    此外,於使用者在搭乘移動車時可直視的護胸墊部的頂面等配設顯示電池的殘餘容量的顯示部也可以。可使燈的顏色或點亮狀態等變化,顯示電池的殘餘容量,使用者可放心出門。
    當在護胸墊部的兩側部配設握持部時,可在移動時抓住握持部並保持身體,故姿勢的穩定性、安全性佳。而且,當在台部的兩側部配設框架部時,在就座部的升降時可支撐使用者的兩側,或者使用者可搭放胳臂而休息等,故使用性佳。
    就座部或護胸墊部的移動為電動或手動都可以。當具備電動的驅動機構部時,能以簡便的操作使就座部或護胸墊部移動到所需的位置,故操作性、省力性佳。此外,就座部與護胸墊部為一體使其前後移動或上下移動也可以,且各自獨立使其前後移動或上下移動也可以。例如可使用:使用四連桿組(four-bar linkage)等透過轉動使其前後移動及上下移動者,或藉由齒條(rack)與小齒輪(pinion)的組合、伸縮鐵(lazy tongs)等的連桿組(linkage)、油壓或氣壓氣缸(cylinder)、滾珠螺桿(ball screw)等的升降手段使其上下移動者等。而且,也能由台部的後方低位置到前方高位置斜斜地配置升降手段且同時使就座部的前後移動與上下移動進行。
    此外,藉由在使就座部移動到與移乘對象相同高度時,就座部的後端為與台部的後端部約略相同的位置或比台部的後端部還突出於後方而配置,可使就座部與馬桶座等的移乘對象接近,使得在移乘對象與就座部之間很難產生間隙,可容易進行移乘作業。
    此外,移動車也可藉由使用可攜式電話(portable telephone)等的移動通訊裝置(mobile communication equipment)或無線LAN(wireless Local Area Network:無線區域網路)等的遠程操作(remote operation)進行驅動。此情形,可藉由在使用者就座於床等的狀態下遙控操作操縱桿(joystick)等,使位於遠距離的(手搆不到的)位置的移動車移動,可進行定位於最佳的移乘位置,可在無介護者的輔助下由床等移乘到移動車,可減輕介護者的負擔。
    申請專利範圍第2項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述驅動機構部使用活塞氣缸(piston cylinder)或滾珠螺桿進行前述就座部及前述護胸墊部的前後移動及上下移動。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、能以一次的動作迅速地使就座部移動至最適於移乘或上下、移動(行走)的位置,故省力性、使用性佳。而且,因在台部的後方低位置與前方高位置之間使就座部移動時,可藉由將使用者的體重落於前方的護胸墊部而支撐,故不會失去平衡而能安全地進行前後移動及上下移動,無落下或跌倒之虞,任何人都能放心簡單地使用,動作的穩定性、可靠度佳。
    (2)、斜斜地配置油壓或氣壓氣缸、滾珠螺桿等的升降手段且可同時使前後移動與上下移動進行。
    (3)、可藉由使用活塞氣缸,降低零件數量,簡化驅動機構部的構成,謀求小型化、輕量化,故量產性、維修保養性佳。
    此處,透過驅動機構部使護胸墊部移動時的軌跡為直線狀或圓弧狀均可。可藉由自台部的後方低位置到前方高位置斜斜地配置驅動機構部,由台部的後方低位置朝前方高位置以直線狀的軌跡使就座部移動。
    申請專利範圍第3項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述驅動機構部使前述就座部及前述護胸墊部繞與前述台部的前後方向正交的水平軸轉動並進行前述就座部及前述護胸墊部的前後移動及上下移動。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、藉由具有使就座部及護胸墊部繞與台部的前後方向正交的水平軸轉動並進行就座部及護胸墊部的前後移動及上下移動之驅動機構部,能以小的力量抬起使用者並使其移動,故緊密性(compactness)、省力性佳。
    (2)、因藉由以驅動機構部使就座部或護胸墊部轉動,一邊使就座部或護胸墊部後傾,一邊使其下降並使使用者移乘,或一邊使就座部或護胸墊部前傾,一邊使其上升,故能以平順的動作將使用者保持於所需的姿勢(角度),或抬起到所需的高度,故動作穩定性佳。
    此處,驅動機構部若為藉由轉動使就座部或護胸墊部前後移動及上下移動者即可,而四連桿組等適合被使用。乃因可使機構緊密化(compacting),故省力性佳。
    申請專利範圍第4項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第3項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:使用透過轉動使前述就座部及前述護胸墊部前後移動及上下移動的四連桿組,當作前述驅動機構部。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第3項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、可藉由具備四連桿組當作驅動機構部的機構,使驅動機構部緊密化,故省空間性佳。
    (2)、可藉由具備四連桿組當作驅動機構部的機構,由台部的後方低位置朝前方高位置沿著圓弧狀的軌跡使就座部及護胸墊部移動,故省力性佳。
    申請專利範圍第5項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第4項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述驅動機構部的前述四連桿組包含:配設於前述台部之前後兩處的第一、第二連結轉動軸;配設於前述就座部的下部之前後兩處的第三、第四連結轉動軸;具有連結前述第一連結轉動軸與前述第三連結轉動軸的一個以上的連桿軸(link shaft)之前方連桿部;具有連結前述第二連結轉動軸與前述第四連結轉動軸的一個以上的連桿軸之後方連桿部;兩端部各自被轉動自如地連結並伸縮於前述前方連桿部及前述後方連桿部之連桿驅動部,前述就座部或前述護胸墊部的至少任一方被滑動自如地配設於立設於前述第三連結轉動軸或轉動自如地保持前述第三連結轉動軸與前述第四連結轉動軸的轉動軸保持部的任一個的支柱。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第4項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因驅動機構部的四連桿組具有配設於台部之前後兩處的第一、第二連結轉動軸,與配設於就座部的下部之前後兩處的第三、第四連結轉動軸,第一連結轉動軸與第三連結轉動軸及第二連結轉動軸與第四連結轉動軸各自藉由具有一個以上的連桿軸的前方連桿部及後方連桿部連結,故可藉由使兩端部被轉動自如地連結於前方連桿部及後方連桿部的連桿驅動部伸縮,在保持一定的第一、第二連結轉動軸間及第三、第四連結轉動軸間的距離下,前方連桿部及後方連桿部與台部頂面所成的角度變化,一邊使配置於第三、第四連結轉動軸的上方的就座部朝前後方向轉動,一邊使其上下移動,能以比藉由直動式的油壓或氣壓氣缸等直接使就座部上下移動還小的衝程(stroke)進行廣泛的高度調整,可謀求驅動機構部的小型化、輕量化。
    (2)、因就座部藉由前方連桿部及後方連桿部在前後兩處被支撐,故可確實地支撐使用者的體重,降低移動時的振動的產生,故姿勢的穩定化佳。
