201129109 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術麵域】 發明領域 本發明係有關於一種具有至少—部份可插入至外 之外耳道插入構件之耳機。 發明背景 習知’裝戴於耳廓來使用之耳機已知有不具有插入至 外耳道之突起部之所謂耳機型頭戴式耳機的類型者。(例如 參照專利文獻1)。此種耳機具有動態型驅動器單元,使1 驅動器單元具有之振動板振動,而產生聲音。 Λ 第8圖係顯示習知耳機構造之截面圖。 在圖中,813係耳機之後部殼,於其内部安裝有驅動器 單元州’並以嵌設於後部殼8丨3前端(圖之下端)之環狀前部 殼812固定前述驅動器單元84卜又,氣道狀耳機線保持部 815從後部殼813後面延伸而出,在該耳機線保持部815内收 容有一端連接於驅動器單元84卜另一端連接於圖中未示之 音樂播放器、電視、收音機、音影卡座等圖中未示之音響 機器之電線891。 又,刖述驅動器單元841具有形成磁路之磁鐵gw、磁 板844及磁軛<845、形成振動系統之振動板846及音圈847。 具體言之,於盤狀磁鐵843兩面固設有磁板844及磁軛845。 此外,磁鐵843為釤始磁鐵。又,於磁板844與磁輛845相對 之空間形成有磁間隙,固設於振動板846之音圈847插入至 201129109 前述磁間隙。振動板846係聚酯薄膜。此外,於耳機之前面、 即振動板846之前方(圖之下方)配設有具較大之許多開口之 網眼狀保護板848。 又,於磁鐵843、磁板844及磁軛845之中心部形成有貫 穿孔849 ’於該貫穿孔849埋設有由發泡性胺甲酸乙酯等構 成之電阻材871。再者,於驅動器單元841形成有複數個孔 870。 當將耳機裝戴於耳廓之凹部時,配設於耳機前面之保 護板848與外耳道之入口相對,藉振動板846振動而產生之 聲音通過保護板848之開口,入射至外耳道之内部,而到達 鼓膜。 先行技術文獻 專利文獻 專利文獻1曰本實用新型公開公報平4-50718號 C發明内容】 發明概要 發明欲解決之課題 然而,在前述習知耳機中,由於裝戴於耳廓凹部,故 裝戴性差’制是如步行巾,使用者讀止狀態時,有從 耳廓脫落之情形。X,與外耳道之位置關係不穩定,人射 至外耳道之聲音音量及音質便不穩定。 有由具彈性之軟質橡膠等構成之耳墊, 耳道之類型的耳機。此種耳機由於將柔 耳道來裝戴,故可確實地裝戴於耳廓, 因此,近年提供具 將該耳墊插入至外 軟之耳墊插入至外 在步行中亦不致從 4 201129109 耳廓脫落。又,由於耳墊由具彈性之材料構成,故可配合 外耳道之形狀而易彈性變形,而可獲得良好之裝戴感。 然而,當將耳墊插入至外耳道時,以為該外耳道所按 壓而變形之耳墊遮斷外耳道之内外,從耳機入射至外耳道 之聲音無法穿透至外部,所謂聲音之穿透性變差,於聲音 產生不清楚感、模糊感等,音質降低。 本發明之目的係提供解決前述習知之問題點,在殼體 内,於形成於驅動器單元前方及後方之音響空間分別形成 空氣調整孔,並且,於形成於驅動器單元後方之音響空間 形成直徑較空氣調整孔小之音質調整孔,藉此,聲音之穿 透性佳,而可再現清晰度佳之低音及明亮之中高音,裝設 感佳,且音質高的耳機。 用以欲解決課題之手段 因此,在本發明之耳機,該耳機包含有至少一部份可 插入至外耳道之外耳道插入構件、可安裝該外耳道插入構 件之殼體、及配設於該殼體内,以產生聲音之驅動器單元; 前述殼體具有形成於前述驅動器單元前方之前方空間、連 通該前方空間之前端,而使聲音入射至外耳道之聲音導 孔、及形成於前述驅動器單元後方之後方空間,前述前方 空間具有與外部連通之前方空氣調整孔,前述後方空間具 有:與外部連通之後方空氣調整孔、直徑較該後方空氣調 整孔小,並與外部連通之音質調整孔。 