Description

Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of joining a waterproof fabric, a waterproof bootie or a tights, a wetsuit, and the like. [Prior Art] Conventionally, such waterproof garments are produced by joining the ends of the cut waterproof fabric to each other. Such a waterproof fabric is provided with a base layer of foam rubber and has a urethane resin layer on the outer layer. In order to ensure the waterproofness of the joint portion, the end faces of the waterproof cloth are opposed to each other, and the end faces are interposed therebetween. Next, the both end faces are joined to each other by the adhesive. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, the "joining portion" is a form in which the end faces of the bonded fabric are mutually joined, and in order to secure sufficient waterproofness, the joint portion must be With a high degree of technology and management' it is therefore not easy to manufacture. When the contact force between the both end faces of the joint portion fluctuates, peeling occurs at a position where the adhesion force is weak during long-term use, and the waterproofness of the joint portion cannot be ensured. In order to ensure the water repellency of the joint portion, there has been a conventional method of attaching a hot-melt tape to the inner surface side of the joint portion in a garment in which a jersey fabric is knitted with a jersey (knit) on both the inside and the outside. In the hot-melt tape attaching method, since the molten resin of the hot-melt tape is only infiltrated into the jersey-knitted mesh, the problem of peeling the hot-melt tape from the jersey knitting over time is caused. In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has been made in an effort to provide a joining method of a garment having high durability and a waterproof fabric which can maintain water repellency even in a joint portion of a waterproof fabric for a long period of time. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems. The joining method of the waterproof fabric of the present invention comprises a base layer made of foam rubber and a non-foamed resin coating layer on the surface layer. A method of joining waterproof fabrics in which ends of a waterproof cloth are joined to each other, characterized in that the end faces of the waterproof cloth are opposed to each other to engage the both end faces, and to bridge the non-foamed resin on both sides of the joint portion. The urethane resin is applied to the joint portion in such a manner that the film layers are in contact with each other. Further, 'the waterproof fabric using the waterproof fabric of the present invention is a waterproof fabric having a base layer made of foam rubber and having a non-foamed resin coating layer on the surface layer, and the end faces of the waterproof fabric are opposed to each other and the end faces are opposite to each other. A garment using a waterproof fabric in a joint portion to which the adhesive is bonded is characterized in that a urethane resin is applied to the joint portion so as to bridge the non-foamed resin coating layers on both sides of the joint portion. Advantageous Effects of Invention: As described above, the urethane resin layer after application is a non-foamed resin coating layer on both sides of the joint portion, and the two non-foamed resin coating layers -6 - 200916626 are integrally connected. Therefore, the bonding state of the bonding portion can be made stronger by the adhesion force of the adhesive on both end faces and the bonding strength of the urethane resin after application, and the water repellency of the bonding portion can be maintained even after long-term use. [Embodiment] An embodiment of a garment using the waterproof fabric of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the garment of the present embodiment is a waterproof bootie having a pants portion 1 and a boot portion 2 integrally attached to the front ends of the pants portion 1. The pants portion 1 is composed of a waterproof cloth 3, and is formed by joining and sewing a plurality of waterproof cloths 3 cut into a specific shape. Next, the waterproof cloth 3 will be described. As shown in Fig. 3, the waterproof fabric 3 includes a base layer 1 made of foam rubber, a knitted layer 11 which is adhered to a surface of one side of the base layer 10 with an adhesive interposed therebetween, and a base layer 10 formed on the base layer 10 The rubber coating layer 12 on the other side of the rubber coating layer 12 is formed of a plurality of layers of the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 formed on the outer side of the rubber coating layer 12. The base layer 10 is a base material that secures the water repellency of the waterproof fabric 3 and is stretchable and becomes the waterproof fabric 3, for example, the woven knit layer 11 formed of foamed neoprene is a surface layer constituting one side of the waterproof fabric 3, and is constituted. The outer layer of the waterproof boot. The rubber coating layer 12 is a function of the primer having the adhesion between the base layer 1〇 and the non-foamed resin coating layer 13. For example, the non-bubble-7-200916626 foam neoprene can be used as a main component. Further, a coating liquid composed of ceria, isocyanate, various additives, and a solvent is formed by applying a coating layer to the underlayer 1 by a gravure coating method. In the case of gravure coating, a long base layer 10 to which a knitted layer 11 is adhered is used, and the long base layer 10 can be bonded and bonded by using a sheet having a specific length. Further, when the rubber coating layer 12 is formed by gravure coating, irregularities are formed on the surface, and the uncoated bridging agent remaining in the rubber coating layer 12 is used for the rubber coating layer 12. The rubber is bridged between the rubber of the base layer 10 and the rubber coating layer 12 is strongly formed on the base layer 10. The cerium oxide can be used in the range of 0.8 to 1.2 μm, and the mixing amount can be set to 2 to 5% by weight in terms of the adhesion between