Abstract

A water discharge unit comprising a body section incorporating a sanitary cleaning function section and disposed above a chair toilet stool, and a closet seat pivotally supported to be opened/closed freely with respect to the body section, characterized in that the front surface of the body section has a curved concave surface recessed along the open end of the bowl of the chair toilet stool, and the substantially entire curved concave surface projects slightly forward beyond the opening end of the bowl. A toilet device comprising a chair toilet stool having a bowl, and a sanitary cleaner, characterized in that the body section is provided, on the lower surface, opposing the bowl, of the portion projecting slightly forward of the bowl, with a portion for discharging wastewater produced in the sanitary cleaning function section to the bowl, and a deodorization suction opening elongated substantially along the outline of the bowl.
