有關本發明的詳細說明及技術內容,現就配合圖式說明如下: 請參閱圖1,本發明基於用戶情境自動轉換用戶角色的方法,搭配一資訊系統1實施,該資訊系統1是由一服務供應端所建置,該服務供應端可為一即時通訊服務供應商、一社群服務供應商或一雲端服務供應商等。該資訊系統1至少包含一入口伺服器11以及至少一服務伺服器12,該入口伺服器11與該服務伺服器12分別具有連網功能,令一外部終端設備得經一網際網路3與其連接,該入口伺服器11可基於一鑑別授權及帳務伺服器(又稱AAA伺服器)架構設計而成,一實施例中,該入口伺服器11得經程式設計而具有一行為回饋的功能。再者,該入口伺服器11內建或外接有一角色資料庫111,該角色資料庫111與該入口伺服器11直接資料連接,以接受該入口伺服器11對該角色資料庫111所發出的資料讀取請求或資料寫入請求。該角色資料庫111得以關聯式資料庫架構或其他資料庫架構設計而成,其中,所稱關聯式資料庫架構可為MySQL、Microsoft Access等。 另一方面,該服務伺服器12得經加載至少一程式軟體而運行,對經由該網際網路3進入該外部終端設備(即用戶)提供一服務。舉例來說,該服務伺服器12得根據該程式軟體而提供一即時通訊服務、一串流影音服務、一電子商務服務、一資訊推播服務或一用戶原創(User Generated Content,簡稱UGC)服務等。然而,本發明於此僅示例每一該服務僅由其中一該服務伺服器12提供,但並不以此為限。於一實施例中,該服務伺服器12對該外部終端設備提供服務的時機,是在該入口伺服器11對該外部終端設備進行驗證,而於該外部終端設備獲得驗證後,該入口伺服器11要求該服務伺服器12對該外部終端設備提供該服務時,也就是說,該服務伺服器12是在該用戶獲得該入口伺服器11驗證,而被該入口伺服器11要求對一用戶2提供該服務。再者,本發明為具體說明本案技術於此遂將該入口伺服器11與該服務伺服器12區分開說明,但實際應用上,該入口伺服器11與該服務伺服器12得建置於同一終端伺服設備之上,又或者是建置於不同的終端伺服設備。 承上,該外部終端設備可為該用戶2所有,該用戶2於本發明實施前已與預備取得該服務的該服務供應端簽訂服務約定。該外部終端設備具連網功能,而能經該網際網路3連接該資訊系統1。又,所稱該外部終端設備可為一行動通訊裝置、一桌上型電腦或其他具連網功能的電子設備。 本發明該方法實施之前,先針對該用戶2建置複數角色變數20並儲存於該角色資料庫111之中,該些角色變數20被設定為與該用戶2為關聯,該些角色變數20進一步可以該用戶2向該服務供應端註冊的一身分帳號作為資料讀取的索引。又,本發明更令每一該角色變數20對應於其中一情境,所謂情境可以是由一個或多個用戶使用因子22所組成,其中,本發明該用戶使用因子22是判斷該用戶2所處情境的重要指標,該用戶使用因子22被記錄於每一該角色變數20之中而被設定為一條件,令該入口伺服器11得根據至少一該用戶使用因子22了解該用戶2當下情境,作出適當地切換。又,該用戶使用因子22得為該用戶2於該服務中的時間、地點、慣用行為特徵、特殊行為特徵或切換服務請求等。舉例來說,該用戶使用因子22可以是由單一因素或複合因素所組成,其中,前述該用戶2於該服務中的時間或地點即是由單一因素所組成的該用戶使用因子22,僅要時間或地點符合,即取得該用戶使用因子22而可進一步推斷當下情境。此外,該地點可以是由一衛星定位訊號取得。再者,前述該用戶2於該服務中的慣用行為特徵即可以是由複數因素所組成,於一實施例中,慣用行為特徵是由時間與地點的因素組成,當該用戶2於該服務中同時滿足上述因素將取得為慣用行為特徵的該用戶使用因子22。再者,慣用行為特徵的認定可為該用戶2於一資料收集時間內,長時間或較高機率處於的使用狀態,如該用戶2每日上午8點至下午5點會位於公司,即可將此慣用行為特徵。