在LTE/LTE-A系統架構中,ANDSF伺服器可以提供:用以協助交遞決定之系統間行動力策略;用以同時在多數無線電接取介面上配送IP話務的ISRP;及用以指示非-3GPP接取網路的發現資訊,其可以有用於UE的附近,以協助UE以連接至此等網路。幾個不同策略可以特定為用於IP流量行動力卸載技術的ISRP的一部份。
作為話務選路及行動力的例子,能夠透過在多模使用者設備(例如WLAN及細胞式)中的多數無線網路介面通訊的某些應用可以選擇以配送所有話務於一介面(WLAN),而不是另一個。ANDSF為基之策略係為一 載波網路操作者所控制並想要以網路卸載之規則為基之管理補充此情景。ANDSF機制可以為了各種理由與狀況,例如,在某些區域中的一天中之某些時間管理卸載及網路接取或為了某些流量,代表操作者而輸送策略及策略資訊至UE。

在一例子中,各種資料識別欄位係提出用於ANDSF管理物件(MO),包含在ANDSF伺服器加入各種應用識別碼,以允許ISRP根據應用身份支援話務識別。對ISRP的現行更新完成了應用身份的增加使用及處理成為IP話務的識別。用以決定適當應用身份的相關資訊不只包含特定應用版本或應用架構,同時,也包含UE版本、UE平台及硬體架構、UE作業系統及類似物的相關欄位。因此,現行描述之資料架構及交換機制完成詳細應用身份與相關資料處理策略及程序的通訊。

Claims (24)
