Abstract

一種電源輸出調節電路,包括一連接到一交流電源之整流濾波電路與一電壓輸出電路,該整流濾波電路將該交流電源提供之交流電轉變為一方波信號,該電源輸出調節電路還包括一降壓電路、一回饋電路與一脈寬調製控制電路,該降壓電路包括一接受該方波信號之初級線圈與一連接到該電壓輸出電路之次級線圈,該脈寬調製控制電路連接到該初級線圈而控制該初級線圈之通斷,該回饋電路由一直流電壓源供電,該回饋電路調節該脈寬調製控制電路輸出之脈衝之占空比而控制該初級線圈於一個週期內之導通時間。

Description

電源輸出調節電路
本發明涉及一種電源輸出電路,尤指一種可調節輸出電壓之輸出調節電路。
於電腦主機中一般安裝了電源,其主要用途係將交流電轉換為不同電壓之穩定直流電,以提供電腦主機中各零組件所需之不同電壓使用,然外接之交流電一般不穩定,則導致電源輸出之電壓亦不穩定,從而影響電腦主機內電子元件之運行。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種可提供穩定電壓之電源輸出調節電路。
一種電源輸出調節電路,包括一連接到一交流電源之整流濾波電路與一電壓輸出電路,該整流濾波電路將該交流電源提供之交流電轉變為一方波信號,該電源輸出調節電路還包括一降壓電路、一回饋電路與一脈寬調製控制電路,該降壓電路包括一接受該方波信號之初級線圈與一連接到該電壓輸出電路之次級線圈,該脈寬調製控制電路連接到該初級線圈而控制該初級線圈之通斷,該回饋電路由一直流電壓源供電,該回饋電路調節該脈寬調製控制電路輸出之脈衝之占空比而控制該初級線圈於一個週期內之導通時間。
相較於習知技術,上述電源輸出調節電路可藉由回饋電路自動調節輸出之電壓,從而提供穩定之輸出電壓。
請參閱圖1,於本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一電源輸出調節電路包括一整流濾波電路21、一降壓電路22、一脈寬調製控制電路23、一電壓輸出電路24與一回饋電路25,該整流濾波電路21連接到一交流電源10。
圖2為該電源輸出調節電路之電路圖,該降壓電路22包括一初級線圈221與一次級線圈222,該初級線圈221之一端連接到該整流濾波電路21,該初級線圈221之另一端連接於該脈寬調製控制電路23,該次級線圈222連接到該電壓輸出電路24,該電壓輸出電路24包括一輸出端241,該輸出端241輸出直流電壓給對應之電腦主機。
該回饋電路25包括電阻R1、R2、R3、一發光二極體L、一可變電阻RV與一個三端可調分流基準源U,該三端可調分流基準源U包括一正極Ua、一負極Uc與一控制端Ur,當控制端Ur所接之電壓接近一基準電壓時,三端可調分流基準源U之正極Ua與負極Uc之間有非飽與電流流過,且所流過之電流之大小隨著控制端Ur所接之電壓值之增加而增加、減小而減小。
該可變電阻RV之滑動端藉由電阻R1連接到該電壓輸出電路24之輸出端241,該可變電阻RV之固定端藉由電阻R3接地,該發光二極體L之正極藉由該電阻R2連接到一直流電壓源Dc,該直流電壓源Dc提供穩定之直流電壓,該發光二極體L之負極連接到該三端可調分流基準源U之負極Uc,該三端可調分流基準源U之控制端Ur連接到該可變電阻RV之固定端,該三端可調分流基準源U之正極Ua接地。
該脈寬調製控制電路23包括一脈衝生成器231、一開關232與一光電耦合器233,該光電耦合器233與該發光二極體L相對而受其控制,該光電耦合器233之一端接地,另一端連接到該脈衝生成器231,脈衝生成器231之另一端連接到該開關232而控制開關232之通斷,開關232之一端連接到初級線圈221,另一端接地。該光電耦合器233之導通狀況受發光二極體L之發光強度控制,發光二極體L之發光強度越大,光電耦合器233中電流越大,則脈衝生成器231產生之脈衝之占空比越小,開關232導通之時間越短,降壓電路22於一個週期內工作之時間越短,則傳遞到次級線圈222之能量越小,電壓輸出電路24輸出之直流電壓就越小。