另一方面,所稱特殊行為特徵即指該用戶2較為特殊的使用因素,例如參加匿名社團,特殊喜好,或業外特殊職業等。又,本發明該些角色變數20得分別以一資訊檔的形式儲存於該角色資料庫111之中。更詳細來說,本發明利用大數據(Big data)技術來收集該用戶2於至少一該服務中的該用戶使用因子22,以辨識出該用戶2於進行該服務過程中的至少二情境。又,本發明於此遂以運行於一即時通訊軟體(如Line通訊軟體)進行舉例,但並不以此為限。該用戶2在初次運行該即時通訊軟體而欲與該服務供應端進行該身分帳號的註冊時,該即時通訊軟體除要求該用戶2提供必要的身分資料之外,更提供該用戶2可自主定義的至少一角色情境編撰選項,令該用戶2可針對自我需求自定義特定情境中所用的角色,自定義內容可為角色的身分以其啟動該角色的情境,該情境則如前揭可為角色的使用時間點、角色的使用地點、角色的限定使用條件等。承上,該即時通訊軟體即於該用戶2自定義完成後,將該用戶2針對該角色情境編撰選項填入的內容回傳該入口伺服器11,該入口伺服器11則將所接收內容設定為與該用戶2為關聯的其中一該角色變數20。除此之外,該即時通訊軟體更可經程式的編撰而具有一角色情境編撰設定,令該用戶2得隨時根據使用需求自定義所欲轉換的角色及其情境。 除上述提供該用戶2自定義角色情境的實施方案之外,本發明更可於該用戶2體驗該服務的過程中或於該用戶2欲與該服務供應端進行註冊取得該身分帳號的當下,對該用戶2用以連線該資訊系統1的至少一該外部終端設備進行資料收集,以取得該用戶2的使用習慣及使用記錄,並以收集的資料來進行至少一該角色變數20的設定。舉例來說,本發明利用該入口伺服器11記錄該用戶2要求提供服務或退出服務的時間點,而以時間點作為設定該角色變數20的情境基礎。或者,對該用戶2用以取得該服務的該外部終端設備進行定位檢知,將定位檢知出的位置訊息作為設定該角色變數20的情境基礎。進一步舉例說明,當定位檢知的結果,顯示該用戶2一天的部分時間會分別位於內湖科學園區及台北市某社區大樓,其中內湖科學園區屬於辦公區域,台北市某社區大樓則屬於住宅區域,即將上述二位置視為不同的該用戶使用因子22而分別定義屬於不同的情境,並與其中一該角色變數20為關聯,例如,位置為內湖科學園區的情境,設定為上班身分的該角色變數20,而位置為台北市某社區大樓的情境,則設定為下班身分的該角色變數20。 承上,本發明亦可以複數該用戶使用因子22設定該角色變數20,當該用戶2一天之中早上9點到晚上5點會位於內湖科學園區,其餘絕大部分時間則會位於台北市某社區大樓,該用戶2位於內湖科學園區的時段屬於上班時段,且內湖科學園區亦屬辦公區域,故可將上述二該用戶使用因子22歸類為同一該角色變數20之中,並令該角色變數20定義為上班身分。該用戶2位於台北市某社區大樓的時段屬於下班時段,且台北市某社區大樓屬於住宅區域,故可將上述二該用戶使用因子22歸類為同一該角色變數20之中,並令該角色變數20定義為下班身分。再者,定位服務的位置資訊可經與一地圖服務供應商(如Google Map)取得,於此不再贅述。 除上述情境定義方案之外,亦可根據該用戶2瀏覽網頁的習慣作為情境定義的基礎,進一步來說,該入口伺服器11得對該用戶2用以取得該服務的該外部終端設備進行網路瀏覽記錄資料(如網頁歷史資料、小型文字檔案(Cookie))的收集,藉此可分析出該用戶2習慣於特定時間造訪特定網頁進行瀏覽,如該用戶2時常在晚間8點連接一購物網頁,即可將此視為該用戶使用因子22而定義為一購物情境,並關聯於購物身分的該角色變數20。再者,本發明於此雖然僅以購物的實施例進行舉例,但實際上並不以此為限,亦可針對一社群網頁、一新聞網頁或一用戶原創網頁等進行情境的收集。 