    (3)、因就座部或護胸墊部的至少任一方被滑動自如地配設於立設於第三連結轉動軸或轉動自如地保持第三連結轉動軸與第四連結轉動軸的轉動軸保持部的任一個的支柱,故可依照使用者的體格等使就座部或護胸墊部的位置上下移動,可擴大就座部或護胸墊部的可動範圍,故通用性佳。
    此處,雖然就座部配設於驅動機構部的第三、第四連結轉動軸的上方(可動部的上端側),但第三、第四連結轉動軸被轉動自如地保持的轉動軸保持部一體形成於就座部的下部也可以,且對轉動軸保持部裝卸自如地固定就座部也可以。
    而且,護胸墊部與就座部一體化,同時進行轉動及上下移動也可以,且也能與就座部獨立而進行轉動或上下移動。
    前方連桿部及後方連桿部各自至少以一根連桿軸連結第一連結轉動軸與第三連結轉動軸及第二連結轉動軸與第四連結轉動軸,惟當以兩根連桿軸連結各個連結轉動軸的左右兩處時,能以4根連桿軸支撐使用者的體重,支撐的穩定性、耐久性、安全性佳,故較適合。
    此外,連桿驅動部為油壓或氣壓氣缸等的伸縮手段適合被使用。乃因緊密且能移動重的物品,控制容易且無噪音可平順地進行動作。
    可藉由配設用以將支柱插通於就座部或護胸墊部的插通部,進行與插通的支柱螺絲固定或銷嵌合等而固定於所需的位置。
    而且,當將支柱立設於第三連結轉動軸時,可使支柱與第三連結轉動軸一起轉動,可自在地調整配設於支柱的護胸墊部或就座部的角度。此時,可藉由在支柱的下端部(第三連結轉動軸周圍)配設棘輪(ratchet)機構而以所需的角度固定支柱。藉由使護胸墊部或就座部繞轉動軸轉動,可依照使用者的體格或喜好調整護胸墊部或就座部的傾斜角度,能以輕鬆的姿勢使用。
    此外,也可以配設如下的構件:檢測就座於就座部的壓敏感測器(pressure-sensitive sensor)等的就座檢測部;在就座檢測部檢測出就座於就座部持續規定時間以上時,以聲音或光等發出警告之通報手段(notification means)。在由通報手段發出警告時,可藉由使就座部及護胸墊部前傾,將使用者的上半身落於護胸墊部,使支撐使用者的臀部的就座部後傾並由臀部敞開,防止臀部的血流受阻礙。而且,在配設檢測就座部的高度方向位置的位置感測器(position sensor),檢測出長時間持續就座姿勢時,藉由使就座部上升並採取接近立位的姿勢,也能防止血流受阻礙。
    支柱因在前傾時成為放置使用者的體重的支撐,故立設於就座部的前端側且就座部的寬度方向中央部較佳。當支柱在台部的前後方向轉動自如且與驅動機構的連結軸同軸配設時,可簡化構造。
    此外,當在護胸墊部的前面(台部的前方側)配設進行動力部的ON/OFF或就座部的上下移動的切換的開關時,可防止在移乘時突然移動,故安全性佳。
    當在護胸墊部的至少一側部或前部具備在水平面內被轉動自如地配設的握持部時,使用者能以自己的手握持握持部並使移動車靠近身體,或遠離身體而簡便地調整位置,故使用性佳,並且在使就座部或護胸墊部轉動時,使用者可握持握持部並確實地保持身體,故安全性佳。而且,因握持部在水平面內轉動自如,故藉由在搭乘後將握持部朝前方轉動使得握持部不會妨礙使用者的姿勢,可在前傾時以護胸墊部確實地支撐使用者的體重,不僅支撐的穩定性、確實性佳,也能僅藉由使握持部轉動而對應移乘時與移動時的兩個動作,故通用性佳,零件數量少且量產性佳。
    握持部能以金屬製或合成樹脂製的管子(pipe)等形成。而且,握持部的形狀可適宜選擇,惟形成U字形或倒U字形者較易握持,故適合被使用。藉由在形設於護胸墊部的插通部插通握持部的一端側,可令握持部為轉動自如。此外,對插通部藉由以螺絲固定或銷嵌合等固定握持部,可依照使用者的體格或姿勢、用途等調整握持部的高度。
    而且,可在握持部安裝用以操作移動車的駕駛或就座部的上下移動或轉動的開關或桿(lever)等。
    當具有配設於台部的前方或側方,保護使用者的腳部的至少一部分之腳部保護部時,可保護膝蓋或腿肚(calf)等的前面或兩側面,故安全性佳。
    腳部保護部的形狀可適宜選擇。也可以在台部的前方或側方立設面狀、柵狀、格子狀等的框架(frame)以包圍使用者的周圍,且直接保持使用者的腳部,不使其移動於橫向或前後方向而固定也可以。當保持使用者的腳部時,除了護胸墊部或就座部外,也能透過腳部保護部支撐使用者的體重的一部分,可分散支撐使用者的體重,故特別是即使是接近立位姿勢的狀態也能穩定維持使用者的姿勢,故使用性佳。此時腳部保護部具有水平剖面形成略半圓弧形或略U字形的缺口狀的兩個膝蓋抵接部,以便保持各個腳的前面及兩側面者適合被使用。特別是為了柔軟地支撐使用者的膝下(脛骨的上端)部分,以胺甲酸乙酯等的彈性構件形成膝蓋抵接部或腳部保護部全體者,或部分地將彈性體(elastic body)包覆於膝蓋抵接部的抵接面者較佳。
    申請專利範圍第6項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:具有被轉動自如地保持於前述就座部的後端側之護腰墊部,前述使用者在進行上下於前述就座部時將前述護腰墊部放倒於水平方向,前述使用者在就座於前述就座部並進行移動時將前述護腰墊部豎立於垂直方向。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因具有被轉動自如地保持於就座部的後端側之護腰墊部,故藉由在進行上下(移乘)於就座部時將護腰墊部放倒於水平方向,護腰墊部不會造成妨礙,藉由在就座於就座部並進行移動時將護腰墊部豎立於垂直方向,可支撐使用者的臀部或腰部,在起動時或加速時等可確實地防止由就座部落下,故使用性、安全性佳。
    (2)、使就座部移動到後方或下方,在與床或馬桶座等的移乘對象之間移乘時,無法充分地使就座部與移乘對象接近,當產生間隙時或無法使就座部與移乘對象成相同高度而產生段差(level difference)時等,可藉由將護腰墊部放倒於後方而解除該間隙或段差,可在就座部與移乘對象之間平順地進行移乘作業,故使用性、通用性佳。
    此處,護腰墊部若為可繞與台部的前後方向正交的水平軸轉動即可,轉動動作以電動進行也可以,且以手動進行也可以。可透過電動化而以簡便的操作使護腰墊部轉動到所需的角度,故操作性、省力性佳。
    申請專利範圍第7項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第6項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述護腰墊部連動於前述就座部的前後移動或上下移動或轉動而轉動。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第6項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、在使護腰墊部的轉動連動於就座部的前後移動或上下移動或轉動,使就座部移動到後方或下方時,若使護腰墊部自動地放倒於水平方向,則可不在意護腰墊部而平順地進行移乘動作,而且,在使就座部移動到前方或上方時,若使護腰墊部自動地豎立於垂直方向,則能以護腰墊部安全地支撐使用者,無須麻煩的操作,故使用性、安全性佳。