the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 and the underlayer 1 〇. . The non-foamed resin coating layer 13' formed on the outer side of the rubber coating layer 12 constitutes the surface layer on the other side of the waterproof fabric 3, and constitutes a layer of the inner surface of the waterproof boot. As will be described later, the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 is formed by the coating portion. However, it may be formed by adhering the non-foaming resin sheet to the film. Various resins can be used for the non-foaming resin, and the following description will be made by using a urethane resin as an example. The non-foamed resin coating layer 13 is mainly composed of a urethane resin. In order to achieve good smoothness and skin contact, pearl powder can be mixed. For the pearl powder, a diameter of 10 to 60 μm (without sharp corners) (for example, the product name "Pearl Powder ME 100", manufactured by Nippon Kogyo Co., Ltd.) can be used, and the mixing amount is 1 to 10% by weight of the whole. This non-foamed resin coating layer! 3' can apply a coating liquid containing a urethane resin as a main component and the pearl powder, 200916626 pigment, hydrazine, isocyanate, or solvent to the rubber coating layer 1 by, for example, gravure coating. Formed on the outside of 2. When the gravure coating is performed, the unpolymerized isocyanate can be used for bridging between the rubber of the urethane resin and the rubber coating layer 12, and the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 is strongly formed on the rubber coating. Film layer 12. Generally, the waterproof fabric 3 of this configuration is cut and used in conjunction with a specific paper mold. In this case, as shown in Fig. 2, the end portions 3a of the plurality of waterproof fabrics 3 are not in a step difference. Way to join. That is, the end faces 3b of the water-repellent fabric 3 are opposed to each other, and the both end faces 3b are joined by the adhesive 20. At this time, the front and back faces 3b are opposed to each other by the front and back layers of the waterproof fabric 3. In addition, since the base layer 10 of the waterproof fabric 3 is rubber, the adhesive 20 used can be followed by a rubber system suitable for rubber. Agent. After that, on the outer surface side and the inner surface side of the joint portion A, on the inner surface side on the side on which one side of the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 is formed, the urethane resin is coated so as to cover the joint portion a. width. The urethane resin layer 30 is formed to have a specific width so as to sandwich the joint portion A and bridge the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 on both sides of the joint portion a in the left-right direction, and is covered along the joint portion A. This full length is formed into a strip shape. The coating of the urethane resin can be applied to various coating methods such as coating or spraying. Further, although not shown in the drawing, the joint portion A' may be darkly stitched from the side of the knitted layer 1 without penetrating the base layer 1'. In this manner, the inner surface side of the joint portion A is covered with the urethane resin layer 30, and the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 on both sides of the joint portion a is made of the urethane resin layer 30 ( The end portions 3a of the waterproof fabric 3 are -9-200916626, and the non-foamed resin coating layers 1 3 are integrally joined to each other. In other words, the two non-foamed resin coating layers 3 of the waterproof fabric 3 separated in the joint portion A are integrally joined by the urethane resin layer 30 to form the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 The so-called continuity is obtained. Therefore, in addition to the joining force of the adhesive 20 of the end faces 3b of the waterproof fabric 3, the joining force of the urethane resin layer 30 is added, and the end portions 3a of the waterproof fabric 3 are strongly joined to each other even if long-term. The use of the joint portion A can also prevent the peeling of the joint portion A and lose the water repellency, so that it has high durability. Further, by coating the urethane resin to improve the water repellency of the joint portion A, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to achieve high joint precision when the end faces 3b are joined to each other by the adhesive 20, although the amino group is increased. The coating step of the ethyl formate resin, but as a result, it is easier to manufacture. In particular, when a urethane resin is used as the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 as described above, since it is the same kind of resin as the coated urethane resin, it is easy to form the urethane resin layer 30 and High adhesion is obtained between the non-foamed resin coating layers 13. Further, at the time of coating, the non-foamed resin coating layers 13 on both sides can be strongly bonded to each other by the action of a solvent contained in the coating liquid containing the urethane resin as a main component. In the present embodiment, the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 is formed on one side of the base layer 10 as an example. However, the non-foamed resin coating layer 13 may be formed on both sides. A urethane resin is applied to one of the inner and outer sides of the joint portion A, or a urethane resin is applied to both sides. Further, in the above description, the case of using chloroprene rubber as the substrate-10-200916626 layer 10 or the rubber coating layer 12 is described, but isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, styrene butyl rubber may also be used. Ethylene rubber, etc. In addition to waterproof boots, it can also be applied to all kinds of waterproof clothing such as tights, wet wetsuits, dry wetsuits, etc. In addition, it can also be applied to partial waterproofing only with a part of waterproof fabric 3 Regional clothes. In addition to the clothes, it is also applicable to all of the ends in which the ends of the waterproof cloth 3 are joined to each other.
