Description of the Invention: TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an operating member for a beverage container. 5 World Patent No. WO 00/35803 describes a liquid discharge device for a beverage (eg, beer) comprising: a container having an outer wall (eg, a top surface); a liquid discharge valve that is biased to close The position, and the pressurization of the pressure generator, can be used to dispense the drain valve beverage from the interior of the container via the drain valve. The drain valve is provided with an operating member, wherein one end 10 includes a dispensing pipe connectable to the drain valve and the other end extends outside the container such that the glass can be placed thereunder. Disposed on the dispensing line is a button that can be used to depress the dispensing line to open the drain valve. When the operating member is placed, the loading direction needs to be the same as when the liquid is discharged, so that the beverage is inadvertently dispensed. A comparable liquid discharge device is known from the patent number WO 02/42197, in which an operating member is provided which contains a housing part which can be placed on the container while containing the pressure element of the dispensing line ( The pressua element) can be moved inside the housing part to open and close the discharge valve. The pivoting arm is mounted as a draining handle that is bearing-mounted to the housing component and has a contact surface next to the pressure element. By tilting the pivot arm, the pressure member can be depressed, whereby the drain valve can be opened. An advantage of this conventional dispensing device is that it can create a feeling of drainage, wherein the pivoting arm causes the dispensing action to be the same as in the bar. However, during the placement of the machine, 2008183388, especially the pressure components, the liquid discharge will still be inadvertently opened and the beverage will flow out. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an operating member for a beverage container. 10 15 20 In a first embodiment, the operating member of the present invention is characterized by: a housing member for positioning on the container adjacent the discharge valve, and a housing member for at least being disposed on the housing member A portion of the pressure element in and/or above, the pressure element being coupled to a distribution line. A pivot arm is mounted for pivoting the housing member, and in use, the pivot arm can be used to move the pressure member to open the drain valve. The pivot arm is provided with at least one first a-plane element and at least one second engagement element, wherein the pressure element is movable in an operating direction and includes an engagement portion, wherein the first engagement element is at the pivot arm The rest position may extend along the operating direction on a side of the merging portion adjacent to the discharge chamber, and the first engaging member may be at the engaging portion when the arm has been brought into an operating position Extend on the opposite side. When the pivoting arm is in the rest position, the pressure element can be blocked by the mouthpiece portion in the operating direction against the or each of the first engaging elements to prevent further displacement in the operating direction. The pressure element is "closed to the liquid valve material - the distance of the section is better" or at least no discharge between the liquid discharge functions to make it not open so as to prevent waste of the beverage. In addition, the pivot arm can be Shaped such that after the pivoting arm is returned to the rest position from the actively operated position, the or each first engaging element can be lowered under the engaging portion and the pressure member will move opposite the operating direction thereby shifting In addition, the pressure of the liquid discharge valve makes it closable. In this way, the dispensing of the beverage can be actively prevented by the 200831, 31388. These advantages can be achieved together and individually. The surface of the present invention is characterized by the fact that the housing portion = the older element that cooperates with the material, so that the pivoting arm can take at least two different bits 5 to set at least three different positions. The present invention relates to a beverage container provided with an operating member of the present invention. The subsidiary items of the present invention define other advantageous embodiments. ' KI JJiT 】 The detailed description of the preferred embodiment 200831388 The specific embodiments herein are illustrated by way of example and should not be construed as limiting the invention Equivalent or corresponding components have ^ or corresponding component symbols. This article has internal force The brewed beer is used to describe the beverage container. However, it is of course also possible to use other beverages, 5 and also to generate pressure for dispensing the beverage in different ways, such as a beta force source dispensing member (ie, a drain valve) The operating member) is here provided on the top surface of the valley σ. However, it may be provided on a different surface, such as a side wall. Obviously, at least the draining line must be designed in a manner that is familiar to the artist. 1 is a perspective view showing an operation member 1 for placement on a beverage container as shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 2 and Fig. 2 are a front view and a side view of the operation member i. The part 1 comprises a housing part 2, a pressure element 3 and a pivoting arm 4, with which the pressure element 3 can be moved relative to the housing part 2 in the operating direction 5, as will be explained in more detail below. In this embodiment, the direction of operation 5 is approximately parallel to the axial direction of the drain valve 6, as shown in FIG. The pivoting 15 arm 4 is pivotally mounted to the housing member 2 via a pivot 7 extending approximately perpendicular to the operating direction 5. When the operating member is placed on the container 1 , the dispensing line 8 extends from the pressure element 3 beyond the longitudinal edge 9 of the container 10. A channel part 11 extends through the pressure element 3 into the hollow rod 12, which can be inserted into the 20-discharge valve 6 when the discharge valve 6 is of a female type. If the drain valve 6 is male, the rod 12 will have a portion of the drain valve 6 and the channel member 11 can be placed. As a result, in use, the internal space 13 of the container 1 is in fluid communication with the discharge valve 6, the passage member distribution line 8, via a riser i4. Included in the interior space is a pressure regulator 15 that contains a gas cartridge 16 containing a relatively high pressure gas, 8 200831388. The gas cartridge 16 has a pressure control element 17 configured to be based on the interior space 13 The pressure is automatically distributed by the gas cartridge 16 to maintain the internal space at a desired level. Such a pressure regulator is described, for example, in the World Patent No. 00/35803, which is incorporated herein by reference. Therefore, after the liquid discharge valve 6 is opened, the beverage 18 will flow out from the internal space 13 via the distribution line 8. In the illustrated embodiment, the dispensing line 8 has been formed by injection molding