    申請專利範圍第8項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第7項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:在前述台部包含被滑動自如地配設於前後方向之踏板部。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第7項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因藉由在台部具有被滑動自如地配設於前後方向的踏板部,在使就座部前後移動時,可在使用者將腳承載於踏板部下使身體全體前後移動,故無須使腳懸起或無須使用者自身使腳前後移動,重心的穩定性、使用性佳。
    (2)、因在使就座部移動到後方,在與床或馬桶座等的移乘對象之間移乘時可使踏板部靠近移乘對象,故可平順地使體重移動而進行移乘動作,使用性佳。
    此處,踏板部若為可滑動於台部的前後方向者即可。在台部的頂面或左右的兩側部等與台部的前後方向平行形成或配設凹條的導軌(rail)或溝,導引踏板部者適合被使用。藉由在踏板部的底面或左右的兩側部配設車輪或滾輪等,可平順地使踏板部滑動。踏板部即使只是使用者放置腳且加上體重,也能配合使用者的身體的前後移動而使其移動,惟若與就座部連動且前後移動,則動作的穩定性、使用性佳。
    此外,踏板部未必需要配置成水平,後方變低使其傾斜而配置也可以。乃因在移動到後方時踏板部的高度變低,可容易上下。而且,當使踏板部與就座部一起上下移動時,可保持一定的就座部與踏板部的距離,不管就座部的高度,可一直支撐使用者的腳,故安全性、使用性佳。
    申請專利範圍第9項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第8項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述行走部包含:配設於前述台部的左右之驅動輪;配設於前述左右的驅動輪的各個之馬達。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第8項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因藉由在台部的左右的驅動輪具備馬達,僅調整各個驅動輪的轉數(number of revolution)就能回轉,故無須具備改變驅動輪的角度的機構就能簡化,故省空間性佳。
    (2)、因藉由在左右的驅動輪的各個具備馬達,將驅動輪配置於台部的中央附近,故即使是狹窄的空間也能進行中心回轉等。因此可當場回轉,即使是升降梯、走到盡頭等也無須倒車,故使用性佳。
    此處,馬達未特別指定,惟因藉由使用輪內馬達(in-wheel motor)在台部上無須配置馬達或連結軸等的空間,故可藉由大大地確保台部上的空間而容易確保就座部的下側的空間,可降低就座部的位置。此外,可藉由產生左右的驅動輪的轉速差,進行右轉或左轉,能以轉速差的比率使旋轉半徑(radius of gyration)變化。特別是當可各自獨立控制左右的驅動輪的旋轉方向而構成時,可藉由使一方正轉,使他方反轉而當場回轉,故機動性佳。再者,藉由在台部的前後方向中將驅動輪的位置配置於中央附近,能以狹窄的空間回轉。

    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第9項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、藉由具有被轉向自如地配設於台部的前方之前部輔助輪,即使在移乘時或行走中的減速時等將使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的前方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時及移動時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
    (2)、藉由在台部的前方具備前部輔助輪,即使使護胸墊部傾動(tilting)於前方使身體前傾並進行作業等也不會摔倒,故穩定性佳。
    (3)、藉由在台部的前方具備前部輔助輪,在使就座部前傾或上升的立位(直立)姿勢或前傾姿勢中,即使重心移動到台部的前方,也能保持重心的平衡,可防止移動車全體摔倒於前方。
    申請專利範圍第11項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第10項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:包含被轉向自如地配設於前述台部的後方之一個至複數個後部輔助輪。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第10項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、藉由具備被轉向自如地配設於台部的後方之後部輔助輪,即使在移乘時等將使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的後方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
    (2)、藉由具備後部輔助輪,即使在使就座部移動到後方並進行移乘時將體重施加於後方也不會摔倒,故穩定性佳。
    申請專利範圍第12項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第11項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:包含具有如下的構件的框架部:各自被立設於前述台部前方的兩側部之支撐部;在前述支撐部的上端部與前述台部的前後方向平行而被配設之扶手部;延設於前述扶手部的後端側之扶手部後端握持部。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第1項至第11項中任一項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因在就座部的兩側部具有扶手部,故在移乘時藉由將胳膊放在扶手部或以手抓住,可容易由台部後方跨過就座部而就座,無須藉助介護者的手就能一個人進行移乘,可大幅減輕介護者及被介護者(使用者)的負擔,故省力性、使用性佳。
    (2)、因在就座部的兩側部具有扶手部,可藉由將手搭在扶手部或以手抓住而保持使用者的體勢,可藉由就座部、護胸墊部及扶手部分散體重而確實地支撐使用者的身體,故在透過驅動機構部使就座部升降時,即使無靠背也能保持穩定的姿勢,使用者的穩定性、升降動作時的安全性佳。
    (3)、因在就座部的兩側部具有扶手部,扶手部自身在行走中、摔倒時、瞬間的碰撞時發揮保護使用者的作用,故安全性佳。
    (4)、因在就座部的兩側部具有扶手部,藉由將胳膊放在扶手部或以手抓住,使得使用者的體勢的保持或體勢的變更及重心的移動容易,故使用性、安全性佳。
    (5)、因在台部的兩側部具有框架部,即使在長時間的使用下也可變更就座姿勢或承受體重的位置,故可減輕長時間的保持同一姿勢造成的疲勞等,故使用性佳。

    (8)、因具備扶手部後端握持部,故在移乘時可抓住扶手部後端握持部而保持身體,移乘時的姿勢的穩定性、安全性佳。而且,對介護者等藉由握持握持部推移動車等使移動車移動也能容易進行,故使用性佳。
