200916690 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關一種LED燈具,尤指一種利用兩組LED光源 與兩非對稱反射部之設計,以提供兩種不同光束角度之光照範 圍之LED燈具,適用於車燈、投射燈等之使用者。 【先前技術】 隨者科技日新月異’照明用之光源逐漸以發光二極體(L£d ) f : 所取代,然而由於led具有高亮度、省電、體積小且環保等優 點’因此舉凡在個人數位化產品、交通設施、車燈或建築照明 上,皆採用LED作為光源之設計。 目前LED在使用與研發上皆朝向亮度之提升,增加其高效 率之照射目的,其設計上僅侷限在於一燈具提供一範圍角度之 照明,以車燈為例,傳統使用LED作為光源之車燈遠光燈=近 光燈的光源設計,由於LED之特性是屬180度的面發光,且其 作法乃是將LED直接對前方投射,並以反射部(杯)對大角产的 U 光線進行收光,以形成一固定角度之光照範圍。然而,該毁叶 之缺點在於遠光燈與近光燈無法使用同一燈罩,也就是說必項 透過兩燈罩模組才可提供兩不同之光照範圍,同樣的問題在其^ 他使用領域的LED燈具上,也必須透過兩燈罩模組才可提供八 不同之光照範圍’使得在整體結構空間之配置上必須受到考旦 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的在於提供一種可提供兩種不同 之光照範圍之LE1D燈具。 來角度 200916690 為達上述目的’本發明所設之一種LED燈具,包括—燈殼及 肤明裝置,其中該燈殼具有一容置空間,該燈殼内部係設有 兩非對稱之第-、第二反射部’且該第―、第二反射部係分別 設有一特定曲率之反射面;該照明裝置設置於容置空間内,該 照明裝置包含可分別獨立照明之第一LED光源與第二LED光源, 其中該第一、第二LED光源係分別朝向第一、第二反射部之反射 面,藉以使該第一、第二LE:D光源分別投射之光線,可透過其對 應之反射面而反射,以形成兩不同光束角度之光照範圍。 為進一步了解本發明,以下舉較佳之實施例,配合圖示、 圖號,將本發明之具體構成内容及其所達成的功效詳細說明如 后: 【實施方式】 請參閱第1、2圖,圖示内容為本發明LEID燈具1之一實施例, 其主要包括一燈殼2及一照明裝置3。 该燈殼2具有一容置空間21,該燈殼2一端面係結合有一燈 罩22 ’该燈殼2内部係設有兩非對稱之第一、第二反射部烈、24, 、弟 苐一反射部23、24係分別設有一特定曲率之反射面 231 ' 241。 該照明裝置3設置於上述容置空間21内,該照明裝置3包含 可分別獨立照明之第—LE:D光源31與第二LE:D光源32,其中該第 一、第二LED光源31、32係分別朝向第一、第二反射部23、24 之反射面231、241 ’藉以使該第一、第二LE:D光源31、32分別投 射之光線’可透過其對應之反射面231、241而反射,以形成兩 不同光束角度之光照範圍。又,該照明裝置3另包括一與該第一 200916690 ' LED光源31與第二LED光源32連接之散熱裝置33,以及分別提供 第一LED光源31與第二LE:D光源電源32之電源裝置34。 實施時,請再參閱第1-4圖,本發明在製造時可先依使用者 之需求’事先就所要達到之光束角度之強度效果,而設計第一、 第二反射部23、24所需之曲率,如令該第一led光源31投射之光 線自第一反射部23之反射面231反射後之光照範圍係遠於第二 LED光源32投射之光線自第二反射部24之反射面241反射後之光 照範圍,且該第一、第二反射部23、24之反射面231、241係分 * 別呈一具有特定曲率之光滑面或呈一具有凹凸紋狀之非光滑平 整面(如第2A圖所示)。 因此’當本發明應用於車燈而做為遠光燈及近光燈時,首 先於燈殼2内部兩非對稱之第一、第二反射部23、24上,依遠光、 近光之光照範圍的不同而於第一、第二反射部23、24上設有一 特定曲率之反射面23卜241,令該第一LED光源31投射之光線自
