本発明は、パンツ型使い捨ておむつに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、前腹部と後背部とこれら各部間の股部の両側に形成された脚穴部と、前期前腹部と後背部の両側縁部を接合することにより形成されるウエスト開口部とを有するおむつ本体を備え、上記前腹部及び後背部のウエスト開口部に対応する部分には、ウエスト用弾性部材が伸張状態で添設される一方、上記脚穴部には、脚穴に沿って脚穴用弾性部材が伸張状態で添設されたパンツ型使い捨ておむつが知られている。

この種のパンツ型使い捨ておむつは、上記ウエスト用弾性部材及び脚穴用弾性部材の伸縮作用により、着用前に上記前腹部及び後背部がそれぞれ収縮した状態となり、着用時の前後向きを特定することが困難であった。そのため、例えば、特許文献１のパンツ型使い捨ておむつのように、後背部の外面に対して図柄模様を施すことにより、当該図柄模様側が着用時の後向きであることを着用者、又は着用介助者へ特定させるように構成されたものがある。

一方、使用後のパンツ型使い捨ておむつを廃棄する場合には、一般に、廃棄スペースを軽減するために、当該おむつにおける上記前腹部と後背部との両接合部（両側縁部）を剥離することによりおむつ本体を略平面状にして、これを折りたたむ、又は丸める等の処置を施すこととしている。このような廃棄作業を効率化するために、例えば、特許文献２の使い捨ておむつのように、ウエスト用弾性部材の着用者側に固定された廃棄用テープと、折りたたまれたおむつ本体とを止着するように構成されたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記特許文献１のパンツ型使い捨ておむつは、おむつ本体の外面に対して図柄模様が施されているものの、このおむつ本体自体が、着用前にウエスト用弾性部材及び脚穴用弾性部材の伸縮作用により収縮することとなるため、当該図柄模様の視覚的な確認が不安定なものとなり、このことは、おむつ本体の前後確認の確実性を低下させる要因となっていた。特に、暗所において特許文献１のパンツ型使い捨ておむつを着用しようとする場合に、着用者又は着用介助者は、図柄模様を視覚的に確認することができないため、おむつ本体の前後向きを特定することができなかった。

一方、上記特許文献２の使い捨ておむつは、ウエスト用弾性部材の着用者側に廃棄用テープが固定されているため、着用時にウエスト用弾性部材の伸縮作用により廃棄用テープが着用者の肌に対して押し付けられる結果、着用者に対して違和感又は、痛みを与えるおそれがあった。また、ウエスト用弾性部材の伸縮に応じて廃棄テープが伸縮してしまうため、上記廃棄テープに対して注意事項等の所定の情報を付記するようにした場合に、前記所定の情報を読取れなくなってしまうといった不具合もあった。

本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、着用前のおむつ本体の前後向きを確実に特定することができるとともに、着用者へ与える違和感を可及的に低減させることができるパンツ型使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、前腹部と、後背部と、これら各部間の股部の両側に形成された脚穴部と、前記前腹部と後背部の両側縁部を接合することにより形成されるウエスト開口部とを有するとともに、上記股部に吸収性本体を備えたおむつ本体を備え、上記前腹部及び後背部のウエスト開口部に対応する部分には、ウエスト用弾性部材がおむつ幅方向に伸張状態で添設される一方、上記脚穴部には、脚穴に沿って脚穴用弾性部材が伸張状態で添設されたパンツ型使い捨ておむつにおいて、
上記前腹部と後背部の両接合部の内、一方の接合部において前腹部と後背部の少なくとも一方に対して接合されるとともに、上記ウエスト用弾性部材と脚穴用弾性部材との間で着用者側へ延びるタブを備えていることを特徴とするパンツ型使い捨ておむつを提供するものである。

【発明の作用および効果】
本発明によれば、前腹部と後背部の両接合部の内、一方の接合部において前腹部と後背部との間にタブが接合されている、すなわち、おむつ本体の左右の何れか一方側にタブが接合されているため、例えば、おむつ本体の右側にタブを接合することとすれば、着用者は、右の腰骨付近にタブが位置するように位置合せすることにより、おむつ本体の前後向きを特定することができる。特に、本発明では、タブの位置を触覚的に特定することにより、おむつ本体の前後向きを特定することが可能となる結果、従来技術と異なり、暗所であってもおむつ本体の前後向きを特定することが可能となる。

