Also provided is a topping material adhering apparatus capable of recovering topping material which does not adhere to solid food. The present invention relates to a topping material adhering apparatus making meltable topping material adhere to solid food in granular. The topping material adhering apparatus (1) of the present invention includes a topping material supplying section (2) supplying melted topping material (F), a topping material ejecting section (4) ejecting the topping material (F) supplied from the topping material supplying section (2) toward a down direction in a line form, and a solid food moving section (6) moving solid food (P) to an adhesion area (A) underneath the topping material ejecting section (4) in order to allow the topping material (F) to adhere to the solid food (P). The topping material (FL) ejected in a line form is broken off and granulated during dropping, and then arrives the adhesion area (A).
