Description

When the bellows is stretched and the first fastening element is engaged with the second fastening element, it can be strongly and accurately engaged with a wide area. The first fastening element and the second fastening element are not engaged by the hot pressing of the top portion, so that the first fastening element or the second fastening element having the bellows structure can be easily removed. In the fastening element, one of the upper and lower end portions in the longitudinal direction is formed as a flat portion having no top portion. Therefore, the flat portion can be first engaged and positioned, and then the bellows is extended to engage the entire fastening element. According to the second invention, since the second engagement element is provided with the bending inducer-8-200924724, the first fastening element and the first fastening element can be maintained while maintaining the bending state of the second fastening element. 2 The upper edge of the snap-fit element is engaged. After the upper end edge is engaged, it returns to the lower end edge side of the bend, and the first fastening element and the lower end edge of the second fastening element are engaged. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lower end edge from being accidentally engaged during the engagement of the upper end edge of the first engaging element and the second engaging element. The angle α formed by the straight line perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the second engaging element is 30 to 60°, and the second fastening element is bent along the bending area, so that it is easy The second fastening element is bent and it is easy to maintain the bending state. Since the outer end edge portion of the bending region is inclined at a position closer to the upper end side than the inner end edge portion, the second fastening element can be bent outward from the inside, and the second fastening element can be easily formed. Engagement of the first fastening element in the bent state. Q [Embodiment] <First Invention> Figs. 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the first invention, and an adult diaper will be described as an example. As shown in Fig. 1, the diaper 1 includes a liquid-absorbent body 2 and a fastening means 3. The liquid-absorbent body 2 has a longitudinal direction Υ, a lateral direction X and a waist circumference direction Ζ, and a body side inner surface 4 and a garment side outer surface 5 . The liquid-absorbent body 2 includes an inner sheet 6 forming a body-side inner surface 4, an outer sheet 7 forming a garment-side outer surface 5, and a liquid-absorbent core material interposed between the inner and outer sheets 6, 7. (not shown). Such liquid absorbing property -9-200924724 The main body 2 includes a front waistline region 8, a rear waistline region 9, and a cross-sectional area 1〇 between the front and rear waistline regions 8, 9. In the front waistline region 8, a side edge portion 11' is formed in the rear waistline region 9 so as to face the lateral direction X and extend in the longitudinal direction Y, and a side edge portion is formed to extend in the lateral direction X and extend in the longitudinal direction Y. 1 2. The first fastening element 13 composed of the hook elements is attached to the outer sheet 7 of the front side edge portion 11 by melting or melting. In the inner sheet 6 of the rear side edge portion 12, the second fastening element 14 composed of the loop elements that can be detachably engaged with the first fastening element 13 is attached or fused. The elastic member 15 extending in the longitudinal direction Y between the inner sheet 6 and the second fastening element 14 is attached in an extended state. Further, the first engagement element 13 has a size that is substantially the same as the dimension of the front side edge portion 11 in the longitudinal direction γ. In Fig. 1, the second engaging element 14 and the rear side edge portion 12 are contracted by the elastic member 15, and in the extended state, the members are substantially the same in the longitudinal direction Y, and the first engaging element 13 and the second φ buckle are The dimension of the vertical direction Y of the combined element 14 is also substantially the same. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of Fig. 1. As shown in the figure, four rubber cords were used as the elastic members 1 5 ' at intervals of 5 m in the width direction X. This rubber cord is a synthetic rubber of polyurethane, but the kind of the elastic member j 5 is not limited thereto. Other materials may be used. The number of the elastic members 15 to be used can also be appropriately selected in accordance with the relationship of other materials. As shown in Fig. 1, the elastic member 15 is attached in an extended state, and when these elastic members are contracted, a bellows forming region 16 having a bellows structure is formed in the second engaging element 14. The elastic member 15 is attached to the substantially central portion of the longitudinal direction Y of the second -10-200924724 fastening element 14, and a bellows formation region 16 is formed at the central portion. In the bellows forming region 16', a wrinkle is formed by the contraction force of the elastic member 15, and a plurality of top portions 17 which are convex toward the first engaging element 13 side are formed by the wrinkles. The top 17 series extends in the transverse direction X and is separated from the longitudinal direction. The second fastening element 14 is fixed to the rear edge portion 1 2 ' of the liquid-absorbent main body 2, but the liquid-absorbent main body 2 is a non-woven fabric which is soft to the touch of the skin, so if the bellows formation region 16 contracts, the suction φ The liquid body 2 also contracts with this shrinkage. The elastic member 15 does not apply a contracting force to the upper end portion 18 and the lower end portion 19 of the second engaging element 14 . That is, the flat regions 20, 21 having no top portion 17 are formed at the upper and lower end portions 18, 19'. The flat regions 20, 21 have a dimension of about 30 mm in the longitudinal direction, but the size can be set to be 10 mm or more and 50 mm or less. This is because if the case is smaller than 10 mm, the engagement at the time of positioning as described later becomes weak, and the engagement is unstable, and when it is larger than 50 mm, it wrinkles during positioning, causing wrinkles to enter. The dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the elastic member 15 of the second engagement φ element 14 that does not cause the contraction force to act and the dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the first fastening element 13 are approximately 13 mm, and these first and second The dimension of the lateral direction X of the fastening elements 13 and 14 is approximately 20 mm. By engaging the first and second fastening elements 13 and 14, the front waistline region 8 and the rear waistline region 9 are coupled, and the diaper 1 has the shape of a pants as shown in Fig. 1 . The diaper 1 in the shape of a shorts is divided into a waist opening 24 by the front waist regions 8 and the opening edges 22, 23 of the rear waist region 9, and is divided into a pair of foot openings 26 by the foot opening edges 25 of the straddle region 10. The waist elastic members 27 are attached to the waist opening members 22, 23 in the front and rear -11 - 200924724, and the waist elastic members 27 are attached in the extended state along the opening edges 22, and the foot elastic members 2 are formed along the opening edges 25 at the foot opening edges 25. 8 Installed in an extended state. The waist elastic member 27 and the leg elastic member 28 have a plurality of rubber threads'. By the contraction force of the rubber wires, the front and rear waist opening edges 22, 23 and the foot opening edge 25 are fitted (fitted) with the wearer. A substantially central region of the waist regions 8 and 9 in the longitudinal direction Y ❹ The auxiliary elastic member 29 for improving the fit of the diaper to the wearer is attached in an extended state. The auxiliary elastic member 209 has a plurality of rubber cords extending in the waist-surrounding direction Z and separated from the longitudinal direction Y by the contraction force of the rubber threads, so that the central region of the front and rear waist regions coincides with the wearer. The waist elastic member 27, the leg elastic member 28, and the auxiliary elastic member 29 can be made of a synthetic rubber such as natural rubber or polyurethane, or a flexible fiber nonwoven fabric, a plastic sheet or the like can be used instead of the rubber thread. In the case of such a diaper 1, the case where the first fastening element 13 and the second fastening 14 are engaged will be described with reference to Figs. Fig. 3 is a view showing an engagement portion between the first engagement element 13 and the second engagement element 14, and Fig. 4 is an end view taken along line IV-IV of Fig. 3. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the upper end portion 30 of the first engaging element 13 overlaps the upper end portion 18 of the second engaging element 14, that is, the flat portion 2, and these elements are engaged. The first fastening element 13 is flat over the entire length of the longitudinal direction Y. Since the flat portion 20 of the second fastening element 14 is superposed on the upper end portion 3, the component is forced to be fully engaged. The first snap-in -12- 200924724 Prime 13 and the second snap-in element 14 are positioned. As shown in Figure 4, in making the first! While the upper end portion 3 of the engaging element 13 is engaged with the flat region 20 of the second fastening element 14, the first fastening element 13 and the other regions of the second fastening element 14 are inadvertently contacted and engaged. Happening. However, 'the second fastening element 14' has a bellows formation region 16' in the central portion thereof. The bellows formation region 16 has a plurality of tops}7, so that only the top portion 17 is engaged with the first fastening element. I〗. That is, the area of the engagement 仅有 is only slightly, and it is easy to disengage these elements. For example, the vicinity of the lower end portion 19 of the second engaging element 14 is sandwiched, and the direction in which the first engaging element 13 is separated (the left side in FIG. 4) is pulled, so that the bellows forming region 16 can be easily removed from the first engaging element. 