Abstract

本發明提供一種止滑結構,其包括一熱固性塑料層、一第一布層、一第一熱塑性彈性層、一第二布層及一第二熱塑性彈性層。該第一布層係結合該熱固性塑料層及該第一熱塑性彈性層,且位在該熱固性塑料層及該第一熱塑性彈性層之間,其中,該熱固性塑料層的部分係被嵌入該第一布層內。該第二布層係結合該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層,且位在該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層之間。

Description

止滑結構
本發明係與塑膠墊有關,特別是指一種止滑結構。
隨著運動風氣興起,讓運動用止滑結構的需求與日俱增,因此,各式止滑結構也逐漸被開發出來,例如:台灣新型第M423618號專利案,該專利係揭露一種多層立體網材結構,其係利用至少一複合結構及一次包覆材,該複合結構係疊於該次包覆材上,其中,該複合結構係由一立體網材及疊於該立體網材上的一包覆材製造而成。該包覆材係用彈性纖維(即聚胺酯)混紡不具彈性的纖維(即尼龍纖維、聚酯纖維、棉或聚丙烯纖維)來製造而成,表示,包覆材是用紡織的方式成型。該立體網材係用熱塑性彈性材料編織而成。如此,該專利案的包覆材及立體網材均需要藉由紡織方式成型,使得製造上的程序較為複雜。
本發明提供一種止滑結構,其包括一熱固性塑料層、一第一布層、一第一熱塑性彈性層、一第二布層及一第二熱塑性彈性層。該第一布層結合該熱固性塑料層,其中,該熱固性塑料層係位在該第一布層的頂面。該第一熱塑性彈性層結合該第一布層,且位在該第一布層的底面,該熱固性塑料層的部分係嵌入該第一布層內。該第二布層結合該第一熱塑性彈性層,其 中,該第一熱塑性彈性層係位在該第二布層的頂面。該第二熱塑性彈性層結合該第二布層,且位在該第二布層的底面。如此,本發明的止滑結構被使用時具有止滑、耐磨及彈性的效果。
為了詳細說明本發明之技術特點所在,茲舉以下之一較佳實施例並配合圖式說明如后,其中:如第一及二圖所示,第一圖係繪示本發明之一較佳實施例之止滑結構的爆炸圖,第二圖係繪示第一圖中止滑結構的示意圖。該止滑結構10包括一熱固性塑料層11、一第一布層12、一第一熱塑性彈性層13、一第二布層14及一第二熱塑性彈性層15。該第一布層12係結合該熱固性塑料層11,其中,該熱固性塑料層11係位在該第一布層12的頂面120,且該熱固性塑料層11的部分係被嵌入該第一布層12內。該第一熱塑性彈性層13層結合該第一布層12,且位在該第一布層12的底面121。該第二布層14結合該第一熱塑性彈性層13,其中,該第一熱塑性彈性層13係位在該第二布層14的頂面140。該第二熱塑性彈性層15結合該第二布層14,且位在該第二布層14的底面141。本發明的止滑結構10的結構就是由上述五層所構成。
該熱固性塑料層11係選用聚胺酯、環氧樹脂、不飽和聚酯及酚醛塑料的其中一者,其中,較佳係選用聚胺酯(Polyurethane,PU),因為,聚胺酯具備以下兩個優點,即較聚氯乙烯(PolyVinyl Chloride,PVC)環保。但實務中,也可以選用 環氧樹脂、不飽和聚酯及酚醛塑料的其中一者來取代聚胺酯。
該第一布層12係選用不織布,由於,該熱固性塑料層11的材料特性,所以,利用不織布不具延展的特性,以供支撐該熱固性塑料層11。此外,該不織布可以是多層紡織的結構,當選用的熱固性塑料層11的材料被加熱後,該熱固性塑料層11的部分會自然地滲入該不織布內,並在熱固性塑料層11的材料冷卻後,即可自然地黏於該不織布上,以形成穩定的結構。其中,不織布係以尼龍纖維、聚酯纖維、棉、麻或聚丙烯纖維編織而成。
該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層13、15係選用一複合材料,該複合材料包括一軟質段塑料及混合該軟質段塑料的一硬質段塑料,該複合材料例如熱塑性彈性體(Thermoplastic Elastomer,TPE)。熱塑性彈性體具有橡膠及塑膠的特性,因此,熱塑性彈性體被製作時通常會混入軟質段(soft segment)塑料(例如橡膠)及硬質段(hard segment)塑料(例如塑膠),當上述的材料被加熱至特定溫度時,軟、硬質段塑料被受熱而熔融,而形成可塑性的形變,當在常溫條件下,軟質段塑料具有彈性,硬質段塑料則發揮橋點的作用,以防止塑性變形。軟質段塑料係選自天然橡膠(NQ)、乙-丙烯橡膠(EPDM)、丁基橡膠(IIR)、聚丁二烯(BR)、聚異戊二稀(IR)、聚異丁烯(PIB)、聚乙-丁烯的其中至少一者。硬質段塑料係選自聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚胺酯、聚酯及聚醯胺中的至少一者。
