201245535 六、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於一種,具有捕集洗滌水含有的棉絮的裝 置的洗衣機。 【先前技術】 以往的洗衣機中,具備有捕集從洗滌兼脫水槽所排水 的水中含有的棉絮用的棉絮捕集裝置者。又,近年的洗衣 機中,爲了提昇節水性能,有使用循環裝置讓洗滌兼脫水 槽內的水作爲洗滌水散佈在衣類者,這類的洗衣機中’在 循環配管路徑內具備棉絮捕集裝置,也有兼用作爲排水用 的棉絮捕集裝置的情況。 圖13表示以往的棉絮捕集裝置的剖面。該棉絮捕集 裝置是由:藉由嵌合爪51a、52a安裝過濾體5 1與蓋體 52而一體化的過濾器插入單位50;以及嵌入有該過濾器 插入單位50的過濾盒所構成。又,在過濾體51的溝51b 安裝有密封構件53。再者,過濾盒23與蓋體52藉由螺 絲部23c、52b形成嵌合滑動的構造,藉由蓋體52的滑 動,可進行過濾器插入單位50與過濾盒23的裝脫。 於此,作爲過濾器插入單位50與過濾盒23之間的漏 水防止構造,有位在過濾體的徑方向的密封構造、與位在 軸向的密封構造等。 位在徑方向的密封構造,係在蓋體52與過濾盒23安 裝的狀態下,將密封構件5 3壓潰在過濾體密封面5 1 c與 -5- 201245535 過濾盒密封面2 3 d間,予以密閉,而形成防止來自過濾盒 23內的漏水的構造(圖14)。 在軸向的密封構造,是在蓋體52與過濾盒23安裝的 狀態下,將密封構件53壓潰在過濾體密封面51d與過濾 盒密封面23e間,藉此予以密閉,而形成防止來自過濾盒 23內的漏水的構造(圖15)。 關於該等的技術,是例如被記載在下述專利文獻1、 1。 [先行技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]日本特開200 1 -32 1 596號公報 [專利文獻2]日本特開2006-255326號公報 【發明內容】 [發明所欲解決之課題] 以往的棉絮捕集裝置的情況,爲了防止密封構件53 從過濾器插入單位50脫落,在作爲密封構件53的安裝部 的過濾體51,設置過濾體溝形狀51b。然而,該過濾體 51,在其成型模具的構造上,必然會在密封面51c、51d 產生成型模具對齊面(P.L面)的構造(圖12)。其結 果,如圖16所示,會產生過濾體P.L面段差51e,且會 因爲過濾體P.L面段差51e的大小,密封構件53無法追 隨段差形狀,可能會有發生漏水的情況。又,隨著成型模 具的經年劣化、使用劣化等,因段差的增長,同樣也會有 -6- 201245535 漏水發生的可能性。如此’流入過濾盒23內的洗滌水, 從密封構件53的安裝部往機外漏出時’會因水污染洗衣 機的周邊。 本發明的目的,是提供一種具備有漏水防止效果高的 '棉絮捕集裝置的洗衣機。 [解決課題用的手段] 爲了達成上述目的,本發明是一種,具備有:收容衣 類的洗滌兼脫水槽;將該洗滌兼脫水槽予以內包的外槽; 排出蓄積在該外槽內的水用的排水.路;以及配置在該排水 路的途中,捕集混入水中的棉絮的棉絮捕集裝置’且該棉 絮捕集裝置具有:形成有通過前述排水路過來的水的入水 口及出水口的過濾盒;插入該過濾盒’形成可過濾混入水 中的棉絮的過濾器的過濾體;以及被設在該過濾體的端 部,形成有拿出放入前述過濾體之際的把持部的蓋體之洗 衣機,其中,在由前述過爐體與前述蓋體所形成的溝,設 置防止漏水的環狀的密封構件。 [發明效果] 根據本發明,可提供一種具備有漏水防止效果高的棉 絮捕集裝置的洗衣機。 【實施方式】 [實施發明用的形態] 201245535 以下,使用圖面針對本發明的實施例進行説明。圖1 爲本發明的實施例的滾筒式洗衣乾衣機的外觀圖。