    此處,框架部的材質可適合使用鋁、不銹鋼(stainless)、鐵、鈦、鎂等的金屬或鋁、不銹鋼、鐵、鈦、鎂的合金、合成樹脂或添加碳纖維(carbon fiber)、玻璃纖維(glass fiber)等的複合樹脂(composite resin)等。藉由使用具有剛性及強度的材質,使得耐久性、可靠度佳,在移乘時或移動時可支撐使用者的體重或在碰撞時等可保護使用者的身體。
    申請專利範圍第13項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第12項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述框架部配設於台部的驅動機構部。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第12項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、因藉由框架部配設於台部的驅動機構部,使得框架部連動於就座部的上下移動及前後移動而上下移動及前後移動,故就座部無論位於哪個位置都能對兩側部的扶手部承受體重且確實地支撐使用者的身體並保持姿勢,故使用者的穩定性、安全性佳。
    申請專利範圍第14項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第12項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:包含:由前述框架部的前述扶手部後端握持部的後端側延設到下方之延設部;被轉向自如地配設於前述延設部的下端之延設部輔助輪。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第12項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、藉由延設部輔助輪配設於由扶手部後端握持部的後端側延設到下方之延設部的下端,即使在移乘時等使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的後方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時及移動時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
    申請專利範圍第15項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第12項或第14項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述行走部包含:被轉動自如地配設於前述框架部的外側之驅動輪;連結於前述驅動輪,藉由前述使用者以手動驅動使前述驅動輪轉動之手動驅動部。
    藉由該構成,除了申請專利範圍第12項或第14項的作用外還可得到如下的作用:
    (1)、藉由包含被轉動自如地配設於框架部的外側之驅動輪,與連結於驅動輪,藉由使用者以手動驅動使驅動輪轉動之手動驅動部,無須藉助介護者的手,使用者即使一個人也能移動,可減輕介護者的負擔,故使用性佳。
    手動驅動部若為使用者可藉由以手動驅動而轉動驅動輪的話即可,惟與習知的輪椅一樣的手推圈適合被使用。也可以依照需要配設電動輔助機構(electric power assisted mechanism)。乃因長時間或長距離的移動成為可能,故可動性佳。
    申請專利範圍第16項記載的發明是申請專利範圍第1項至第15項中任一項記載的移動車,具有如下的構成:前述就座部位於最低位置時,前述就座部的後端比前述台部的後端還位於後方。

    圖4是顯示使實施的形態一中的移動車的就座部上升的狀態之模式側視圖。
    在本實施的形態中,驅動機構部10使用以前方連桿部15與後方連桿部16連結台部2的第一、第二連結轉動軸11、12,與配設於就座部22的下部的第三、第四連結轉動軸13、14的四連桿組。
    若由圖3的狀態透過配設於使用者容易使用的位置的驅動機構部10的操作開關或桿等(未圖示)驅動連桿驅動部20,則隨著連桿驅動部20變短,前方連桿部15與後方連桿部16以第一、第二連結轉動軸11、12為中心連動並轉動,由與台部2的頂面2a略平行的狀態,如圖4所示變化成與台部2的頂面2a略正交的狀態。其結果,配設於立設於第三連結轉動軸13的支柱21的就座部22及護胸墊部23可在保持在圖3的姿勢(移乘姿勢)的狀態下,移動到圖4所示的立位姿勢的位置。
    此時,為了對應伴隨著就座部22及護胸墊部23的轉動及上升的重心位置的變化,可藉由沿著設於台部2的兩側面的導孔2b使連結軸4a、4b朝台部2的前方側移動,以附有腳輪的輔助框架4保持平衡,可防止移動車1朝前方摔倒。
    台部2透過具有當作行走部3的前輪的兩個驅動輪3a與兩個後輪3b使得穩定性佳,並且藉由以前輪當作驅動輪3a使得使用者容易想像移動車1的行進方向,故操作性佳。而且,藉由加大行走部3的前輪的驅動輪3a的直徑,可容易越過段差等,故行走性佳。此外,行走部3的後輪3b作成與驅動輪3a相同的大小也可以。而且,藉由使使用者的腳著地的台部2的頂面2a比使用者的肩寬還寬,作成平面,在移乘時不會妨礙腳的移動,故使用性佳。
    在本實施的形態中,驅動輪3a的動力部使用可正反旋轉的馬達。而且,對各個驅動輪3a內裝一個馬達,可各自獨立控制轉速或旋轉方向。乃因可透過左右的驅動輪3a的轉速差進行右轉或左轉,或者透過左右的驅動輪3a的旋轉方向的不同當場進行右旋轉或左旋轉,故機動性佳。此外,驅動輪3a的轉速或旋轉方向等的操作可藉由配設於握持部24的加速器桿(accelerator bar)或煞車桿(未圖示)、配設於護胸墊部23的開關(未圖示)等進行。
    藉由將成為動力部或動力源的電池與驅動輪3a一起配設於台部2的前方,於在使用者就座的狀態下就座部22下降或後傾,重心朝台部2的後方移動時,該等構件可當作重錘發揮使台部2水平地穩定的作用。此外,藉由令電池為裝卸自如,可由移動車1卸下並進行充電。而且,若在護胸墊部23的頂面等配設電池量表(battery gauge),則能以目視簡單地確認電池容量,故使用性佳。
    此外,行走部3不是被限定於本實施的形態者,也能使用輪內馬達當作行走部。可提供可藉由使用輪內馬達,無須在台部上配置馬達或連結軸等的空間,可大大地確保台部上的空間,故容易確保就座部的下側的空間,也可藉由降低就座部的位置提高穩定性,且可寬廣地得到放腳的空間等穩定性、居住性佳的移動車。行走部若為可使台部2移動(行走)者即可。例如具備履帶也可以,且具備多足步行的腳部等也可以。
    驅動機構部10在使就座部22下降到與床或馬桶座等的移乘對象同程度的高度時,就座部22的後端為與台部2的後端部同程度或比台部2的後端還突出於後方而配置。據此,可不將台部2的後部朝移乘對象的下部插入而使移乘對象與就座部22接近,可使使用者滑移而簡便地進行移乘,故通用性、使用性佳。藉由連桿驅動部20使用油壓氣缸或氣壓氣缸等,緊密且能移動重的物品,可進行控制且無噪音而能平順地使其動作。
    就座部22的形狀如圖2所示,由上看的形狀形成寬度由頂端緩緩地擴大到中央附近,隨著由中央附近進行到後方以更大的比例擴大寬度的尖頭型(自行車的鞍形狀),在移乘時不會造成妨礙,且在使就座部22上升並採取立位姿勢時不會妨礙大腿部的操作。此外,就座部22的形狀不是被限定於此,可選擇使用者容易跨過的任意的形狀,例如可形成與葫蘆型或乘馬用的鞍等一樣的形狀。