除此之外,本發明亦可針對該用戶2於該外部終端設備所選用的該服務作為情境定義的基礎,例如該用戶2選擇該服務為影音串流時,即可將此視為其中一該情境而與為觀眾身分的該角色變數20為關聯。倘若該用戶2於該外部終端設備上選用該服務為遊戲時,即可將此視為另一該情境而與玩家身分的該角色變數20為關聯。於一實施例中,本發明於前所揭露的該即時通訊軟體可經過該即時通訊服務供應商所發佈的軟件更新或原廠內建,而與至少一加值應用服務為連動,也就是說,該用戶2得透過操作該即時通訊軟體直接啟動該加值應用服務,所稱該加值應用服務可如第三方支付、串流視頻、電子商務或遊戲等。於此實施例中,該資訊系統1可透過該外部終端設備調查該用戶2以該即時通訊軟體啟動其中一該加值應用服務的時間點及所啟用的其中一該加值應用服務,並將調查結果視為該用戶使用因子22而定義為其中一該情境。再者,本發明於此所稱該加值應用服務亦可為以一流動應用程式(Mobile Application,簡稱APP)的方式加載於該外部終端設備 再者,本發明更可透過影像解析等技術,解析該用戶2對該資訊系統1提出要求取得該服務的當下使用環境,並在解析後將結果定義為特定或其中一該角色變數20的情境。舉例來說,本發明可以透過致能該用戶2用以取得該服務的該外部終端設備的一攝像模塊,令該攝像模塊擷取該用戶2的當下使用環境,而後可透過加載於該外部終端設備的影像辨識軟件對當下使用環境進行解析,或者是令該攝像模塊在擷取當下使用環境後產生一待辨識影像資訊回傳該資訊系統1,交由該資訊系統1對該待辨識影像資訊進行影像辨識。此後,利用該資訊系統1對影像辨識結果進行分類或檢知,將影像辨識結果視為其中一該用戶使用因子22而定義為其中一該情境。 再者,本發明於一實施例中,令該資訊系統1對該用戶2用以與其連接的至少一該外部終端設備進行該情境的偵測後,由該資訊系統1發送一包含有複數該情境的情境分析資料,該情境分析資料更得顯示於該外部終端設備的一顯示介面上,此時該用戶2得根據該情境分析資料,對至少一該情境進行其中一該角色變數20的設定。舉例來說,當該資訊系統1對該用戶2完成該情境的偵測後,向該用戶2提交該情境分析資料,而該情境分析資料包含有購物情境、音樂觀賞情境以及遊戲情境,此時該用戶2便可以針對購物情境設定該角色變數20,令購物情境與購物身分為對應。同理,該用戶2亦可分別針對音樂觀賞情境及遊戲情境進行不同該角色變數20的設定,令音樂觀賞情境與觀眾身分為對應,遊戲情境與玩家身分為對應。 復請參閱圖2A及圖2B,於本發明對該用戶2建置該些角色變數20及相應該情境的過程中,可進一步在該用戶2用以取得該服務的該外部終端設備上以一使用者介面4(User Interface)顯示建置進度,就如圖2A,建置進度得以一進度條41方式呈現。再者,該使用者介面4更可顯示一進度百分比,以透過數字清楚建置進度。除此之外,當該用戶2處於建置該些角色變數20及相應該情境的過程中,該入口伺服器11將不會令該用戶2設定於該身分帳號中的一用戶影像23或一身分名稱顯現於該使用者介面4上,僅會顯示其他非表徵該用戶2的另一圖像42,如圖2A繪示的空白圖像,當該用戶2經一定時間的等待,而將該些角色變數20與相應該情境建置完成,存於該角色資料庫111並與該用戶2的該身分帳號為關聯,該使用者介面4除透過該進度條41顯示建置完成之外,更將該用戶2設定於該身分帳號中的該用戶影像23或該角色名稱顯示於該使用者介面4中,就如圖2B。再者,本發明上述實施例僅以單一該進度條41顯示該用戶2建置該些角色變數20的建置進度,但本發明並不以此為限。請參閱圖3A至圖3B,於一實施例中,該用戶2在建置每一該角色變數的過程中,於該使用者介面4中顯示複數該進度條41,利用複數該進度條41分別表示其中一該角色變數20的建置。當該些角色變數20依序被建置時,該些進度條41將依序產生變化。