Abstract

本發明係為一種具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其具有一太陽能面板;一儲能裝置;一電致發光層,該電致發光層設於該太陽能面板之受光面上,該電致發光層面積上開設複數個開孔,該複數個開孔數目以及口徑面積為配合提供光線射入後驅動太陽能面板進行光電轉換,產生與太陽能面板同一面積上既可受光又可發光的功效;一圖紋透光層,該圖紋透光層覆設於電致發光層表面上。

Description

具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構
本發明係為一種具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,尤指一種在太陽能面板之表面包覆具有圖案或文字之透光層,藉以在產生電能的同時兼具圖紋美觀外表之太陽能面板結構。
請參照圖1所示之習知太陽能面板使用於燈具或指示標誌的使用示意圖,近年來太陽能面板50的使用成為幾項綠色能源發展中最成熟也最為所廣泛運用的技術之一,而太陽能面板50必須設置於戶外日照充足的位置,其中日間時段D為透過太陽光入射光L照射後經過充分的光電轉換產生電能,再將太陽能面板50產生的電能透過電池等儲能裝置60連結儲存,目前廣泛使用於戶外照明的技術之一是將太陽能面板50、儲能裝置60以及燈具或指示標誌的發光裝置70結合,當儲能裝置60於日間時段D儲能後再於夜間時段N將電能輸出給發光裝置70產生光線,再透過發光裝置照射某一特定物或區域達到照明的效果,使路人可以於夜間觀看特定資訊或畫面。
然探究前述的習知照明技術,其具有幾個重要特徵:
一是該儲能裝置60是將電能透過燈具發光而照明某特定物:如燈具為照明馬路亦或透過LED燈嵌設於指示標誌的邊緣產生排序而形成某一特定幾何形狀如箭頭等造型,透過光的照明排列是路人得以辨識方向或字體資訊,但基本上都是照明某特定物;二是太陽能面板50與儲能 裝置60是分離於發光裝置70分離的,主要原因是太陽能面板50必須設置於受日照處,而發光裝置70是探照某方向物體,因此結構上並無法一體。
探究前述習知結構必須分離的主因是受光與發光並無法存在於同一平面上,因此結構上較為複雜,而且使用上受制於前述習知技術的設計,發光裝置70必須透過探照其他的輔助性文字或圖案產生辨識資訊,甚而僅為發光照明使用,因此外觀上更顯機械化而缺乏美感及一體性。
本發明係為一種具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其主要特徵在於其具有一太陽能面板;一儲能裝置;一電致發光層,該電致發光層設於該太陽能面板之受光面上,該電致發光層面積上開設複數個開孔,該複數個開孔數目以及口徑面積為配合提供光線射入後驅動太陽能面板進行光電轉換,產生與太陽能面板同一面積上既可受光又可發光的重要功效;一圖紋透光層,該圖紋透光層覆設於電致發光層表面上。
本發明次要特徵在於:該電致發光層具有兩條平行的電性導體及設於兩條平行的電性導體之間的電介質材料構成,該電致發光層可以被切割成各種複雜外形;該電致發光層之電介質是螢光粉,在用交流電場通電時就會發光;該圖紋透光層為以薄膜或軟性透光材質等可以透過染色、塗覆或貼附色彩等產生圖紋覆設於該電致發光層上。