13 peeling. In this manner, even if the lower end portion 19 is sandwiched to peel the bellows formation region 16, the upper end portion 30 of the first fastening element 13 and the flat region 20 of the second fastening element 14 are strongly engaged with each other. Therefore, There is a case where it is peeled off as the bellows forming region 16 is peeled off. Next, the bellows formation region 16 of the peeled second fastening element 丨4 is engaged with the first fastening element 13 at an appropriate position. In other words, for example, the flat region 21 formed on the lower end portion 19 of the second engaging element 14 is sandwiched and pulled downward in the longitudinal direction Y (lower side in Fig. 4). The second engaging element 14 is strongly engaged with the first engaging element 13 in the flat region 20 of the upper end portion 18. Therefore, when the flat portion 21 of the lower end portion 19 is pulled, as shown in FIG. 5, the bellows The bellows structure of the formation region 16 is elongated, and the entire second fastening element 14 is elongated downward in the longitudinal direction Y. In a state in which the bellows forming region 16 is elongated, the flat region 21 of the lower end portion I9 is engaged with the lower end portion 31 of the engaging element 13 of the -13 to 200924724, and the bellows forming region 16 that has been elongated is further pressed to the first portion. After the element 13 is fastened, the engagement is performed. Since the stretched bellows forming region 16 is substantially flat, the engaging force can be enhanced by fully engaging the first engaging element 13 with the engaging element. As described above, by providing the bellows forming region 16' in the second fastening element 14 even if the first fastening element 13 and the second fastening element 14 are accidentally engaged, the engagement can be easily released. When the first engagement element 13 and the second engagement element 14 are engaged with each other, 0 can be strongly and accurately engaged. Since the rear waistline region 9 is superposed on the outer side of the front waistline region 8, the regions are connected. Therefore, the second fastening component 14 is attached to the waistline region 9 after being positioned on the outer side. Since the bellows forming region 16 of the second engaging element 14 is located at the side edge portion of the outer side which is overlapped, it is easy to perform the work of extending the same. In the case where the front waistline region 8 is superposed on the outer side of the rear waistline region 9, a bellows formation region may be formed in the first fastening element 13. Φ The first fastening element 13 is used as the hook element, and the second fastening element 14 is used as the ring element. However, the second fastening element 14 is not limited thereto, and the front and rear waist regions 8 and 9 can be detachably coupled. Other fastening elements such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape are used. Further, the first fastening element 13 may be referred to as a loop element ', and the second fastening element 14 may be a hook element. In this embodiment, the first fastening element 13 is directly attached to the outer sheet 7, and the second fastening element 14 is directly attached to the inner sheet 6. However, a sheet for holding the fastening elements may be separately provided. Then, the holding sheet is attached to the inner sheet 6 or the outer sheet 7. -14- 200924724 The elastic member 15 is attached between the second fastening element 14 and the inner surface sheet 6 in an extended state, but the second fastening element 14 may be attached to the inner surface sheet 6 At the same time, the elastic member 15 may be attached to the second fastening element 14 and then attached to the inner surface sheet 6. It suffices that the contraction force of the elastic member 15 can be applied to the second fastening element 14. 