Abstract

一種支架,包括載板、支撐件及將載板樞接於支撐件上的轉軸,載板及支撐件其中之一形成導軌,轉軸形成第一定位部,導軌形成多個第二定位部,第一定位部選擇性地與其中一第二定位部卡設而將載板定位於支撐件上。支架可根據實際需求調節高度、轉向及仰角,從而適應移動設備的不同的觀看需求。

Description

支架
本發明涉及一種支架,特別是指一種移動設備的支架。
隨著科學技術的發展,諸如手機、平板電腦、視頻播放器等移動設備在日常生活當中的應用越來越廣泛。由於移動設備的功能日益強大,因此除了外出使用之外,人們通常還會在室內進行使用以替代笨重的電腦。在室內使用的過程中,由於移動設備本身並不具備支撐結構,為了方便長時間的觀看,通常會使用支架對移動設備進行支撐,使其豎立於桌面等載體上而朝向用戶播放內容。然而,習知的支架通常僅具有角度調節功能,而並不具備高度調節功能,從而使用戶無法將移動設備調節至適合的位置。
因此,有必要提供一種高度可調的支架。
一種支架,包括載板及通過轉軸安裝於載板上的支撐件,支撐件及載板其中之一者形成導軌,轉軸形成第一定位部,導軌包括多個第二定位部,第一定位部選擇性地與其中一第二定位部卡設而將載板定位於支撐件上。
當將支架的支撐件置於諸如桌面等載體上時,通過調節第一定位部,使其選擇性地卡設於不同的第二定位部中,可將載板定位於支撐件的不同高度的位置處。並且,通過將載板相對於支撐件繞轉軸旋轉,還可同時調節載板的角度,從而使用戶能夠根據需求靈活地觀看置於載板上的移動設備的內容。
圖1為本發明一實施例的支架支撐移動設備的視圖。
圖2為圖1的支架及移動設備的另一角度的視圖。
圖3為圖1的支架的分解圖。
圖4為圖3的支架另一視角的視圖。
圖5為圖3的支架的轉軸的部分放大圖。
請參閱圖1,示出了本發明一實施例的支架10。支架10用於支撐諸如手機、平板電腦、視頻播放器、閱讀器、導航裝置等移動設備20。
請一併參閱圖2-4,支架10包括一載板30、一支撐件40及連接載板30及支撐件40的轉軸50。本實施例中,載板30為一殼體,其包括一基板32及形成於基板32周緣的多個側壁34。基板32及側壁34共同圍設出收容移動設備20的一空腔300。移動設備20可嵌入空腔300內,從而固定於載板30上。載板30還在基板32的正面貼設有一導磁結構36。導磁結構36可通過黏接等方式相對基板32固定。導磁結構36大致呈十字形,其由相互垂直的第一導磁片360及第二導磁片362組成。第一導磁片360沿水平方向設置,第二導磁片362沿豎直方向設置。第二導磁片362的長度大於第一導磁片360的長度。本實施例中,第一導磁片360及第二導磁片362均為鐵片。基板32的背面在靠近端部的位置處外凸形成一凸台320。凸台320的中部位置處進一步開設一凹槽322,用於收容支撐件40。基板32的背面中部區域開設一凹孔324,用於嵌設轉軸50。凹孔324與第一導磁片360及第二導磁片362的連接處對齊。
支撐件40包括一基座60及一樞接於基座60上的底座70。基座60為一大致呈梯形的平板,其寬度自下至上逐漸減小。基座60的長度略小於載板30的長度。基座60上部的形狀與基板32的凹槽322的形狀一致,基座60上部可插設於凹槽322內而使基座60收攏於載板30內。基座60的中部開設一沿其長度方向延伸的導軌62。本實施例中,導軌62為一縱長的開槽,其二相對的內側面上形成多個間隔設置的定位槽620。導軌62每一側的定位槽620與相對另一側的定位槽620一一對應。導軌62每一側的相鄰的定位槽620之間通過凸起相互隔開。二磁性元件64分別固定於基座60的正面靠近導軌62的相對兩側位置處。二磁性元件64之間的距離小於第一導磁片360及第二導磁片362的寬度。本實施例中,磁性元件64為一圓形的磁鐵,其用於與載板30的導磁結構36相吸附,從而將載板30相對支撐件40固定。
請一併參閱圖5,轉軸50穿過支撐件40的導軌62而安裝於載板30背面。轉軸50包括一蓋板52、一形成於蓋板52上的支承軸54及一固定於支承軸54上的底板56。蓋板52呈圓形,其面積與基板32的凹孔324面積相等。支承軸54從蓋板52的正面朝向載板30凸伸。本實施例中,支承軸54為一中空的管狀結構,其中部形成一開孔540。支承軸54的相對兩側分別向外凸伸形成二彈性臂542。每一彈性臂542大致呈V形,其相對兩端分別連接於支承軸54上,中部則向外凸出而形成類似於山脊狀的結構。彈性臂542在受到壓力時可發生彈性形變而向內收攏,在壓力消失後再回復至原來的外凸狀態。支承軸54的前端固定於底板56上,底板56再進一步活動地嵌入載板30的凹孔324內,從而使轉軸50樞接於載板30上。支承軸54穿入基座60的導軌62內,蓋板52則貼設於基座60的背面以防止支承軸54從基座60上脫落。支承軸54的彈性臂542卡設於導軌62的二相對的定位槽620內。