非透明層亦可以顏料等著色,例如可進而含有白色顏料。如此含有白色顏料之非透明層可較好地使用作為白色卡片例如ID卡片等之形成有包含天線之核心層的白色薄片之材料。作為白色顏料係使用氧化鈦、滑石、高嶺土、黏土、雲母等,較好使用氧化鈦。 白色顏料之含量,以非透明層整體之質量為基準,為10~30質量%,較好為13~25質量%,更好為15~20質量%。 非透明層亦可進而含有與透明層同樣之上述成分。 又,本說明書中之「非透明層(非透明薄膜)」係指依據ISO-13468-1測定可見光之全光線透過率之透過率為未達50%之值的層(薄膜)。針對層及薄膜之所謂「非透明」係指依據ISO-13468-1測定可見光之全光線透過率之透過率之值未達50%。 [0032] [卡片用樹脂薄片] 本發明之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體係如上述,使用均一分散有特定之訊息提供物質之透明層,藉由被覆非透明層表面之至少一部分,而使安全防衛性優異並且保護非透明層之功能亦優異。因此,本發明之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體可較好地應用於卡片用樹脂薄片。亦即,本發明之層合體,例如可較好地用以製造嵌埋天線.晶片之薄片或具有雷射標記薄片等之卡片用樹脂薄片之製造。 [0033] 本發明之透明層及非透明層之製造步驟中,樹脂組成物經加工為層狀(薄片狀)。作為將樹脂組成物加工為層狀之方法,可採用以往手法。例如藉由擠出成形、澆鑄成形之方法。 作為擠出成形之例,舉例為將本發明之樹脂組成物的顆粒、片體或粉末以擠出機熔融、混練後,自T模嘴等擠出,所得半熔融狀的薄片邊以輥夾壓邊冷卻、固化而形成薄片之方法。又,具有透明層及非透明層之層合體亦可藉由共擠出成形而形成。 [0034] 作為卡片用樹脂薄片之具體例舉例為圖1所示之ID卡片10。ID卡片10係包含第1透明層12、第2透明層14、第1雷射標記透明層16、第2雷射標記透明層18、第1非透明層20及第2非透明層22之層合體。 第1透明層12、第2透明層14、第1雷射標記透明層16及第2雷射標記透明層18為無色透明,分別含有訊息提供物質(未圖示)。第1雷射標記透明層16及第2雷射標記透明層18中,進而含有雷射發色劑,藉由照射雷射光L而可印字。第1非透明層20及第2非透明層22含有白色顏料為白色且非透明,第1非透明層20之第1雷射標記透明層16側之表面,亦即藉由第1雷射標記透明層16被覆之表面為利用墨水印字(未圖示)之印刷面。第1非透明層20中,嵌埋天線.晶片24。對應於天線.晶片24所接收之來自外部之電磁波,寫入IC晶片(未圖示)之訊息。 關於該等任一層,均可藉由例如以聚碳酸酯為主成分之熱塑性樹脂形成,亦可使用聚碳酸酯以外之樹脂例如PETG樹脂形成。而且藉由使用聚碳酸酯樹脂形成第1透明層12及第2透明層14,可製造表面耐久性及耐熱性優異之ID卡片10。 且,第1雷射標記透明層16及第2雷射標記透明層18由聚碳酸酯樹脂形成,或由含有以聚碳酸酯樹脂為較佳之主成分的樹脂形成,可使經雷射光照射之範圍為黑色而明確地印字,使印刷面之對比度良好。 又,第1非透明層20及第2非透明層22由聚碳酸酯樹脂形成,或由含有以聚碳酸酯樹脂為較佳之主成分的樹脂形成,亦可提高ID卡片10之耐久性。 [實施例] [0035] 以下,例示實施例對本發明更具體說明。但,本發明並非限定於以下實施例者,在不脫離本發明要旨的範圍內,可實施任意變更。 [0036] <安全防衛性(真偽判定)> 透明層中含訊息提供物質,照射具有特定波長之電磁場時可確認放射出螢光之薄膜評價為良好,未含訊息提供物質而無法發揮安全防衛功能之薄膜評價為不良。評價為良好之薄膜中,若採用預先顯示層合體之製造商等之訊息提供物質,則可判定真偽,若採用顯示卡片所有者之個人訊息等之訊息提供物質則可發揮安全防衛功能。 [0037] <印刷面保護性> 均含有印刷面所形成之非透明層與被覆印刷面之透明層之層合體的薄膜評價為良好,未滿足該等條件之薄膜評價為不良。 [0038] <遮蔽性> 成型非透明層之厚度為500μm以上之層合體,使用濁度計(HM-150型:村上色彩技術研究所製),測定全光線透過率(依據ISO-13468-1)。測定值若未達5.0%則遮蔽性良好,若為5%以上則為不良。 [0039] <雷射標記性> 對透明層中含雷射發色劑之層合體照射雷射,若可辨識印字的文字則評價為具有雷射標記性,若無法辨識則評價為無雷射標記性。 [0040] <薄膜(層合體)之製造> 如以下製造實施例1~3及比較例1~4之薄膜。