該電源輸出調節電路工作時,該交流電源10提供之交流電被整流濾波電路21轉變為方波信號,方波信號被傳送到降壓電路22之初級線圈221,降壓電路22之次級線圈222對應產生電壓,而後藉由電壓輸出電路24之輸出端241輸出直流電壓給電腦主機。
當交流電源10波動而使輸出端241輸出之直流電壓過高時,該三端可調分流基準源U之控制端Ur之電壓升高,流過發光二極體L之電流變大,發光二極體L之發光強度變大,光電耦合器233中電流變大,脈衝生成器231產生之脈衝之占空比變小,開關232導通之時間變短,降壓電路22於一個週期內工作之時間變短,則傳遞到次級線圈222之能量變小,電壓輸出電路24之輸出端241輸出之直流電壓變小,從而進行調節。
當交流電源10波動而使輸出端241輸出之直流電壓過低時,則三端可調分流基準源U之控制端Ur之電壓降低,流過發光二極體L之電流變小,發光二極體L之發光強度變小,光電耦合器233中電流變小,脈衝生成器231產生之脈衝之占空比變大,開關232導通之時間變長,降壓電路22於一個週期內工作之時間變長,則傳遞到次級線圈222之能量變大,電壓輸出電路24之輸出端241輸出之直流電壓變大,從而進行調節。
且該電源輸出調節電路還可藉由調節滑動可變電阻RV之電阻值而調節輸出端241輸出之直流電壓之大小,從而適應不同之供電需求。
綜上所述,本發明係合乎發明專利申請條件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士其所爰依本案之創作精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種電源輸出調節電路,包括一連接到一交流電源之整流濾波電路與一電壓輸出電路,該整流濾波電路將該交流電源提供之交流電轉變為方波信號,該電源輸出調節電路還包括一降壓電路、一回饋電路與一脈寬調製控制電路,該降壓電路包括一接受該方波信號之初級線圈與一連接到該電壓輸出電路之次級線圈,該脈寬調製控制電路連接到該初級線圈而控制該初級線圈之通斷,該回饋電路由一直流電壓源供電,該回饋電路調節該脈寬調製控制電路輸出之脈衝之占空比而控制該初級線圈於一個週期內之導通時間。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該回饋電路包括一發光二極體,該脈寬調製控制電路包括一光電耦合器與一脈衝生成器,該光電耦合器中之電流大小受控於該發光二極體之發光強度,該脈衝生成器產生之脈衝之占空比根據該光電耦合器中之電流之變化而變化。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該回饋電路還包括一個三端可調分流基準源,該三端可調分流基準源包括一正極、一負極與一控制端,該三端可調分流基準源之負極連接該發光二極體之負極,該三端可調分流基準源之正極接地,調節該三端可調分流基準源之控制端上之一電壓而可調節該三端可調分流基準源之正極與負極之間之電流大小。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該發光二極體之正極藉由一電阻連接到該直流電壓源,該直流電壓源提供穩定之電壓。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該控制端藉由一可變電阻連接到該電壓輸出電路。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該可變電阻之一滑動端連接到該電壓輸出電路,該可變電阻之一固定端連接到該控制端,該滑動端能夠藉由自身之滑動來調節該控制端上之電壓。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該控制端還藉由一電阻接地。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電源輸出調節電路,其中該脈寬調製控制電路包括一開關,該初級線圈藉由該開關接地,該開關接收該脈寬調製控制電路發出之脈衝信號而通斷。