圖2表 示內部的構造的側視圖,圖3表示內部的構造的俯視圖 (切斷上補強材36的一部分來表示),圖4是以圖2的 2點鏈線切斷,從箭頭印A-A看到的剖視圖,圖5爲洗滌 槽底部的剖視圖,圖6是以圖5中2點鏈線切斷,從箭頭 印B - B看到的剖視圖。 1爲構成外廓的筐體。筐體1是被安裝在基座lh之 上,且是由:左右的側板la、lb;前面蓋lc;背面蓋 Id;上面蓋le;下部前面蓋If所構成。左右的側板ia、 1 b是由3字型的上補強材3 6 ;前補強材3 7 ;後補強材 (未圖示)結合,且包含基座lh形成箱狀的筐體1,作 爲筐體具有足夠的強度。 9是設在前面蓋lc的略中央,封閉拿出放入洗滌物 用的投入口的門扇,且是以設在前補強材37的鉸鏈9c可 開閉地被支持。閂鎖機構(未圖示)是按壓門扇開放按鈕 9d而脫落開啓,朝前面蓋1 C推押門扇而被閂鎖關閉。前 補強材37是具有與後述的外槽的開口部成同心,拿出放 入洗滌物用的圓形的開口部。 6是設在筐體1的上部中央的操作面板,且具備有: 電源開關3 9 ;操作按鈕1 2、1 3 ;顯示器1 4。操作面板6 是與設在筐體1下部的控制裝置38電連接。 19是在設在筐體1內的上部左側的上部及前部具有 開口的洗劑容器,並安裝從前部開口 1 9b拉出式的洗劑承 -8 - 201245535 盤7。放入洗劑類時,以圖1中2點鏈線表示的方式拉出 洗劑承盤7。洗劑容器19被固定在筐體1的上補強材 3 6。且在洗劑容器1 9的左側面,稍微後方具有出水口 19a。因此,洗劑容器19底面是形成出水口 19a的位置形 成最低的擂缽狀。 在洗劑容器1 9的後側設有:給水電磁閥1 6、浴池水 給水泵1 7、水位感測器3 4等與給水有關連的零件。在洗 劑容器1 9的上部開口 1 9c具備安裝給水電磁閥1 6的給水 單元15。在上面蓋le設有:來自自來水栓的給水軟管連 接口 16a、浴池的剩餘湯的吸水軟管連接口 17a» 3是可旋轉地被支持的圓筒狀的洗滌兼脫水槽(旋轉 滾筒),在其外周壁及底壁具有通水及通風用的許多個貫 穿孔3b。再者,該洗滌兼脫水槽3,在其前側端面設置拿 出放入洗滌物用的開口部3a,且是形成可在其內部收容 衣類。又,在開口部3 a的外側具備與洗滌兼脫水槽3 — 體的流體平衡器3c。而且,洗滌兼脫水槽3的旋轉中心 軸是以水平或開口部側變高的方式傾斜。 2是圓筒狀的外槽,將洗滌兼脫水槽3內包在同軸 上,前面爲開口,在後側端面的外側中央安裝馬達4。馬 達4的旋轉軸穿過外槽2,與洗滌兼脫水槽3結合。在前 面的開口部設置外槽蓋,而可往外槽2內進行貯水。外_ 2是由將下側固定在基座lh的阻尼器5進行防振支撐。 又’外槽2的上側是由安裝在上部補強構件36的補助彈 簧3 3被支持,防止朝外槽2的前後方向傾倒。在外槽蓋 201245535 的前側中央,具有拿出放入洗滌物用的開口部2c。本開 口部2c與設在前補強材37的開口部,是由橡膠製的波紋 管10連接,關閉門扇9形成,水密封外槽2。 在外槽2的左側外側面後部,設置有往外槽2內供給 水、洗劑類等的給水口 2a。給水口 2a與洗劑容器19的 出水口 19a,是以橡膠製的蛇腹管A20連接。給水口 2a 內建蒸汽閥1 1。 圖7表示蒸汽閥1 1的詳細的剖視圖。蒸汽閥1 1是略 圓筒形狀,在外徑部具有與外槽2的給水口 2 a安裝用的 罩部。內徑部是下游側內徑Φ d 2之側比上游側內徑φ d 1 更大,兩內徑部是由環狀的傾斜面1 1 a連接。傾斜面1 1 a 是形成洗滌兼脫水槽3側高,外槽2的外周側低。在傾斜 面11a的最上部具有朝內側突出的突出部lib,在突出部 lib設置複數根的銷11c。在傾斜面lla安裝橢圓狀的薄 片1 1 d覆蓋傾斜面1 1 a。