舉例說明,該用戶2以該身分帳號登入該入口伺服器11後,並建置二該角色變數20,其一為下班身分的該角色變數20,另一則為上班身分的該角色變數20,當為下班身分的該角色變數20進行相應情境的建置時,對應的其中一該進度條41將顯示其建置進度,並於完成建置後,於該使用者介面4上顯示對應下班身分的該角色變數20的圖像43。此後,隨即以另一該進度條41表示為上班身分的該角色變數20進行相應情境的建置,並以非表徵該用戶2的該圖像42暫時顯示,而在為上班身分的該角色變數20建置完成後,於該使用者介面4上顯示對應上班身分的該角色變數20的圖像44,如此完成該些角色變數20的建置。承上,本發明雖僅以二該角色變數20進行實施方式的說明,但實際上並不以此為限,遂可根據當下實施作相應調整。承上,並請參閱圖4,於該用戶2完成該些角色參數20及其情境的建置後,即可實施本發明該方法,該方法可為一程式,該程式被儲存於一電腦可讀取記憶媒體中。本發明該方法包含以下步驟: 步驟(A):基於該用戶2提供的該身分帳號,對該用戶2提供至少一該服務,並於該服務提供過程中令該用戶2處於其中一該角色變數20中; 步驟(B):讀取該角色資料庫111與該用戶2關聯的複數該角色變數20,每一該角色變數20被設定與其中一該情境為關聯,偵測該用戶2的情境根據該情境轉換該用戶2原先的該角色變數20,而以相符該情境的該角色變數20續行該服務。 為詳細說明本發明步驟,在此遂以前面所列舉的該即時通訊軟體進行舉例說明,於實施的初始,首先進行該步驟(A),該資訊系統1經該網際網路3與該用戶2使用的該外部終端設備連接,該資訊系統1即基於該用戶2提供的單一該身分帳號,對該用戶2提供該即時通訊服務,令該用戶2得以該即時通訊服務向其他該用戶5傳遞訊息。該資訊系統1在對該用戶2提供該即時通訊服務的同一時間,該資訊系統1連接該角色資料庫111,以該身分帳號為索引,讀取該角色資料庫111中與該身分帳號為關聯的該些角色變數20,如該些角色變數20的其中之一具有一預設使用檔,該資訊系統1即將具有該預設使用檔的該角色變數20套用於該用戶2,令該用戶2以預設的該角色變數20進行該服務。又或者,該資訊系統1在接受該用戶2經該外部終端設備發出的服務請求時,即對該外部終端設備進行該用戶2當下該情境的偵測,而根據該情境的偵測結果,轉換該用戶2原先的該角色變數20,而以相符該情境的該角色變數20續行該服務。進一步舉例說明,並請參閱圖5至圖6B該資訊系統1接受該用戶2的服務請求後,在對該用戶2提供該即時通訊服務的當下,偵測到該用戶2目前位在內湖科學園區(如圖5標示的50),時間為上午10點,即將此作為該用戶使用因子22,並查找該角色資料庫111中是否存在具上述該用戶使用因子22的該情境,若有,即判斷該用戶2處於該情境中,於此該資訊系統1判斷該用戶2目前的該情境為上班,即讀取該情境為上班的該角色變數20,令該用戶2以該角色變數20所設定的上班身分進行該即時通訊服務。承上,倘若該資訊系統1在對該用戶2提供該即時通訊服務的過程中,發現該用戶2目前所用身分或情境是該角色資料庫111未有記錄地,該資訊系統1即可針對當下未知的身分或情境進行建置,將其新增為另一該角色變數20,以利日後使用。再者,本發明於前揭設定的過程中,以令該用戶2基於每一該角色變數20進行使用權限或其他實施限制的設定,讓該用戶2以上班身分進行該服務時,被設定為僅有該用戶2處於上班身分才可進行即時通訊的另一該用戶5(如公司管理人),才可經該即時通訊服務與該用戶2聯繫,就如圖6A。也就是說,當該用戶2轉換於上班身分以外的該角色變數時,身為公司管理人的另一該用戶5即無法與該用戶2進行即時通訊。承上,並進入該步驟(B),本發明該資訊系統1在對該用戶2持續提供該服務的過程中,常態對該用戶2進行定位、服務時間點等行為特徵的偵測,以確認該用戶2進行該服務的情境。