Abstract

The present invention is a construction method and structure of a green environmental protection water-permeable, breathable artificial athletic field, which generally comprises leveling and tamping a surface layer where an artificial athletic field is to be formed, then laying a supporting solidification water-permeable layer, an elastic water-permeable leveling layer, and a water-permeable surface layer. The supporting solidification water-permeable layer is formed by adding adhesive to a portion of or all of recycled gravels, clean rubbles, and sand grains to bond and form multiple pores to allow water to flow out. The surface of water-permeable layer is porous and water draining and the present invention can allow rain water to penetrate into the soil, and the internal moisture can be evaporated on sunny high temperature days correspondingly. The present invention can further lay one water drain pipe in the surface layer, the supporting solidification water-permeable layer, or combination gravel graded layer to dredge storm, flooding out draining system or original soil layer. As such, it achieve the aims of environmental protection, energy saving and carbon reduction, improved elasticity, being anti slippery, better permeability and drainage.

201231761 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係提供一種綠建築環保透水、排氣人工運動場 施工方法及其結構。 【先前技術】 '邇來氣候異常,聖嬰及反聖嬰現象帶來了百年週期之 暴雨、洪水入侵各種人工運動場所,而所謂的人工運動場 即係以PU或合成橡膠或塑膠人工草製成的原料、橡膠顆 粒面層、壓克力面層、塑膠人工草面層,鋪設於預定作為 運動場、球場、跑道的區域地面其原有的瀝青混凝土或是 鋼筋混凝土地面,當人工運動場所在泡水、淹水後,其所 有跑道及其面層在淹水退後因泡水過久,又受日照幅射升 溫,致使内部水氣無法排出,而使人工運動場所面層突起 或皺折而呈波浪狀無法使用,必須拆除重新施作所費不 貲,究其原因乃是該人工運動場所,無法向下排水及向上 排氣(水氣),即無法呼吸之故也。 雖然人工運動場使用時不會有習用塵土飛揚或是滿地 泥濘的情形,但是它缺乏綠建築功能,於該場地更新時, 其廢棄物難以處理;人工運動場除了容易因為濕滑而產生 意外發生以外,更容易導致跑道因而膨脹、變形甚至提早 損壞,影響跑道的使用功能與壽命;而目前所知的人工運 動場、球場跑道結構大致相同,而係概分為具有一原土壤 201231761 層、一級配層、一遞青混凝土層(AC層)或一混凝土層以及 一人工運動場面層,其主要之施工方法大致如下: (1) 原土壤層:先將原有土壤層(路基、路床)依設計之 高程整平,再以滾壓機夯實至壓密度壓為95%以上; (2) 鋪設級配層:再將砂質碎石級配或山土質碎石級配 (基層),依設計厚度,鋪設於原土壤層上面整平,同樣再 以滚壓機夯實至壓密度壓為95%以上; (3) 混凝土層,大致有二種: (3-A)瀝青混凝土層:於該碎石級配層上,先行灑一層 乳化瀝青底油,接著用鋪裝機第一次將粗粒料瀝青混凝土 鋪於該底油上,然後於該粗粒料瀝青混凝土上灑瀝青黏 層,再用鋪裝機第二次將細粒料瀝青混凝土鋪於該粗粒料 瀝青混凝土上,並進行整平與夯實至壓密度為95%以上; (3-B)鋼筋混凝土層:某些地區因無法以瀝青混凝土鋪 設,則只好以鋼筋混凝土層代替;其先以防潮塑膠布鋪設 於碎石級配層上,再用鋼筋混凝土依設計高程及坡度鋪築 於該防潮塑膠布上; (4) 人工運動場面層,因為採用的材料不同而可分成 五種: (4-A)PP塑膠人工草面層:以PP塑膠製成之塑膠人工 草,用膠粘著於前述之混凝土層上,再以玻璃砂(矽砂)填 補於塑膠人工草縫隙間; 201231761 (4-B)合成橡膠面層:用天然橡膠與其它材料合成一整 捲之合成橡膠彈性面層,用膠粘著於前述之混凝土層上; (4-C) PU面層:用液態狀PU材料(或拌合顆粒狀PU 材)分層施作於前述之混凝土層上,最頂層再以顆粒狀PU 材鋪設之; (4-D)橡膠顆粒面層:以顆粒狀PU材或橡膠顆粒材加 膠水拌合鋪設於前述之混凝土層上,最頂層以其它材料整 平及止滑; (4-E)壓克力面層··係以壓克力漆與其它材料合成後塗 著於前述之混凝土層上; 所述(1)原土壤層之單元,如果人工跑道下方是一地下 建築物,該地下建築物屋頂上方具有一混凝土層無法透 水,因此,亦需要其他之工法來解決。 以上所述之所有習用人工運動場、球場跑道,並具有 下列之缺點: 一、 習用人工運動場、球場跑道的瀝青混凝土層或鋼 筋混凝土層,配合不透水之人工運動場材料,致使内部水 氣無法排出,而使人工運動場所面層突起或皺折而呈波浪 狀無法使用,除了耗能而且不具減碳效用外,雨水無法透 過含有柏油之瀝青混凝土層而滲回地下,且瀝青材料具污 染,不符合環保概念; 二、 習用的人工運動場、球場的跑道施工耗時費力, 201231761 材料不符合減碳節能之要求;而合成橡膠面層、PU面層、 橡膠顆粒面層以及壓克力面層等不但透水性不夠理想,無 法向下排水及向上排氣(水氣),而且材料與能源之耗費亦 高,同樣未達減碳節能之標準。 【發明内容】 本發明之一目的即在於提供一種綠建築環保透水、排 氣人工運動場施工方法及其結構,可增加透水及排氣功能 及水土保持,並且不會造成環境污染,符合環保概念者。 本發明之一目的係在於提供一種綠建築環保透水、排 氣人工運動場施工方法及其結構,其利用回收材料再利 用,可節省材料與施工成本及避免能源之耗費,具減碳與 節能功效者。 本發明之一目的在於提供一種綠建築環保透水、排氣 人工運動場施工方法及其結構,具有快速導引巨大之暴 雨、淹水至一排水系統或原土壤層。 可達成上述發明目的之本發明施工方法包括: (A) 先將人工運動場區域地面原有的地上層,依設計之 高程整平並夯實,形成一具預定壓密度標準之地上層後;