在薄片1 1 d的長軸側端部設置與 銷1 1 c相同配置的孔,將該孔放入銷1 1 c並予以束縛,藉 此將薄片lid固定在傾斜面lla。因此,薄片lid是以懸 臂支撐被固定在傾斜面1 1 a。 薄片lid是可撓性的橡膠、合成樹脂製等。在薄片 1 1 d力從上側作用時(給水時),如圖7中2點鏈線所示 的方式變形,蒸汽閥1 1成爲打開,水流下。另一方面, 如乾燥時,當外槽內的壓力比洗劑容器19內的壓力(大 氣壓)更高時,在薄片1 1 d力從下側作用,薄片1 1 d朝傾 斜面11c被推押,蒸汽閥11成爲關閉。 -10- 201245535 在外槽2的底面,將凹狀的凹部2d設在軸向。凹部 2d的底面是形成從前側朝後側向下的傾斜面,在凹部2d 的後側最下部設有排水口 2 1。在排水口 21連接排水軟管 22。在凹部2d的前側設有底部循環水的流入口 18。又, ’ 在凹部2d的上部具有以覆蓋凹部2d的寬福的大致一半的 ' 方式,從外槽2外周壁的內周面連續的隔壁2b。隔壁2b 相對於洗滌兼脫水槽3的脫水時的旋轉方向設在對向的朝 向。排水口 21及流入口 18是設置在從凹部2d的寬幅方 向的中心偏離洗滌兼脫水槽3的旋轉方向的位置。因此, 在排水口 21與流入口 18的上部具有隔壁2b。 凹部2d在脫水時,利用洗滌兼脫水槽3的旋轉產生 的離心力,承受從貫穿孔3 b出到外槽2內周面,流到與 洗滌兼脫水槽3的旋轉方向同一方向的水,並引導到排水 口 21。隔壁2b具有阻止進入到凹部2d的水不會再次往 外槽2內循環的作用。 在外槽2的後部端面的最下部設有阻氣閥3 6,利用 管子35與水位感應器34連接,檢出外槽2內的水位。 在外槽2與基座lh的間隙間,設置循環泵24、過濾 盒23、排水閥25。過濾盒23是在前側具有開口部的圓筒 狀,在內部安裝有可裝脫的過濾體51’捕集洗滌水中的 異物、線屑。過濾盒2 3是以前側高的方式傾斜’且是以 打開設在下部前面蓋If的門扇lg,旋轉被形成在蓋體52 的手把狀的把持部的方式,可容易進行過濾體51的裝 脫。 -11 - 201245535 8是設在筐體1的上部右側的抽屜式的乾燥過濾器, 掃除時,取出網狀式的過濾器8a。在乾燥過濾器8連接 有乾燥通道29。乾燥通道29設置在筐體1的背面內側, 並以橡膠製的蛇腹管B29a連接設在外槽2的後部端面下 方的吸氣口。在乾燥通道29內內建水冷除濕機構(未圖 示),從給水電磁閥1 6d以給水軟管32將冷卻水供給到 水冷除濕機構。 28是設在乾燥過濾器8的後側的送風風扇,將吸氣 口連接在乾燥過濾器8,將吐出口連接在內建有加熱器 (未圖示)的溫風通道31。溫風通道31是經由橡膠製的 蛇腹管(未圖示)與外槽2的前部開口部連接。 乾燥運轉時,運轉送風風扇28,對加熱器進行通電 時,對洗滌兼脫水槽3內吹入溫風,將溫洗滌物,使水分 蒸發。成爲高溫多濕的空氣,被吸入乾燥通道29,以流 下到水冷除濕機構的冷卻水進行冷卻除濕,成爲乾的低溫 空氣,通過過濾器8a在加熱器再次被加熱,而以吹入洗 滌兼脫水槽3內的方式進行循環。 在上述這類的洗衣乾衣機,使用圖2及圖8〜圖12 說明不僅排出積存在外槽2內的水,且被配置在也作爲循 環也被利用的排水路的途中,捕集混入水中的棉絮的棉絮 捕集裝置的構造。圖8表示循環泵24及配管的立體圖, 圖9表示循環泵24、過濾盒23的配管連接部的上面圖, 圖1 0是以圖9的2點鏈線部切斷,從C-C看到的剖視 圖。 -12- 201245535 本實施例的棉絮捕集裝置具有:形成有通過排水路, 過來的水的入水口 23a及出水口 23b的過濾盒23 ;以及 過濾器插入單位50。