また、本発明では、上記タブがウエスト用弾性部材と脚穴用弾性部材との間で着用者側へ延びるように配設されているため、タブがウエスト用弾性部材および脚穴用弾性部材の伸縮作用により着用者の肌へ押し付けられることを抑制することができる結果、着用者に与える違和感を可及的に抑制することができる。

請求項２によれば、上記タブに対して着用者の肌と非接触となるように止着部が設けられているため、止着部が着用者の肌に対して接触することを抑制することができる結果、着用者に与える違和感を抑制しつつ、おむつ本体の前後向きを特定することができ、さらに、おむつ本体をコンパクトに廃棄することができる。すなわち、上記タブは、前腹部と後背部の少なくとも一方に対して接合されているため、おむつ本体を廃棄するために前腹部と後背部の両接合部を剥離した場合に、前腹部又は後背部の何れかに接合された状態で維持されることとなる。この状態で折りたたまれ、又は丸められたおむつ本体を上記タブにより止着することによって、おむつ本体をコンパクトな形態に保持した状態で廃棄することができる。なお、上記タブを前腹部と後背部の双方に接合する場合には、タブに対する前腹部又は後背部の何れか一方の接合力を相対的に弱くすることにより、上記のように前腹部と後背部の両接合部を剥離した場合に、タブが前腹部又は後背部の何れかに接合された状態で維持されることとなる。ここで、「着用者の肌に対して非接触となるように止着部を配設する」とは、例えば、止着部を粘着剤等で構成した場合において、この粘着剤を剥離可能に被覆する剥離紙等を設けることにより具現化することができる。

また、上記のように、タブがウエスト用弾性部材と脚穴用弾性部材との間で着用者側へ延びるように配設されているため、着用者の肌に接触するおむつ本体内側に表示部を設けることにより（請求項３）、この表示部は、上記ウエスト用弾性部材及び脚穴用弾性部材の伸縮に応じて伸縮することなく、所定の情報を明確に表示することができる。この表示部には、例えば、おむつ本体のサイズや、おむつ本体の前後向きを表示することができる。

請求項４によれば、おむつ本体を廃棄するために前腹部と後背部の両接合部を剥離した場合に、前腹部又は後背部の何れか一方に対してシートの両端部が接合された状態で維持されることとなる。この状態でスリット線に沿ってシートを切り取ることにより、シートが平面状に展開され、このシート面に形成された止着部を利用して、折りたたまれ又は丸められたおむつ本体を止着することができる。

請求項５によれば、おむつ本体を廃棄するために前腹部と後背部の両接合部を剥離した場合に、前腹部又は後背部の何れか一方に対してシートの両端部が接合された状態で維持されることとなる。この状態でシートの両端部を互いに剥離することにより、シートが平面状に展開され、このシート面に形成された止着部を利用して、折りたたまれ又は丸められたおむつ本体を止着することができる。

請求項７によれば、折りたたまれ又は丸められたおむつ本体に対する所望の個所に対して粘着剤又は機械式ファスナーのフック部を接着又は係止することが可能となる結果、おむつ本体をよりコンパクトな形態に保持した状態で廃棄することができる。ここで、機械式ファスナーとは、フック部とループ部とが対をなして、両者を強く圧迫すると、雄係止部と雌係止部とが相互に外れにくいように係止されるとともに、雄係止部と雌係止部とを手で強く引き剥がすと雄係止部と雌係止部との係止が外れるものをいい、面ファスナーとも呼ばれている。なお、上記のように止着部として機械式ファスナーを採用する場合には、おむつ本体がフック部と係止可能な不織布材料又は、機械式ファスナーのループ部となる表面形状を有するような編布や合成不織布等で形成されていることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１に示すように、パンツ型使い捨ておむつ１は、おむつ本体２と、吸収性本体３とで基本構成されている。