6 to 8 are views showing a second embodiment of the first invention. This first φ 2 embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the method of forming the bellows structure of the second fastening element 14. The other components are the same as in the first embodiment, and the detailed description of the same components will be omitted. In the second embodiment, the bellows structure of the second engaging element 14 is formed by the heating deformation of the gear mechanism 32. Therefore, at least the second fastening element 14 is formed of a thermoplastic resin. As shown in Fig. 6, the second engagement element 14 is passed between the first gear 33 and the second gear 34 which constitute the gear mechanism 32, and the bellows structure is formed in the second engagement element φ14. The second engaging element 14 is supplied to the gear mechanism 32 together with the inner and outer sheets 6 and 7 in a state of being attached to the rear side edge portion 12 of the inner sheet 6 of the rear waist region 9. The first gear 33 is heated to approximately 140 °C, and the second engagement element 14 is supplied to the first gear 33 so that the ring of the second engagement element 14 can come into contact therewith. The second gear 34 is set at about 20 °C. The first gear 33 and the second gear 34 have such a meshing shape as shown in Fig. 7 . In other words, the concave portion 33a of the first gear 33 meshes with the convex portion 34b of the second gear 34, and the interval between the concave portion 33a and the convex portion 34b is narrow, and the second fastening element 14 and the inner and outer sheets of -15-200924724 are supplied. 6, 7 is made to have a dimensional relationship with the concave portion 33a and the convex portion 34b. The distance between the convex portion 33b of the first gear 33 and the concave portion 34a of the second gear 34 is such that the distance between the convex portion 33b and the concave portion 34a is wider than the distance between the concave portion 33a and the convex portion 34b, so that even if the second fastening is supplied In the case of the element 14 and the inner and outer sheets 6, 7, the first gear 33 or the second gear 34 does not have a dimensional relationship with it. By supplying the second engaging element 14 and the inner and outer thin φ sheets 6, 7 to the gear mechanism 32 and heating the same, the second engaging element 14 and the inner and outer sheets 6 and 7 are formed into a bellows structure having a gear shape. That is, a plurality of top portions 17 are formed by the concave portion 33a of the first gear 33 and the convex portion 34b of the second gear 34. Further, since the ring of the second engaging element 14 is pressed against the convex portion 34b between the concave portion 33a of the first gear 33 and the convex portion 34b of the second gear 34, and then the concave portion 33a is in contact with each other, the pressed ring is pressed. It is heated and stamped. Since the ring is melted by the hot stamping, the shape of the ring is not maintained, and the engagement with the hook of the first fastening element 13 cannot be performed. That is, at the top portion 17, no ❹ ring is formed. The order in which such a second fastening element 14 is attached to the first fastening element 13 is the same as that of the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the upper end portion 30 of the first engaging element 13 and the upper end portion 18 of the second engaging element 14 are joined and positioned, even in the second engaging element 14 When the bellows forming region 16 is in contact with the first engaging element 13, the top portion 17 is formed so as not to be engaged, so that the first engaging element 13a and the second engaging element 14 are not accidentally engaged. The matter arises. After positioning, the 16-200924724 flat region 21 located at the lower end portion 19 of the second fastening element 14 is stretched to extend the bellows structure and snap to the first snap, whereby the elements can be firmly engaged. . According to this embodiment, since the region 16 is formed by the bellows mechanism 32, the size of the bellows is constant from the top portion 1735, and the top portion 17 and the bottom portion 35 are formed in the width direction X. Therefore, when the flat region 21 is pulled up so that the bellows structure is equally elongated, it can be engaged to the first fastening element 13 in a more flat state, and a strong engagement can be achieved. When the bellows structure of this embodiment is contracted, the top 17 is about 7 mm, and the size from the top 17 to the bottom 35 is about. The size is appropriately determined depending on the second fastening element 14 or the inner and outer sheets 6, the properties, and the like, and is not limited to this number. In the gear mechanism 32, the second fastening element 14 is supplied while being attached to the sheet 6. However, the second fastening may be supplied only to form the bellows structure, and then the second fastening element 14 may be attached to the sheet. 