201242636 VI. Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention pertains] The present invention relates to sports equipment, particularly when the body is in a state of age. More than the body of the body to make the liquid [previous technology] existing muscle strength. Equipment in addition to the common common: the designer designed - use liquid as a source of resistance; = material: rotation, borrowing a force =: effect but _ paste, health, the next three jobs, the ridge lower training, the resistance is too small: the sports equipment to avoid liquid seepage, the amount of liquid used is small, so the resistance is small, and the liquid flow will produce the same vortex direction as the leaf fan The body turns, and the liquid inertia reduces the resistance experienced by the leaf sector. When the resistance is too small, the active muscles of the human body will only recruit a small amount of muscle fibers to participate in the work, and lose the training effect; First, the intensity is not appropriate: the muscles vary greatly in the angle of each joint, such as two ends when the arm is bent at 90 degrees The strength of the muscle is about 1.4 times that of the extension. However, due to gravity or inertia, the existing exercise equipment does not increase with the strength of the arm, but decreases, and cannot effectively stimulate the active muscle group. The training intensity is set to a large extent, although it can effectively stimulate the active muscle group, but the stimulation is too great for the arm to stretch, increasing the risk of injury; and 201242636 Second, the action is too simple: 4 activate more human body movement #元, and increase energy Consumption and brain control of the muscles, can be carried out by the push-pull action of the reciprocating movement, through the human (10) flexor group, the transversal muscle group Cong and the synergy effect to increase the complexity of the activity, but the known sports equipment The liquid or the bar on the top will be limited by the direction of inertia, so that when the user wants to stop or switch the direction of motion, the muscle will instantly produce eccentric contraction. Almost all muscle tears and strains occur in the eccentric contraction, so it is impossible to implement safely. Only one-way muscle group training can be performed, and the bar piece equipment cannot even avoid the contraction of the heart. At present, in addition to the use of electromechanical systems to control the magnitude and direction of resistance, there are no two movements to solve the above-mentioned shortcomings, but the high unit price can only be afforded by hospitals or research institutions' and the setting is complicated, only the activity single-limbs, so only Equipment or testing. Therefore, how to effectively solve the aforementioned problems by using a simple structure other than electric power is an important subject to be explored by the present invention. [Summary of the Invention] In view of the unsatisfactory effect of traditional sports equipment, the inventor has designed and developed a variety of sports equipment with double-fan reforming liquid resistance, based on years of practical experience. The purpose of the training effect of the equipment is to provide a kind of sports equipment that uses a double-leaf body to change the liquid convection using the double-leaf body to change the hydraulic equipment. The sports equipment includes - The casing, the two-blade body and the second belt 201242636 are provided with a accommodating groove in the casing, and the accommodating groove is capable of accommodating liquid and water. The blade body respectively comprises a shaft body and a plurality of blades The leaves are fixed to the corresponding axis _ outer edge, and are accommodated in the accommodating, each axis is pivoted to a central position of the housing, and a passive wheel is respectively disposed thereon, so that The moving wheel can drive the corresponding blades, so that the blades can respectively act on the corresponding axis=fine movement, and drive the accommodating shots, and the belt system is movably disposed outside the body and can be pulled or Pushing, while the housing enters the reciprocating shaft. Between each of the driving body and the corresponding passive wheel, a moving object group is respectively arranged to enable each of the shaft bodies to pass through the corresponding passive wheel of the linkage group (four) when the driving body is pulled or pushed. The rotation of the passive wheel produces a rotation 0. The other object of the present invention is that when the sports equipment of the present invention is fixed on a specific fitness chair, and the singer uses the two hands to separate the force (four) or pushes the body When the conductors are capable of causing the blades to generate two eddy currents that are mutually opposed or separated in the accommodating groove. The _flow velocity depends on the magnitude of the force applied by the horn, which in turn affects the rotational resistance of the blade, so the resistance can increase with the force applied by the _. The re-purpose of the present invention is that each of the money rides will be swayed with each other and will generate turbulent flow to destroy the inertial flow of the liquid, and then use the twisting wheel to allow the user to either axis or Each of the shafts has a muscle band that is twisted. Shrinking the 'force' can avoid injury due to eccentric contraction. And when discomfort or weakness occurs at a certain joint angle, it may be necessary to stop or reduce the resistance. ^Inventive again--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Increase the contraction amplitude of each muscle. Compared with the flexion and extension of a single muscle group at the same time (such as: supine