Abstract

This invention provides a lattice type construction structure for ship and the fabrication method, which includes several layers of composite material, composite beams and ribs, and several foamed base material. There are several flow-guiding grooves formed on the six faces of each base material cube on predetermined positions. The composite layers and base material cubes are arranged on the composite bottom layer in predetermined manner and then covered with the composite top layer. Resin is then filled in between the composite layers and the base material cubes by the resin-infusion method. The resin is guided to flow through the flow-guiding grooves so that the composite layers will be bounded sturdily on the outer surface of the base material cubes and that the base material cubes will be well bounded to each other. By this fabrication method, the lattice construction is formed in one-single structured body and has better flexibility and strength with reduced material, simplified fabrication process, improved quality stability; moreover, the method is safer to the manufacture personnel.