在本發明之另一耳機中,前述後方空氣調整孔及音質 調整孔配置於與前述驅動器單元之振動板之振動方向直交 201129109 之面上。 在本發明又另一耳機中,前述前方空間係圓錐台狀之 空間,前述前方空氣調整孔於前述前方空間之與驅動器單 元相對之面形成為朝向前方,前述後方空間係與驅動器單 元相對之面為平面之圓筒狀空間,前述後方空氣調整孔及 音質調整孔於前述後方空間之圓筒狀側面形成為朝向側 邊。 在本發明又另一耳機中,前述前方空氣調整孔之直徑 及前述後方空氣調整孔之直徑相等。 在本發明又另一耳機中,前述音質調整孔具有:控制 預定音域之音質之第1調整孔;及直徑較該第1調整孔小, 並控制較前述預定音域更低音側之音質的第2調整孔。 發明效果 根據本發明,耳機係在殼體内,於形成於驅動器單元 前方及後方之音響空間分別形成空氣調整孔,並且,於形 成於驅動器單元後方之音響空間形成直徑較空氣調整孔小 之音質調整孔,藉此,聲音之穿透性佳,而可再現清晰度 佳之低音及明亮之中高音,且裝戴感佳,並可使音質提高。 圖式簡單說明 第1圖係本發明第1實施形態之耳機之立體圖,且為部 份截斷圖。 第2A-E圖係本發明第1實施形態之耳機之五面圖,(A) 前述殼體11具有位於其正面側之前殼體12、結合於該 前殼體12之基部12a後側之圓錐台狀後殼體13、結合於該後 殼體13後側之蓋设體14。又,如第3圖所示,驅動器單元 以藉前殼體12及後殼體13失前後(第3圖之上下)之狀態,保 持於前述殼體11内。此外,驅動器單元41係所謂動態型者, 具有與在「發明背景」之項所說明之習知耳機的驅動器單 元841相同之結構。即,在本實施形態中,關於驅動器單元 41之說明,沿用習知耳機之驅動器單元841之說明。 又,後殼體13之後面以蓋殼體14封住,藉此,於殼體 11内之驅動器單元41後方(第3圖之下方)形成為組合有圓錐 台及圓筒之形狀之”的後方㈣24。該後方空間Μ之鱼 ^動器單元41相對之面係蓋殼體14之内面,且係與驅動器 單兀41之振動板平行之平面。 此外,在圖所示之例中,蓋殼體14係與後殼體13獨立 ^構件,亦可為與雜肋形成—料ϋ述殼體^ 份),藉此,於殼體U内之驅動器單元4i前方(第3圖之上方) 形成為圓錐台狀空間之前方空間21。又,於前述塾安装部 17形成有為後端連通前方空_,前關放之圓筒狀開口 之作為聲音導孔的殼體聲音導孔22。藉此,驅動器翠元Μ 所產生之聲音通過Μ方空間21及殼體聲音導似,入射至 使用者之外耳道。此外,在圖所示之例中,圓錐㈣形成 為其前端之軸心相對於基端之^傾斜至右方,而其前 即形成於朝前方之面之部份。亦即’前方氣道25形成為朝 向前方,而可將前方空間21内之空氣朝前方排放。此外’ 前方氣道25之直徑為1.2 [mm] ’可按驅動器單元41之性能、 前方空間21之尺寸等變更。 又,於後殼體13形成有為具排氣口之功能之作為後方 空氣調整孔的後方氣道28,作為音質調整孔之第1調整孔 27a及第2調整孔27b。此外,總括說明第1調整孔27a及第2 調整孔27b時,以音質調整孔27來說明。 前述後方氣道28係形成為貫穿後殼體13之戴面圓形之 孔’將後方空間24與外部連通,後方空間24内之空氣可排 放至外部。此外,後方氣道28形成於後殼體13之朝側邊之 面之部份°亦即,後方氣道28形成為朝向側邊,而可將後 方空間24内之空氣朝側邊排放。