Abstract
The present invention provides a continuous cast vitrious enameling steel sheet being excellent in fish scale resistance and increased hydrogen trap ability by means of an increased void formability in the steel sheet, and a method for producing the same. This vitrious enameling steel sheet contains, in mass, C: less than 0.010%, Mn: 0.03 - 1.30%, Si: less than 0.100%, Al: less than 0.030%, N: less than 0.0055%, P: less than 0.035%, S: less than 0.08%, O: 0.005 - 0.085%, B: 0.0003 - 0.0250%, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and further contains integral or non-integral oxides composed of a different mass concentration of B or Mn. The ratio between the maximum concentration and minimum concentration of B or Mn in oxides is more than 1.2. In case of the non-integral oxides, a straight line distance between the center of the oxides having a different concentration of B or Mn is more than 0.10 μm and less than 20 μm, and an angle of the line between the center of each oxide to the rolling direction is within 10 degrees.