請參照圖2所示之本發明具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構較佳實施例,為能使受光發電、儲能進而自受光面再發光並產生圖紋,進而完美的達到一體化的美觀,本發明具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構重新設計的太陽能面板的結構,本發明主要具有習知的一太陽能面板20結合一儲能裝置10,其中太陽能面板20結合一儲能裝置10之發電及儲能設計已廣為應用不再贅述;再請參照圖3、圖4所示之本發明較佳實施例示意圖,本發明重要的技術特徵在於該太陽能面板20之受光面上設有一層的電致發光層(Electroluminescence,EL)40,電致發光層40是由夾在兩條平行的電性導體42/43之間的電介質41材料構成三明治結構,其中間的電介質41是螢光粉,在用交流電場通電時就會發光,而相對於接設太陽能面板20受光面的一層電性導體42是透明,可使電介質41螢光粉發出的光就可以透射出來,而接設於太陽能面板20受光面的一層透明材質的電性導體43,其中電致發光層40可產生光源,由於技術上該電致發光層40可以被切割成各種複雜外形,並方便地插入空間或電能受限的產品上,並受該電致發光層40之兩條平行的電性導體42/43為電性聯結儲能裝置10並受預設控制電路的控制驅動發光,因此當日間太陽光入射光線L光照時,可透過太陽能面板20與儲能裝 置10可開始進行光電轉換,並開始進行電能儲能,到了夜間時段,控制電路經光線感應後開始將儲能裝置10電能電性聯結到該電致發光層40進行發光,基本上太陽能面板20設置位置為於該電致發光層40與儲能裝置10間。
為使本發明同時於同一面積上具備受光及發光的功效,因此本發明重要的技術特徵在於再於電致發光層40面積上開設複數個貫穿電致發光層40的開孔45,該複數個開孔45數目以及口徑面積為配合提供入射光線L射入後驅動太陽能面板20進行光電轉換,此一設計可以使入射光線L入射至太陽能面板20,又得以使電致發光層40產生足夠的發光,產生同一面積上既可受光又可發光的重要功效,其中圖4所示電致發光層40接設太陽能面板20受光面的電性導體43是透明設計下,該開孔45僅穿透該電介質41層使入射光線得以進入至太陽能面板20。
再請參照圖5所示之本發明另一較佳實施例側視示意圖,在另一個實施例中該電致發光層40於各複數個開孔45間隔位置間接設太陽能面板20受光面之的透明電性導體43上一端增設一層金屬材質的電性導體44,透過該金屬材質的電性導體44產生反射光線Lr,除了具有導電效果外,更可以增加電致發光層40的散發光線Lo發光光度。
再請參照圖6及圖7所示之本發明較佳實施例使用示意圖,在達到太陽能面板20與電致發光層40在同一面積上產生受光及發光的效果後,本發明另一重要技術特徵在於電致發光層40的表面上再覆設有一層圖紋透光層30,該圖紋透光層30得為以薄膜或軟性透光材質等可以透過染色、塗覆或貼附色彩等產生圖紋方式在維持一定透光率的要求下覆設於該電致發光層40上,此一結構設計可使日間時段D光線仍可充分入射於電致發 光層40之複數個開孔45後進入太陽能面板20,亦可於夜間時段N將電致發光層40散發光線Lo均勻的散發並將圖紋透光層30外部的圖案、色彩或文字資訊31表現出來,由於圖紋透光層30表面前處理為以染色、噴覆或貼附色彩的方式進行色彩附著,因此該圖紋透光層30附著的色料必須是具有透光性,其優點在於透過附著色彩的原料透光率選擇染色層不同厚度的設定,仍可依設計者需要生產出圖紋精緻且維持一定發電功率;又本發明所應用的電致發光層40之應用主要在於可自發光並達到形體切割的目的為主,非限於特定規格之裝置。
本發明技術具有以下優點:
1.本發明之具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構在外觀上可以依據設計者需求在可控制發電量的設定下任意的設計所欲表現的圖紋,且該圖紋並非為點陣式的間隔色塊拼湊或燈具探照,因此近觀或遠觀都有極佳的視覺效果,且相較於一般習知的技術在視覺上有大幅度的超越,而此一外觀呈現上的技術突破將促使更多的使用者透過此本發明結構設計將太陽能面板美化後設置於更多的建築物外觀上,不拘限於現有使用方式上。
2.本發明之具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構可在同一面積上受光發電並發光展示,美觀且可應用方式廣,又達到綠能發電的目標。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其具有:一太陽能面板;一儲能裝置;一電致發光層,該電致發光層設於該太陽能面板之受光面上,該電致發光層面積上開設複數個開孔,該複數個開孔數目以及口徑面積為配合提供光線射入後驅動太陽能面板進行光電轉換,產生與太陽能面板同一面積上既可受光又可發光的功效;一圖紋透光層,該圖紋透光層覆設於電致發光層表面上。
  2. 如專利請求項1所述之具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其中該電致發光層具有兩條平行的電性導體及設於兩條平行的電性導體之間的電介質材料構成,該電致發光層可以被切割成各種複雜外形。
  3. 如專利請求項2所述之電致發光層,其中該電介質是螢光粉,在用交流電場通電時就會發光。
  4. 如專利請求項1所述之具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其中該圖紋透光層為以薄膜或軟性透光材質等可以透過染色、塗覆或貼附色彩等產生圖紋覆設於該電致發光層上。
  5. 如專利請求項1所述之具備發光圖紋之太陽能面板結構,其中該電致發光層於各複數個開孔間隔位置間接設太陽能面板受光面之的電性導體上一端增設一層金屬材質的電性導體,透過該金屬材質的電性導體產生反射光線,增加電致發光層的散發光線光度。