此外’後方氣道28之直徑 堍定成與前述前方氣道25相等’可按驅動器單元41之性 忐、後方空間24之尺寸等變更。如此,藉將同—直徑之排 氣口、即則方氣道25及後方氣道28配設於前方空間21及後 方空間24,可改正聲音之失真及回音,而可提高作為音響 空間之前方空間21及後方空間24之音響性能。再者,藉配 δ又則方氣道25及後方氣道28,可減輕施加於驅動器單元41 之振動板之負荷。 又’前述第1調整孔27a及第2調整孔27b係形成為貫穿 後殼體13,朝向側邊之截面圓形之孔,將後方空間24與外 部連通’並且與後方氣道28相鄰,且於後殼體13之同一圓 10 201129109 周上並列配設成形成一列。又,苐丨調整孔27a之直徑形成 為小於後方氣道28之直徑,第2調整孔27b之直徑形成為小 於第1調整孔27a之直徑。 第1調整孔27a之直徑為〇.8 [mm]。藉令第〗調整孔27a 之直徑為此種值,控制中音域、亦即以12〇〇 [Hz]為中心之 頻帶之聲音,可使頻率響應更順暢,而可使音質提高。又, 第2調整孔27b之直徑為〇_4[mm]。藉令第2調整孔27b之直徑 為此種值,控制低音域、亦即以2〇〇 [Hz]為中心之頻帶之聲 音,可使頻率響應更順暢,而可使音質提高。 此外,在圖中所示之例中,音質調整孔27為第丨調整孔 27a及第2調整孔27b2個,音質調整孔27根據要控制之頻 帶,可為1個,亦可為3個以上。又,音質調整孔27之直徑 可按作為控制對象之聲音之頻帶變更。即,為控制較低頻 帶之聲音’縮小音質調整孔27之直徑即可,為控制較高頻 f之聲a,擴大音質調整孔27之直徑即可。 又’於前述塾安裝部17安裝有耳墊5〇。該耳塾%由矽 橡膠等軟質之可彈性變形之材料構成,為—體成形之構 件〃有又於墊女裝部17周圍之筒狀本體部51、從該本 殼體聲音導孔22及塾聲音導孔6丨而人射至外耳道内部之聲 音由於其一部份藉由連通凹部64 ,從開口部62穿透至外 部,故可減低壓迫感、不清楚感等,而明亮。 此外’如第5(A)圖所示,前端連接部54厚度較傘狀部 53厚,剛性高於傘狀部53 ’而不易變形。又,配設成爽^ 前端連接部54間之連通凹部64從侧面觀看,形成為凹入至 比前端部55之刖端緣、即前端連接部54之前端緣還後方。 因此,當耳墊50插入至外耳道之際,即使傘狀部53變形, 連通凹部64亦不致封閉,而可維持墊聲音導孔61與開口部 62之連通。此外,如前述,即使形成傘狀部53變形,不僅 被壓至本體部51之外周面,亦被壓至圓錐部16表面之狀 態,開口部62、塾溝63及殼體溝31仍可連通。因而,由於 可穩定地確保從墊聲音導孔61經由連通凹部64、開口部 62、塾溝63及殼體溝31,至外部之聲音之通道,故可穩定 地減低壓迫感、不清楚感等,而可維持明亮之音質。 又’如第5(B)圖所示,開口部62宜形成為在其前端與 墊溝63之前端連接。此時,即使傘狀部53大幅變形,開口 部62與墊溝63之連通仍可維持穩定。 再者,如第4(D)圖所示,於傘狀部53之前半部53a形成 有從正面觀看延伸成放射狀之複數個縫隙狀開口部62。因 此,因開口部62之存在,前半部53a之剛性降低,而易變形, 虽耳墊50插入至外耳道之際,不僅前半部53a,傘狀部53全 體柔軟地彈性變形,而適合外耳道之内面形狀。因而,由 14 201129109 於不致對外耳道造成損傷,安全性高,傘狀部部53不致於 外耳道之内面施加反作用力而可密合,故裝戴感、合適感 等佳。 此外’在圖中所示之例中’開口部62、墊溝63、殼體 溝31及連通凹部64之數分別為6個’未必需為6個,可為5個 以下,亦可為7個以上。 接著,就本發明第2實施形態作說明。