Abstract
本發明提供一種攝影裝置,包含:一殼體,係具有一內部空間;一攝影鏡頭,係設置於該殼體之該內部空間;以及一呼吸燈,係環繞於該殼體之一外表面。
Description
本發明係關於一種攝影裝置,特別是關於一種具環狀結構呼吸燈之攝影裝置。
現今社會各場所包含銀行、道路、學校、一般住宅等均積極設置監控攝影機以全時錄影前述場所之影像,冀望透過科技以達事前預防犯罪與事後蒐集犯罪證據之目的。甚至,目前監控攝影機進一步結合網路、伺服器、儲存裝置等並配合影像編輯、影像管理等軟體構成安全監控網路系統。
傳統監控攝影機可設計狀態指示燈以顯示監控攝影機的各種狀態,舉例而言:紅色燈代表監控攝影機故障或電力不足、白燈代表監控攝影機正常運作。然而,目前監控攝影機所設計的狀態指示燈因太小且僅設置於不顯眼處,故當監控攝影機之狀態指示燈顯示故障狀態時不易被使用者察覺,而可能耽誤監控攝影機之維修時機。
再者,傳統監控攝影機為獲取較佳範圍的影像畫面,所設置之位置通常屬於較不會被犯罪者或他人發現的位置,由於犯罪者不會注意攝影機的存在,對於架設監控攝影機所欲達到事前預防犯罪之目的將大幅降低其成效。特別是在夜晚時,縱 使犯罪者欲觀察是否有監控攝影機的存在以決定是否犯罪時,但由於光線不足視線昏暗,將導致犯罪者誤認所處場所並未架設監控攝影機,進而施行犯罪。換言之,架設監控攝影機初衷雖希望同時達到事前預防犯罪與事後蒐集犯罪證據之目的,但目前監控攝影機的技術演進上,較為著重於獲取犯罪證據,而忽略了傳統攝影機實具有難以威嚇犯罪者之長期存在的問題。
有鑑於此,為解決上述傳統監控攝影機所存在”狀態指示燈難以被察覺”,以及”無法威嚇犯罪者而難以達到事前預防犯罪”等技術問題,本發明提出一種攝影裝置,包含:一殼體,係具有一內部空間;一攝影鏡頭,係設置於該殼體之該內部空間;以及一呼吸燈,係環繞於該殼體之一外表面。本發明上開攝影裝置因具有環繞於攝影裝置殼體之呼吸燈,可供使用者於任一方位查看,使得當攝影裝置故障時,即可輕易被察覺。此外,本發明攝影裝置之環狀呼吸燈不僅可有效提醒犯罪者攝影裝置的存在,具有威嚇犯罪者的效果,且可吸引其他人或犯罪者觀看攝影裝置,進而提高臉部辨識的準確性。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置,其中該呼吸燈可顯示複數種顏色,該複數種顏色係分別對應至該攝影裝置之複數種狀態。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置,其中該呼吸燈係由至少一光源所發出的光經由該殼體之一可透光區域所形成。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置,其中該至少一光源由發光二極體所製成。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置,進一步包含一主電路板,該至少一光源係設置於該主電路板上。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置,其中該殼體包含一安裝座與一罩蓋,該罩蓋為一半圓狀。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置更包含一鏡頭角度調整元件,以調整該攝影鏡頭的拍攝角度。
進一步地,本發明上開攝影裝置更包含一鏡頭罩,該鏡頭罩設置於該罩蓋與鏡頭之間。

以下將進行本發明具體實施例之說明。須注意,所揭示的實施例僅在於列舉說明。本發明之範疇並未限制在其所揭露包含特定特徵、結構、或性質的具體實施例中,而係由文後所 附的申請專利範圍所界定。此外,說明書中所參照之圖示並未具體描繪出所有本發明不必要之特徵,且所描繪出之元件可能以簡化、示意之方式來表達,圖示中各類元件的尺寸可能為說明之便而加以誇大或不符合實際比例。不論上述之簡略為何,或是相關特徵是否有被詳盡描述,其皆意表所描述者係位於相關領域中熟習該項技藝之人士可據以連同其他與該等特徵、結構或性質相關的其他具體實施例來實施之知識範疇內。
參閱第一圖與第二圖,其分別顯示本發明攝影裝置一較佳實施例之立體分解示意圖與立體組合示意圖。攝影裝置1包含有一攝影鏡頭102與一殼體,該殼體係由一安裝座1011與一半圓狀之罩蓋1012所組成,兩者間藉由相對應之螺紋結合與分離。當安裝座1011與罩蓋1012結合時,該殼體具有一內部空間以容置該攝影鏡頭102。