    此外,在本實施的形態中雖然將就座部22的插通部22a插通於立設於第三連結轉動軸13的支柱21,以固定操作部22b透過螺旋夾鉗滑動自如地固定就座部22,但就座部22固定於轉動軸保持部10a的頂面也可以。而且,支柱21也能與轉動軸保持部10a一體形成。
    護胸墊部23以具有柔軟性、彈力性的材質形成,以便不給予使用者的胸部部分的壓迫或難受的感覺。此外,護胸墊部23的材質或形狀可依照使用者的體格等選擇面積、形狀、硬度等。
    握持部24以金屬製或合成樹脂製的管子形成倒U字形,將一端側可固定左右方向的轉動角而插通於護胸墊部23的卡合孔23b。據此,可依照需要在水平面內使握持部24轉動,可使握持部24移動至護胸墊部23的側方或前方位置等的容易抓握的位置而使用。此外,藉由在握持部24的端部安裝作為防滑用的橡膠製的手柄(grip),將胸部按壓於護胸墊部23的使用者可確實地握持握持部24的端部,可保持輕鬆的姿勢。
    腳部保護部25的下端部被嵌裝固定於使第一連結轉動軸11的兩端部彎曲的彎曲部11a。據此,可使腳部保護部25與第一連結轉動軸11一起轉動。而且,在腳部保護部25形成水平剖面為略半圓弧狀或略U字形且後方敞開的兩個膝蓋抵接部25a。據此,可保護使用者的兩腳的膝下(脛骨的上端)部分的前面及兩側面。而且,因可支撐使用者的體重的一部分,且在橫向及前後方向腳不會移動而保持,故可穩定維持立位姿勢或前傾姿勢,特別是可保護膝蓋並減輕其負擔,故使用性佳。此外,當在膝蓋抵接部25a的基部與表皮之間放入胺甲酸乙酯泡沫等的彈性構件時可緩和移動車1的移動時的振動或碰撞、神經的壓迫等。

    其次,針對由移乘對象移乘到實施的形態一的移動車時的使用方法進行說明。
    圖5是顯示使用實施的形態一的移動車由馬桶座移乘前的狀態之模式側視圖,圖6是顯示使用實施的形態一的移動車由馬桶座移乘後的狀態之模式側視圖。
    圖5及圖6中,30為具備成為移乘對象的馬桶座30a的西式的便器,X為使用者。
    在圖5中使用者X在坐在馬桶座30a的狀態下以兩手握持握持部24,將移動車1拉到跟前直到移動車1的就座部22的後端與馬桶座30a接觸的程度,定位於最佳的位置,將兩腳放在台部2的頂面2a。此時,可依照需要藉由使握持部24轉動到跟前(台部2的後方側),確實地握持握持部24。
    此外,藉由預先將驅動機構部10的連桿驅動部20伸長,使就座部22的高度下降到與使用者X所坐的馬桶座30a等的高度相同程度的位置,可容易進行由馬桶座30a移乘到就座部22。而且,藉由使附有腳輪的輔助框架4朝台部2的後方移動,使使用者X移乘時的穩定性佳。此外,附有腳輪的輔助框架4的連結軸4a、4b透過第二連結轉動軸12與齒輪或皮帶等的連桿組連接,配合驅動機構部10的第二連結轉動軸12的轉動而前後移動。
    接著如圖6所示,藉由一邊握持握持部24,一邊使臀部朝前方移動朝就座部22就座,以便將護胸墊部23拉到使用者X的胸部,使兩腳朝前方移動,完成在座位姿勢下的搭乘。
    此外,在本實施的形態中雖然是針對由便器30的馬桶座30a移乘到移動車1的情形進行了說明,但即使是移乘對象為床或輪椅等其他的情形,使用方法也相同。而且,當由移動車1移乘到移乘對象的床或馬桶座30a等時,以與上述的程序大致相反的順序進行動作也可以。
    接著,針對在實施的形態一的移動車的立位姿勢的使用方法進行說明。
    圖7是顯示以實施的形態一的移動車由座位姿勢移至立位姿勢的狀態之模式側視圖。
    若由圖6的狀態,使用者X操作操作桿(未圖示)等並驅動驅動機構部10,則如圖7所示,就座部22或護胸墊部23一邊轉動到前方一邊上升,使使用者X移至立位姿勢。此時,為了保持台部2上的重量平衡,附有腳輪的輔助框架4透過前述的連桿組,伴隨著第二連結轉動軸12的旋轉而朝台部2的前方移動。
    此外,就座部22的高度調整到膝蓋緩緩地彎曲的程度,以便能以就座部22、護胸墊部23、腳部保護部25分散支撐使用者X的體重較佳。而且,腳部保護部25以棘輪機構或螺旋夾鉗等調節角度,以便使用者X的膝下附近抵接膝蓋抵接部25a且被保持較佳。
    可藉由使用者X解除移動車1的煞車,操作加速器桿等而移動。
    接著,針對在實施的形態一的移動車的前傾姿勢下的使用方法進行說明。
    圖8是顯示實施的形態一的移動車的前傾姿勢之模式側視圖。
    在圖8中,可藉由使用棘輪機構或螺旋夾鉗等使支柱21繞第三連結轉動軸13轉動並固定,使就座部22及護胸墊部23前傾而將使用者X的體重落於護胸墊部23,特別是可大幅減輕脊椎有損傷的使用者X的負擔,能以輕鬆的姿勢長時間搭乘,故使用性、通用性佳。此外,藉由在轉動軸保持部10a與就座部22的底部之間配設連桿組或活塞氣缸(piston cylinder)等並進行就座部22的角度調整或固定也可以。
    如以上因構成實施的形態一中的移動車,故可得到如下的作用。
    (1)、就座部無靠背,可由台部的後方或側方上下,在移乘時無須分解就座部或使就座部變形,特別是使用者為腿和腰等衰弱的被介護者的情形,可由就座於床或馬桶座等的狀態不改變身體的方向下容易由台部後方跨過就座部而就座,無須藉助介護者的手就能一個人進行移乘,可藉由台部支撐被介護者(使用者)的體重,跌倒等很難發生,可大幅減輕介護者及被介護者(使用者)的負擔,故省力性、使用性佳。
    (2)、因具有立設於就座部的前端側,抵接使用者的胸部之護胸墊部,故可藉由以前傾姿勢抱住護胸墊部而放置體重,可藉由就座部及護胸墊部分散體重而確實地支撐使用者的身體,即使無靠背也能以穩定的姿勢維持長時間的座位姿勢或立位姿勢或者進行移動,可減輕給予使用者的背部或腰等的負擔,故安全性、使用性佳。
    (3)、藉由使護胸墊部抵接使用者的胸部,可描繪脊椎透過頸椎而前彎、透過胸椎而後彎、透過腰椎而前彎的S字形的曲線,且可採取接近骨盤稍微前傾的正常的立位姿勢的姿勢,可保持體重均勻地分散於坐骨結節的理想的座位姿勢,可減輕使用者的負擔,故長時間的連續使用性佳。
    (4)、因藉由具有使就座部及護胸墊部繞與台部的前後方向正交的水平軸轉動之驅動機構部,可依照床或馬桶座等的移乘對象物的高度或使用者的體格或姿勢等使就座部或護胸墊部的位置移動於前後方向或上下方向而進行調整,可使移乘對象物與就座部接近,故可一個人簡便地進行移乘動作,即使是在移乘對象物的下部無台部的插入空間的情形也能使用,故通用性佳。
    (5)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部或護胸墊部朝前後方向轉動,故可一邊使就座部或護胸墊部後傾一邊下降,且使用者可安全且簡便地上下,並且可藉由一邊使就座部或護胸墊部前傾一邊上升,將使用者保持於所需的姿勢(角度),或抬起到所需的高度,能以使用者的輕鬆的姿勢進行移動,故使用性佳。
    (6)、由於是無靠背,使用者的背面(就座部的後方)被敞開的背面敞開型,故當使用者為脊椎或腰椎等背部或腰有損傷的患者時,仍舊可容易由背面(背部)進行診察,無須朝床等移動,可減輕使用者的負擔,並且可縮短診察所需的時間,故診察的作業性佳。
    (7)、因台部具有行走部,故不限於老人或肢體行動不便者等,健康的小孩到大人廣泛的使用者可簡單地使用以取代腳踏車、機車、輪椅等而進行在戶內、戶外的移動。

    (9)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部或護胸墊部上升,或使護胸墊部前傾,故手也搆得到在習知的輪椅所不及的地方,也能簡便地進行將東西取出和放入到高處或門的開關、洗臉或烹調等,可擴大作業範圍,故功能性佳。
