The ship board and the ship bottom are both hexagonal, and the ship board is formed by sequentially splicing a first ship board fabric, a second ship board fabric, a third ship board fabric, a fourth ship board fabric, a fifth ship board fabric and a sixth ship board fabric.
Example four
Referring to fig. 10, this embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that at least one additional air cell is housed in the annular closed air reservoir, and the air cell and the annular closed air reservoir are independent from each other, thereby forming at least two independent air reservoirs. Therefore, when one individual air storage chamber has air leakage, the reserved air storage chamber can still keep the ship body to have enough buoyancy, and the safety of the ship body is improved. It should be noted that at least two inflation and deflation nozzles and an air bag are respectively arranged, so that independent inflation and deflation of the air bag and the annular closed air storage chamber are realized.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (13)

1. The processing method of the inflatable boat is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: cutting the fabric; fabric cutting is carried out according to the inflatable boat sample plate, and the fabric cutting comprises cutting of a plurality of boat side fabrics and boat bottom fabrics; the side fabric is a fabric with a hot-melt layer on one side;
s2: connecting the ship board; overlapping the edges of the adjacent ship side fabrics along the ship side direction of the inflatable ship, sewing and fixing the overlapping positions of the adjacent ship side fabrics, covering a sewing track formed by sewing by using an airtight adhesive strip to obtain a ship side body, and forming a first connecting end and a second connecting end on the inner side and the outer side edge of the ship side body in the width direction;
s3: the side body is connected with the bottom; the first connecting end of the ship board body is overlapped and pressed with the ship bottom fabric, and the overlapped part is welded through high frequency;
s4: sealing the side of the ship; overlapping the edge of a first connecting end and the edge of a second connecting end of the ship board body, namely sewing and fixing the overlapped part of the first connecting end and the second connecting end, and then covering a sewing track formed by sewing the edge of the first connecting end and the edge of the second connecting end by using an airtight adhesive strip to obtain the ship board with an annular closed gas storage chamber;
s5: obtaining the inflatable boat.
2. The inflatable boat processing method of claim 1, wherein: in the step S2 and the step S4, the airtight strip is covered on the sewing track in a manner of being welded to the surface of the side shell fabric around the sewing track.

The inflatable boat processing method of claim 3, wherein: after the step S2, the step S3, and the step S4, the method further includes a step of providing a reinforcing layer on an outer surface of the airtight attachment strip at the joint of the adjacent side fabric on the side body, an outer surface of the joint of the first connecting end and the bottom of the ship, and an outer surface of the airtight attachment strip at the joint of the first connecting end and the second connecting end, respectively.
4. The inflatable boat processing method of claim 3, wherein: the width of the reinforcing layer is not less than the width of the lap joint of the airtight strip and/or the first connecting end and the ship bottom.
5. The inflatable boat processing method of claim 1, wherein: the step S1 is followed by a step of connecting the side gusset to the outer surface of the side body.
6. The inflatable boat processing method of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the step of arranging at least one transverse reinforcing strip on the bottom fabric after S1.
7. The inflatable boat processing method of claim 1, wherein: the step of connecting the charging and discharging nozzle with the ship board body is also included; the step of the high frequency of exerting simultaneously and fusing the overlap joint department is carried out with the marginal overlap joint and compress tightly of filling and discharging mouth installation department on strengthening layer and the ship board body afterwards to earlier filling and discharging mouth outward flange overlap joint strengthening layer and compress tightly, simultaneously.

An inflatable boat as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the ship board and the ship bottom are hexagonal, and the ship board is formed by sequentially splicing a first ship board fabric, a second ship board fabric, a third ship board fabric, a fourth ship board fabric, a fifth ship board fabric and a sixth ship board fabric.