with, for example, a pressure member 3, a housing member 2, and a pivot arm 4. The first end 19 of the dispensing line 8 has been inserted into the channel member 11 and clamped therein. In the bottom surface of the first end 10 end 19, the opening 20 is mounted at a distance from the closing element 21 when mounted in the rest position, and is in the open operating position of the drain valve 6 On the closing element 21, the opening 2 is thereby closed. In this way, a reproducible advantage is that when in the rest position, air can flow through the opening 20 into the dispensing line 8 with the beverage behind, so that the beverage will immediately flow away 15 to prevent after-dripping. The housing member 2 is provided with a relatively high member 4A in which the pivot shaft 7 is mounted, and a lower half 41 adjacent thereto, in which the pressure member 3 is movable, and the engaging members 23, 24 are also movable therein. The lower half 41 is provided with a vertical edge 42 on which the pressure element 3 can slide to become a guide for the pressure element 3. In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the drain valve 6 is designed as a female aerosol valve. This includes a trough-shaped valve element 43 inside the housing 46 which is held by the spring 44 with its longitudinal edge 47 against the pad 45. In this way, sealing can be obtained. When the rod 12 is inserted into the spool 43, the longitudinal edge 47 can be pushed away from the liner 45 such that the beverage enters the channel member n along the correction. Such wide door and male variants are known to those skilled in the art and can be applied directly, for example, a tilted variant biased to a closed position or an alternative valve. In particular, as shown in Figures 4 to 6, in a highly schematic manner, the 5 arms 4 are provided with at least a first engaging element adjacent the end 22. The second member 24 is coupled to a second member. In the particular embodiment illustrated, there are always two first and two second engagement elements 23, 24 on either side of the distribution line 8. The first engaging member 23 has a longitudinal direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal extent of the pivoting f4 or a relatively small angle, and the longitudinal direction 26 of the pivoting arm 4 is substantially perpendicular to the pivoting axis 7. The second 10 engaging element 24 has a second direction 27 that is generally perpendicular to the pivot 7 and angular to the first direction μ. This angle is not equal to 18 degrees, for example between 45 and 135 degrees, and more particularly between 80 and 125 degrees. The first and second directions 25, 27 are defined by straight lines (which may be solid and dashed) passing through the pivot 7 and the extreme ends of the respective engaging elements 23, 24. In the side view, the first and second engaging members 23, I5 24 are generally formed in an l shape. The pressure element 3 is provided with an engaging portion (four) gagemem part 28, such as an edge. The pivot 7 is positioned such that when the pressure member 3 has been placed over the housing member 2, the first and second engaging members 23, 24 are each located below and above the engaging portion. Figure 4 is a partial side cross-sectional view of the pivot arm* in the rest position, wherein the longitudinal direction 26 of the pivot arm 4 is substantially perpendicular to the direction of operation 5. The first engaging element 23 extends below the engaging portion 28 whereby the movement of the pressure element 3 in the operating direction 5 can be blocked. The pressure element 3 is then relatively raised above the bottom surface 30 of the housing member 2, wherein the engagement portion 28 will be above the pivot 7 and above the top surface 31 of the container 1〇. The pressure element 3 can still pass the second engagement element 24 because the second 200831388 engagement element 24 is outside the path of movement of the pressure opening member 3. This means that it is easy to install. When the female department ► is only in the crying, l, and preparation, the pivot arm 4 will be in the rest position, which can prevent the pressure 7!: The operation of the device 3 is liquid. From this position, the frame arm can be moved in direction 33. 5 Figure 5 is a similar cross-sectional view where the pivot arm is in an active position that is approximately straight and ugly. Thus, the pressure member 3 can be moved up to the maximum extent, so that if the operating member i is on the container, the draining width 6 can be opened. The second engaging element 24 is then pressed against the top surface of the indwelling portion where it is engaged at zero. The bruise 28 is below the pivot 7. From this position, the pivot arm 4 can move in the direction 34. Figure 6 illustrates the pivot arm 4 in an intermediate position wherein the first engaging element 23 is below the opportunistic portion 28 and against the spray portion 28, while the second engaging member 24 is above it. By moving in the direction, the pressure element # moves downward in the operating direction 5, and when moving in the opposite direction 34, the pressure 15 70 pieces 3 will move upwards, as opposed to the operating direction 5, whereby the valve 6 can be closed. This has the advantage that the pressure element can actively move up to stop the beverage being dispensed, for example, actively moving up when a little sticking occurs. Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view showing the first engaging element of the pivot arm 4 and the adjacent portion of the housing member 2. Mounted on the first engaging element is a stop cam 35 extending outwardly. Mounted on the housing part are two ribs 36 that serve as complementary stop elements. The ribs extend substantially vertically, and the distance from each other substantially corresponds to the width of the cam 35. When the pivot arm 4 is pivoted about the pivot 7, the cam 35 can pass through the ribs 36 via slight elasto-elastic deformation of the ribs and/or cams. When the pivot arm is in the position of Figure 5, the cam 35 is positioned between the two ribs 11 200831388 36. If the pivot arm pivots in the direction 34 to the rest position, the stop cam is forced over one of the ribs. If the pivot arm pivots in the opposite direction, it forces the cam over the other of the two ribs. In this way, not only the three positions can be visually distinguished, but also perceived. In this way, in addition, the 5 pivot arms will only remain in one position. In the illustrated embodiment, the operating member of the present invention provides the advantage that the drain valve 6 can be easily operated while the pressure member can be actively moved away from the open liquid valve. The specific embodiments listed in the drawings and description are not intended to limit the invention in any way. Within the scope of the scope of the patent application of the present invention, there may still be a body. Thus, different engagement elements 23, 24 and engagement portions 28 can be designed and can include different angles. Different turning arms can be formed, such as pivoting arms with larger or smaller pivoting angles. The stop member can be configured in different ways and/or configured at a different location or omitted. It should be understood that these and comparative variants are within the scope of the invention as described in the scope of the invention.