亦即,於下述聚碳酸酯樹脂中,以表1分別顯示之含量添加訊息提供物質(鑭系化合物)及雷射發色劑(含碳黑、摻銻氧化錫之發色劑),攪拌獲得均一熱塑性樹脂。 雙酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯樹脂 (三菱工程塑膠(股)製「YUPILON(註冊商標)E-2000」,熱變形溫度(玻璃轉移溫度)150℃) 使用上述熱塑性樹脂,如以下般製造透明薄膜(透明層)。首先,使用由筒直徑32mm、螺桿之L/D=31.5之雙軸擠出機所成之T模嘴熔融擠出機,以噴出量20kg/h、螺桿旋轉數200rpm,成形寬300mm之薄片。汽缸.模嘴頭溫度於實施例1、2、比較例1~4設定為280℃,實施例3設定為340℃而進行。以使表面兩面成為鏡面之方式製造薄膜。薄膜厚度形成為100μm。 又,實施例4之薄膜(透明層)中,除了替代上述芳香族聚碳酸酯樹脂而使用PETG樹脂以外,與實施例1~3及比較例1~4同樣,製造透明薄膜(透明層)。 [0041] 再者,於上述聚碳酸酯樹脂或PETG樹脂中添加15質量%白色顏料(氧化鈦),以與透明層同樣方法成形非透明層。接著,將透明薄膜與非透明薄膜重疊,將層合體上下以100μm之SUS板夾住,使用空壓式加熱壓製機(IMC-1839型:井元製作所製),以200℃、空氣壓力0.2MPa壓製60秒而於透明層上層合非透明層。[0042] 具備含有聚碳酸酯(PC)樹脂與適量訊息提供物質之透明層的各實施例的薄膜,確認安全防衛性優異。而且如此,藉由於安全防衛性優異之透明層中,進而添加雷射發色劑,亦可期待尤其是印字更明確之相乘效果。且,藉由透明層被覆非透明層之印刷面,不僅可實現安全防衛功能,亦可以能自外部視認印刷面之狀態確實予以保護。 [0043] 另一方面,比較例1~4的薄膜中,透明層不含訊息提供物質,或即使透明層中含有訊息提供物質,亦不具備非透明,故安全防衛功能及印刷面之保護功能無法同時發揮。

Claims (10)
- 一種熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其係具有:含有熱塑性樹脂之至少1層的透明層、與被層合於前述透明層之非透明層的熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體, 其特徵為前述透明層含有對於特定波長範圍之照射光,放射螢光之訊息提供(information giving)物質, 前述透明層被層合,以被覆前述非透明層表面之至少一部分。
- 如請求項1之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述熱塑性樹脂包含聚碳酸酯。
- 如請求項2之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述熱塑性樹脂進一步包含聚酯。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中於前述非透明層之至少一表面施予印刷,前述透明層被層合於前述非透明層之被施予印刷之表面。
- 如請求項1~4中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述訊息提供物質含有含鑭系元素之無機化合物。
- 如請求項1~5中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述透明層,以前述透明層之整體的質量為基準,含有0.001~0.5質量%的雷射發色劑。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述透明層形成最外層。
- 如請求項1~7中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其中前述非透明層為無色。
- 一種熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體,其係具有:含有熱塑性樹脂之至少1層的透明層、與被層合於前述透明層之非透明層的熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體, 其特徵為前述透明層含有雷射發色劑,同時含有對於特定波長範圍之照射光,放射螢光之訊息提供物質, 前述透明層被層合,以被覆前述非透明層表面之至少一部分。
- 一種卡片用樹脂薄片,其係含有如請求項1~9中任一項之熱塑性樹脂薄膜層合體。