    (10)、可藉由驅動機構使就座部升降,使使用者的髖關節、膝關節、踝關節等運動,即使是一個人也能進行利用屈伸運動的下半身的關節可動域的擴大或肌肉力量增強、血流的改善等的復健,可防止下半身的運動功能的降低或水腫等,故功能性、省力性佳。
    (11)、因驅動機構部具有配設於台部之前後兩處的第一、第二連結轉動軸,與配設於就座部的下部之前後兩處的第三、第四連結轉動軸,第一連結轉動軸與第三連結轉動軸及第二連結轉動軸與第四連結轉動軸各自藉由具有一個以上的連桿軸的前方連桿部及後方連桿部連結,故可藉由使兩端部被轉動自如地連結於前方連桿部及後方連桿部的連桿驅動部伸縮,在保持一定的第一、第二連結轉動軸間及第三、第四連結轉動軸間的距離下,前方連桿部及後方連桿部與台部頂面所成的角度變化,一邊使配置於第三、第四連結轉動軸的上方的就座部朝前後方向轉動,一邊使其上下移動,能以比藉由直動式的油壓或氣壓氣缸等直接使就座部上下移動還小的衝程進行廣泛的高度調整,可謀求驅動機構部的小型化、輕量化。
    (12)、因就座部藉由前方連桿部及後方連桿部在前後兩處被支撐,故可確實地支撐使用者的體重,降低移動時的振動的產生,故姿勢的穩定化佳。
    (13)、因就座部及護胸墊部被滑動自如地配設於立設於第三連結轉動軸的支柱,故可依照使用者的體格等使就座部或護胸墊部的位置上下移動,可擴大就座部或護胸墊部的可動範圍,故通用性佳。
    (14)、因在護胸墊部的至少一側部具有在水平面內被轉動自如地配設的握持部,被看護者可透過以自己的手握持握持部並使移動車靠近身體,或遠離身體而簡便地調整位置,故使用性佳。
    (15)、因在使就座部或護胸墊部移動時,被看護者握持握持部且可確實地保持身體,故安全性佳。
    (16)、因握持部在水平面內轉動自如,故藉由在搭乘後將握持部朝前方轉動使得握持部不會妨礙使用者的姿勢,可在前傾時以護胸墊部確實地支撐使用者的體重,故支撐的穩定性、確實性佳。
    (17)、可僅藉由使握持部轉動而使其移動至對應移乘時與移動時的兩個動作的最佳位置,故通用性佳,零件數量少且量產性佳。

    (19)、可藉由配設於台部的前方的腳部保護部保護膝蓋或腿肚等的前面或兩側面,故安全性佳。
    (20)、因在台部的兩側部具有與台部的縱向平行被前後移動自如地配設的附有腳輪的輔助框架,故可藉由依照使用者的姿勢(重心位置)使輔助框架前後移動,不使台部摔倒而保持平衡,故安全性佳。
    (21)、在不使用時,讓台部與附有腳輪的輔助框架重疊而使附有腳輪的輔助框架移動,可縮短全長並緊密地收納,故運送性、省空間性佳。
    (實施的形態二)
    圖9是顯示使實施的形態二中的移動車的就座部下降的狀態之模式側視圖。此外,對與實施的形態一一樣的構件附加同一的符號,省略說明。
    圖9中實施的形態二中的移動車1A與實施的形態一不同者為以下的幾點:使用利用使就座部22及護胸墊部23上下移動的油壓氣缸或氣壓氣缸等的活塞氣缸20A的驅動機構部10A,取代使就座部22及護胸墊部23轉動及上下移動的四連桿組的驅動機構部10;轉動軸保持部10b一體形設於就座部22的下部;支柱21透過連結轉動軸13a被轉動自如地保持於轉動軸保持部10b。
    在本實施的形態中雖然驅動機構部10A使用活塞氣缸20A,惟不是被限定於此,也可以使用組合齒條與小齒輪者、伸縮鐵等的連桿組、滾珠螺桿等的升降手段。而且,就座部22或護胸墊部23的傾動(tilting)、固定也可以透過棘輪機構或螺旋夾鉗等以手動進行。
    而且,驅動機構部10A不限於使就座部22或護胸墊部23上下移動於垂直方向者,也能由台部2的後方低位置到前方高位置使就座部22或護胸墊部23移動於斜的方向,也能同時進行前後移動及上下移動。此情形,能以一次的動作迅速地使就座部22移動至最適於移乘或上下、移動(行走)的位置,故省力性、使用性佳。而且,因在台部2的後方低位置與前方高位置之間使就座部22移動時,可將使用者的體重落於並支撐於前方的護胸墊部23,故可不失去平衡而安全地進行前後移動及上下移動,無落下或跌倒之虞,任何人都能放心簡單地使用,動作的穩定性、可靠度佳。
    此外,實施的形態二的移動車1A的使用方法因與實施的形態一的移動車1一樣,故省略說明。
    如以上因構成實施的形態二中的移動車,故除了在實施的形態一得到的(1)至(3)、(6)至(8)、(14)至(21)的作用外,還可得到如下的作用。
    (1)、因可藉由具有使就座部及護胸墊部移動於台部的上下方向的驅動機構部,依照床或馬桶座等的移乘對象物的高度或使用者的體格或姿勢等自在地調整就座部或護胸墊部的位置,可使移乘對象物與就座部接近,故可一個人簡便地進行移乘動作,即使是在移乘對象物的下部無台部的插入空間的情形也能使用,故通用性佳。
    (2)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部及護胸墊部上下移動,故在使就座部及護胸墊部下降並使使用者移乘後,可藉由使就座部或護胸墊部上升,抬起到所需的高度,能以使用者的輕鬆的姿勢進行移動,故使用性佳。
    (3)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部及護胸墊部上升,故手也搆得到在習知的輪椅所不及的地方,也能簡便地進行將東西取出和放入到高處或門的開關、洗臉或烹調等,可擴大作業範圍,故功能性佳。
    (4)、可僅藉由活塞氣缸簡便且確實地使就座部上下移動,對床或馬桶座等的移乘對象的就座部的高度調整容易且使用性佳。
    (5)、因就座部藉由活塞氣缸僅進行上下移動,故重心位置不會前後大大地變化,無須利用附有腳輪的輔助框架進行的平衡調整,故使用性佳。
    (6)、可藉由使用活塞氣缸,降低零件數量,簡化驅動機構部的構成,謀求小型化、輕量化,故量產性、維修保養性佳。
    (7)、可藉由使護胸墊部前傾,將使用者的體重落於護胸墊部,特別是可大幅減輕脊椎有損傷的使用者的負擔,能以輕鬆的姿勢長時間搭乘,故使用性、通用性佳。
    (實施的形態三)
    圖10是顯示使實施的形態三的移動車的就座部下降的狀態之模式俯視圖,圖11是顯示以立位姿勢搭乘實施的形態三的移動車的狀態之模式側視圖,圖12是顯示使用實施的形態三的移動車移乘到馬桶座前的狀態之模式側視圖。此外,對與實施的形態一或二一樣的構件附加同一的符號,省略說明。
    在圖10至圖12中,實施的形態三中的移動車1B與實施的形態一不同者為以下的幾點:行走部3的驅動輪3a小小地形成;在台部2的頂面2a之上具備被滑動自如地配設於前後方向的踏板部2d;具備被轉動自如地保持於就座部22的後端部的護腰墊部22c。
    在圖10中,踏板部2d被承載於台部2的頂面2a,藉由左右兩側部導引並滑動於前後方向。藉由在踏板部2d的底面或左右的兩側部配設車輪或滾輪等,可平順地使踏板部2d滑動。此外,踏板部2d即使只是使用者X放置腳且加上體重,也能配合使用者X的身體的前後移動而使其移動,惟若與就座部22連動且前後移動,則動作的穩定性、使用性佳。為了使就座部22與踏板部2d的動作連動,例如配合驅動機構部10的連桿驅動部20的伸縮並使驅動踏板部2d的車輪的馬達正反旋轉的話即可。此外,在本實施的形態中雖然是水平地配置踏板部2d,惟當後方變低使其傾斜而配置時,在移動到後方時踏板部2d的高度變低,可容易進行上下,故使用性佳。而且,當使踏板部2d與就座部22一起上下移動時,可保持一定的就座部22與踏板部2d的距離,不管就座部22的高度,可一直以踏板部2d支撐使用者X的腳,故安全性、使用性佳。