如此,當該資訊系統1偵測到該用戶2離開了內湖科學園區而位於台北市某社區大樓(如圖5標示的51),時間為晚上7點,即判斷該用戶2的該情境已產生變化,遂以此時偵測結果作為該用戶使用因子22,並讀取該角色資料庫111中與該用戶2為關聯的該些角色變數20及其情境,查找該角色資料庫111中是否存在具上述該用戶使用因子22的該情境,若有,即判斷該用戶2的該情境出現了變化,準備轉換該用戶2在該服務中的角色。此時該資訊系統1判斷該用戶2目前的該情境為下班,即自該角色資料庫111讀取該情境為下班的該角色變數20,令該用戶2以該角色變數20所設定的下班身分進行該即時通訊服務。此時,當該用戶2以下班身分進行該服務時,被設定為在下班身分中無法進行即時通訊的另一該用戶5,將無法與該用戶2進行該即時通訊,另一該用戶5於此時點對該用戶2所發出的訊息,需待至該用戶2再次轉換至上班身分或其他允許通訊的身分才可實施通訊。另一方面,該用戶2以下班身分進行該服務時,被設定為可於下班身分進行即時通訊的另一該用戶6(如朋友),即可經該即時通訊服務與該用戶2聯繫,如圖6B。再者,本發明該步驟(B)執行過程中,得以前揭建置該些角色變數20的實施例進行該情境的偵測,故該步驟(B)可以時間、地點及行為特徵的至少其中之一者作為該情境的偵測標的。承上,本發明於此雖僅以切換二該角色情境進行舉例,但實際上該用戶於建置該些角色變數時,並不以數量二為限制,更不以上班或下班作為情境的限制。 除上述實施例之外,本發明方法於一實施例中,該步驟(A)得對該用戶提供複數互為相異的服務,並令該用戶擇一使用,而該步驟(B)則是以該用戶轉換服務作為偵測標的。於此就以前揭切換服務的實施例進行舉例說明,在說明之前,遂先假設該用戶2已利用該外部終端設備向該資訊系統1取得即時通訊的該服務,且該用戶2處於下班身分的該角色變數20之中。請參閱圖7,於實施的過程中,該用戶2得根據使用的需求,例如欲上網購買由Line公司販售的熊大(Brown)馬克杯,該用戶2可透過該即時通訊軟體內建功能連動為線上購物商城的該加值應用服務(如Line Mart),然而在該用戶2啟動該加值應用服務的同一時間,該資訊系統1並未停止對該用戶2用以取得該服務的該外部終端設備進行該情境的偵測,而偵測到該外部終端設備準備停止該即時通訊軟體,啟動為線上購物商城的該流動應用程式。此時,該用戶2無需提供另一該身分帳號,而該資訊系統1則將此視為該服務的轉換,並將所啟用的該流動應用程式作為該用戶使用因子22,查找該角色資料庫111中是否存在具相同該用戶使用因子22的該情境,若有,即判斷該用戶2處於該情境中,該用戶2的情境由下班轉為購物,讀取與購物有關的該角色變數20套用於該用戶2上,令該用戶2在無需提供另一該身分帳號的情況下,即以購物身分進行購物。 承上所述,本發明令該用戶2轉換該角色變數20時,除實施對應該角色變數20的使用權限或其他實施限定,更轉換該用戶2的該用戶影像24為與當下使用該角色變數20為關聯的另一該用戶影像25。如圖6A、6B所示,當該用戶2處於上班身分的該角色變數20時,即以該用戶影像24表徵該用戶2,當該用戶2處於下班身分的該角色變數20時,即以另一該用戶影像25顯示。據此,即可藉由改變該用戶影像24、25的方式,讓該用戶2知道角色身分的變化。除上述實施方式之外,亦可以透過介面顏色變化或其他醒目手段提醒該用戶2角色身分已產生變化。 承上,並請參閱圖8,由前述說明可以知道,本發明令該服務伺服器12對該用戶2提供該服務的時機,是在該用戶2對該入口伺服器11所提供的該身分帳號獲得驗證時。因此,於一實施例中,本發明方法更包含一子步驟(C):提供該入口伺服器11,令該用戶2以該身分帳號獲得該入口伺服器11的驗證取得該服務。