press), the instructions given to the muscles by the brain at this time are multi-dimensional and complicated, and the synergy and energy consumption between the muscle groups can be greatly improved, and the present invention is relatively eddy current. It eliminates the inertia of the liquid and can be safely implemented. For the sake of the review, the reviewer can make a further understanding and understanding of the purpose, shape, structure and function of the present invention. The embodiments are described in detail with reference to the following drawings: A double-blade body is a sports equipment that changes the resistance of a liquid, mainly through two blade bodies to disturb a liquid, and can generate a plurality of eddy currents in the liquid, and by the interaction of the eddy currents, the blades are The body generates appropriate resistance. Before exposing the hardware structure of the sports equipment of the present invention, the technical principle applied by the present invention is first described. Referring to the figure, the two blade bodies 12 are immersed in the liquid. And respectively comprising a shaft body 12〇 and a plurality of blades 121 fixed to the outer edges of the corresponding shaft bodies 12〇, respectively, when the blade bodies 12 are respectively rotated (for example, the third figure) The arrow body I2 lies, the touch is mixed, the lin (four) is driven to rotate, and this forms a plurality of 33 streams'. At this time, the operator can change the angle of attack on the blades (2) ( Angleof Attack), such that the eddy currents are mutually opposed, separated or reversed. 'Because the eddy currents interact with each other and repeatedly disturb the liquid, causing a lot of turbulent flow, and the turbulent flow or the rotation of the eddy currents The direction is not completely in the direction of the fan u _ moving direction, therefore, it will enhance the resistance of the blade 121 such as 201242636, and can avoid the rotation of the blade m, so the inventor is the aforementioned The relationship between the blade body 12 and the complex lateral flow 'turns over the device of the present invention for the purpose of safely increasing the exercise effect. Referring to the sports equipment 2 shown in FIG. 2, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the escort material 2 includes a casing 2, a second blade body 22, and a second carrier body 23 (e.g., a handlebar). The housing 21 has a receiving slot 2U therein, and the receiving slot 211 is configured to receive a liquid (such as water) and the fan blade body 22, and each of the fan blade bodies 22 is located adjacent to the housing 21 The positions of the two sides are respectively included in the shaft body 22G and the plurality of blades 22, and the blades 221 are respectively disposed on the outer edges of the corresponding shaft bodies 220, and each of the shaft bodies 220 is pivotally disposed to the center of the housing 21. And each of the ends of the shaft body 220 is provided with a driven wheel 223, and when the driven wheels 223 are driven, the blades 221 can be rotated with the corresponding shaft body 220 as the axis to drive the The liquid accommodating the groove 211 + generates a vortex. In particular, the manner in which the shafts 22 are pivoted can be changed according to the design of the operator, and the components (eg, the housing 21) can also have corresponding changes. Please refer to section 3A. As shown, the body 22 can be embedded on one side of the housing 21 and connected to a bearing 213 to maintain rotation, or, as shown in FIG. 3B, 'one of the housings 21' The outer side surface can be passed through a bracket 21a. The shaft body 220 is still passed through a rod 220A, and can be rotated by a bearing 213. Further, one end of the rod 220 can be fixed to The bracket 21 is mounted on the bracket 21, and a waterproof gasket is further disposed between the bracket 21A and the casing 21 to maintain watertightness, but the structure of the shaft body 220 can be pivoted to the casing 21 regardless of the structure of the shaft body 220. The central location is the type of connection 201242636 to be protected by the present invention. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, the operator can use different pivoting methods. Because the avoidance is too complicated, the subsequent embodiments do not draw the aforementioned features on the housing 21 or the shaft 220. Chen Ming. Referring to Figures 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the driving body 23 is a handle of another embodiment of the present invention, and those skilled in the art are familiar with the main technical features of the present invention. Further, the style of the driving body 23 is such as a pedal or a gripping rope. The driving system is movably disposed adjacent to the top end of the housing 21 and can be pulled or pushed by the user, and the housing 21 is An external reciprocating displacement 'and between the driving body 23 and the blade body η is provided with a linkage element group 25 comprising a plurality of cables 25, a plurality of directional wheel sets 252, and a second driving wheel 253 And a rotating shaft 257, wherein the cables 251 are respectively assembled to each of the driving body 23 and each of the directional wheel sets 252, and the wheels, 252 and 252 are respectively assembled to the driving wheels 253, so as to drive the wheels. The 3" turning wheel set 252 is maintained in the same direction of rotation, and each of the driving wheels 253 = the end of the rotating shaft 257 to drive the rotating shaft w to rotate, and the other end of the rotating shaft is difficult to be coupled to each of the driven wheels 223. In order to drive each of the driven wheels 23 to rotate 'the other', each of the directional wheel sets 252 is respectively