Abstract

In the present invention, a transfer sheet for circuit chips is provided to transfer a desired number of circuit chips, and it is a sheet made from a material which can selectively set a exposed surface thereof into adhesive portions and non-adhesive portions. The transfer sheet for circuit chips of the present invention can obtain the desired number of circuit chips by sticking from a circuit chip support member supporting the circuit chips and then transfer the desired number of circuit chips to a circuit chip assemble position on a circuit board. By using the transfer sheet for circuit chip of the present invention, the circuit chips can be disposed on the circuit board conveniently and inexpensively, and consequently a circuit board for display embedded with circuit chips controlling each pixel for display can be manufactured easily and high productively.
