Description

[Prior Art] Conventionally, it has been known that a disposable diaper is provided with a sheet in which an opening portion for allowing urine and urine to pass is further provided on the surface sheet. The disposable diaper includes a covering portion and a body fluid absorbing portion formed inside the covering portion, and a sheet for isolation is provided inside the body fluid absorbing portion, for example, in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2008-6-898 (Patent Document 1). In the sheet for isolation, the front opening portion and the rear opening portion are formed by the division of the intermediate portion. The front and rear edges of the separation sheet are joined to the covering portion, and the intermediate portion is not joined to the covering portion. In the separation sheet, the elastic member of the crotch region (extending the longitudinal direction along the front and rear openings) is attached in a stretched state to be contractible, and the spacer sheet is contracted in the longitudinal direction to contact the wearer. Skin. Since the separation sheet can wrap the wearer's skin, it is possible to prevent excrement such as the front and rear opening portions from adhering to the wearer's skin. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2008-6 1 898 (^2〇〇8-6 1 898A) [Description of the Invention] The elastic member of the crotch region of the separation sheet is -5 in the front and rear opening portions. 201109000 A pair is arranged near the sides, and the middle portion is curved so that the distance between the lateral directions becomes smaller. If the elastic member of the crotch region is contracted, particularly in the vicinity of the central portion of the curve, the length dimension in the lateral direction of the opening portion in the front-rear direction is reduced. At the time of manufacture, the spacer sheet is bonded to the covering portion in a state in which the elastic member of the crotch region is attached, and when the spacer sheet is joined to the covering portion in a state in which the length of the spacer sheet is reduced in the lateral direction, the spacer sheet cannot be attached. The arrangement is performed in a state in which the predetermined length is provided, and the arrangement of the sheets for separation between the products becomes uneven. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a wearing article, and in particular to prevent the spacer sheet from being arbitrarily contracted in the lateral direction thereof, and to solve the above disadvantages. The present invention relates to an improvement of a method for manufacturing a wearing article comprising: a body side and an opposite side thereof, a front waist region, a back waist region, and a bottom plate of the underarm region located in the front and rear waist regions (chassis ): and an isolating sheet located on the aforementioned body side of the aforementioned bottom plate and which is detachable from the aforementioned bottom plate. According to the invention, in the method of manufacturing the wearing article, the present invention includes a spacer sheet elastic body extending in a direction of conveyance between the first and second tape bodies forming the spacer sheet. a step of supplying and joining in an extended state; forming a step of penetrating a communication portion of the first and second belts in a thickness direction between the separator elastic bodies; and rotating the first and second belts in contact a step of transporting the surface of the drum; and a step of joining the bottom plate to the surface of the rotating drum in either one of the first and second belts. -6 - 201109000 In one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate comprises: an inner surface sheet on the body side, an outer sheet on the opposite side to the body side, and an absorbent body on the body side of the inner sheet The core body and the body side liner located on the body side of the absorbent core body are joined to the body side liner in either one of the first and second belt bodies. According to still another preferred embodiment, the spacer sheet elastic body is provided by a bonding mechanism including a driving roller and an elastic pressing roller (which is rotated in conjunction with the driving roller through the first and second tape carriers 0). Engaged in the first and second belt bodies, and includes a backup roll (which is rotated in conjunction with the drive roller through the first and second belt bodies) and a die-cutting roll (through the first and second belt bodies) The cutting mechanism is formed by a cutting mechanism that rotates in conjunction with the aforementioned backup roller. According to still another preferred embodiment, the rotary drum is rotated in conjunction with the support roller through the first and second belt bodies. As one of the other preferred embodiments, the bottom plate is joined by a bottom plate pressing roller that rotates in conjunction with a rotating drum of the preceding description; a position of the rotating drum opposite to the supporting roller and a pressure of the bottom plate The position "opposite direction of the rolls" is 180 in the circumferential direction of the aforementioned rotating drum. the above. As one of the other preferred embodiments, the aforementioned rotary drum has a region of high frictional resistance on the surface of the drum. According to still another preferred embodiment, the die-cutting roller is provided at at least two places: a blade portion for forming an annular communication portion between the second and second tape bodies. As one of the other preferred embodiments, the communication portion is removed from the die cutting roller by trimming the 201109000 recovery device. As one of the other preferred embodiments, the spacer sheet elastic body is supplied by an elastic body supply mechanism, and the elastic body supply mechanism is provided with a cross direction in which the spacer sheet elastic body is orthogonal to the conveyance direction. The swinging swinging device is formed in a region in which the distance between the intersecting directions is small, and a region in which the distance is larger than the aforementioned region. The first and second belt bodies forming the separator sheet are conveyed in a state of contacting the surface of the rotating drum after forming a communicating portion penetrating the thickness direction. Therefore, the surface of the drum and the first belt body and the second belt body are rotated. The friction can suppress the movement of the first and second belts. Therefore, even if it is subjected to the contraction force of the spacer sheet elastic body, the deformation of the spacer sheet can be suppressed, and the unevenness of the article can be prevented. [Embodiment] As an example of the wearing article manufactured by the production method of the present invention, a disposable diaper is used. The bottom plate 10 has a front waist region 11 and a rear waist region 12 and a crotch region 13 between the front and rear waist regions 11, 12. The direction from the front waist region 11 to the rear waist region 12 through the crotch region 13 is set to the longitudinal direction Y', and the direction orthogonal thereto is set to the lateral direction X. The disposable diaper 1 has an imaginary longitudinal center line PP that bisects the length dimension of the bottom plate 10 in the lateral direction x, and a virtual transverse center line QQ that bisects the length Q dimension of the longitudinal direction Y, with respect to the imaginary longitudinal center line. PP is formed to be roughly symmetrical. As shown in Fig. 3, the bottom plate 1 has a ridge which extends in the longitudinal direction Y and is located at the waist side edge I4 before the front waist region 1 1 and the waist side edge 15 after the rear waist region 12, and is inclined toward the longitudinal direction Y. The intersecting direction extends in a substantially V shape and is located at the lower side edge 16 of the crotch region 13; the pants are shown in Fig. 1 by joining the waist side edges 14 and 15 to each other. As shown in Fig. 4, the bottom plate 10 includes an inner sheet 17 on the body side Q of the wearer, a sheet 18 on the opposite side (wearing side), and inner and outer sheets I7 and 18 on the outer side. A rectangular leakage preventing sheet 19 having a long side in the longitudinal direction Y, an absorbent core 2 1 on the body side of the inner sheet 17 and a body side liner 22 on the body side of the absorbent core 21. The inner and outer sheets 1 7 and 18 are formed of a nonwoven fabric or the like which is air permeable and hydrophobic, and are bonded to each other through the leakage preventing sheets 19 which cover at least the bottom of the absorbent core 2 1 . Front and rear waist elastic bodies 5 1 and 52 and front and rear leg elastic bodies 53 and 54 are attached between the inner and outer sheets 17 and 18. As shown in Fig. 4, the front and rear lumbar bullets - 9 - 201109000 are in the rear waist region 1 1 ' 1 2 , respectively, and the plurality of elastic yarns are separated in the longitudinal direction Y, and It is mounted to be contractible in a state in which the lateral direction X is elongated. The portions of the front and rear waist elastics 51, 52 are partially overlapped with the absorbent core body 21. By superimposing the rear waist elastic bodies 5 1 and 5 2 on the absorbent core body 2 1 ', the absorbent core body 2 1 can be adhered to the body side to prevent leakage of urine. The J leg elastic body 5 3 is extended from the front waist side edge 14 toward the underarm side edge 16 and is retractable in a state of being elongated along the underarm side edge 16 , and is also horizontally The directions X are separated from each other. The rear leg elastics 54 extend from the rear waist side edge 15 toward the underarm side edge 16 and are mounted to traverse the imaginary longitudinal center from one side edge 6 to the other side edge 16 The line P _ p is continuous in the lateral direction X. The portion of the rear leg elastic body 54 that is continuous in the lateral direction X is in the vicinity of the imaginary transverse center line Q - Q ' and is closer to the front waist region 1 The 1 side extends