Abstract
A method of fabricating regenerated building material by utilizing fine aggregate of bottom ash includes following steps: collecting bottom ashes of an incinerator and subjecting the same to wet screening, magnetic screening, eddy current sorting and sand/soil separating so as to collect fine aggregate of the bottom ashes with the diameter smaller than 1mm; performing a modification treatment by mixing the fine aggregate with glass fibers and calcium/silicon material ; wherein the weight percentage of the fine aggregate is 10% to 40%, the weight percentage of the glass fibers is 2% to 15%, the weight percentage of the calcium/silicon material is 50% to 80%. The modified fine aggregate is mixed with water for forming a mixture, and the water/solid ratio is controlled to be between 1.35 to 1.55. The mixture is pressurized into a molded plate member, and the plate member is subjected to a high-pressure vapor curing treatment. In this invention effectively utilizes the fine aggregate which would otherwise be thrown away after the bottom ashes are processed, and the regenerated building material subjected to modification treatment and molding complies with standard specifications.