    而且在圖10中,護腰墊部22c的下端部被轉動自如地保持於就座部22的後端部。藉由護腰墊部22c可繞與台部2的前後方向正交的水平軸轉動,可使護腰墊部22c對就座部22轉動到所需的角度。
    當以立位姿勢進行移動時,如圖11所示,藉由使就座部22移動到前方或上方,並且將護腰墊部22c豎立於垂直方向,能以護腰墊部22c安全地支撐使用者X的臀部附近,故安全性佳。
    其次,當在與馬桶座30a等的移乘對象之間進行移乘時是如圖12所示,藉由使就座部22移動到後方或下方,並且使踏板部2d移動到後方,使用者X不會失去平衡而能平順地使身體全體移動。而且,藉由將護腰墊部22c放倒於水平方向(後方),使得護腰墊部22c不會造成妨礙,可平順地進行移乘動作,故使用性佳。特別是如圖12所示,當無法充分地使就座部22與移乘對象的馬桶座30a接近時,可藉由將護腰墊部22c放倒於後方而解除該間隙並在就座部22與馬桶座30a之間平順地進行移乘作業,故使用性、通用性佳。而且,即使是無法使就座部22與移乘對象成相同高度而產生段差的情形,也可藉由護腰墊部22c解除該段差。
    護腰墊部22c的轉動動作以電動進行也可以,且以手動進行也可以,惟可透過電動化以簡便的操作使其轉動至所需的角度,故操作性、省力性佳。特別是當連動於就座部22的前後移動及上下移動,自動地進行護腰墊部22c的轉動時,無須麻煩的操作,不會有在將護腰墊部22c放倒於後方下開始移動,故安全性、操作性佳。
    此外,即使是以就座姿勢進行移動(行走)的情形也能藉由豎立護腰墊部22c,在起動時或加速時等安全地支撐使用者X,故可靠度佳。
    如以上因構成實施的形態三中的移動車,故除了在實施的形態一得到的作用外,還可得到如下的作用。
    (1)、因具有被轉動自如地保持於就座部的後端側的護腰墊部,故藉由在進行上下(移乘)於就座部時將護腰墊部放倒於水平方向,護腰墊部不會造成妨礙,藉由在就座於就座部並進行移動時將護腰墊部豎立於垂直方向,可支撐使用者的臀部或腰部,在起動時或加速時等可確實地防止由就座部落下,故使用性、安全性佳。
    (2)、使就座部移動到後方或下方,在與床與馬桶座等的移乘對象之間移乘時,無法充分地使就座部與移乘對象接近,當產生間隙時或無法使就座部與移乘對象成相同高度而產生段差時等,可藉由將護腰墊部放倒於後方而解除該間隙或段差,可在就座部與移乘對象之間平順地進行移乘作業,故使用性、通用性佳。
    (3)、因藉由在台部具有被滑動自如地配設於前後方向的踏板部,在使就座部前後移動時,可在使用者將腳承載於踏板部下使身體全體前後移動,故無須使腳懸起或無須使用者自身使腳前後移動,重心的穩定性、使用性佳。
    (4)、因在使就座部移動到後方,在與床或馬桶座等的移乘對象之間移乘時,可使踏板部靠近移乘對象,故可平順地使體重移動而進行移乘動作,使用性佳。
    (實施的形態四)
    圖13是顯示在台部的前方使實施的形態四的移動車的就座部下降的狀態之模式斜視圖,圖14是顯示在台部的後方使實施的形態四的移動車的就座部下降的狀態之模式側視圖,圖15是顯示在台部的前方使實施的形態四的移動車的就座部上升的狀態之模式側視圖,圖16是實施的形態四的移動車之模式前視圖,圖17是由實施的形態四的移動車的後方看之模式斜視圖。此外,對與實施的形態一至三一樣的構件附加同一的符號,省略說明。
    在圖13至圖17中,實施的形態四中的移動車1C與實施的形態一的移動車1A不同者為以下的幾點:具有具備輪內馬達3c的行走部3A以取代行走部3;具有配設於台部2的前方的前部輔助輪3d與配設於台部2的後方的後部輔助輪3e;具備藉由活塞氣缸20A驅動,使就座部22及護胸墊部23及後述的框架部41上下移動之上下驅動機構部10c,與藉由活塞氣缸20B驅動,使就座部22及護胸墊部23及後述的框架部41前後移動之前後驅動機構部10d之驅動機構部10B,以取代驅動機構部10。
    此外,圖13中41a為各自配設於驅動機構部10B的兩側部的框架部41的支撐部,41b為在支撐部41a的上端部與台部2的前後方向平行延設的框架部41的扶手部,41c為延設於扶手部41b的後端的扶手部41b的扶手部後端握持部,41f為連結於水平方向補強左右的支撐部41a的框架部41的水平補強部,42為由配設於框架部41的支撐部41a的操縱桿等構成的操作部。
    圖17中,3c為配設於行走部3A的驅動輪3a的內部的輪內馬達,44為當作行走部3A及驅動機構部10B等的驅動源使用的電池。
    在本實施的形態中,因具有在驅動輪3a之中具備輪內馬達3c的構成當作行走部3A,故無需在台部2上設置馬達或驅動連結軸的空間,省空間性佳。而且,因有效地利用空間降低就座部的最低位置,故低重心且穩定性佳。
    由於是將行走部3A配設於對台部2的前後方向為中央附近,像可在狹窄的空間進行中心回轉等醫院等的設施內的升降梯內或廁所般,在行走空間被限定的場所的使用等,進行倒車困難的情形,可當場進行回轉的構造,故使用性佳。
    框架部41的形狀不是被限定於本實施的形態,水平補強部41f可適宜選擇數目或角度或配置等。
    而且,雖然行走部3A比實施的形態一大,但也不是被限定於本實施的形態,大小、寬度、角度、配置等可適宜選擇。
    雖然在框架部41配設操作部42,但操作部42的安裝位置不被限定於此,可方便使用者而適宜選擇。
    此外,因實施的形態四的移動車1C的使用方法與實施的形態一的移動車1一樣,故省略說明。
    如以上因構成實施的形態四中的移動車,故除了在實施的形態一得到的(1)至(10)、(14)至(19)的作用外,還可得到如下的作用。
    (1)、因藉由在台部的左右的驅動輪具備馬達,僅調整各個驅動輪的轉數就能回轉,故無須具備改變驅動輪的角度的機構就能簡化,故省空間性佳。
    (2)、因藉由在左右的驅動輪的各個具備馬達,將驅動輪配置於台部的中央附近,故即使是狹窄的空間也能進行回轉。因此可當場回轉,即使是升降梯、走到盡頭等也無須倒車,故使用性佳。
    (3)、藉由具有被轉向自如地配設於台部的前方之前部輔助輪,即使在移乘時或行走中的減速時等將使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的前方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時及移動時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
    (4)、藉由在台部的前方具備前部輔助輪,即使使護胸墊部傾動於前方使身體前傾並進行作業等也不會摔倒,故穩定性佳。
    (5)、藉由在台部的前方具備前部輔助輪,在使就座部前傾或上升的立位(直立)姿勢或前傾姿勢中,即使重心移動到台部的前方,也能保持重心的平衡,可防止移動車全體摔倒於前方。
    (6)、藉由具備被轉向自如地配設於台部的後方之後部輔助輪,即使在移乘時等將使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的後方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