此外,關於具有 與第1實施形態相同之構造者’藉賦與相同之標號,而省略 其說明。又’關於與前述第1實施形態相同之動作及相同之 效果’亦省略其說明。 第6圖係本發明第2實施形態之耳機之截面圖,為第7(C) 圖之F-F箭視截面圖,第7圖係顯示本發明第2實施形態之耳 機之五面圖。此外,在第7圖中,(A)係上面圖,(B)係左側 面圖,(C)係背面圖,(D)係右側面圖,(E)係正面圖。 在本實施形態中,殼體11具有位於其正面側之前殼體 12、結合於該前殼體12之基部12a後側之圓錐狀後殼體 133。又,如第6圖所示,驅動器單元41以藉前殼體12及後 殼體133夾前後(第6圖之上下)之狀態,保持於前述殼體11 内。又’後殼體133係後端密閉’且尖銳之形狀的圓錐狀構 件’藉此,於殼體11内之驅動器單元41之後方(第6圖之下 18之截面圓形之孔,連通前方空間21與外部,前方空間21 内之空氣可排放至外部。此外,前方氣道25形成為朝向前 方’而可將前方空間21内之空氣朝前方排放。 又,於後殼體133之圓錐狀側面形成有作為具有排氣口 16 201129109 之功能之空氣調整孔的後方氣道28、作為音質調整孔之第1 調整孔27a、2個第2調整孔27b。 前述後方氣道28係形成為貫穿後殼體I3之圓錐狀側面 之截面圓形的孔,將後方空間24與外部連通’後方空間24 内之空氣可排放至外部。此外,後方氣道28形成為朝向斜 後方,而可將後方空間24内之空氣朝斜後方排放。 又,前述第1調整孔27a及第2調整孔27b係形成為貫穿 後殼體13之圓錐狀側面,朝向斜後方之截面圓形之孔,將 後方空間24與外部連通,並且與後方氣道28相鄰,且於後 殼體13之同一圓周上並列排設成形成一列。 在第2實施形態中,配置2個第2調整孔27b係因後殼體 133之形狀與第1實施形態不同,為圓錐形,後方空間244之 音響特性與後方空間24不同,而以孔數控制低音域之故。 在本實施形態中,耳墊50直接安裝於墊安裝部19。具 體言之’卡合凸部52與形成於墊安裝部19之溝狀卡合凹部 19a卡合,而可防止耳墊50從墊安裝部19脫落。 又’本實施形態之耳墊5〇不具有開口部62及墊溝63。 即’在本實施形態中,省略了開口部62及墊溝63。 如此’在本實施形態,耳機1〇包含有至少一部份可插 入至外耳道之耳墊5〇、可安裝耳墊50之殼體11、及配設於 设體η内,產生聲音之驅動器單元41,殼體u具有形成於 驅動益單元41前方之前方空間21、連通於前方空間21之前 端而使聲音入射至外耳道之殼體聲音導孔22、及形成於 驅動器單元41後方之後方空間24,前方空間21具有與外部 17 201129109 連通之前方氣道25,後方空間24具有與外部連通之後方氣 道28、及直徑較後方氣道28小,並與外部連通之音質調整 孔27。 藉此,可適當地調整前方空間21與後方空間24間之空 氣平衡,而可減輕施加於驅動器單元41之振動板之負荷。 又,可改正聲音之失真及回音,而可使音質提高。進而, 高音及低音皆流暢,而可使音呈現開放感。 即,該等音質調整孔27係根據該孔之直直徑,決定要 控制之音域,根據其數,控制其特性者,係調整與聲音之 開放感相關之空氣平衡者。 再者,形成於後殼體13之側面部13b之後方氣道28及音 質調整孔27配置於同一圓周上,即對驅動器單元之振動板 之振動方向直交之假想平面上,而於距離振動板之距離相 同之位置配置各調整孔,而可更有效地控制聲音。 又,在前述第1實施形態,前方空間21係圓錐台狀之空 間,前方氣道25於前方空間21之與驅動器單元41相對之面