上記おむつ本体２は、図１及び図２に示すように、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとの間の股部Ｒの両側に脚穴部Ｓを形成した内装（着用者の肌側）シート４と外装（外面側）シート５とを備え、内装シート４と外装シート５との間の前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとのウエスト部分には、おむつ長さ方向Ｘに狭い間隔で、複数本のウエスト用弾性部材６がおむつ幅方向Ｗに伸張状態で添設されているとともに、ボディ部分には、おむつ長さ方向Ｘに広い間隔で、複数本のボディフィット用弾性部材７がおむつ幅方向Ｗに伸張状態で添設されている。

また、脚穴部Ｓには、脚穴に沿って複数本の脚穴用弾性部材８が内装シート４と外装シート５との間に伸張状態で添設されている。

そして、各弾性部材６〜８を間に挟んだ状態で、内装シート４と外装シート５とがホットメルト接着剤等で接着されるとともに、外装シート５の両端部に上記おむつ長さ方向Ｘへと突設された余剰部５ａが、内装シート４の両端部を包み込むように折り返され、当該内装シート４の両端部に接着されることとなる（図２参照）。

本実施形態において、上記内装シート４上の後背部Ｑの左側縁部、すなわち着用時における着用者の右腰骨付近に接触することとなる個所には、右方向へ延びる（すなわち、着用者の肌側へ延びる）ようにタブ２０が接着されている。このタブ２０は、図３及び図４に示すように、短冊状のシート２０ａを備え、このシート２０ａが長手方向で二つ折りにされ、その両端部が相互に接着されるとともに、上記おむつ長さ方向Ｘにおけるボディフィット用弾性部材７の添設範囲で上記内装シート４に対してホットメルト接着剤等により接着されている（以下、この接着を仮止めと示す）。

また、図３に示すように、上記シート２０ａの一方の端部付近（本実施形態では、内装シート４との仮止め部側）には、当該シート２０ａを幅方向へ切断するためのスリット線２１が形成され、このスリット線２１に沿ってシート２０ａが切断されると、二点鎖線で示すように、タブ２０がその長手方向へ展開することとなる。さらに、上記スリット線２１付近において、シート２０ａの折り返された内面、すなわち着用者の非接触側には、粘着部２２が当該シート２０ａの幅方向に沿って帯状に塗布されている。一方、上記シート２０ａの外面、すなわち着用者の接触側には、図４に示すように、当該おむつ本体２のサイズ（本実施形態では、Ｍサイズ）を表示する表示部２３が形成されている。

上記おむつ本体２がおむつ幅方向Ｗに横流れ状態で製造される場合には、図５に示すように、上記タブ２０が仮止めされたおむつ本体２の連続体を折り返しラインＡ（すなわち、股部Ｒの中心線）に沿って折り返し、前腹部Ｐ及び後背部Ｑのウエスト部分の位置合せを行い、これら前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとを側縁部１ａで上記シート２０ａの両端部を介して熱溶着等によって接合した後、カットラインＢに沿って個々のおむつ本体２に切り離すこととなる。なお、上記側縁部１ａの接合時には、後背部Ｑにおける内装シート４とシート２０ａとの接合力が前腹部Ｐにおける内装シート４とシート２０ａとの接合力よりも大きくなるように、溶着面積等の条件が設定されている。また、シート２０ａを介さずに前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとを側縁部１ａで接合するようにしてもよい。このように、両側縁部１ａ、１ａが接合されることによって、図６に示すように、ウエスト開口部Ｔの形成されたおむつ本体２が組み立てられることとなる。なお、上記実施形態においては、タブ２０を着用時の右腰骨付近となる側縁部１ａに配置することとしているが、図５の二点鎖線で示すように、タブ２０を着用時の左腰骨付近となる側縁部１ａに配置することにより、シート２０ａの折り返し部分が製造の流れ方向の上流側へ向くこととなり、このようにすると、上記流れ方向に沿っておむつ本体２の連続体を搬送するローラやベルト等にタブ２０が干渉してしまうといったことを抑制することができる。

上記内装シート４は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）が用いられる。好ましくは、目付け１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ²の撥水性不織布材料である。また、内面のみを親水化〔界面活性剤を塗布する、あるいは親水性繊維（レーヨン、コットン等）の層を作る。〕しても良く、この場合には、肌に当接した場合の感触が良くなり、吸汗効果も期待できる。

上記外装シート５は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）が用いられる。好ましくは、目付け１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ²の撥水性不織布材料である。

