Abstract

Disclosed herein is an apparatus for offsetting a reaction force. In the apparatus, the reaction force generated by the movement of a moving part of a transfer system is transmitted to a mass part that is moved in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of a support part and is converted into energy for moving the mass part to thereby offset the reaction force. Therefore, the simple construction of a reaction force system is realized. The reaction force generated by the movement of the moving part may be offset even when the transfer system moves in a direction different from the moving direction of the moving part.