    (7)、藉由具備後部輔助輪,即使在使就座部移動到後方並進行移乘時將體重施加於後方也不會摔倒,故穩定性佳。
    (8)、因在台部上方的兩側部具有扶手部,故在移乘時藉由將胳膊放在扶手部或以手抓住,可容易由台部後方跨過就座部而就座,無須藉助介護者的手就能一個人進行移乘,可大幅減輕介護者及被介護者(使用者)的負擔,故省力性、使用性佳。
    (9)、因在台部上方的兩側部具有扶手部,可藉由將手搭在扶手部或以手抓住而保持使用者的體勢,可藉由就座部、護胸墊部及扶手部分散體重而確實地支撐使用者的身體,故在透過驅動機構部使就座部升降時,即使無靠背也能保持穩定的姿勢,使用者的穩定性、升降動作時的安全性佳。
    (10)、因在台部上方的兩側部具有扶手部,扶手部自身在行走中、摔倒時、瞬間的碰撞時發揮保護使用者的作用,故安全性佳。
    (11)、因在台部上方的兩側部具有扶手部,藉由將胳膊放在扶手部或以手抓住,使得使用者的體勢的保持或體勢的變更及重心的移動容易,故使用性、安全性佳。
    (12)、因在台部的兩側部具有框架部,即使在長時間的使用下也可變更就座姿勢或承受體重的位置,故可減輕長時間的保持同一姿勢造成的疲勞等,故使用性佳。
    (13)、因在台部的兩側部具有框架部,不僅可藉由框架部保護使用者的身體,在使用者由床或馬桶座等移乘時,可握持框架部並使就座部接近身體,並且在到就座於就座部之間可藉由框架部確實地支撐使用者的體重,故操作性、移乘動作的安全性佳。
    (14)、因具備扶手部,使用者可搭放胳臂而休息等,故使用性佳。
    (15)、因具備扶手部後端握持部,故在移乘時可抓住扶手部後端握持部而保持身體,移乘時的姿勢的穩定性、安全性佳。而且,對介護者等藉由握持握持部推移動車等使移動車移動也能容易進行,故使用性佳。
    (16)、因藉由框架部配設於台部的驅動機構部,使得框架部連動於就座部的上下移動及前後移動而上下移動及前後移動,故就座部無論位於哪個位置都能對兩側部的扶手部承受體重且確實地支撐使用者的身體並保持姿勢,故使用者的穩定性、安全性佳。
    (17)、藉由就座部位於最低位置時,就座部的後端比台部的後端還位於後方,可使就座部接近床或馬桶座等的移乘對象物而容易進行移乘,即使是在移乘對象物的下部無台部的插入空間的情形也能利用,故通用性、使用性佳。
    (18)、因可藉由具有使就座部及護胸墊部移動於台部的上下方向的驅動機構部,依照床或馬桶座等的移乘對象物的高度或使用者的體格或姿勢等自在地調整就座部或護胸墊部的位置,可使移乘對象物與就座部接近,故可一個人簡便地進行移乘動作,即使是在移乘對象物的下部無台部的插入空間的情形也能使用,故通用性佳。
    (19)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部及護胸墊部上下移動,故在使就座部及護胸墊部下降並使使用者移乘後,可藉由使就座部或護胸墊部上升,抬起到所需的高度,能以使用者的輕鬆的姿勢進行移動,故使用性佳。
    (20)、因可藉由驅動機構部使就座部及護胸墊部上升,故手也搆得到在習知的輪椅所不及的地方,也能簡便地進行將東西取出和放入到高處或門的開關、洗臉或烹調等,可擴大作業範圍,故功能性佳。
    (21)、可僅藉由活塞氣缸簡便且確實地使就座部上下移動,對床或馬桶座等的移乘對象的就座部的高度調整容易且使用性佳。
    (22)、可藉由使用活塞氣缸,降低零件數量,簡化驅動機構部的構成,謀求小型化、輕量化,故量產性、維修保養性佳。
    (23)、因可藉由使用輪內馬達,大大地確保台部的空間,且容易確保就座部的下側的空間,故居住性、使用性佳。

    (實施的形態五)
    圖18是顯示使實施的形態五中的移動車的就座部上升的狀態之背面側模式斜視圖,圖19是顯示使實施的形態五中的移動車的就座部上升的狀態之正面側模式斜視圖。此外,對與實施的形態一至四一樣的構件附加同一的符號,省略說明。
    在圖18及圖19中,實施的形態五中的移動車1D與實施的形態四不同者為以下的幾點:具有具備被轉動自如地配設於框架部41A的外側的驅動輪3a,與連結於驅動輪3a藉由使用者以手動驅動使驅動輪3a轉動的手動驅動部3f之行走部3B以取代行走部3;具有與實施的形態一一樣的驅動機構部10以取代驅動機構部10B;具有被轉向自如地配設於由延設於後述的框架部41A的扶手部41b的後端側的扶手部後端握持部41c的後端側延設到下方之延設部41d之延設部輔助輪41e以取代後部輔助輪3d;具有配設於台部2的框架部41A以取代框架部41。
    此外,圖18中41a為分別各立設3個於台部2的兩側部的框架部41A的支撐部,41b為在支撐部41a的上端部與台部2的前後方向平行配設的框架部41A的扶手部,41c為在扶手部41b的後端側形成圓弧狀的扶手部41b的扶手部後端握持部,41d為由扶手部41b的後端側的扶手部後端握持部41c延設到下方,在下端部轉向自如地配設有延設部輔助輪41e之框架部41A的延設部,41f為將支撐部41a的各下部連結於水平方向之框架部41A的水平補強部,42為被裝卸自如地配設於支柱21,用以操作驅動機構部10的驅動之移動車1D的操作部,43為配設於各個框架部41的支撐部41a,依照需要固定驅動輪3a用的移動車1D的煞車,43a為用以操作煞車43的煞車桿。
    框架部41A的形狀不是被限定於本實施的形態,支撐部41a或水平補強部41f的數目或配置等可適宜選擇。而且,使用板材以取代以棒材形成支撐部41a也可以。
    因在框架部41的扶手部41b的後端側形成圓弧狀的扶手部後端握持部41c,故就座於床或馬桶座等的移乘對象物的使用者抓住扶手部後端握持部41c可容易將移動車1D拉到身體跟前,故操作性佳。
    護胸墊部23若具備就座部22及護胸墊23a的話即可,不被限定於本實施的形態,可依照使用者的體格等適宜選擇面積、形狀、硬度等。此外,護胸墊23a以具有柔軟性、彈力性的材質形成,以便不給予使用者的胸部部分的壓迫或難受的感覺較佳。
    而且,握持部24的形狀或配置也可適宜選擇。此外,連設於支柱21或護胸墊23a的兩側部而配置胳臂搭放部也可以。
    在本實施的形態中雖然在支柱21配設操作部42,但操作部42的安裝位置不被限定於此,可適宜選擇框架部41A的扶手部41b或護胸墊23a等的所需的位置。
    此外,實施的形態五的移動車1D的使用方法除了使用者以手動驅動實施的形態一的移動車1與手動驅動部3f以外,其餘都一樣,故省略說明。

    (3)、因在台部上方的兩側部具有扶手部,扶手部自身在行走中、摔倒時、瞬間的碰撞時發揮保護使用者的作用,故安全性佳。

    (6)、因在台部的兩側部具有框架部,不僅可藉由框架部保護使用者的身體,在使用者由床或馬桶座等移乘時,可握持框架部並使就座部接近身體,並且在到就座於就座部之間可藉由框架部確實地支撐使用者的體重,故操作性、移乘動作的安全性佳。
    (7)、因具備扶手部,使用者可搭放胳臂而休息等,故使用性佳。
    (8)、因具備扶手部後端握持部,故在移乘時可抓住扶手部後端握持部而保持身體,移乘時的姿勢的穩定性、安全性佳。而且,對介護者等藉由握持握持部推移動車等使移動車移動也能容易進行,故使用性佳。
    (9)、藉由延設部輔助輪配設於由扶手部後端握持部的後端側延設到下方之延設部的下端,即使在移乘時等使用者的體重等的大的荷重施加於台部的後方側也不會摔倒,在移乘時及移動時可確實地支撐使用者的體重,故安全性佳。