determined by a predetermined The wheel is added to the branch wheel 2523, _, each of the directional wheel assists, 2523 is independent of each other and does not affect each other's direction of rotation, and can be driven by the directional wheel 2521 and the simple direction (eg, clockwise). When the wheel 253 is driven, if it cannot be reversed with the == r, then it will only idle, and as shown in Figures 2 and 4, each of the directional wheels 2521, 2523 is wound with a cable. Since each of the directional wheel sets is active with the foot 201242636, only the group is taken as an example, and when the user pushes the button 23, the upper cable (5) will be attached to the directional wheel 2521. Rotate clockwise [lower than the bottom of the rope (5) to drive the lower directional wheel, the clockwise direction 'so' the shaft π will be driven by the upper directional wheel' and rotate in a clockwise direction, and drive the passive wheel 223. Further, when the user pulls the driving body 23, the upper cable 251 drives the upper directional wheel 2521 to rotate in a counterclockwise direction, but the lower winding 25 251 drives the lower=2523 to rotate clockwise. In this way, the rotating shaft 257 will be the lower steering wheel 2523. "moving" and also rotating in a clockwise direction, and driving the passive wheels 223 'so" regardless of the user's hands are simultaneously pushing and pulling the supporting body 23 ' or pushing the pulling body 23, The blade body 22 can be rotated and generated to achieve the effect. In the foregoing embodiment, although the two driving wheels 253 can share the same rotating shaft 257, the present invention The other payee t's Guanxian 257, so that the two driving wheels 253 correspond to one rotating shaft 257, respectively, in addition, the operator can also make the directional wheel set 252 only have one directional wheel' and only one cable 251, combined with the first description. As shown in FIG. 2, each of the driving bodies 23 includes a grip 232, and the grip 232 is pivotally disposed at one end of the driving body 23 by a pivot 233, and can be pivoted The shaft 233 is pivoted so that the user can hold each of the grips 232 to pull or push each of the driving bodies 23, and further, since each of the grips 232 is rotatably implanted in the corresponding driving On the body 23, the user squats the wrist, the elbow and the shoulder joint to increase the muscle contraction amplitude and the movement complexity. Furthermore, since the interlocking element group 25 protrudes from the top end of the body 21 of the case 201242636 in the foregoing embodiment, the operator can store a large amount of liquid in the casing 21 to increase the resistance of the blade body 22. , in order to effectively achieve the effect of muscle strength training ^ In addition to the aforementioned style, the industry can still use the main technical spear features of the present invention, and change the structure and assembly position of the housing, the driving body and the blade body, and The driving body is disposed on the left and right sides of the casing. In addition, the operator can change the components in the interlocking component group and change the style of the passive wheel to meet the requirements of different sports equipment, as shown in FIG. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the interlocking component group 35 includes a two-rack 351 and a driving wheel 353, and the racks 351 are disposed at corresponding positions on the driving body 33 (as shown in FIG. 5). And the lower position) 'the driving wheel 353 is pivoted at a position adjacent to the driving body 33 and a driven wheel 323, and respectively meshes with one of the racks 351 and the driven wheel 323 (in the embodiment, the Configuration of moving wheel 323 a gear) is configured to drive the driving wheel 353 and the driven wheel 323 to rotate through the displacement of the rack 351 when the driving body 33 is pulled or pushed, so that the driven wheel 323 can drive the shaft to rotate. A plurality of blades 321 can generate eddy currents. In addition, when the user changes the position of the driving wheel 353 such that the driving wheel 3S3 spits the rack 351 at different positions, the rotation direction of the driven wheel 323 is changed, but in other embodiments of the present invention, The operator can also have only one rack 351, which is first and foremost. In the third embodiment of the present invention, please refer to FIG. 6. Since the following embodiment illustrates the change of the interlocking element group, the connection relationship of the remaining elements is substantially the same, and therefore, except for the interlocking element group In addition to the reference numerals, the remaining components are still extended by the same component numbers. In this embodiment, each of the interlocking elements 201242636 group 45 includes a two-rack 45 and a driving wheel 453 and a belt 455, wherein the racks 451 are disposed on the corresponding body 33 (eg, 6 above and below the position) 'The driving wheel 453 is pivotally disposed adjacent to the driving body 33 and the driven wheel 323, and can be combined with one of the strips 451 (four), and transmitted through the belt 455 and the driven wheel 323 The connection (in the present embodiment, the configuration of the driven wheel 323 is a pulley), so that the driven body % can drive the blades 321 to rotate by the action of the interlocking element group 45, but the foregoing implementation For example, the rack 451 can also be provided with only one. In addition, since the rack and the gear are frictional, noise is more likely to occur, so the operator can take the handle to the toothed side. In the embodiment of Benley, please refer to Figures 7 and 7 and, similarly, In the following embodiments, only