其中,該第一及二熱塑性彈性層13、15較佳係選用相同的複合材料,即該複合材料選用相同配方及比例的軟質段塑料 及硬質段塑料混合而成。
該第二布層14係選用網布或不織布,其主要目的與前述的第一布層12相同,用以支撐該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層13、15。但需要注意的是,該第二布層14也可選用與第一布層12相同材料編織而成,該第一布層12也可以選用網布,所以不以不織布為限。如此,本發明的止滑結構10相較於先前技術更易於製造,且提供舒適、止滑且耐磨的結構。
請參照第三圖,第三圖係繪示第一圖中止滑結構的部分分解圖。第三圖與第一圖的差異在於,該熱固性塑料層11與該第一布層12已經被結合,且該第一及二熱塑性彈性層13、15也已經與該第二布層14結合。其中,該第一布層12的底部被塗一黏膠層16,該黏膠層16係用以黏合該第一布層12及該第一熱塑性彈性層13,表示,該熱固性塑料層11與該第一布層12可先被製成,該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層13、15及該第二布層14也可先被製成,最後,再以黏膠黏合該第一布層12及該第一熱塑性彈性層13,以簡化該止滑結構10的製程。實際上,該黏膠層16也可以被塗在該第一熱塑性彈性層13上,所以,不以塗在該第一布層12為限。
特別地,該第一布層12及該熱固性塑料層11係可以用黏貼方式結合,不以前述加熱該熱固性塑料層11的方式為限。該第一及第二熱塑性彈性層13、15與該第二布層14係可以用浸漬(Dipping)成型製程或以黏貼製程進行製造。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種止滑結構,包括:一熱固性塑料層;一第一布層,結合該熱固性塑料層,其中,該熱固性塑料層係位在該第一布層的頂面,且該熱固性塑料層的部分係嵌入該第一布層內;一第一熱塑性彈性層,結合該第一布層,且位在該第一布層的底面;一第二布層,結合該第一熱塑性彈性層,其中,該第一熱塑性彈性層係位在該第二布層的頂面;及一第二熱塑性彈性層,結合該第二布層,且位在該第二布層的底面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之止滑結構,其中,該熱固性塑料層係選用聚胺酯、環氧樹脂、不飽和聚酯及酚醛塑料的其中一者。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之止滑結構,其中,該第一及二熱塑性彈性層係選用一複合材料,該複合材料包括一軟質段塑料及混合該軟質段塑料的一硬質段塑料,該軟質段塑料選自天然橡膠、乙-丙烯橡膠、丁基橡膠、聚丁二烯、聚異戊二稀、聚異丁烯及聚乙-丁烯的其中至少一者;該硬質段塑料選自聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚胺酯、聚酯及聚醯胺中的至少一者。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之止滑結構,其中,該第一及二熱塑性彈性層係相同的複合材料。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之止滑結構,其中,該第一布層係選用網布或不織布。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之止滑結構,其中,該第二布層係選用網布或不織布。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之止滑結構,其中,該第一布層與該第一熱塑性彈性層與之間係以黏膠黏合。