6. The elastic member 15 of the first embodiment may be provided in the second fastening element 14 of the first embodiment. In this case, only the second buckle 14 is supplied to the gear mechanism 32, and after forming the bellows structure, it is stretched to the rear side edge portion 12, and the inner surface sheet 6 of the second fastening element 14 and the rear portion 12 is formed. The elastic member 15 is mounted between the stretched states. By providing the elastic member 15, the bellows structure of the region 16 can be formed even if the combined element 13 and the second fastening element 14 are repeatedly attached or detached. The element 13 is formed on the bottom portion. When the shape is in the energy state, the inner thin surface element 1 4 to the inner surface 2 having a size of 3 mm 7 are subjected to the length of the joint element and the side edge portion is secured by the first one to maintain -17. - 200924724 <Second Invention> Figs. 9 to 12 are views showing a first embodiment of the second invention, and an adult diaper will be described as an example. As shown in Fig. 9, the diaper 201 includes a body 202 having a liquid absorbing property and a fastening means 303. The body 202 has a longitudinal direction Y, a lateral direction X, and a circumferential direction Z, and a body side inner surface 204 and a garment side outer surface 205. The body 202 includes: an inner surface sheet 206 forming a body side inner surface 204; an outer surface sheet 207 forming a garment side outer surface 205; and a liquid absorbing core material interposed between the inner and outer sheets 206, 20 7 ( Not shown). The inner sheet 206 can be a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or the like, the outer sheet 207 can be a liquid-impermeable film or the like, and the liquid-absorbent core material can be used as a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles, and the like. Conventional materials. Such body 202 includes a front waistline region 208: a rear waistline region 209; and a straddle region 210 between the front and rear waist regions 208,209. In the front waistline region 208, a side edge portion 211 that faces the lateral direction X and extends in the longitudinal direction Y is formed, and in the rear waistline region 209, a side edge portion that faces the lateral direction X and extends in the longitudinal direction γ is formed. 2丨2. In the outer sheet 207 of the front side edge portion 211, the first fastening element 213 composed of the loop elements is attached or fused. The inner surface sheet 206 of the rear side edge portion 212 is attached to the second fastening element 214 which is detachably engaged with the first fastening element 213 by hook elements. The fastening means 303 of the second invention is formed by the first fastening element 213 and the second fastening element 214'. The first and second engaging elements 2 1 3 and 2 1 4 have substantially the same length dimension γ as the longitudinal direction γ of the front and rear side edge portions -18-200924724 211 and 212, and include: lateral direction X The inner and outer edges 215, 216 of the ridges are opposite to each other and extend, and the lower edges 217, 218 are opposed to the lateral direction X with respect to the longitudinal direction. The second engaging element has an inner and outer portion '220 that faces the lateral direction X and extends in the longitudinal direction ;; and extends in the lateral direction γ and extends in the lateral direction X edge 2 1 2, 222. The inner edges 2 1 5 and 2 1 9 are located closer to the inner side of the main body 202 in the lateral direction X than the outer edges 2 1 0 , respectively. Fig. 10 is a view showing the second fastening element 214 in detail. In the second fastening element 214, a bending inducing means 223 for facilitating the bending operation of the first element 2 14 is formed. The second 214 is a thermoplastic element formed of a polyolefin resin, particularly polypropylene and polyethylene, and the bending inducing means 223 is formed by thermally processing the second fastening element 214. It is easy to make the second fastening element 214 φ φ with thermoplasticity higher than the other portions of the bending region 224 that are not subjected to hot working, and the thickness is thin, depending on the difference in rigidity and thickness; the bending region 224 The lower end folding line 226 on the side of the upper end edge 221 and the lower end bending line 226 on the lower end edge 222 side are included. The second fastening is folded between the upper end bending line 225 and the lower end bending line 226 by the bending line 225 to the lower end. The dimension t up to the curved line 226 is 20 mm. This is because when the dimension t is 3 mm or less, the thickness of the shape 2 fastening element 214 becomes too small to be bent, and when it is wider, the portion which is not joined to the first fastening element 213 becomes large. The first direction is in the longitudinal direction and extends from 214 to include the lower end 6' 220 above the side edge 2 1 9 . As shown in the figure 2, the mixture of the fastening elements includes: Bending area For hot addition, it is just: Bend line 2 2 5 Element 214. From the upper end of about 3~ to be more than the 20th m m, the engagement of the front waistline regions 208, 2 09 of the front -19-200924724 is easily separated. The upper and lower end bending lines 225 and 226 are respectively formed in the range from the outer edge 220 to the inner edge 2 1 9 , and include the outer edge portions 225 a and 226 a on the outer edge 220 and the inner edge portion 225 b on the inner edge 219 . 