in the lateral direction X. If the underarm region 13 is contracted in the lateral direction X by the rear leg elastic body 54, the bag body 5 5 is formed on the waist region 1 2 side of the rear leg elastic body 5 4 ( Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), the bag body 55' can be prevented from adhering to the skin or leaking by collecting it. The absorbent core 2 1 'is covered with a liquid absorbing diffusion sheet such as tissue paper. The absorbent core member 1 extends from the crotch region 13 to the longitudinal direction Y, and the bottom surface side thereof is joined to the inner face sheet 17. The spacer sheet 30 has an extension of the transverse direction X. The front end edges 31, 3 2, and the side edges 3 3 extending in the longitudinal direction Y; the front and rear end edges 3 1 , 3 2 are joined to the body side pad 22 at the front and rear waist regions 11, I2. Portions other than 31, 32 are not joined to the body side liner 22, but can be separated from the liner 22-10-201109000. The separator sheet 30 is formed after the longitudinal direction γ is separated from each other by the intermediate portion 34. The communicating portions 35, 36. The intermediate portion 34 is connected between the side portions 37 having the side edges 3 3. The front and rear communicating portions 35, 36 are open at the front and rear end edges 31, 32 in the middle portion. 34 is closed, and is formed in a substantially U-shape as a whole. The body side and the side of the absorbent core 21 are communicated through the front and rear communication portions 35, 36. The spacer sheet 30 includes: the third sheet on the body side, the sheet 3〇a, located at Q, the opposite The second sheet 30b on the side (wearing side) is provided with a spacer sheet elastic body 38 extending in the longitudinal direction Y between the first and second sheets 30a and 30b. The spacer sheet elastic body 38 passes through the intermediate portion from the front end edge 31. 34 extends toward the rear end edge 32, and in the middle portion 34, is curved to face the imaginary longitudinal center line p _ p The spacer elastic body 38 is bonded to at least one of the first and second sheets 30a and 30b, and is attached to be stretchable in an extended state. Fig. 5 is a view of omitting the disposable diaper 1. The bottom plate 1 〇 shows the contracted Q state of each of the elastic bodies. As shown in Fig. 5, if the spacer sheet elastic body 38 contracts, the spacer sheet 30 will leave the absorbent core 21 and form a space 60 therebetween. Between the 30 and the absorbent core 21, a partition sheet 70 that spaces the space 60 back and forth is formed. The segment sheet 70 has one end 71 joined to the body side liner 22 and the other end 72 joined to the wearing side of the intermediate portion 34. The length dimension of the lateral direction X of the spacer sheet 70 and the length dimension of the spacer sheet 30 in this direction are substantially equal, so that when the spacer sheet 30 leaves the absorbent core 21, the space 60 can be partitioned into the front and rear. The space 60 is separated from the front and rear by the partition sheet 70, and the urine flowing into the space 60 through the front and rear communication portions 35, 36 can be separated by -11 - 201109000. The leakage preventing side 40 is formed in a pair in the lateral direction X so as to have a side proximal edge 4 1 joined to the wearing side of the absorbent core 2 1 and a body side of the body side pad 22 The side distal edge 42 is located at the side front and rear end edges 43, 44 of the front and rear of the longitudinal direction Y. At the distal distal edge 42, only the sides of the lateral leading and trailing edges 43, 44 are joined to the body side liner 22, and the other portions are joined without leaving the absorbent core 21. A side elastic body 45 is attached to the distal edge 42 of the side. The side elastic body 45 extends in the longitudinal direction Y and is attached to be contractible in an extended state. When the side elastic body 45 is contracted, the side distal edge 42 which is not joined to the absorbent core body 21 and the body side pad 22 is separated from the absorbent core body 21 and erected, thereby preventing urine, etc. The excrement leaks toward the outside of the lateral direction X of the leakage preventing side 40. Fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a manufacturing apparatus of the separator sheet 30. The first and second sheets 30a and 30b of the spacer sheet 30 are formed by the first and second belt members 130a and 130b, respectively, and the first and second belt members 130a and 130b can be used as the liquid. Transmissive and moisture permeable fibers are not woven. The first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b are conveyed in a state of being wound into a roll, and are conveyed by the first and second transport mechanisms 201 and 202 which are constituted by a conveyance belt and a conveyance roller. The direction in which the first and second belt bodies 130a and 13ob are conveyed is referred to as a conveyance direction, and the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction is referred to as an intersection direction. A joining means (not shown) such as a hot-melt type adhesive is applied to the opposing faces of the first and second tape bodies 130a and 130b. Between the first and second belt bodies -12- 201109000 13 0a, 130b, continuous elastic bodies 1 3 8 and 1 3 8 for forming a pair of the spacer sheet elastic bodies 38, 38 are attached. The continuous elastic body 138 is supplied between the first and second belt bodies 130a and 13 Ob by the elastic body supply mechanism 300. The elastic body supply mechanism 300, specifically, a plurality of conveying rollers 〇 elastic body supply mechanism 300, oscillates in order to bend the continuous elastic bodies 138, 138 in the intersecting direction, for example, having a swing by a servo motor Device 301. The swinging device 301 has an arm portion that moves in the intersecting direction, and the arm portions support the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 and swing them to make the interval of the continuous elastic bodies 1 3 8 and 1 38 intersect. The distance is enlarged or reduced. In the present embodiment, the arms of the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 are supported, and the continuous elastic bodies 1 3 8 and 138 are bent by symmetrically oscillating with respect to the conveyance direction. The first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b and the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 supplied thereto are conveyed to the joining mechanism q400 located downstream in the conveying direction. At this time, the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 are retractably supplied in an extended state while maintaining the bent state formed by the swinging device 301. The joining mechanism 400 has a driving roller 401 and an elastic pressing roller 402. Between the rollers 401 and 402, the first and second belts 13a and 130b and the continuous elastic body 138 sandwiched therebetween are supplied. 138. Thus, the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b and the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 can be joined to each other. A cutting mechanism 500 is disposed downstream of the engagement mechanism 400. The cutting mechanism 500 has a die cutting roller 501 and an anvil roll 502'. The backup roller - 13-201109000 502 is disposed adjacent to the driving roller 401 and is rotatable in conjunction with the driving roller 401. Fig. 7 is an explanatory view of a device including a cutting mechanism 500. As shown, the die cutting roller 501 has a blade portion 503. The blade portion 503 is disposed at two positions in the circumferential direction and has a substantially elliptical shape extending in the circumferential direction, and can form a communication portion 135 that is continuous along the conveyance direction of the first and second belt bodies 130a and 13 Ob. The communication portion 135 penetrates the first and second belt members 130a and 130b in the thickness direction. In other words, the communication portion 135 is formed by annularly controlling a part of the first and second belt members 130a and 130b. The communication portion 135 is cut by a cutting line substantially parallel to the intersecting direction to form the aforementioned front and rear communication portions 35 and 36. The blade portion 503 is located between the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138. The communication portion is formed in a portion where the interval size is small, and the communication portion is formed in the enlarged portion. That is, the communication portion 135 is formed along the continuous elastic bodies 1 38 and 138 and is intermittently formed in the conveyance direction. The cutting mechanism 500 includes a dressing and collecting device (not shown) that removes the annular communication portion 135 which is cut out by the blade portion 503 from the blade portion 503. In the dressing recovery apparatus, the cut portion 135a is sucked and collected outside the die cutting roll 501. By providing the blade portion 503 at two places in the circumferential direction, the communication portion 135 can be formed by the other blade portion 503 without being affected by the trimming recovery while the one blade portion 503 is being trimmed and collected. Further, in the case where the die-cutting roller 50 1 is suctioned from the inside of the roller to form a negative pressure, the suction is temporarily interrupted and the air is temporarily supplied, whereby the trimming and recovery can be quickly performed. A rotating drum 601 - 14 - 201109000 is disposed at an assembly station located downstream of the cutting mechanism 500. The rotary drum 601 is rotated in conjunction with the backup roller 502, and has a larger diameter than the other rollers. An elastic band 602 made of a material such as rubber or polyurethane is attached to the surface of the rotary drum 60 1 to increase the frictional resistance with respect to the i-th and second belt members 130a and 130b. By thus increasing the frictional resistance of the surface of the rotary drum 601, it is possible to restrict the movement of the first and second belt members 130a and 130b particularly in the intersecting direction. Further, a plurality of holes 603 extending through the thickness direction are formed in the elastic band 206, and the suction energy transmission holes 603 of the rotary drum 0601 are applied to the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b. The communication portion 135 is formed in the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b, and the continuous elastic bodies 138 and 138 are bent and attached along the communication portion 135, and the first and second belt members 13 are easily formed by the contraction force. 