藉此,即可透過對該身分帳號的驗證確認該用戶2是否為已註冊約定用戶或非註冊約定用戶。再者,於前揭說明解釋中,已能了解本發明實施前,對該用戶20進行了該些角色變數20的建置,據此,本發明方法於一實施例中,本發明方法更包含一子步驟(D):利用該入口伺服器11,經該用戶2取得該服務的至少一該外部終端設備收集該用戶2於至少一該服務中的該用戶使用因子22,解析該用戶使用因子22取得至少一該情境,設定該情境與其中一該角色變數20的關聯。 再者,復請參閱圖8,前述實施例雖以自動切換的實施例進行說明,但本發明亦可根據該用戶2要求進行角色身分的切換。於一實施例中,本發明方法更包含一子步驟(E):接受該用戶2主動提交的一轉換要求,而以該轉換要求中指定的該角色變數20取代該用戶2原先的該角色變數20。舉例來說,於一時間點,該用戶2以下班身分進行於即時通訊的該服務中,但此時該用戶2發覺身體不適無法專心工作而萌生請假之意,但在同一時間點,該資訊系統1判斷該用戶2目前不具有轉換為上班身分的該情境,將導致該用戶2無法以上班身分聯繫身為公司管理人的另一該用戶5。據此,該用戶2即可透過該即時通訊軟體所包含的一主動轉換功能,選擇已儲存於該角色資料庫111的其中一該角色變數20,如為上班身分的該角色參數20,如此一來,該用戶2即可進行身分角色的轉換而以上班身分的該角色參數20進行即時通訊,與身為公司管理人的另一該用戶5即時通訊,告知請假。 再者,本發明前述雖以明顯情境差異的實施經過進行說明,但未避免該用戶2設定有該情境近似的二該角色變數20,於一實施例中,本發明進一步於建置該些角色變數20的過程中,增加一情境關聯度設定,該情境關聯度設定可以一設定檔的形式儲存於該角色資料庫111中,並與其中一該角色變數20為關聯讀取。舉例說明,該用戶2經過該角色變數20的設定後,具有分別代表下班身分與下班父親身分的二該角色變數20,下班身分與下班父親身分的該情境皆包含了位於台北市某社區大樓以及下班時間的該用戶使用因子22,但下班父親身分的該情境進一步包含了啟動幼兒視頻的該用戶使用因子22。如此,該資訊系統1偵測該用戶2的該情境後,發現同時具有位於台北市某社區大樓及下班時間的該用戶使用因子22時,進一步判斷是否具有其他該用戶使用因子22,若無即令該資訊系統1判斷目前該情境與下班身分的該角色變數20關聯性為最高,而令該用戶2以下班身分的該角色變數20進行該服務。坦若,該資訊系統1偵測後,發現該用戶具有啟動幼兒視頻的該用戶使用因子22時,即判斷與下班父親身分的該情境完全符合,而將該用戶以下班父親身分的該角色變數20進行該服務。 復請參閱圖8,由前揭說明可知本發明該入口伺服器11具行為回饋的功能,因此,於一實施例中,本發明方法更包含一子步驟(F):利用該入口伺服器11,經該用戶2取得該服務的至少一該外部終端設備收集該用戶2轉換該角色變數20的該用戶使用因子22,解析該用戶使用因子22取得至少一該情境,而以該情境對其中一該角色變數20進行更新。簡單來說,本發明利用該入口伺服器11的行為回饋功能,對該用戶2轉換每一該角色變數20的過程進行解析,歸類學習該用戶2轉換該角色變數20的該情境,令該入口伺服器11可更準確地根據該用戶2的該情境轉換該角色變數。 綜上所述,本發明基於用戶情境自動轉換用戶角色的方法及其資訊系統,本發明方法於實施初始,基於一用戶提供的一身分帳號,對該用戶提供至少一服務,並於該服務提供過程中令該用戶處於一角色變數中,且在持續提供服務的過程中,讀取一角色資料庫與該用戶關聯的複數角色變數,每一該角色變數被設定與一情境為關聯,偵測該用戶的情境根據該情境轉換該用戶原先的該角色變數,而以相符該情境的該角色變數續行該服務。據此,以改變習用需以不同身分帳號才可轉換用戶身分的實施方式,令用戶得以單一該身分帳號體驗服務,並根據情境自動轉換於不同的角色身分。