22 Bb. The upper and lower end bending lines 225 and 226 are formed in a substantially parallel shape, and the outer end edge portions 225a and 226a are located closer to the upper end edge 221 than the inner end edge portions 225b and 226b. That is, the bending region 224 is inclined to the longitudinal center line P-P in which the H 2 fastening element 214 is divided into two equal parts in the lateral direction X. The angle α formed by the vertical line Q-Q of the longitudinal center line P-P and the extension line of the upper end bending line 22 5 is set to 3 0 to 60 °. More preferably, it is about 4 5 °. The dimension Α of the longitudinal direction 为止 from the upper edge 221 to the lower edge 222 of the second fastening element 214 is approximately 130 mm, and the dimension B of the longitudinal direction Y from the upper edge 221 to the outer edge 225a is approximately 10 to 50 mm. The dimension C in the width direction X from the inner edge 219 to the outer edge 220 of the second fastening element 2I4 is approximately 15 mm. However, these dimensions may be suitably changed depending on the size of the diaper pants or the type of material selected. The second fastening element 214 is defined by the bending region 224, and the upper end edge 221 side is the upper portion 227 and the lower end edge 222 side is the lower portion 228, and is vertically divided into two. Figure 11 is an end view of the longitudinal center line P-P of Figure 10 . The second fastening element 214 is heated and pressurized at about 120 °C from the joint surface 229 side of the main body 202. Since the second fastening element 214 has thermoplasticity, it is melted by heat and is pressurized. Thus, as shown in the figure, it is crushed to form a concave strip shape. At the same time, the hook forming surface 23 0 of the second engaging element 214 is also pressurized by -20-200924724, so that the hook element is crushed. The portion thus heated and pressurized is used as the bending region 224. Since the bending region 224 is higher in rigidity and thinner than the other portions, the second fastening element 2 1 4 is easily bent along the bending region 224. The front waistline region 208 and the rear waistline region 209 are joined by engaging the first and second fastening elements 213 and 214'. The diaper 201 has a shorts shape as shown in Fig. 9 . As shown in Fig. 9, the φ diaper 201 in the shape of a shorts forms a waist opening 233' by the front and rear waist opening edges 231, 232 of the front waist region 2 〇 8 and the rear waist region 209 by the foot opening edge of the straddle region 210 234' forms a pair of foot openings 235° on the inside of the front and rear waist opening edges 231, 232, along which the waist elastic members 23 6 are mounted in an extended state, and on the inside of the foot opening edges 234 The foot elastic member 2 3 7 is attached in an extended state along the opening edge 234. The waist elastic member 2 3 6 and the leg elastic member 2 3 7 have a plurality of rubber threads, and the front and rear waist openings φ the edges 231 and 232 and the foot opening edge 234 are fitted to the wearer by the contraction force of the rubber threads. On the inner side of the substantially central portion of the longitudinal direction Y of the front and rear waist regions 208, 209, the auxiliary elastic member 23 8 for improving the fit of the diaper to the wearer is attached in an extended state. The auxiliary elastic member 23 8 has a plurality of rubber cords extending in the circumferential direction Z and separated from the longitudinal direction Y. By the contraction force of the rubber threads, the central regions of the front and rear waist regions 208 and 209 are fitted to the wearer. The waist elastic member 263, the leg elastic member 273 and the auxiliary elastic member 238' can be made of synthetic rubber such as natural rubber or polyurethane, and also - 21 - 200924724 can use elastic fiber non-woven fabric, plastic sheet, etc. In place of the rubber thread, such a diaper 201, the case where the first fastening element 213 and the second fastening element 214 are engaged will be described with reference to FIG. The second engaging element 214 located on the outer side in the circumferential direction Z is engaged with the first engaging element 2 1 3 located on the wearer side inside the circumferential direction Z. When the engagement is performed, the second fastening element 214 is bent in advance along the bending region 224. Since the bending region 0 is different from the rigidity and thickness of the other portions, the bending region 224 is easily bent. Further, since the bent region 224 is inclined to retreat from the outer edge 220 toward the inner edge 2 1 9 , the