上記シート２０ａは、少なくとも着用者の肌と接触する面が不織布で形成されていることが好ましい。具体的には、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド、ナイロン等の合成樹脂単体、あるいはこれら２種類以上の成分を複合した繊維によって構成される不織布であって、短繊維をカードに並べ熱風接着するエアースルー法、エンボスロールによって点接合するポイントボンド法、溶融した合成樹脂をノズルから押し出した連続長繊維を並べてエンボスロールによって点接合するスパンボンド法、溶融押し出しする際に対向する熱風によって極細繊維化して形成するメルトブロー法等、適切な製法を選択することができ、これらの製法により製造された不織布を選定することができる。また、上記不織布と、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド、ナイロン等の合成樹脂によって形成されたフィルムとを貼り合わせて一体化した複合シートを用いることも可能である。さらに、上記シート２０ａは、５〜５０ｍｍの幅寸法及び、２０〜２００ｍｍの長さ寸法で、５〜３０ｇ／ｍ²の目付けに設定されていることが好ましい。

上記粘着部２２は、アクリル系、スチレン系、天然ゴム系等の一般的な粘着剤を用いることができ、このような粘着剤を使用する場合には、上記シート２０ａの粘着部２２以外の部分に対して、剥離処理手段を施すことが好ましい。この剥離処理手段としては、剥離処理液を塗布する方法や、剥離処理テープを添設する方法等の適切な方法を選択することができる。

上記表示部２３は、グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、インクジェット印刷等の印刷方法によってシート２０ａに対して印刷することにより形成することができる。

上記吸水性本体３は、図５及び図７に示すように、トップシート１０とバックシート１１との間に、被覆シート１２で包んだ略砂時計形の吸収性コア１３を挟み込んで形成されて、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在するようになる。

上記吸水性本体３のトップシート１０の内面（上面）の両側部には、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在する立ち上がりフラップ１５の基端部１５ａがそれぞれ接着されて上方に立ち上げられ、その上端が内向きに折り返され、この折り返し内にフラップ用弾性部材１６がおむつ前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されることにより、立ち上がりフラップ１５が立ち上がるようになる。この立ち上がりフラップ１５の前後端部の内面は、トップシート１０に倒伏状態で接着されている。

上記吸収性本体３の被覆シート１２と吸収性コア１１との間には、吸収性コア１３に対して、おむつ幅方向Ｗの全幅に亘って所定の間隔で、複数本の股間用弾性部材１７が前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されている。

上記吸収性本体３の吸収性コア１３は、トップシート１０とバックシート１１とに、ほぼ全面的にホットメルト接着剤等で接着されるとともに、このバックシート１１は、上記おむつ本体２の股部Ｒの内装シート４に、ほぼ全面的にホットメルト接着剤等で接着されている。

上記吸収性コア１３は、粉砕したパルプ繊維やセルロース繊維等の親水性繊維集合層に粒状の高分子吸水体を混合したものを、ティッシュペーパーなどの紙シートあるいは透液性不織布シート等の被覆シート１２で包んで、所定形状（長方形、砂時計型、ひょうたん型等）に成形したものである。上記繊維や高分子吸水体をシート状に成形したシート状体（例えば、エアレイド吸収体）等を、所定形状に成形して用いても構わない。また、着用者が歩いたり、寝返りを打ったりしても形状を保持できるように、親水性繊維集合層中やシートに形状保持手段（ホットメルト接着剤の塗布、合成繊維の混合）を施しても構わない。

上記トップシート１０は、透液性不織布材料が好ましい。例えば、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン透）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し、透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。好ましくは、目付け１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ²の疎水性繊維の裏面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料（ポイントボンド不織布、エアースルー不織布）である。

上記バックシート１１は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）、プラスチックフィルム（通気性であっても非通気性であっても良いが、好適な態様としては通気性プラスチックフィルムが望ましい）やその複合材料が用いられる。好ましくは、目付け１５〜４０ｇ／ｍ²の通気性ポリエチレンフィルムである。

上記立ち上がりフラップ１５は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）が用いられる。好ましくは、目付け１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ²の撥水性不織布材料である。

