Abstract

一種平板顯示器支架,其包括底座及裝於底座之安裝板、二導向體及定位元件,該二導向體相對固定於該安裝板上並均設有弧形導向槽,該定位元件包括軸體及裝設於軸體之卷簧,該卷簧包括固定於該安裝板上之延伸端,該軸體裝設於二導向體之間並可以於弧形導向槽內滑動,該卷簧為該安裝板定位提供彈力。

Description

平板顯示器支架
本發明涉及一種平板顯示器支架。
由於液晶顯示器體薄質輕,佔用空間小被人們廣泛應用,習慣性將液晶顯示器裝於支架上,並將支架固定於牆壁或固定座上,多是採用螺絲直接將固定座與支架固定,使用時,不便於調節顯示器之觀看角度。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種便於調節顯示器角度之平板顯示器支架。
一種平板顯示器支架,其包括底座及裝於底座之安裝板,該平板顯示器支架還包括二導向體及定位元件,該二導向體相對固定於該安裝板上並均設有弧形導向槽,該定位元件包括軸體及裝設於軸體之卷簧,該卷簧包括固定於該安裝板上之延伸端,該軸體裝設於二導向體之間並可以於弧形導向槽內滑動,該卷簧為該安裝板定位提供彈力。
本發明平板顯示器支架包括裝設有弧形導向槽之安裝板、軸體及裝設於軸體之卷簧,於安裝板移動時,該軸體於弧形導向槽內滑動,使安裝板達到傾斜角度,另卷簧之彈力為安裝板平衡提供定位力,該平板顯示器支架操作簡單輕巧,使用方便。
請一併參閱圖1與圖2,本發明較佳實施方式平板顯示器支架包括底座10、安裝板15、二導向體20、二固定板25及定位組件30。該二導向體20、二固定板25及定位組件30裝設於安裝板15上,該二固定板25與該底座10固定連接。
該底座10包括底板11、懸臂12及連接板14。該底板11固定於牆壁上。該懸臂12一端與固定於該底板11之鉸接軸13旋轉連接。該連接板14固定於該懸臂12另一端。該懸臂12用於調整連接板14相對底板11之角度及距離。所述二固定板25藉由螺釘等方式固定於該連接板14上。
該安裝板15包括板狀主體151、二相對之安裝壁152及一個固定塊153。該主體151設有一安裝面154。該二安裝壁152由該主體151上與安裝面154相反之表面相對兩邊彎折形成。該固定塊153設於該設有安裝壁152之表面之一端邊緣。安裝面154用於承載顯示器。
每一導向體20包括一長條形之側板21及二側壁22。該側板21相對之二邊呈弧形。該側壁22由該側板21之二弧形邊彎折延伸形成弧形板,二側壁22中部為弧形最高點。該二側壁22端部相連接,側壁22圍成弧形導向槽23,側壁22之最高點為該弧形導向槽23之最高點。
所述二固定板25為“L”形板,其包括第一板體251及與第一板體251連接之第二板體252。該第二板體252與該底座10之連接板14固定連接。
該定位組件30包括軸體31及卷簧34。該軸體31中部套有可相對軸體31旋轉之卷簧套32。該軸體31兩端分別設有滑塊33,該滑塊33為矩形且可滑動裝設於該弧形導向槽23內。該滑塊33設有與該軸體31端部卡持之缺口(圖未示)。該軸體31上卷簧套32與滑塊33之間之部分裝於該固定板25之第一板體251與第二板體252連接處並藉由螺釘與第一板體251固定。該卷簧34固定套於卷簧套32上,其設有一個延伸端341。
請一併參閱圖2,所述二導向體20之側板21藉由螺釘固定於該安裝板15之二安裝壁152上,二弧形導向槽23之槽口端相對而設,並且該弧形導向槽23最高點遠離該安裝板15。該軸體31裝設於二導向體20之間,該二滑塊33滑動裝設於弧形導向槽23內,該卷簧34套設並固定於該卷簧套32上,該延伸端341固定於該安裝板15之固定塊153上。此時,該安裝板15之安裝面154處於豎直狀態,該軸體31位於該二弧形導向槽23之中間位置,將固定板25之第二板體252該底座10之連接板14固定連接,即將該平板顯示器支架組裝完畢並可將平板顯示器固定於安裝板15之安裝面154上。
請一併參閱圖3與圖4,需要傾斜並調高平板顯示器角度時,固定板25不動,向上推動顯示器,帶動安裝板15及導向體20移動,從而使該軸體31上之滑塊33於弧形導向槽23中間位置向與安裝板15相反方向滑動,於此過程中,卷簧34之收縮彈力會輔助外力推使安裝板移動,直至該滑塊33從弧形導向槽23之最高端滑至弧形導向槽23之低端,此時,該弧形導向槽23之弧線圓心相對底座10向下移動,帶動該安裝板15向該弧形導向槽23之彎曲方向之傾斜。該卷簧34被卷收,由於卷簧34收縮彈力與受到顯示器帶來之重力與延伸端341給軸體31一個反向之力達到平衡,進而使該安裝板15定位於調節後之位置,
需要傾斜並調低平板顯示器角度時,向下拉動顯示器,帶動安裝板15及導向體20移動,從而使該軸體31上之滑塊33於弧形導向槽23中間位置向與安裝板15相反方向滑動,此過程中,卷簧34之收縮彈力會輔助外力推使安裝板移動,直至該滑塊33從弧形導向槽23之最高端滑至弧形導向槽23之另一低端,此時,該弧形導向槽23之弧線圓心相對底座10向上移動,帶動該安裝板15向該弧形導向槽23之彎曲方向之傾斜。該卷簧34被拉伸,該卷簧34之彈力與該安裝板15收到之重力方向相反,使該安裝板15保持平衡並定位,顯示器固定於低位。該平板顯示器支架結構簡單,調節時只需推動顯示器,使用方便輕巧,便於調節。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種平板顯示器支架,其包括底座及裝於底座之安裝板,其改良在於:該平板顯示器支架還包括二導向體及定位元件,該二導向體相對固定於該安裝板上並均設有弧形導向槽,該定位元件包括軸體及裝設於軸體之卷簧,該卷簧包括固定於該安裝板上之延伸端,該軸體裝設於二導向體之間並可以於弧形導向槽內滑動,該卷簧為該安裝板定位提供彈力。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該軸體中部套有卷簧套且軸體兩端裝設有滑塊,該卷簧套設固定於卷簧套上,該滑塊收容於該弧形導向槽內並可滑動。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該導向體包括側板及設於側板周緣之側壁,該側板與側壁圍成所述導向槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該安裝板相對兩側設有側壁,該二側壁之間之安裝板之一端設有固定塊,該卷簧之延伸端固定於固定塊上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該平板顯示器支架還包括二固定板,該二固定板包括第一板體及與第一板體垂直連接之第二板體,該第一板體與該軸體藉由螺釘固定。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該平板顯示器支架還包括可固定於牆壁之底座,該底座包括底板、轉動連接底板之懸臂及固定於懸臂一端之連接板,該第二板體與該連接板連接。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之平板顯示器支架,其中該安裝板還包括與裝設有導向體之表面相反之安裝面。