lower portion 2 28 can be bent outward in the circumferential direction Z. Since the lower portion 2 2 8 is bent outward in the circumferential direction Z, the bending operation can be more easily performed than the operation of bending toward the inner side, and the lower portion 228 can be prevented from being inadvertently engaged to the table 1 fastening element 213, and The wearer's skin is prevented from being injured by the hook elements of the lower portion 228. As described above, the angle "the bending region 224" is set to 30 to 60. Q. When the angle α is smaller than 30°, it must be bent such that the lower portion 228 overlaps the upper portion 227, which is less likely to be bent' and is obstructed by the foot opening edge 234 due to the bending operation. When the angle 〇 is larger than 60°, the joining distance of the longitudinal direction Y when the upper portion 227 is engaged with the first engaging element 213 is substantially longer, and the upper portion 227 is correctly attached to the first fastening element 213. Homework has become difficult. The upper portion 227 of the second fastening element 214 is engaged to the upper portion 227 of the second fastening element 214 so that the upper end edge 22 1 of the second fastening element 214 overlaps the upper end edge 217 of the first fastening element 213 in a state where the lower portion 228 is bent. 1 button element 213. As shown in Fig. 12, in the state in which the upper portion 227 has been engaged, the lower portion -22-200924724 portion 228 is bent 'so' so that the lower portion 228 is inadvertently engaged to the first fastening element 213. produce. After the upper portion 227 and the first fastening element 213 are firmly engaged, the bending of the lower portion 228 is returned to the original shape, and the first fastening element 213 is engaged with the first fastening element 213. At this time, since the upper portion 22 7 is firmly engaged with the first engaging element 213, no displacement occurs, and the desired position can be surely engaged. By providing the bending inducing means 223, the engagement between the first engaging element 213 and the second engaging element 214 is facilitated, and these elements can be surely engaged. As described above, the dimension b from the upper end portion 21 to the outer end edge portion 225a of the second fastening element 214 is set to 1 〇 to 50 mm. When it is shorter than 10 mm, the engagement force between the upper portion 22 7 and the first fastening element 213 is too small 'the possibility of engagement of the upper portion 227 when the lower portion 228 is engaged', and when it is longer than 50 mm At this time, it is difficult to accurately engage the upper portion 227 with the first fastening element 213. By forming the bending inducing means 223 in the rear side edge portion 212, it is possible to achieve an effect of improving the wearing feeling when the diaper 201 is worn. The folding inducing means 22 3 is more easily bent than the other parts when the diaper 201 is worn, and can be flexibly bent in accordance with the movement of the wearer's body to be deformed in accordance with the wearer's body. When the bending induction means 2 2 3 is not formed, the wearing feeling is deteriorated due to the rigidity of the first and second fastening elements 213 and 214. In the above description, the first fastening element 213 is used as the ring element, and the second fastening element 214 is used as the hook element. However, the first fastening element 213 may be used as the hook element 'the second fastening element 214 as the ring element. . However, in general, -23-200924724 is more rigid than the ring element, and the hook element having a high rigidity is pressed firmly to the ring element, so that the outer side of the circumferential direction Z is used as a hook. The elements are better. As the fastening means 303, if the front and rear waist regions 208, 209 can be detachably coupled, other means such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be used. In the above, the 'bend inducing means 223' is formed only in the second engaging element 214, but may be formed in the second engaging element 213 as well. When the bending inducing means 223 is formed in both the first and second φ engaging elements 213 and 214, the card cooperation industry can be made easier. Further, the first fastening element 213 is directly attached to the outer sheet 2〇7, and the second fastening element 214 is directly attached to the inner sheet 206'. However, the sheet for holding the fastening elements may be separately provided. The holding sheet is attached to the inner sheet 206 or the outer sheet 207. In this embodiment, after the second fastening element 214 is formed with the bending inducing means 223, the second fastening element 2 1 4 is joined to the rear edge portion 2 2, but φ ' may be formed by joining the second fastening element 2 1 4 to the rear side edge portion 212 of the main body 202 to form the bending inducing