the interlocking component group is renumbered. In the present embodiment, the interlocking component group includes two cables 551 and a roller 553, wherein the Wei 551 can be wound to the outer circumference of the roller 553. Upper end (as shown in FIG. 7β), and one end of each of the _ 551 is fixed to the drum cut, and the other end is respectively connected to the corresponding two ends of the driving body 33, and the central position of the drum 553 is _ When the user is pulled and pushed by the 'such ' on the 323, the length of the noodle string (5) wound to the drum cut can be changed, so that the drum can be rotated, and then the driven wheel 323 is rotated. However, the foregoing lanyard 551 can also be provided with only a strip of 'the middle portion of which is wound onto the drum 553, and the two ends thereof are respectively connected to the two ends of the driving body 33, and the foregoing effects can also be achieved. The central position of the cymbal roller 553 can be assembled to the quilt In addition to the moving wheel 323, it is still assembled as shown above, and is assembled on the driving wheel, and then the moving wheel 323 is driven by the wheel, so that the roller 553 can be connected to the passive wheel, 201242636 And π moving the driven wheel 323 to rotate 'is the surname of the interlocking component group % of the present invention. As can be seen from the above, when the sports equipment 3 of the present invention is fixed on a fitness chair 301, the user can pull or push the body 33 simultaneously or separately with both hands, and By changing the interlocking element group on each of the belts (as shown in the fifth, sixth or seventh diagram, or as in the first embodiment of the invention), the blades 321 on the shaft body are rotated in the same direction or in the opposite direction. In the trough, respectively, or two vortices are generated, and in the same direction, only the flow is formed, and the small resistance can be used as aerobic training. When two or more magnetic waves are generated, a lot of turbulent flow occurs and the resistance is large, and the liquid cannot generate inertial flow, and is used as the strength training for the S intensity. In addition, in addition to the component structure of the foregoing embodiment, the operator can change the shape of the casing and the blade according to the production requirements. In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, since the component of the wheat-reducing component only involves the structure of the casing, Therefore, only some components are drawn in the 9th and the drawings, and only the relevant parts are explained. The rest will not be described. Please refer to Figures 9 and 10, a housing 61 is made up of two housings. 611, and 5', wherein one side of each of the outer casings 611 is recessed with a fluid working space 6110, and each of the outer casings 611 is respectively provided with an inner casing 613, and each inner casing 613 is accommodated in the fluid working space 611. A water storage space 6130 is defined therein, and a water outlet 6132 is respectively disposed on a periphery of a lower side of each inner casing 613, so that the water storage spaces 6130 are in communication with the fluid working space 611, each of the inner casings 613. A water inlet 6134 is respectively disposed away from a side of the first outer casing 611, and each of the water inlets 6134 is positioned higher than the corresponding water outlet 6132' so as to be discharged to the fluid working space 611 via the water outlets 6132. Liquid 'can Corresponding to the inlet 6134 and flows into each of the water storage space 6130. 12 201242636 The second blade body 62 is assembled into each of the outer casings 611, and includes a shaft body 620 and a plurality of blades 621, one end of each of the shaft bodies 620. The first blade 621 is fixed to the edge, and the other end thereof is sequentially passed through the central position of the corresponding inner casing 613 and the outer casing 611, and is exposed to the outside of the casing 61 so as to be driven to rotate, thereby When the blades 621 are rotated, the blades 621 are accommodated in the fluid working space 6110. Thus, when the blades 621 rotate, the liquid in the casing 61 is driven to flow in the fluid working space. The liquid in the lower position of the 6110 is driven to the upper side of the fluid working space 6110. Therefore, the liquid in each of the water storage spaces 613〇 flows into the fluid working space 611〇 via the corresponding water outlet 6132, and is affected by the centrifugal force. The liquid will remain at the edge of the blades 621 to provide appropriate resistance. In addition, part of the liquid and air in the fluid-applying space 611 can still flow into the corresponding water storage by the water inlets 6134. Space 6 130 (as indicated by the arrow in Fig. 10), the housing 61 is prevented from being cracked due to the unbearable pressure. In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, in order to improve the watertightness between the shaft body 62〇 and the casing 61, a position corresponding to the water storage space 613〇 in the casing 61 is provided with a waterproof pad. a sheet 64, the surface of the waterproof gasket 64 adjacent to the outer edge is fixed to the housing 61. The lion (four) adjacent to the position of the towel is attached to the shaft 620, but the shaft 620 can still rotate. In this way, since the waterproof gasket 64 has flexibility, the waterproof gasket 64 remains regardless of whether the rotational speed of the shaft 62〇 changes rapidly or slowly, or the pressure in the water storage space 6130 changes. This securely adheres the shaft body 620' and forms a good watertight effect to prevent liquid in the water storage space 6130 from leaking out of the housing &