〇a, 13 Ob are moved so as to reduce the length dimension toward the inner side in the intersecting direction. In particular, by forming the communication portion 135, it is predicted that the movement becomes remarkable. However, by increasing the frictional resistance of the surface of the rotary drum 610, the movement can be restricted, so that the first and second belt bodies 130a can be prevented. , 13 Ob is deformed. That is, it is possible to prevent the distance between the communicating portion 135 135 from being deformed into the both sides in the intersecting direction to be reduced. The continuum of the spacer sheets 30 is formed by the above steps. As shown in Fig. 6, on the rotary drum 601 and downstream of the cutting mechanism 500, the liner strip 122 for forming the body side liner 22 is supplied by the liner transport mechanism 700. The pad transport mechanism 700 includes a transport belt, a transport roller, and the like. The spacer tape body 122 is supplied to face the second tape body 13 Ob, and a joint of a hot-melt adhesive or the like is applied to the second tape body 130b on both sides in the intersecting direction of the tape tape body 122. Means (not shown). In the spacer tape body 122, on the surface opposite to the surface on which the second tape body 130b is bonded, -15 - 201109000, the aforementioned spacer sheet 70 is attached in advance. A pad press roller 701 is formed downstream of the pad transport mechanism 700, and the first and second tape bodies 130a and 13 Ob and the spacer tape body 122 are passed between the rotary drum 601 and the press roller 701 to transmit the foregoing. The joining means joins them. Since the spacer tape body 122 is joined to the first and second tape bodies 130a and 13B on the surface of the rotary drum 601, the first and second tape bodies 130a and 130b can be joined in a state where they are prevented from being deformed. Further, by bonding the spacer tape body 122, the rigidity can be increased as compared with the case where only the first and second tape bodies 130a and 130b are provided, and the deformation of the first and second tape bodies 130a and 130b can be further prevented. . On the rotary drum 601 and downstream of the press roll 701, a continuous core 121 for forming the aforementioned absorbent core 21 is supplied through the core transport mechanism 800. The core transport mechanism 800 includes a transport belt, a transport roller, and the like. The continuous core 121 is a thin absorbent paper comprising a liquid-absorbent core material and a core material coated with the core material, and is continuous in the transport direction. That is, the continuous core body 121 is such that the liquid-absorbent core material is intermittently disposed in the conveyance direction between the continuous thin paper sheets. The continuous core 121 supplied is laminated on the opposite side of the bonding surface of the spacer tape 122 to the second tape 130b. The continuous core body 121 is joined to the first and second belt bodies 130a and 13 Ob through the spacer tape body 122 on the surface of the rotary drum 601. Therefore, the first and second belt bodies 1 3 0a and 1 3 can be further extended. The rigidity of Ob increases to prevent its deformation. In particular, the continuous core body 221 is formed by coating a liquid-absorbent core material with a thin paper or the like, and is more rigid than the liner tape body 22 and the first and second tape bodies 130a and 130b formed of a fiber nonwoven fabric or the like. It is large, and therefore contributes greatly to preventing deformation of the first and second belt bodies 130a, 130b - 16 - 201109000. The core press roller 801' is formed downstream of the core transport mechanism 8A by passing the first and second tape bodies 13a, 130b, the spacer tape body 122, and the continuous core body 121 through the rotary drum 601 and pressing Between the rollers 801, they can be joined. A bonding means (not shown) such as a hot-melt adhesive is applied to the surface of the liner tape 122 facing the continuous core 121, and the continuous core 121 and the liner tape 122 are joined to each other. On the other hand, a laminate of the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b, the lining tape body 122, and the continuous core body 121 is formed. The laminated body transport mechanism 9A is formed downstream of the pressure roller 801, and the laminated bodies joined to each other are separated from the rotary drum 6〇1 and transported. The leak-preventing