means 223. Fig. 13 is a view showing a second embodiment of the second invention, showing the body side inner surface 204 of the diaper 201. In the second embodiment, the bending inducing means 223 is different from the first embodiment, and other components are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this embodiment, the bending inducing means 2 2 3 is formed by the slit portion 23 9 formed in the second fastening element 214 and the rear side edge portion 212 of the main body 202. -24- 200924724 The slit portion 2 3 9 is formed by arranging a plurality of slits 240 ′ having a plurality of slit sheets at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction in five substantially parallel rows. The length of a slit sheet is about 3 mm, and the gap between the slit sheet and the slit sheet is about 3 mm' as a slit 2400. The slit portion 239 is formed by joining the rear side edge portion 212 of the main body 202 to the second fastening element 214 and supplying it to, for example, a gear mechanism including a cutter. The position of the bending inducing means 223 formed by the slit portion 23 9 is the same as that of the first embodiment. However, the angle α of the bending region 224 is defined by the angle formed by the extension line of the slit 240 and the vertical line QQ, and the portion where the slit portion 23 9 is formed is formed, and the slit portion is not formed. In other parts, the rigidity becomes lower and it becomes easier to bend. Therefore, the lower portion 228 can be bent outward, and the upper portion 227 can be engaged with the first fastening element 213, so that the second fastening element 214 can be easily and surely engaged with the first fastening element 2 1 3 . ❾ In the above, after the second fastening element 214 is joined to the main body 202, the slit 240' is formed. However, the second fastening element 214 may be formed into the slit 240 and then joined to the main body 202. In this case, the slit 240 is formed only in the second fastening element 2 14 , and no slit is formed in the main body 202. The size of the slit sheet, the number of slits 240, and the like are not limited to the embodiment, and can be appropriately changed. Fig. 14 is a view showing a third embodiment of the second invention, characterized in that a separation portion 241' separating the upper portion 227 and the lower portion 228 of the second engagement element 214 is formed as the bending inducing means 223. The other constituent elements other than -25-200924724 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The separation unit 241 is formed by cutting a part of the second fastening element 214 to form a bending inducing means 223. In the second engaging element 214, the upper end bending line 225 is formed on the upper portion 227 side of the separating portion 241, and the lower end bending line 226 is formed on the lower portion 228 side. The position of the bending inducing means 223 formed by the separating portion 241 is the same as that of the first embodiment. In this embodiment, since the second engaging element 214 does not exist in the separating portion 241' where the bending inducing means 223 is formed, the rigidity of the separating portion 241 can be lowered as compared with the other portions. Therefore, the second engagement element 214 can be easily bent by the separation portion 24 1 . Fig. 15 shows a fourth embodiment of the second invention, characterized in that a high-rigidity member 242 is provided in the upper portion 227 of the second fastening element 214 as the bending inducing means 223. The components other than the features are the same as those of the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. 〇 As the high-rigidity member 242, a sheet-like member such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, or a film can be used, and the high-rigidity member 242 can be joined between the second fastening element 214 and the inner surface sheet 206. The high-rigidity member 242 has its upper end edge 243 substantially aligned with the upper end edge 221 of the second fastening element 214, and the lower end edge is defined as the upper end bending line 225. Further, the upper end bending line 225 also serves as the lower end bending line 226, and the lower end bending line 226 is not separately formed. In this embodiment, the upper portion 22 7 is formed by the second fastening element 214 and the high rigidity member 242, and the lower portion 228 is formed only by the second fastening element -26-200924724 214. Therefore, the difference in rigidity between the upper and lower portions 227 and 228 can be easily bent at the upper end bending line 225. In this embodiment, the high-rigidity member 242 is disposed in the entire upper portion 227. However, the high-rigidity member may be disposed only in the vicinity of the upper end bending line 22 5 . Further, the high rigidity member 242 may be disposed on the lower portion 228 side to cause a difference in rigidity from the upper portion 227.