上記被覆シート１２は、ティッシュペーパーなどの紙シートあるいは透液性不織布シート等が用いられる。

上記各弾性部材６〜８、１６、１７は、通常使い捨ておむつに用いられる弾性伸縮材料（ポリウレタン糸、ポリウレタンフィルム、天然ゴム等）が用いられ、各シート材料の間に伸張状態で、ホットメルト接着剤、熱接着、超音波接着など好適な添設手段でもって添設される。好ましくは、ゴム系のホットメルト接着剤である。

ウエスト用弾性部材６は、繊度７００〜２０００デシテックスのポリウレタン糸を、倍率２．０〜４．０倍に伸張して添設するのが好ましい。

ボディフィット用弾性部材７は、繊度３００〜１０００デシテックスのポリウレタン糸を、倍率１．１〜２．０倍に伸張して添設するのが好ましい。

脚穴用弾性部材８は、繊度７００〜２０００デシテックスのポリウレタン糸を倍率１．１〜３．０倍に伸張して添設するのが好ましい。

フラップ用弾性部材１６は、繊度３００〜２０００デシテックスのポリウレタン糸を、倍率１．１〜４．０倍に伸張して添設するのが好ましい。

股間用弾性部材１７は、繊度３００〜２０００デシテックスのポリウレタン糸を、倍率１．１〜４．０倍に伸張して添設するのが好ましい。

各シート材料の接合は、ホットメルト接着剤、熱接合、超音波シール等の方法が適宜用いられる。ホットメルト接着剤については、ゴム系、ポリオレフィン系、酢酸ビニル系等のホットメルト接着剤から適切に選定して、直接的なコーター塗布、間接的なスパイラル塗布、メルトブロー（カーテンスプレー）塗布、ビード塗布等の方法で塗布する。なお、上記側縁部１ａについては、熱接合が好ましい。

以上のように構成されたパンツ型使い捨ておむつ１を廃棄する場合には、まず、上記両側縁部１ａ、１ａを剥離して、図１及び図４に示すように、おむつ本体２を略平面状に展開する。次いで、上記スリット線２１（図３参照）に沿ってシート２０ａを切断して、図８に示すように、当該シート２０ａを右側へ展開する。この状態では、上記粘着部２２が内装シート４側に位置することとなるため、側縁部１ａ（シート２０ａと内装シート４との接合部）でシート２０ａを折り返して、図９に示すように、粘着部２２が上方へ向くようにする。この状態で、前腹部Ｐをおむつ幅方向Ｗで丸めるとともに、この前腹部Ｐをおむつ長さ方向Ｘで股部Ｒにより包み込むように丸めて、これを後背部Ｑによって包み込むように後背部Ｑの両側縁部１ａ、１ａの位置を併せ、これら両側縁部１ａ、１ａを連結するように、上記粘着部２２によって相手方の側縁部１ａを接着することとなる（図１０参照）。

なお、上記実施形態においては、止着部として粘着部２２を採用しているが、この構成に代えて、図１１に示すように、機械式ファスナーのフック部材２４を取り付けることもできる。このフック部材２４は、雄係止部２４ａを備えており、この雄係止部２４ａは、上記のように廃棄時に丸められたおむつ本体２の形態を維持するように、おむつ本体２（上記相手側の側縁部１ａ）、すなわち機械式ファスナーのループ部を構成する不織布に対して係止するように構成されている。

また、上記実施形態では、シート２０ａの両端部を接合するとともに、シート２０ａにスリット線２１を設けることにより、廃棄時にシート２０ａの展開を可能としているが、この構成に代えて、シート２０ａの両端部を互いに剥離可能に接合し、この両端部を内装シート４に対して仮止めし、前腹部Ｐ及び後背部Ｑの両側縁部１ａ、１ａをそれぞれ接合するようにしてもよい。このように形成した場合には、上記シート２０ａに対してスリット２１を設ける必要が無くなり、構成を簡素化することができる。

さらに、上記実施形態では、シート２０ａを折り返して使用することとしているが、この構成に代えて、シート２０ａの一端部を前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとの間に接合し、このシートの片面に対して上記粘着部２２を形成するとともに、この粘着部２２に対して剥離紙等を剥離可能に配設すれば、廃棄時にこの剥離紙を剥がすことによって、上記と同様の廃棄作業を行うことができる。