side 40' (not shown) is attached to the layered body to be transported, and is cut along a cutting line that bisects the communicating portion 135 and extends in the intersecting direction. The separator 30, the body side liner 22, and the absorbent core 2 1 (not shown) are formed by cutting the laminate. The cut laminated bodies are joined to the aforementioned inner and outer sheets 17, 18. The inner and outer sheets 17 and Q 18 are respectively formed by inner and outer belts (not shown), and the front and rear waist elastic bodies 5 1 and 52 and the front and rear leg elastic bodies 53 and 54 are formed between the belts. Install in an extended state. On the inner side of the inner and outer belt bodies, the laminated body including the separator 30 is intermittently joined in the conveying direction of the inner and outer sheets, and is cut in the intersecting direction between the laminated bodies, thereby forming the first 3 figure of paper diaper 1. Further preferably, the front and rear end edges of the absorbent core 21 joined to the inner sheet 17 in the longitudinal direction Y are covered by the outer sheet 18 at the front and rear end edges thereof, or coated by other sheets. In order to prevent the core material from being detached from the absorbent core -17-20119000 2 1° The method for manufacturing the leakage preventing side 40 and the inner and outer sheets 17, u can be carried out by a method generally known in the art, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted. In the above-described manufacturing apparatus, the respective driving shafts of the driving roller 401 of the engaging mechanism 400 and the supporting roller 502 of the cutting mechanism 500 and the rotating drum 601 are formed so as to be substantially parallel to each other and to be rotatable in conjunction. The rollers are in contact with each other or are disposed in a relatively close proximity to each other. Further, the opposing portion of the driving_401 and the backup roller 502 and the opposing portion of the supporting roller 502 and the rotating drum 601 are spaced apart by about 180 in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the supporting roller 502. As shown, the axes of the driving roller 401 and the supporting roller 502 and the rotating drum 601 are substantially on the straight line R; the pressing roller 402 is in substantial contact with the driving roller 401 on the right side of the plane of the straight line R; the die cutting roller 501 The material is substantially in contact with the backup roller 502 on the left side of the plane of the straight line R; the pressure roller 801 is substantially in contact with the rotary drum 601 on the left side of the plane of the straight line R. According to the above configuration, the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b can be moved in the conveyance direction while being in contact with any one of the rollers after being supplied to the elastic body supply mechanism 300 and leaving the rotary drum 601. In particular, after the cutting by the cutting mechanism 500, the conveyance is performed in a state of being in contact with the surface of the rotary drum 601 having a high frictional resistance region, and the adhesion to the rotary drum 601 is increased. The first and second belt members 1 3 0a and 1 3 ob are prevented from contracting in the intersecting direction, and deformation thereof can be prevented. Further, since the diameter of the rotary drum 60 1 is larger than that of the other rollers, the contact area between the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b and the rotary drum 601 can be made larger than the other portions, and the shape can be further improved. The stability is maintained. -18 - 201109000 The first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b are conveyed in an S-shape. Therefore, the first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b can be transported while maintaining a constant expansion and contraction force. Further, the pad transport mechanism 700 and the core transport mechanism 800 correspond to the floor transport mechanism of the present invention, and the press roller 701 and the press roller 801 correspond to the floor press roller of the present invention. As long as at least one of the pressure rollers is opposed to the rotary drum 601, and the position of the support roller 502 and the rotary drum 601 facing the Q is 180° or more in the circumferential direction of the rotary drum 601. . In the above apparatus, each roller attracts the inside to form a negative pressure to allow the belt body to adhere to the surface of the roller. Such attraction can be interrupted as needed to rotate the high frictional resistance zone on the surface of the drum 601. The elastic band 602 is used, and by forming the hole 603 in the elastic band 602, the attractive force in the roller can be applied to The first and second belt bodies 130a and 130b can stably bring the belt bodies into contact with the rotary drum 601. The high frictional resistance zone can also be formed by roughening the surface of the rotating drum 601 ,, and can be formed by other various methods.
