Abstract

Provided is a hand rehabilitation training device, which includes a palm-shape plate body and a front arm fixing plate fixed to each other for forming an included angle. The top surface and the side of the palm-shape plate are fixedly provided with five rod bodies respectively sleeved onto the fingers. Each finger cover is fixed to one end of a pulling rope. Each pulling rope passes through a guiding slot structure of the corresponding rod body, and all pulling ropes pass through a guiding collar. The other ends of all pulling ropes are fixed to a concentration collar. One end of a connection rope is fixed to the concentration collar. An upper arm fixing plate is provided with a pulling rope tightening/loosening adjustment member. The other end of the connection rope is fixed to the pulling rope tightening/loosening adjustment member. The upper arm fixing plate is fixed to an upper arm. The front arm fixing plate is fixed to the front arm. All pulling ropes can be pulled to be tightened or loosened by activating the upper arm or using another hand to pull the connection rope, thereby enabling the five fingers to generate hand rehabilitation training action change, such as extending, stretching or bending.