於此,過濾器插入單位50具有:被 插入過濾盒23,形成有過濾混入在水中的棉絮的過濾器 的過濾體51;以及被設在該過濾體51的端部’形成有拿 出放入過濾體51之際的把持部的蓋體52,該等藉由嵌合 爪51a、52a被安裝而被一體化。 再者,如圖9所示,入水口 23a、出水口 23b是被設 在過濾盒23的底部深側。而且,外槽2的排水口 21與入 水口 23a是以軟管22,排水閥25與出水口 23b是以軟管 49分別予以連結。再者,在排水閥2 5連接有排水軟管 26,並往機外進行洗滌水的排水。 又,如圖10所示,過濾盒23與蓋體52是以螺絲部 23c、52b形成嵌合滑動的構造,藉由滑動可進行過濾盒 23與過濾體51的裝脫。 另一方面,過濾體51與蓋體52,是以嵌合爪51a、 5 2a被嵌合,以該兩零件予以組合,形成密封構件安裝溝 54。並且,在該密封構件安裝溝54安裝防止漏水的環狀 的密封構件5 3,藉此可防止密封構件5 3從過濾體5 1脫 落的情況。 又’過濾體51與過濾盒23之間,是藉由在徑方向壓 縮作爲由橡膠等的彈性體所成形的襯墊的密封構件5 3, 藉此予以密閉。可是,該密封構件5 3不僅藉由過濾體 51,也藉由蓋體52被挾壓。因此,密封構件53的內周面 -13- 201245535 與過濾體51的外周面抵接,密封構件53的外周面與過濾 盒23的內周面抵接,密封構件53的側面與過濾體51及 蓋體52抵接。 以往的過濾體的成型模具構造中,密封構件5 3的脫 落防止用的溝,由於是如圖1 2所示,由過濾體單品所形 成,因此構造上,會在過濾體密封面51c形成P.L面。然 而’本實施例的過濾體的成型模具構造中,脫落防止用的 溝由於是如圖11所示,由過濾體51與蓋體52的兩零件 所形成’因此,可迴避在過濾體密封面51c形成P.L面的 情況》其結果,可實現漏水防止效果高的棉絮捕集裝置β 【圖式簡單說明】 [11 1]表示本發明的滾筒式洗衣機的外觀圖。 [_ 2]表示卸下側板的本發明的滾筒式洗衣機的槪略 構造的側視圖。 [_ 3]表示卸下上蓋的本發明的滾筒式洗衣機的槪略 構造的上面圖。 [圖4]爲圖2的外槽及洗滌兼脫水槽的Α_Α剖視圖。 [® 5]表示外槽及洗滌兼脫水槽的底部的縱剖視圖。 6]爲圖5的外槽及洗滌兼脫水槽的β_β剖視圖。 [圖7]爲蒸汽閥的縱剖視圖。 [ΒΙ 8]表示循環泵及過濾器、配管系的立體圖。 [Θ 9]表示循環泵及過濾盒的配管連接部的上面圖。 [_ 10]爲圖9的過濾盒與過濾器插入單位的c_c剖 -14- 201245535 視圖。 [圖in爲本發明的過濾體的成型模具構造的槪略圖。 [圖12]爲以往的過濾體的成型模具的槪略圖。 [圖13]爲以往的過濾盒及過濾器插入單位的構造的槪 略圖。 [圖14]爲以往的過濾盒及過濾體的徑方向密封構造的 槪略圖。 [圖15]爲以往的過濾盒及過濾體的軸向密封構造的槪 略圖。 [圖16]爲以往的過濾體的P.L面段差的槪略圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 :筐體 2 :外槽 2d :凹部 3 :洗滌兼脫水槽 4 :馬達 6 :操作面板 ' 7 :洗劑承盤 9 :門扇 11 :蒸汽閥 1 6 :給水電磁閥 1 8 :流入口 1 9 :洗劑容器 -15- 201245535 19a、23b :出水口 2 0、4 0、4 1 :蛇腹管 21 :排水口 2 3 :過濾盒 2 3 a :入水口 2 3 c、5 2 b :螺絲部 23d、23e:過濾盒密封面 2 4 :循環泵 4 4、4 5 :吐出口 5 0 :過濾器插入單位 5 1 :過濾體 5 1 b :溝形狀 51c、51d:過濾體密封面 5 1 e :過濾體P .
