音圈馬達
本發明涉及一種音圈馬達。
音圈馬達具有體積小、用電量少及價格低廉等優點,已廣泛用作電子產品如數碼相機、手機、數碼攝像機中鏡頭的變焦驅動器,請參見文獻:Design of a voice coil motor used in the focusing system of a digital video camera,Magnetics, IEEE Transactions on Volume 41, Issue 20, Oct. 2005 Page(s):3979-3981。
常見的音圈馬達主要包括外殼、固定架、套筒、彈片和磁性件。該固定架通常為方體狀框架結構,其設有用於容納套筒的收容腔。該套筒用以裝設鏡筒,其外側壁纏繞有線圈。該磁性件嵌設於固定架側壁,並環繞該套筒且與線圈相對。該彈片固定於固定架下表面,其用於施予套筒彈性回復力從而防止套筒受損。變焦時,該線圈與電流相通而產生電磁場,該電磁場與磁性件的磁場相互作用,產生可移動套筒的驅動力驅動鏡筒相對影像感測器運動,從而改變鏡筒內的鏡片與影像感測器之間的距離,進而實現變焦。
上述音圈馬達的一個不足之處在於在套筒上纏繞線圈以及將磁性件點膠黏接到固定架上使得工序繁多,且不易組裝。
有鑒於此,本發明提供一種易於組裝的音圈馬達。
本發明提供一種音圈馬達,包括外殼、固定組件、可動組件和彈片,固定組件、可動組件和彈片收容於所述外殼中,所述固定組件包括複數磁鐵,所述可動組件包括線圈,所述線圈中通電後產生與所訴磁鐵相同的磁場,所述可動組件在磁性斥力的驅動下移動,所述固定組件還包括固定架,所述固定架和所述磁鐵通過埋入射出一體成型。
本發明的音圈馬達採用埋入射出成型固定架和磁鐵以及套筒和線圈,省去了常規將磁鐵點膠固定以及纏繞線圈等工序,有利於減少組裝工序以及降低組裝複雜度。
參閱圖1、圖2及圖3,音圈馬達100包括外殼20、固定組件30、可動組件40、彈片50及基座60。
外殼20包括頂板21和四個側板22。側板22自頂板21的邊緣伸出且大致與頂板21垂直,側板22與頂板21形成用於容置固定組件30、可動組件40和彈片50的容置空間。頂板21設有均貫通其相對兩表面的入光孔222,通過入光孔222外界的光能夠照射到成像感測器(未示出)。外殼20用於遮罩音圈馬達100內的元件,使之免受外部的電磁干擾,其可由鎳鐵合金、導電塑膠、表面導電材料或導電玻璃等磁遮罩材料製成。
固定組件30中空且大致呈方形,其包括固定架31及嵌設於固定架31各側壁內的四塊磁鐵32。在本實施例中,四塊磁鐵32和固定架31通過低溫埋入射出(insert molding)一體成型,在成型過程中的溫度範圍為70-80℃。固定架31由4個相互連接的側壁303構成,所述4個側壁303圍繞形成一第一容置腔301,所述第一容置腔301用於收容可動組件40。每個側壁303上形成有與第一容置腔301相連通的收容腔305,四塊磁鐵32分別固定於4個側壁303的收容腔305中,每個磁鐵32的一側與收容腔305的側面相抵觸,每個磁鐵32的另一側面向第一容置腔301。可以理解地,固定架31的形狀不限於方形,其還可為圓形、三角形、五邊形或六邊形等其他幾何形狀結構,只要其具有容置可動組件40的第一容置腔301即可。固定組件30具有端面302。彈片50安裝在該端面302上。
可動組件40裝設於第一容置腔301中,其包括套筒41及線圈42。在本實施方式中,套筒41和線圈42通過埋入射出一體成型,線圈42位於套筒41內部,自套筒41內部伸出有連接線圈42與供電線路的連接線(未示出),該線圈42通過該連接線能夠接入電流。套筒41具有大致呈圓柱形的第二容置腔414,且其內壁設有內螺紋411。線圈42環繞內螺紋411。第二容置腔414用於收容鏡頭模組中的鏡筒(圖未示)。
彈片50為方形平板狀結構,其幾何中心開設有通孔520,該通孔520用於光線射入鏡筒。彈片50固定於固定架31的端面302,並緊貼套筒41的下表面,在線圈42中通電後,線圈42產生與磁鐵32相同的磁場,從而能夠通過磁性斥力驅動可動組件40向基座60移動,在此過程中,該彈片50受到可動組件40的推動而發生彈性形變。當線圈42中斷電後,該彈片50的彈性恢復力能夠將該可動組件40推回至其初始位置。
基座60呈方形,其與外殼20相配合形成一個用來收容固定組件30、可動組件40及兩彈片50的收容空間。
在本實施方式中,由於固定組件30和可動組件40均採用埋入射出方式一體成型,省去了常規將磁鐵點膠固定以及纏繞線圈等工序,有利於減少組裝工序以及降低組裝複雜度。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種音圈馬達,包括外殼、固定組件、可動組件和彈片,固定組件、可動組件和彈片收容於所述外殼中,所述固定組件包括複數磁鐵,所述可動組件包括線圈,所述線圈中通電後產生與所訴磁鐵相同的磁場,所述可動組件在磁性斥力的驅動下移動,其改良在於:所述固定組件還包括固定架,所述固定架和所述磁鐵通過埋入射出一體成型。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之音圈馬達,其中,所述固定架包括複數側壁,每個側壁上形成有收容腔,每個磁鐵收容於一收容腔中。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之音圈馬達,其中,所述可動組件還包括套筒,所述套筒和線圈通過埋入射出一體成型,所述線圈位於所述套筒內部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之音圈馬達,其中,所述套筒包括容置腔,所述容置腔的內壁形成有螺紋,所述線圈圍繞所述螺紋。