攝影鏡頭102具有一攝影鏡頭固定座1021,其係藉由第一螺絲組111鎖固至鏡頭角度調整元件103。此外,鏡頭角度調整元件103係藉由第二螺絲組112被夾緊至固定件104。攝影裝置1進一步包含有具積體電路之一主電路板105,當攝影裝置1之固定件104藉由第三螺絲組113鎖固至安裝座1011,伴隨地將主電路板105容置並固定於安裝座1011內。
鏡頭角度調整元件103包含鏡頭旋轉調整元件1031與鏡頭傾斜調整元件1032,鏡頭角度調整元件103雖藉由第二螺絲組112被夾緊至固定件104,但使用者仍可旋轉鏡頭旋轉調整元件 1031並同時帶動攝影鏡頭102旋轉。此外,使用者亦可相對於鏡頭傾斜調整元件1032調整攝影鏡頭102的傾斜角度。
在本發明另一較佳實施中,攝影裝置1可包含有一記憶卡(未圖示)以儲存攝影裝置1所拍攝之影像。攝影裝置1進一步包含一記憶卡保護蓋107與一防水橡膠110以對記憶卡進行保護。記憶卡保護蓋107與防水橡膠110係藉由第四螺絲組封蓋於安裝座1011底部之一記憶卡設置區域。在本發明一較佳實施例中,攝影裝置1包含有一鏡頭罩108設置於罩蓋1012與攝影鏡頭102之間,以達到僅露出攝影鏡頭102而遮蔽攝影裝置1內部元件例如主電路板105之目的。
參閱第一圖與第二圖,本發明之攝影裝置1之主電路板105邊緣上設置有多個光源106,當安裝座1011與罩蓋1012結合時,多個光源106所發出的光透過罩蓋1012之一可透明區域以形成呼吸燈109,其中該可透明區域即對應至第一圖與第二圖中呼吸燈109之區域。據此,本發明之攝影裝置1包含有一環狀結構之呼吸燈109,其環繞於罩蓋1012之一外表面。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,光源106可由,但不限於,發光二極體(Light emitting diode,LED)、冷光板、電漿管、螢光燈管等所製成,且可顯示複數種顏色,該複數種顏色係分別對應至該攝影裝置之複數種狀態。舉例而言(但不限於),白色代表「線上(online)」;綠色代表「連接中(connecting)」;紅色代表「伺服器故障」;黃色代表「網路時間協定(NTP)故障」等。
綜上所述,本發明藉由攝影裝置1的環狀結構之呼吸燈109,他人可注意到攝影裝置1的存在以及使用者可查看到攝影裝置1的狀態,解決了先前技術”狀態指示燈難以被察覺”,以及”無法威嚇犯罪者而難以達到事前預防犯罪”等技術問題,達到當攝影裝置1故障時,即可輕易被察覺、威嚇犯罪者、提高臉部辨識的準確性的功效。
至此,本發明之的較佳實施例,已經由上述說明以及圖式加以說明。在本說明書中所揭露的所有特徵都可能與其他方法結合,本說明書中所揭露的每一個特徵都可能選擇性的以相同、相等或相似目的特徵所取代,因此,除了特別顯著的特徵之外,所有的本說明書所揭露的特徵僅是相等或相似特徵中的一個例子。
在詳細說明本發明的較佳實施例之後,熟悉該項技術人士可清楚的瞭解,在不脫離下述申請專利範圍與精神下可進行各種變化與改變,均包含於本發明之專利範圍中,且本發明亦不受限於說明書中所舉實施例的實施方式。
Claims (9)
- 一種攝影裝置,包含:一殼體,係具有一內部空間;一攝影鏡頭,係設置於該殼體之該內部空間;以及一呼吸燈,係環繞於該殼體之一外表面。
- 如請求項1所述的攝影裝置,其中該呼吸燈為一環狀結構。
- 如請求項1所述的攝影裝置,其中該呼吸燈可顯示複數種顏色,該複數種顏色係分別對應至該攝影裝置之複數種狀態。
- 如請求項1所述的攝影裝置,其中該呼吸燈係由至少一光源所發出的光經由該殼體之一可透光區域所形成。
- 如請求項4所述的攝影裝置,其中該至少一光源係由發光二極體所製成。
- 如請求項4所述的攝影裝置,進一步包含一主電路板,該至少一光源係設置於該主電路板上。
- 如請求項1所述的攝影裝置,其中該殼體包含一安裝座與一罩蓋,該罩蓋為一半圓狀。
- 如請求項1所述的攝影裝置,進一步包含一鏡頭角度調整元件,以調整該攝影鏡頭的拍攝角度。
- 如請求項7所述的攝影裝置,進一步包含一鏡頭罩,該鏡頭罩設置於該罩蓋與鏡頭之間。