當需要對載板30的高度進行調節時,可將轉軸50在導軌62內上下移動,使彈性臂542卡設於不同的定位槽620內。由於轉軸50是樞接於載板30上,因此載板30在調整至所需的高度之後仍然可以通過轉軸50相對於支撐件40旋轉。載板30相對於支撐件40的旋轉角度可為一平行於載板30的平面內的任意角度,但由於載板30內設有十字形的導磁結構36,因而載板30僅能被定位於水平位置及豎直位置。具體而言,當載板30旋轉至水平位置時,導磁結構36的第二導磁片362對準支撐件40的二磁性元件64,從而通過吸附力將載板30相對支撐件40定位。當載板30旋轉至豎直位置時,導磁結構36的第一導磁片360對準支撐件40的二磁性元件64,從而通過吸附力將載板30相對支撐件40定位。在水平及豎直以外的位置,由於導磁結構36均未對準支撐件40的磁性元件64,因此將會由於重力自然旋轉至水平或豎直位置而與支撐件40相定位。當然,上述實施例的十字形導磁結構36也可替換成圓形導磁結構,以在任意旋轉角度均可對準磁性元件64,從而使載板30在任意的旋轉角度均可與支撐件40相互定位。
底座70通過轉軸72樞接於基座60上。轉軸72由可彎折的材料製造,其一端插入基座60底部,另一端插入底座70的前端。通過彎折轉軸72,底座70可相對基座60旋轉一定角度,從而進一步改變載板30的仰角,以獲得更佳的觀看效果。
本發明的支架10不僅可以改變移動設備20的高度,還可以改變移動設備20的轉向及仰角,從而使用戶能夠以理想的角度觀看移動設備20播放的內容。
可以理解地,導軌62也可形成於載板30的基板32上,轉軸50穿過支撐件40的基座60而卡設於載板30的導軌62內。此種情況下同樣可實現調節載板30高度的目的。
本實施例中轉軸50的外凸的彈性臂542作為第一定位部與作為第二定位部的導軌62的定位槽620卡接來實現定位效果,可以理解地,第一定位部也可以使用內凹的彈性結構取代外凸的彈性臂542,此時第二定位部需使用外凸的定位塊來取代定位槽620,以與內凹的彈性結構配合使用。
本發明之技術內容及技術特點已揭示如上,然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本發明之教示及揭示而作種種不背離本發明精神之替換及修飾。因此,本發明之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者,而應包括各種不背離本發明之替換及修飾,並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種支架,包括載板、支撐件及將載板樞接於支撐件上的轉軸,其改良在於:載板及支撐件其中之一形成導軌,轉軸形成第一定位部,導軌形成多個第二定位部,第一定位部選擇性地與其中一第二定位部卡設而將載板定位於支撐件上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支架,其中第一定位部包括彈性臂,第二定位部包括定位槽,彈性臂選擇性地卡設於其中一定位槽內。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之支架,其中轉軸還包括穿過支撐件並活動連接於載板的支承軸,彈性臂形成於支承軸上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之支架,其中轉軸還包括分別固定於支承軸相對兩端的蓋板及底板,底板活動嵌設於載板內,支撐件夾設於蓋板及底板之間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4任一項所述之支架,其中支撐件包括基座及固定於基座上的磁性元件,載板包括與磁性元件吸附的導磁結構。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支架,其中導磁結構包括交叉的第一導磁片及第二導磁片,支撐件的磁性元件選擇性地與第一導磁片或第二導磁片吸附。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支架,其中磁性元件靠近導軌。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支架,其中載板包括基板及形成於基板周緣的側壁,導磁結構貼設於基板上。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之支架,其中基板上形成凸台,凸臺上形用於供支撐件插設的凹槽。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支架,其中支撐件還包括通過可彎折的轉軸與基座活動連接的底座。
